一种摇动装置及使用该装置的摇椅、 摇床
【技术领域】
本发明涉及家具领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种摇动装置及使用了该装置的 摇椅、 摇床。
【背景技术】
摇椅、 摇床及木马等因其可以往复性摆动而具有娱乐性和舒适性, 深受老 人或儿童的喜爱。
现有的摇椅中, 一般为一弧形的摇架上固定着椅子, 人们坐上去时向后靠 给摇椅一个初始力使其向后倾斜, 当椅子倾斜过大时会受到任何椅子本身重力 的作用使其往回运动, 在惯性作用下再往前倾斜, 以此达到往复摇摆的效果。 此类摇椅在倾斜过大时只受到人和椅子本身的重力使其返回或是后靠时仅因为 一个初始力的作用, 一般摇动时间不长, 需要不断的去拨动摇椅使其摇动。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种舒适、 摇摆时间长的摇摆装置及使 用了该装置的摇椅、 摇床。
本发明一种摇动装置的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种摇动装置, 所述的摇动装置包括可摇动的摇架及固定不动的底座, 所述摇架上设置有至少 一个动磁性件; 相应的, 所述的底座对应于摇架的动磁性件的位置处设置有至 少一个静磁性件, 所述的动磁性件与静磁性件的相对的磁极全部相同。
本发明一种摇椅的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种摇椅, 包括椅 子, 所述的摇椅还包括上述的一种摇动装置, 所述的椅子固定在摇动装置的摇 架上。
本发明一种摇床的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种摇床, 包括床 身, 其特征在于, 所述的摇床还包括上述的一种摇动装置, 所述的床身固定在 摇动装置的摇架上。
优选的, 所述的摇架底面呈弧形, 摇架放置在底座上方, 所述的动磁性件 设置在摇架弧形底面处。 弧形摇架摆动阻力小, 因而其摆动时间长。
优选的, 所述的动磁性件有两个, 分别设置在弧形底面的两端处; 所述的 静磁性件也有两个, 分别设置在与动磁性件对应的位置处。 设置于两端的磁性 件, 使摇架受力均匀, 同时在摇架倾斜最大时才受最大力。
优选的, 所述的动磁性件有三个以上, 分别沿摇架的弧形底面均匀分布; 所述的静磁性件也有三个以上, 分别设置在与动磁性件对应的位置处。 多处设 置磁性件, 可以使摇架受力更均匀, 摇动更安稳。
优选的, 所述底座设有与弧形摇架对应的轨道, 所述轨道两侧边设置有凸 台。 凸台的作用主要是限制弧形摇架在相应的轨道上摆动, 避免摇架向两侧滑 动。
所述的摇动装置包括至少两个以上的摇架, 每个摇架上各设置有一组动磁 性件; 对应的, 所述底座对应于每个摇架的动磁性件的位置处分别设置有对应 的静磁性件。 两个摇架, 支撑更稳当, 同时每个摇架都设置此信件, 使其摇摆 更稳安稳, 更舒适, 同时摇摆时间更长。
本发明由于使用了磁性件使摇架与底座的相应位置在靠近及分开时可以产 生相互排斥的力, 进一步推动摇动装置摇动, 使得摇椅、 摇床及摇动木马等在 人坐上去后在初始后靠力的作用下摇动时间更长, 摇动更安稳, 使其娱乐性和 舒适性更高。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1所示一种摇动装置 2, 包括可摇动的摇架及固定不动的底座, 所述摇 架为两条弧形的摇架 3和底座 4 (如图 2所示), 摇架 3为条状件, 其截面呈长 方形, 从侧面看为弓形, 在弧形的摇架 3的两端分别设置有前动磁性件 7和后 动磁性件 5; 底座 4可以是板件, 也可以是两条与弧形摇架 3相对应的条状件, 或是由多条板件组装而成的框形件, 还可以为独立的对应于弧形摇架 3 上的磁 性件单独固定在摇架 3下对应位置处的固定件 (即摇架 3可以不直接放置在底 座上, 只需底座 4上的磁性件与摇架 3上的磁性件的位置相对应即可)。 如图 3 所示本实施例底座为 4块条形板件拼接而成, 其中两条长的条形件作为弧形摇 架 3摇摆时滚过的轨道 9, 即摇架 3放置在轨道 9上, 同时在轨道 9的两端设置 有与摇架 3上相对应的磁性件: 前静磁性件 8和后静磁性件 6, 该静磁性件与摇 架 3上的动磁性件同磁极相对或异磁极相对; 摇架 3的下弧形面及轨道 9的表 面应当尽可能的光滑, 以减少摇架 3在轨道 9上滚动时动能消耗。
优选的, 所述的动磁性件有三个以上, 分别沿摇架的弧形底面均匀分布; 所述的静磁性件也有三个以上, 分别设置在与动磁性件对应的位置处。 多处设 置磁性件, 可以使摇架受力更均匀, 摇动更安稳。
图 3所示的是一种使用了上述摇动装置的摇椅,椅子 1的椅脚固定在摇架 3 上, 椅子依靠本身重心的位置使摇架 3停止在底座 4的中心位置, 摇架 3上的 磁性件与底座 4上的磁性件为同磁极相对设置。 当人坐上椅子 1向后靠时, 椅 子 1顺着弧形的摇架 3的外弧形面倾斜, 当摇架 3的端部倾斜角度过大时, 摇 架摇动的动能转化为势能及相互排斥的磁能, 设置在其端部的后动磁性件 5 随 着距离的接近受到设置底座 4的后静磁性件 6的越来越大的排斥力以及人与椅 子本身重心偏移后的重力作用, 在这些力的推动作用下使得椅子回向倾斜, 势 能及磁能重新转化为动能; 当椅子回到中心位置时, 由于惯性作用, 椅子依然 向前倾斜, 与向后倾斜一样, 当摇架 3 的端部倾斜角过大时, 椅子受到磁性件 直接的排斥力以及人与椅子本身重力作用再次回向倾斜, 其动能损失更少, 因 而椅子可以在一次受力后可以进行多次的往复摇摆, 增加其娱乐性, 同时因为 磁力的緩沖, 舒适性更好。
底座 4的轨道 9边侧设置有凸台 11用于限制摇架 3的位置, 避免因摆动造 成摇架 3向两侧滑出。
在人们生活中, 除了摇椅外, 还有摇床, 儿童摇动木马等具有摇摆功能的 家具, 本实用新型中所使用的摇摆底座也适用于这些家具。 如图 4所示一种摇 床, 图 5所示一种摇动木马均可以使用本实用新型所述的摇摆底座。
磁钢作为一种不易失磁, 较为常见的永磁体, 本发明实施例使用其作为所 述的磁性件。

1、 一种摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述的摇动装置包括可摇动的摇架及固定 不动的底座, 所述摇架上设置有至少一个动磁性件; 相应的, 所述的底座对应 于摇架的动磁性件的位置处设置有至少一个静磁性件, 所述的动磁性件与静磁 性件的相对的磁极全部相同。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述的摇架底面呈弧 形, 摇架放置在底座上方, 所述的动磁性件设置在摇架弧形底面处。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述的动磁性件有两 个, 分别设置在弧形底面的两端处; 所述的静磁性件也有两个, 分别设置在与 动磁性件对应的位置处。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述的动磁性件有三 个以上, 分别沿摇架的弧形底面均勾分布; 所述的静磁性件也有三个以上, 分 别设置在与动磁性件对应的位置处。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座设有与弧形摇架 对应的轨道, 所述轨道两侧边设置有凸台。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所述的摇动装置包括至少 两个以上的摇架, 每个摇架上各设置有一组动磁性件; 对应的, 所述底座对应 于每个摇架的动磁性件的位置处分别设置有对应的静磁性件。
7、 一种摇椅, 包括椅子以及设置在椅子之下的摇动装置, 其特征在于, 所 述的摇动装置包括可摇动的摇架及固定不动的底座, 所述摇架上设置有至少一 个动磁性件; 相应的, 所述的底座对应于摇架的动磁性件的位置处设置有至少 一个静磁性件, 所述的动磁性件与静磁性件的相对的磁极全部相同。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的一种摇椅, 其特征在于, 所述的摇架底面呈弧形, 摇架放置在底座上方, 所述的动磁性件设置在摇架弧形底面处。
