Description

建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件 技术领域
本发明涉及金属预埋锚固槽组件, 特别涉及一种用于建筑工业的由热轧钢或 不锈钢材料制造的预埋锚固槽组件。 背景技术
众所周知, 普通建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件包括带有锚杆的中空槽, 锚杆连 接于槽壁外部并预埋在混凝土内。 锚固槽与带齿的滑动定位螺母及螺杆配合使用, 用以固定及锁紧结构件。这种设计看似简单并实用,但在实际施工时必须按照供货 商的使用手册, 合适及合理地安装预埋锚固槽组件, 这样才能达到预期的效果。
行业上预埋锚固槽件手册一般规定 T型螺栓不可固定在锚固槽的靠末端位置, 但是没法保证现场安装时按使用手册执行。另一个有待解决的问题是当锚固槽受力 时, 锚固槽两槽脚凸缘容易向外张开, 连接的螺栓受力过大时, 螺栓或会被拔出。
有鉴于此, 寻求一种建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件成为该领域技术人员的追求 目标。 发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件, 它克服了现有技术的 困难, 能够预先埋入混凝土钢结构中,其锚钉承受通过螺杆及带齿滑动定位螺母及 锚固槽传送来的外力, 并将外力传递到混凝土钢结构上。

所述槽脚凸缘的底面滑齿与带齿滑动定位螺母的两侧滑齿相啮合。
所述带齿滑动定位螺母的螺孔部分设置成矩形凸台形状。
所述带齿滑动定位螺母上设有若干定位螺丝。
所述带齿滑动定位螺母可用 T型螺栓代替。
所述锚固槽的螺母进出口的宽度大于锚固槽的槽口间距。
所述螺母限位块设置在锚固槽的螺母进出口一端。
所述封口片设置在锚固槽的螺母进出口一端。
所述锚钉沿锚固槽的长度方向排列。

锚固槽 1的槽口两边均设有槽脚凸缘 13。 槽脚凸缘 13的底面设置滑齿 14, 带齿滑动定位螺母 4的两侧滑齿与槽脚凸缘 13的底面滑齿 14相啮合。
在锚固槽 1的螺母进出口 7—端设置螺母限位块 5。锚固槽 1的螺母进出口 7 的宽度大于锚固槽 1 的槽口间距, 以便于带齿滑动定位螺母 4进出。 在锚固槽 1 的螺母进出口 7—端设置了封口片 6。
如图 3 中所示, 带齿滑动定位螺母 4上设有若干定位螺丝 10, 定位螺丝 10 用以将螺母 4向上推, 使其两侧的滑齿与槽脚凸缘 13互相啮合继而定位。 带齿滑 动定位螺母 4可以用 T型螺栓代替。
在锚固槽 1的底部设置若干锚钉 9, 锚钉 9扎根在混凝土中, 使锚固槽受外力 时不易被拔出。 锚钉 9是沿锚固槽 1的长度方向排列。 工业实用性

本发明的建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件包括锚固槽 1、带齿滑动定位螺母 4及配 合螺母使用的螺杆 11。 锚固槽 1是预先埋于混凝土内, 设有两根或多于两根的锚 钉 9, 用以抓紧混凝土, 使锚固槽受外力时不易被拔出。 锚固槽 1设有螺母限位块 5或限位封口片 3, 以限制带齿滑动定位螺母 4的移动范围。 锚固槽末端焊接上封 口片 6及限位封口片 3后, 当锚固槽 1受外力时, 两槽脚凸缘 13不易向外张开。 带齿滑动定位螺母 4利用位于两侧的定位螺丝 10锁紧在槽身上。 带齿滑动定位螺 母 4连接螺杆 11, 螺杆 11直接或间接锁紧固定件。 预埋锚固槽组件可包含带齿滑动定位螺母 4,带齿滑动定位螺母 4设有定位螺 丝 10。 预埋锚固槽组件可包含螺杆 11, 螺杆 11与带齿滑动定位螺母 4连接。锚固 槽 1设置独特的带齿滑动定位螺母 4的进出口 7。
由于结构原因, 带齿滑动定位螺母 4或 T型螺栓不可固定在锚固槽 1的靠末 端位置, 所以在预埋锚固件两端特设限位封口片 3及螺母限位块 5, 以限制螺母 4 或 T型螺栓的可移动范围, 保证螺母 4或 T型螺栓始终安装在正确的范围内。
另外当锚固槽受力时, 锚固槽两槽脚凸缘 13容易向外张开, 连接的螺栓受力 过大时, 螺栓或会被拔出。为了改善此状况, 在锚固槽 1两端焊接上封口片 6或限 位封口片 3, 以限制槽脚凸缘 13的张开, 这样就解决了锚固槽两槽脚凸缘 13遭受 外力时容易向外张开的问题。
一般锚固槽 1是预先埋于混凝土内,两端开口被混凝土阻塞, T型螺栓头部只 从槽身的开口处***。 本发明特别设置了带齿滑动定位螺母 4的进出口 7, 该进出 口 7比槽身的开口处宽,令较宽的带齿滑动定位螺母 4能顺利进入固定槽内。较宽 的带齿滑动定位螺母 4可容纳更多排齿牙,大大增强了滑动定位螺母 4上齿牙与锚 固槽 1内齿牙的咬合力。
综上所述, 本发明提供的建筑工业用预埋锚固槽组件能够预先埋入混凝土钢 结构中,其锚钉承受通过螺杆及带齿滑动定位螺母及锚固槽传送来的外力, 并将外 力传递到混凝土钢结构上。
