The present invention relates to a scent providing device that provides a scent according to the surrounding environment.
The present invention also relates to a scent providing device that provides a plurality of types of scents in synchronization with reproduction of a moving image with sound.
The background of the first invention group will be described.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been proposed a system that vaporizes and provides a person with a kind of fragrance that is synchronized with a scene reproduced as a moving image such as a movie. In this system, a plurality of types of fragrances prepared in advance corresponding to the scene of the moving image are appropriately selected and vaporized in the corresponding scene, and supplied near the human nose.
In recent years, an apparatus that generates and provides a desired scent by blending a plurality of types of fragrances is known. An example of such an apparatus is described in Non-Patent Document 1.
In the apparatus described in Non-Patent Document 1, several tens of kinds of fragrances are prepared. Thereby, the property which can make a person feel various fragrances by mixing the scents different from each other at a predetermined ratio is made available. In other words, when providing the desired scent according to the scene of the video with sound, the device generates and mixes one or more fragrances prepared there at the same time. Many types of scents can be provided.
By the way, many kinds of fragrances prepared in such an apparatus are generally liquid and are provided in a container such as a bottle. Further, the fragrance is composed of a volatile component, and the odor is diffused to the surroundings by permeating and leaching from a slight gap in the container. As a method of releasing the fragrance into the air using the above-described apparatus, the method of heating the fragrance into vapor, a method of taking out the fragrance vapor present on the liquid surface of the fragrance placed in the bottle, or an inkjet of the fragrance There is a method of making fine particles based on the method and releasing them into the air. The fragrance thus released into the air naturally vaporizes due to the vapor pressure, or is vaporized by being heated and flows to the position of the human nose and is sensed by the sense of smell.
The background of the second invention group will be described.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a system for selling a moving image such as a movie to a person by evaporating a kind of fragrance according to the scene in synchronization with the reproduction thereof has been sold.
Perfume is prepared in advance according to the scene of the video with sound, and it is vaporized according to the scene and supplied near the human nose.
。 In another system, dozens of fragrances are prepared. The scent uses the fact that it is possible to make people feel various scents by mixing different scents at a predetermined ratio, so that the desired scent can be obtained according to the video scene with audio One or a plurality of fragrances can be generated and mixed at the same time, and a scent of more than the kind of fragrances prepared can be provided to a person (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
Many kinds of fragrances are sold in jars and other containers for scent regenerators, and users can add fragrances that could not be generated until then.
The method of releasing the fragrance into the air is a method of heating the fragrance into a vapor, a method of taking out the fragrance vapor present on the liquid surface of the fragrance in a bottle, or making the fragrance fine particles based on an inkjet method, There is a way to vaporize in the air.
In addition, Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 1 describe a fragrance generating device including a database of flavor composition information and preferences and an information providing system therefor via the Internet.
Generally, a scent defined in accordance with the progress of a moving image with sound is provided to a person according to the progress. The fragrance emits a vaporized material made of liquid or solid to a position where a person can feel it. The vaporization method includes a heating method and a method using an ultrasonic atomizer, and many of them are vaporized by installing together with a fragrance container on a table, and a transport pipe which is a resin pipe having a diameter of 1 mm to several millimeters. Pass through and transport near the face of a person.
Here, the vicinity of the face is a position where the vaporized fragrance component released from the transport pipe can be carried to the human nose by the flow of air in the vicinity of the person and the kinetic energy when released, and the fragrance The position is closer to the human nose than the position to vaporize.
The first problem will be described.
More specifically, the scent generated by the device described in Non-Patent Document 1 as described above is perceived by the viewer's olfactory sense. It is provided to the viewer via a scent providing device having a discharge part or the like.
By the way, a device that generates a plurality of scents, such as the device described in Non-Patent Document 1 described above, can easily switch the generated scents. On the other hand, there is a possibility that the scent generated earlier may stay in the air or piping in the scent providing device, and it may cause undesired scent by mixing with the scent after switching. Is done. Therefore, when switching scents, in order to prevent mixing of the scents before and after switching, for example, measures such as ensuring a predetermined period of time during which no scent is supplied before switching the scents are required. In recent years, it has been studied to provide scents in synchronization with the sound, music, images, etc. that are changed by slideshows and videos, but in this case, the time limit that can be secured when switching scents is ignored. It will be impossible.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a scent providing device that suppresses mixing of a plurality of scents provided by switching before and after switching.
The second problem will be described.
A transport tube that vaporizes and passes a plurality of different fragrances and transports the scent near the nose of a person is usually several tens of centimeters long, sometimes 1 m, but the vaporized scent component adheres to the inner wall of the transport tube. Then, when transporting a fragrance obtained by vaporizing different kinds of fragrances thereafter, there arises a disadvantage that the previous odor component is mixed.
Especially, the problem that scent components are mixed becomes a big problem after providing viewers with a strong scent odor, and a method of removing scent components adhering to the inner wall of the pipe through air without scent for a certain period of time is taken. As another countermeasure, there is a method of reducing the influence by preparing a plurality of transport pipes having scents close to each other and providing the scent from the plurality of transport pipes so that the previous scent is not mixed.
However, when multiple scents act on a person with the progress of a movie with sound such as a movie, it is necessary to provide a different scent in a few seconds from the provision of a certain scent. There was a problem that it was not possible to adopt a method to avoid turbidity due to the scent. In addition, there is a method of removing the attached scent component by heating the transport pipe, but the effect on the human body is regarded as a problem by the heated gas.
Furthermore, in the method of preparing a plurality of transport pipes, since there are more than 20 types of scents provided in the video, at least three pipes are required. In this case, there is a problem of alienating the movement of the person in order to position the scent discharge part on the person's head.
In other words, in order to provide a scent in accordance with the progress of the video with sound, a means for quickly removing the previous scent component from the inner wall of the transport pipe was necessary. Then, in this application, when generating a some fragrance from one transport pipe, it makes it a subject to provide the fragrance provision apparatus with which a fragrance does not mix.

The effects of the first invention group will be described.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since a part of the scent discharged from the discharge part is collected by the inhalation part, the remaining scent in the air around the nostril can be reduced. In addition, since the remaining scent in the air is reduced by the collection, even if the scent is switched according to the timing such as a change that occurs in vision or hearing, the possibility that the scent before and after the switching is mixed is reduced. Thereby, the scent providing device can prevent the plurality of scents provided by switching from being mixed before and after switching. Furthermore, since the inhalation part can be arranged so as not to obstruct the movement of the scent from the discharge part to the nostril, the reachability of the scent nostril can be maintained high.
Usually, a rising airflow is generated on the side of the human body due to body heat. Therefore, according to the second aspect of the invention, for example, the scent reaches the nostril from the mouth side, and the inhalation part is provided closer to the nostril, thereby releasing the scent released by the updraft. The scent can be easily collected by an inhaler disposed at the end of the movement path.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the possibility that the released scent can be collected increases because the width of the suction part is wide, it is expected to reduce the remaining scent.
In addition, by disposing the inhalation part between the nostril and the eyes, the amount of fragrance reaching the eyes and hair can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to prevent the possibility that the scent component reaching the eyes adheres to the eyes or the scent component reaching the head adheres to the hair.
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the discharge part and the suction part are held by the support device mounted on the head, it becomes possible to release the scent and collect the scent in the vicinity of the nostril. . Thereby, the scent providing device can collect more scent that has been released but not absorbed by the nostril from the air.
Moreover, since the discharge part can be arranged in the vicinity of the nostril, the reachability of the scent nostril can be maintained high, and the amount of the scent released can be reduced. This also reduces the possibility of mixing the scent with less remaining scent.
According to the invention described in claim 5, since the support is supported by the ear and the nose, the discharge part and the inhalation part can be arranged at a position close to the nostril. Thereby, it becomes possible to further increase the ratio of the recovered scent or reduce the amount of the scent to be released.
According to the invention described in claim 6, the suction part can be arranged on the glasses. Usually, since the frame of the spectacles is arranged above the nose, it is easy to arrange the suction part at an appropriate position.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the switching part switches the connection destination of the first transport pipe to the discharge part or the second transport pipe, and the connection destination of the second transport pipe is the suction part or the first transport pipe. Switched to the transport pipe. Thus, according to the first connection mode, the scent providing device can release the scent from the discharge part and collect the scent from the suction part. On the other hand, according to the second connection mode, since the first transport pipe and the second transport pipe are connected, the cleaning air or the like between the first transport pipe and the second transport pipe By flowing a liquid or the like, the remaining scent of the transport pipe can be cleaned without discharging cleaning air or liquid from the discharge portion. Thereby, the scent providing device can more suitably prevent the plurality of scents provided by switching from being mixed before and after switching.
Also, if the switching time by the switching unit can be shortened, the transport pipe can be cleaned in a short time. Thus, if the remaining incense can be washed in a short time, even if a plurality of scents are switched, the number of transport pipes used for transporting the released scent can be kept small. Furthermore, since the flexibility of the transport pipe is maintained if the number of transport pipes is reduced, it is possible to suppress a sense of discomfort that the viewer feels about the transport pipe.
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the direction of the first connecting passage and the second connecting passage is changed by changing the direction of the switching portion by the rotation, so that the first connection mode and the second connection mode are changed. Switch between and. As described above, since the first connection mode and the second connection mode can be performed by changing the directions of the first communication path and the second communication path by the switching unit, the connection mode can be easily changed.
According to the invention described in claim 9, since the first transport pipe and the second transport pipe can be cleaned with the cleaning liquid, the remaining scent of the transport pipe can be suitably removed by cleaning with the cleaning liquid. Become.
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, the switching unit is configured as the first connection mode by closing the communication hole by the valve body, and the scent supplied from the first transport pipe is used as the first communication passage and the gas-liquid separation unit. The gas recovered from the suction part is transported to the second transport pipe via the gas-liquid separation part and the second communication passage. On the other hand, as a second connection mode by opening the communication hole by the valve body, the switching unit is configured to cause the valve body to move due to an increase in the internal pressure of the second communication passage caused by the liquid that cannot pass through the gas-liquid separation section supplied to the second transport pipe. The liquid is opened to flow from the second communication passage to the first communication passage. That is, the change of the first and second connection modes by the switching unit can be performed by switching between supplying gas to the first transport pipe or supplying liquid to the second transport pipe. Thereby, it becomes possible to easily switch between supply and recovery of fragrance and cleaning of the transport pipe.
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the cleaning liquid is caused to flow from the second transport pipe toward the first transport pipe, and the second and first transport pipes are cleaned. As a result, the second and first transport pipes can be easily cleaned by using this switching unit.
According to the twelfth aspect of the invention, since the scent providing device can be provided in the stereoscopic glasses, the scent corresponding to the image or the moving image can be switched and provided in a short time. In this way, by adding a scent synchronized with them to images and videos, it is possible to give viewers a strong sense of reality.
According to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, a so-called head mounted display provided with a display corresponding to each of both eyes allows the viewer to preferably experience virtual reality. By providing such a head-mounted display with a scent providing device capable of switching the scent in response to an image or a moving image, it is possible to strongly give the viewer a realistic feeling of virtual reality.
According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a scent to correspond to the surrounding environment such as a landscape, images, and images provided by overlapping the image with the transmitted ambient light. In this way, a strong impression can be given to the user by adding a scent to the surrounding environment such as landscape, images, and video.
The effect of the second invention group will be described.
By providing the scent providing device having the above-described configuration, when providing a plurality of scents in accordance with the progress of the moving image with sound, the scent component provided earlier at an unintended time is provided, or a plurality It becomes possible to eliminate the scent of each other becoming cloudy.
Moreover, the scent providing device of the present invention makes it easy to increase the cleaning efficiency. By increasing the cleaning effect, for example, it is possible to complete the cleaning within a time between human inspirations. Further, by increasing the cleaning efficiency, it is possible to eliminate or reduce interruption of scent provision during the time period during which scent is being provided. The display device 11A receives the audio information and image information output from the media playback unit 12, converts the input audio information and image information into audio and image, and provides them to the viewer.
It should be noted that the moving image media with sound 12A such as a DVD of the present embodiment includes “scent identifying information” that is information related to the scent corresponding to the moving image with sound in a manner that can be synchronized with the moving image with sound. Then, the media playback unit 12 can play back “scent identifying information” that is synchronized with the above-described moving image with sound from the moving image medium with sound 12A.
In addition, the reproduction system 10 of this embodiment includes a scent information processing unit 13 that generates a control signal for generating a scent based on “scent specifying information”, and a control signal output from the scent information processing unit 13. A scent generating unit 14 that generates a desired scent based on the scent and a cleaning unit 15 that cleans the scent collected from the air are provided.
The scent information processing unit 13 is provided in the playback device 11 for controlling the scent generation unit 14 and the like based on the “scent identification information” played back by the media playback unit 12. The progress time of the reproduced video and “scent identifying information” are acquired. Based on the acquired “scent specifying information”, the scent information processing unit 13 outputs a control signal calculated so as to provide the viewer with the scent corresponding to the “scent specifying information” at the timing corresponding to the video. 14 for output. That is, the scent information processing unit 13 sends a control signal so that a desired scent defined for the moving image is provided to the viewer through the scent providing device 20 according to the progress defined in accordance with the progress of the moving image with sound. Output.
In addition, the scent information processing unit 13 calculates a control signal for cleaning the remaining scent remaining in the scent providing device 20 or the like when the provision of the scent to the viewer is terminated in accordance with the moving time of the video. And it outputs to the fragrance generating part 14 or the fragrance providing device 20.
The timing at which the scent information processing unit 13 cleans the remaining scent is determined by “the time when the scent is not provided” or “the time when the scent is not provided” defined from the time when the scent is provided. That is, the cleaning of the remaining scent is performed particularly after providing a kind of scent that tends to leave the remaining scent or when it is desired to avoid turbidity with other scents. Desirably, the time when the scent is not provided is analyzed, and is executed within the time when the scent is not provided. In addition, it is desirable that the washing is performed within 3 seconds, which is a human breathing interval. By implementing it within 3 seconds, the possibility that cleaning can be completed at an optimal time that is not affected by the scent provision schedule increases, so that a plurality of scents can be continuously provided while being changed. Become.
The scent generating unit 14 is a device that generates a desired scent from a plurality of fragrances, generates a desired scent based on a control signal input from the scent information processing unit 13, and provides the generated scent to the scent Supply to device 20. The fragrance generating unit 14 includes a plurality of fragrance containers C1, C2, and C3 that store liquid fragrances, and flow rate adjusting valves V1, V2, and V3 that adjust the supply amounts of the fragrances from the fragrance containers C1, C2, and C3, respectively. And are provided. In addition, the fragrance generating unit 14 vaporizes and mixes the fragrances supplied from the fragrance containers C1, C2, and C3, or mixes and vaporizes them, and generates vaporized fragrances diluted to a predetermined magnification with air. In addition, a vaporizer 16 that supplies the generated vaporized fragrance to the scent providing device 20 is provided.
Each of the fragrance containers C1, C2, C3 is a cartridge-type container that can be attached to and detached from the fragrance generating unit 14, and in the fragrance containers C1, C2, C3, liquid fragrances that generate different fragrances, that is, types Different fragrances are housed. Since the types of the fragrances in the fragrance containers C1, C2, and C3 are different, a new scent can be generated by mixing the fragrances. Specifically, each flow rate adjustment valve V1, V2, V3 adjusts the opening degree of each valve based on the control signal received from the scent information processing unit 13, and thus the corresponding fragrance containers C1, C2 , A new scent is generated by adjusting the flow rate of the fragrance supplied to the vaporizer 16 from C3.
The vaporizer 16 is a device that vaporizes the fragrance supplied through the flow rate adjusting valves V1, V2, and V3, and generates a new scent by mixing the vaporized fragrance. That is, a plurality of fragrances whose amounts are adjusted so that a new fragrance is generated from the fragrances prepared in advance are vaporized and mixed in the vaporizer 16, or mixed and vaporized to produce a new fragrance. Is generated. In addition, although the method using an ultrasonic atomizer is used for the method of vaporizing a fragrance | flavor, the method of heating a fragrance | flavor to vapor | steam, the method of using an ultrasonic atomizer, and a fragrance | flavor as other methods A method of making the particles into fine particles based on the ink jet method and releasing them into the air, a method of taking out the perfume vapor existing on the liquid surface of the perfume, or the like may be used.
From the vaporizer 16, a supply tube T <b> 1 as a first transport pipe for transporting the vaporized and mixed fragrance to the providing device 20 is extended to the providing device 20. The supply tube T1 is a resin pipe in which a passage having a diameter of 1 mm to several millimeters capable of transporting the vaporized fragrance is formed. In addition, the supply tube T1 is preferably a so-called Teflon (registered trademark) tube made of, for example, a fluororesin so that the fragrance component does not easily adhere, but various resin tubes can be used.
That is, the vaporizer 16 dilutes the vaporized fragrance generated based on the control signal from the scent information processing unit 13 with air in accordance with the dilution rate that is also the control signal from the scent information processing unit 13, and also generates the control signal. The scent providing device 20 is supplied at a flow rate determined based on the flow rate. As described above, when the fragrance supplied from the vaporizer 16 reaches the nostril 2 via the fragrance providing device 20, the fragrance is supplied to the fragrance providing device 20 so as to synchronize with the progress of the moving image with sound. That is, the scent information processing unit 13 outputs a control signal to the scent generating unit 14 so that the vaporized fragrance provided to the viewer is synchronized with the progress of the moving image with sound.
The cleaning unit 15 removes a scent component contained in the air sucked through the providing device 20, and extends to the providing device 20 in order to collect the air through the providing device 20. In addition, a recovery tube T2 as a second transport pipe is connected. The collection tube T2 is a resin pipe in which a passage having a diameter of 1 mm to several millimeters that can transport the collected air is formed. The recovery tube T2 is preferably a so-called Teflon (registered trademark) tube made of, for example, a fluororesin so that the fragrance component is difficult to adhere, but various resin tubes can be used. Thus, by making the number of tubes provided between the regeneration system 10 and the scent providing device 20 two of the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2, the flexibility of these tubes is maintained high and the tubes Can suppress the discomfort given to the viewer.
The cleaning unit 15 is provided with a deodorizer 17 that removes (deodorizes) scent components from the air collected through the connected collection tube T2, and an exhaust pump 18 that supplies negative pressure to the deodorizer 17. ing.
Thereby, the deodorizer 17 sucks air through the recovery tube T2 by supplying the negative pressure from the exhaust pump 18 to the recovery tube T2, and removes the scent contained in the sucked air from the air. To do. The deodorizer 17 discharges the deodorized air from the exhaust pump 18. By the way, since the fragrance | flavor component contained in a vaporization fragrance | flavor is a volatile component mainly, it is possible to remove the fragrance | flavor component which adhered inside each pipe | tube of the supply tube T1 and the collection | recovery tube T2 by flowing air as a washing | cleaning fluid. It is.
Next, the scent providing apparatus 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
The scent providing device 20 releases the scent supplied from the scent generating unit 14 so as to reach the viewer's nostril 2 and part of the scent released based on the negative pressure supplied from the cleaning unit 15. It is an apparatus for collection, and is attached to glasses 5 as a support. The eyeglasses 5 are supported by the ears of the frames extending rearward on the side of the face, and supported by the nose between the eyes, and are provided with a transmissive lens (or film).
The scent providing device 20 is held (arranged) on the left side (right side in FIG. 2) of the glasses 5 on the surface side opposite to the face. In the scent providing device 20, a discharge tube 21 that discharges the scent toward the viewer's nostril 2 through the discharge unit 23, and a part of the scent that has not been sucked into the nostril 2 is collected through the suction unit 24. A recovery tube 22 is provided. That is, the spectacles 5 are configured to hold the discharge tube 21, the discharge portion 23, the recovery tube 22, and the suction portion 24 in a predetermined position with respect to the nostril 2. The scent providing device 20 is not particularly limited to the part of the glasses 5 that holds the scent providing apparatus 20 such as the right side or the lower part of the glasses 5.
The discharge pipe 21 is supplied with a scent generated by the scent generating part 14 through a supply tube T1 connected to the base end thereof, and is supplied through a nozzle-like discharge part 23 provided at the tip thereof. The fragrance gushes toward the nostril 2. The discharge part 23 is for discharging a scent toward the nostril 2 from the vicinity of the left side of the glasses 5 on which it is disposed. That is, although the discharge part 23 is arranged at the lower part of the glasses 5 that is closer to the nose than the eyes and above the nostril 2 (close to the top of the head), the vaporizing fragrance is ejected to the movement path of the vaporized fragrance. A passage 26 through which the vaporized fragrance flows is formed so as to include the nostril 2. In addition, since the rising airflow has arisen in the human body vicinity, the vaporized fragrance | flavor after discharge | release will come to move up according to the rising airflow along a face. For example, the discharge unit 23 can cause the released vaporized fragrance to reach the nostril 2 through a route shown by a route 26A. On the other hand, the vaporized fragrance that has not reached the nostril 2 or has not been inhaled in the routes shown by the routes 26B, 26C, etc., moves upward (in the direction of the eye 3) after passing through the vicinity of the nostril 2. Become. Naturally, the discharge part 23 may be extended and arranged closer to the mouth than the nostril 2. In that case, by releasing the scent toward the nostril 2, the scent can reach the nostril 2 without using the rising airflow due to body temperature.
The recovery tube 22 has a recovery tube T2 connected to the base end thereof, and a tubular suction portion 24 having a large number of holes for sucking air at the distal end thereof. That is, the inhalation part 24 collect | recovers fragrance with air, and is arrange | positioned in the lower part of the glasses 5 which are near a nose rather than eyes. Since the inhalation part 24 is disposed along the lower frame of the glasses 5, it is disposed between the nose 1 and the eyes 3 and substantially parallel to both eyes 3. As a result, the recovery pipe 22 can recover the surrounding air from a number of holes for sucking air in the suction portion 24 based on the negative pressure supplied from the recovery tube T2.
That is, the inhalation unit 24 sucks air above the nostril 2 to inhale a part of the vaporized fragrance that has reached the upper portion of the nostril 2 together with the air before the vaporized fragrance reaches the eyes 3. The inhalation part 24 has a length wider than the lateral width of the nose 1. For example, in the present embodiment, the inhalation part 24 has a length longer than the distance between the eyes 3. As a result, the inhalation part 24 passes through the passage 26 </ b> B that rises after passing the nostril 2 in the lateral direction, and thus passes through the passage 26 </ b> B that is not inhaled into the nostril 2, or the passage 26 </ b> C that rises before reaching the nostril 2. A part of the vaporized fragrance that is not inhaled can be recovered.
Further, by providing the inhalation part 24 above the nose 1 but at the lower part of the glasses 5 at a position close to the nostril 2, the vaporized fragrance can be collected at a stage where the diffusion into the air is small. The amount of vaporized fragrance that can be recovered increases. Furthermore, since the inhalation part 24 exists in the nostril 2 side rather than both eyes 3, it becomes possible to reduce the quantity of the vaporization fragrance | flavor which raises to the position of eyes 3 or hair and contacts eyes 3 or hair. Thereby, since the vaporized fragrance is discharged and removed at the lower part of the glasses 5 before reaching the eye 3, the risk of the vaporized fragrance acting on the eye 3 is reduced. Furthermore, the possibility that the attachment of the fragrance to the head hair or the remaining of the fragrance in the living space due to the release of the vaporized fragrance for a long time may affect viewing and the like. In this way, the structure in which the vaporizing fragrance discharge tube 21 and the discharge portion 23 and the recovery tube 22 and the suction portion 24 are supported and fixed to the spectacles 5 stabilizes the discharge portion 23 and the suction portion 24 in the nostril 2 of the viewer. It is possible to install the suction part 24 at a position most suitable for removing the vaporized fragrance after being released, and to provide a form that can be easily installed.
In addition, the scent providing device 20 is provided with a switching device 30 as a switching unit capable of connecting the discharge tube 21 and the recovery tube 22 to the supply tube T1 or the recovery tube T2, respectively.
Therefore, the switching device 30 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the switching device 30 is rotatably fitted in a plate-like main body portion 31 having a predetermined thickness and an upper surface circular hole 31 </ b> A formed in the main body portion 31. A disc-shaped movable portion 33 is provided. The hole 31A of the main body 31 is recessed in the thickness direction of the main body 31, and the movable portion 33 is configured such that the disk rotates around the circle center of the hole 31A in the inserted hole 31A. ing. The main body 31 is provided with a small motor that rotates the movable portion 33, and the rotation angle of the movable portion 33 is adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the small motor. The small motor is electrically connected to the scent information processing unit 13 through a wiring (not shown), and the movable unit 33 is set to a predetermined angle by drive control by the scent information processing unit 13.
The main body portion 31 is provided with four connection portions 32a to 32d. The connection portion 32a has an end portion of the supply tube T1, and the connection portion 32b has an end portion (base end) of the scent discharge tube 21. The end portion (base end) of the recovery tube 22 is connected to the connection portion 32c, and the end portion of the recovery tube T2 is connected to the connection portion 32d. Each of the connection portions 32a to 32d has a passage formed in the thickness of the main body 31, and each of the formed passages opens an outer opening at an end portion of each connection portion 32a to 32d and The opening is opened on the side surface of the hole 31 </ b> A of the main body 31. That is, in each passage, the end portions of the corresponding connection portions 32a to 32d are communicated with the side surface of the hole 31A of the main body portion 31. Note that the outlets of the passages opened in the hole 31A of the main body 31 are arranged at substantially equal angular intervals with respect to the circular shape in the hole 31A of the main body 31, that is, at approximately 90 ° intervals.
The movable portion 33 is provided with a first communication passage P1 and a second communication passage P2. Since the first and second communication passages P1 and P2 have openings at both ends of the passages formed on the side surfaces of the movable portion 33, that is, within the thickness of the disk, the movable portion 33 is formed in the hole 31A of the main body portion 31. When fitted, it can be opposed to the openings inside the connecting portions 32a to 32d formed on the side surface of the hole 31A. Further, the first communication passage P1 is provided so that the openings at both ends thereof are spaced approximately 90 ° from the center of the circle of the movable portion 33, and the second communication passage P2 is provided at both ends thereof. Are provided at positions that are substantially 90 ° apart from each other and that are also substantially 90 ° apart from the opening of the adjacent first communication passage P1. In other words, the movable portion 33 has one opening of the first communication passage P1, the other opening of the first communication passage P1, one opening of the second communication passage P2, and the second communication every 90 °. The other opening of the passage P2 is disposed.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, when the switching device 30 is arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the main body portion 31, the switching device 30 is placed in the opening on the side surface of the hole 31 </ b> A of the passage of the connection portion 32 a. One opening of the one communication passage P1 is opposed to communicate the passage of the connecting portion 32a with the first communication passage P1. At this time, the other opening of the first communication passage P1 that is shifted by 90 ° faces the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32b, and the passage of the connection portion 32b and the first communication passage P1. Communicate. Similarly, one opening of the second communication passage P2 that is further shifted by 90 ° is opposed to the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32c, and the passage of the connection portion 32c and the second communication passage. P2 communicates. Similarly, the other opening of the second communication passage P2 that is further shifted by 90 ° is opposed to the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32d, so that the second communication with the passage of the connection portion 32d is performed. The passage P2 communicates with the passage P2.
That is, the supply tube T1 communicates with the discharge pipe 21 via the first communication passage P1 of the movable portion 33, and the recovery tube T2 passes through the second communication passage P2 of the movable portion 33. It will be communicated to. Thereby, the switching device 30 implements a so-called first connection mode in which the supply tube T1 is connected to the discharge tube 21 and the recovery tube T2 is connected to the recovery tube 22.
Further, the movable part 33 can rotate 90 ° with respect to the main body part 31. For example, when the movable portion 33 is rotated 90 ° clockwise from the state shown in FIG. 3A, the state becomes as shown in FIG. In other words, the movable portion 33 rotated by 90 ° has one opening of the first communication passage P1 opposed to the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32d, whereby the passage of the connection portion 32d is connected to the first communication passage. Communicate with the passage P1. Further, the other opening of the first communication passage P1 that is disposed 90 degrees away from the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32a is opposed to the passage of the connection portion 32a and the first communication passage P1. To communicate. Similarly, by making one opening of the second communication passage P2 further displaced by 90 ° opposite to the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the passage of the connection portion 32b, the second communication passage P2 is connected to the passage of the connection portion 32b. The passage P2 is connected. Further, the other communication passage P2 disposed at a 90 ° angle is opposed to the opening on the side surface of the hole 31A of the connection portion 32c so that the second communication passage is connected to the connection portion 32c. Communicate P2.
That is, the supply tube T1 is connected to, that is, communicated with, the recovery tube T2 via the first communication passage P1 in the movable portion 33, and the discharge pipe 21 is routed through the second communication passage P2 in the movable portion 33. As a result, the recovery pipe 22 is connected, that is, communicated. Thereby, the switching apparatus 30 implements the 2nd connection aspect which connects supply tube T1 to collection | recovery tube T2.
In the present embodiment, the scent information processing unit 13 drives and controls the small motor so that the switching device 30 is in the first connection mode when supplying the vaporized fragrance, and when the scent is washed, the switching device 30 is used. The small motor is driven and controlled so as to be in the second connection mode. That is, when cleaning the scent, the scent of the cleaning fluid flowing through the supply tube T1 is released through the discharge tube 21 in order to achieve the second connection mode in which the connection between the discharge tube 21 and the supply tube T1 is broken. Nothing is supplied from the unit 23 to the viewer. In other words, the channel is cleaned with the switching device 30 in the second connection mode, so that the possibility of the viewer touching the cleaning air or the fragrance vaporized by the cleaning is reduced, and the smell generated by the cleaning is reduced. The viewer is prevented from feeling.
(Function) In this scent supply system, the vaporization fragrance generated by the scent generating unit 14 is supplied to the discharge pipe 21 from the discharge unit 23 toward the nostril 2 by setting the switching device 30 to the first connection mode. Erupted. In addition, by operating the exhaust pump 18, the recovery pipe 22 supplied with negative pressure recovers air containing vaporized fragrance from the suction portion 24. Thereby, the remaining incense which consists of the vaporization fragrance | flavor etc. of the nostril 2 vicinity can be reduced.
On the other hand, the scent supply system stops the generation of the vaporized fragrance by the scent generation unit 14 and sets the switching device 30 to the second connection mode, thereby changing the recovery tube T2 supplied with negative pressure to the supply tube T1. Direct connection is made to collect the vaporized fragrance retained in the supply tube T1 and the remaining fragrance attached. Thereby, supply tube T1 is wash | cleaned and the remaining incense remaining in supply tube T1 etc. reduces.
In other words, the vaporized fragrance containing the volatile component is changed in the fragrance information processing unit 13 by switching the connection mode of the switching device 30 to the second connection mode during the time period when the fragrance is not provided in accordance with the progress of the moving image. It is possible to remove perfume components adhering to the inside of each of the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2 by flowing air as a cleaning fluid. In addition, since the cleaning fluid (air) is only flown in one direction of the supply tube T1, for example, cleaning can be performed in a shorter time than when the cleaning fluid is reciprocated. The configuration on the scent generating unit 14 side that does not have a configuration for collecting the cleaning fluid can be simplified.
As described above, according to the scent supply device of the present embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained.
(1) Since a part of the scent discharged from the discharge part 23 is collected by the suction part 24, the remaining scent in the air around the nostril 2 can be reduced. Normally, a rising airflow is generated on the side of the human body due to body heat. Therefore, for example, by allowing the scent to reach the nostril 2 from the mouth side and providing the inhalation part 24 closer to the eyes 3 than the nostril 2, the scent of the released scent by the ascending air current is moved ahead of the movement path 26. The inhalation part 24 is arranged, and the scent can be easily collected in the inhalation part 24.
In addition, since the remaining scent in the air is reduced by the collection, even if the scent is switched according to the timing of the visual or auditory change due to the moving image, the possibility that the scent before and after the switching is mixed is reduced. Thereby, the scent providing device can prevent the plurality of scents provided by switching from being mixed before and after switching.
Furthermore, since the inhalation part 24 can be arrange | positioned so that the movement of the fragrance from the discharge | release part 23 to the nostril 2 may not be obstructed, the nasal passage reachability of the fragrance can be maintained high.
(2) Since the possibility that the released scent can be recovered increases because the width of the suction portion 24 is wide, it is expected to reduce the remaining scent.
Also, by arranging the inhalation part 24 between the nostril 2 and the eyes 3, the amount of fragrance reaching the eyes 3 and the hair can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to prevent the possibility that the scent component reaching the eye 3 adheres to the eye 3 or the scent component reaching the head adheres to the hair.
(3) Since the discharge unit 23 and the suction unit 24 are held by the glasses 5 attached to the head, it is possible to release the scent and collect the scent in the vicinity of the nose 1. Thereby, the scent providing device can collect more scent that has been released but not absorbed by the nostril from the air.
Moreover, since the discharge | release part 23 can be arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the nose 1, a nasal passage reach | attainment of a fragrance is maintained highly, and the quantity of the fragrance to discharge | release can be decreased. This also reduces the possibility of mixing the scent with less remaining scent.
(4) Since the glasses 5 are supported by the ear and the nose 1, the discharge part 23 and the inhalation part 24 can be arranged at a position close to the nostril 2. Thereby, it becomes possible to further increase the ratio of the recovered scent or reduce the amount of the scent to be released.
(5) The suction part 24 can be disposed on the glasses 5. Usually, since the frame of the glasses 5 is disposed above the nose 1, it is easy to dispose the suction part 24 at an appropriate position.
(6) The switching device 30 switches the connection destination of the supply tube T1 to the discharge portion 23 or the recovery tube T2 via the discharge tube 21 and the connection destination of the recovery tube T2 to the suction portion 24 or the supply via the recovery tube 22 Switch to tube T1. Thereby, according to the 1st connection mode, fragrance providing apparatus 20 can collect fragrance from discharge part 23 while releasing fragrance from discharge part 23. On the other hand, in the scent providing device 20, according to the second connection mode, since the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2 are connected, the cleaning air flows between the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2. Thus, the remaining scent of the supply tube T1 can be cleaned without discharging the cleaning air from the discharge portion 23. Thereby, the scent providing device can more suitably prevent the plurality of scents provided by switching from being mixed before and after switching.
Moreover, since the movable part 33 driven by a small motor can shorten the switching time by the switching device 30, the supply tube T1 can be cleaned in a short time. As described above, if the remaining scent can be washed in a short time, the number of supply tubes T1 used for transporting the scent to be released can be maintained at one even if the plurality of scents are switched. Also become. Furthermore, since the number of tubes is set to the minimum two, the flexibility of the tubes is maintained, so that it is possible to suppress the uncomfortable feeling that the viewer feels in the supply tube T1 and the collection tube T2.
(7) The switching device 30 changes the direction of the first communication path P1 and the second communication path P2 by changing the direction by rotation, and switches between the first connection mode and the second connection mode. As described above, since the first connection mode and the second connection mode can be performed by changing the directions of the first communication path P1 and the second communication path P2 by the switching device 30, the connection mode can be easily changed.
(8) It is possible to provide a scent corresponding to an image or video (environment light) transmitted through the glasses 5. In this way, a strong impression can be given to the user by adding a scent to the image or video transmitted through the glasses 5. This is the same even if the ambient light transmitted through the glasses 5 is a landscape or the like.
(Second Embodiment) Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the scent supply apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the spectacles are the head mounted display 6 and the annular suction portion 25 is provided along the outer periphery of the spectacles. Since the configuration is the same as above, differences will be mainly described below, and for convenience of description, the same number is assigned to the same configuration and description thereof is omitted.
The head-mounted display 6 as a support has a large eyeglass shape, is a display that is used by being fixed to a viewer's head with a belt, and is a small display that displays an image at a close distance of the human eye. A display is provided for each of the left and right eyes. Accordingly, the head mounted display 6 is a display that can make the viewer feel as if they are in a virtual reality space in a usage state that does not interfere with human movement. Moreover, the head mounted display 6 can also display a different image on each of the left and right small displays for stereoscopic viewing.
Because of this structure, the viewer cannot see through the head mounted display 6. However, in this embodiment, the head-mounted display is also defined as glasses because it provides an image to both eyes of the human body, and an optical system that covers both eyes of the human body for the purpose of providing different images to both eyes. In the case of a system, it is also defined as stereoscopic glasses.
The head mounted display 6 is connected to the playback device 11 of the playback system 10 so as to be able to acquire image information, and provides the video played back by the playback device 11 to the viewer's eyes. That is, the head mounted display 6 is connected to the playback apparatus 11 by wiring, but may be wireless connection as well as wired connection as long as image information can be acquired.
The head mounted display 6 is equipped with a sensor such as a gyro, and is provided to both eyes of the viewer who is wearing it according to a sensor signal output from the gyro or the like that has detected an operation including the orientation of the viewer. It may have a function of changing In other words, for example, the head mounted display 6 may display an image in a facing direction.
The outer surface 6A on the surface of the head-mounted display 6 that does not face the face (eyes) is provided with an inhalation portion 25 along the circumferential shape of the outer surface 6A. The suction part 25 has the same structure as the suction part 24 of the first embodiment, and sucks air in the vicinity of the suction part 25 based on the negative pressure applied from the recovery tube T2 via the recovery pipe 22. .
(Operation) When the vaporized fragrance is ejected from the discharge portion 23 toward the nostril 2, the vaporized fragrance reaches the lower portion of the nostril 2 through a route such as the route 26 and passes through the route such as the route 26 </ b> A along the rising airflow. 2 is inhaled. On the other hand, as shown in the route 26C, the vaporized fragrance that does not reach the lower side of the nostril 2 or has passed the lower side of the nostril 2 as shown in the route 26B is then moved upward (in the direction of the eye 3). ) A part of the vaporized fragrance is absorbed by the suction part 25 arranged at the lower part of the head mounted display 6. However, the vaporized fragrance that has not been absorbed by the lower suction part 25 moves toward the upper part of the head mounted display 6 as shown by the path 26D and the path 26E. In this case, since the suction part 25 is also arranged on the upper part of the head mounted display 6, a part of the vaporized fragrance that has moved by the suction part 25 on the upper part as shown in the paths 26D and 26E is collected. be able to.
As described above, according to the scent supply device of this embodiment, in addition to the effects (1) to (8) described in the first embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained. Become.
(9) Since the scent providing device 20 can be provided in the head mounted display 6, the scent corresponding to an image or a moving image can be switched and provided in a short time. In this way, by adding a scent synchronized with an image or video, it is possible to strongly give the viewer a sense of realism.
(10) In particular, the so-called head mounted display 6 provided with a small display corresponding to each of both eyes allows the viewer to preferably experience virtual reality. By providing the scent providing device 20 capable of switching the scent in accordance with an image or a moving image on the head mounted display 6 as described above, it is possible to strongly give the viewer a sense of virtual reality.
(Third Embodiment) Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the scent supply apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
Although this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the cleaning liquid is used for cleaning the supply tube T1, the other configurations are the same. For the convenience of explanation and explanation, the same numbers are assigned to the same components, and explanations thereof are omitted.
The regeneration system 10 is provided with a cleaning liquid supply unit 38 for allowing the cleaning liquid to flow into the supply tube T1 and a cleaning liquid recovery unit 39 for recovering the cleaning liquid from the recovery tube T2. In the cleaning, the switching device 30 is switched to the second connection mode.
The cleaning liquid supply unit 38 is connected to a supply tube T1 extending from the vaporizer 16 to the switching device 30 via a merging unit. The cleaning liquid supply unit 38 can receive a signal from the scent information processing unit 13, receives the cleaning start signal output from the scent information processing unit 13, and discharges the cleaning liquid to flow into the supply tube T1. . The cleaning liquid includes, for example, water, ozone water, alcohol, or the like, and can dissolve and remove the fragrance component adhering to the piping such as a tube in the path through which the cleaning liquid flows.
The cleaning liquid recovery unit 39 is a so-called gas-liquid separator, and flows from the supply tube T1 through the switching device 30 through the recovery tube T2 to temporarily suck the cleaning liquid, where the liquid is separated and only the gas is cleaned. Is output. That is, the cleaning liquid recovery unit 39 causes the cleaning liquid recovered from the upper inlet to stay in the lower part, while allowing the cleaning unit 15 to discharge the gas contained in the cleaning liquid and the air recovered when supplying the fragrance from the upper outlet.
Also in the present embodiment, since the discharge pipe 21 is disconnected from the supply tube T1 by performing the flow path cleaning after the switching device 30 is set to the second connection mode, it is possible to view the fragrance or the cleaning liquid vapor generated by the cleaning. The possibility of touching the viewer is reduced, and the viewer is prevented from feeling the smell generated by the cleaning.
(Operation) Supplying the switching device 30 by switching the connection mode of the switching device 30 to the second connection mode by the scent information processing unit 13 and flowing the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid supply unit 38 during the time period when the fragrance is not provided as the moving image progresses. It is possible to remove the fragrance component adhering in each tube of the tube T1 and the collection tube T2. In addition, since the cleaning liquid is allowed to flow only in one direction of the supply tube T1, for example, compared with a case where the cleaning liquid is reciprocated, the time required for cleaning can be shortened, and a fragrance that does not collect the cleaning liquid is generated. The configuration on the part 14 side can be simplified.
As described above, according to the scent supply device of this embodiment, in addition to the effects (1) to (8) described in the first embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained. Become.
(11) By using the cleaning liquid for cleaning the supply tube T1, the fragrance component adhering in the supply tube T1 can be more reliably cleaned. Thereby, a residual fragrance is removed suitably and fear that a fragrance will mix is prevented.
(12) Since the cleaning liquid is allowed to flow in one direction of the supply tube T1, the time during which the cleaning liquid is supplied to the supply tube T1 can be shortened, that is, no time is required for recovery. Can be shortened. As a result, the scent can be switched in a shorter time.
(Fourth Embodiment) Hereinafter, a fourth embodiment of the scent supply apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the switching device 40 is different from the switching device 30 in the first embodiment, but the other configurations are the same. Differences will be mainly described, and for convenience of description, the same numbers are assigned to the same components, and descriptions thereof are omitted. In this embodiment, the cleaning liquid supply unit 38 connected to the supply tube T1 in the third embodiment is connected to the recovery tube T2. In the third embodiment, the cleaning liquid supply unit 38 is connected to the recovery tube T2. It is assumed that the cleaning liquid recovery unit 39 that has been connected is connected to the supply tube T1. As in the third embodiment, the cleaning liquid supply unit 38 receives the cleaning start signal output from the scent information processing unit 13 and discharges the cleaning liquid.
As shown in FIG. 6A, the switching device 40 is provided with a plate-like main body 41 having a predetermined thickness. The main body portion 41 is provided with four connection portions 42a to 42d, the end portion of the supply tube T1 is connected to the connection portion 42a, and the end portion (base end) of the discharge tube 21 is connected to the connection portion 42b. The end portion (base end) of the recovery tube 22 is connected to the portion 42c, and the end portion of the recovery tube T2 is connected to the connection portion 42d. The switching device 40 has a communication passage P11 for supply as a first communication passage that allows the connection portion 42a and the connection portion 42b to communicate with each other, and a second communication passage that allows the connection portion 42c and the connection portion 42d to communicate with each other. A collection passage P12 for recovery is provided. In addition, the gas is allowed to pass through the connection portion 42b side of the supply communication passage P11 and the connection portion 42c side of the recovery communication passage P12, respectively, while the liquid can be prevented from passing therethrough. A gas-liquid separation film 43 as a gas-liquid separation unit 2 is installed in such an arrangement as to block the passage.
The gas-liquid separation membrane 43 is a thin film having a water repellency of, for example, porous PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and having a thickness of 80 μm to 200 μm. Has been. That is, since the gas-liquid separation membrane 43 is configured to allow gas to pass therethrough, it can transmit the vaporized fragrance supplied from the supply tube T1, and from the recovery pipe 22 (suction part 24). The recovered air can be permeated. Thereby, the vaporized fragrance | flavor supplied from supply tube T1 is supplied to the discharge tube 21, and the air collect | recovered from the collection tube 22 is collect | recovered by the collection tube T2.
A communication hole 44 is formed between the supply communication path P11 and the recovery communication path P12 and closer to the connection part 42a and the connection part 42d than the gas-liquid separation film 43. A valve body 45 that switches between communication / non-communication of the communication hole 44 is provided on the supply communication path P11 side of 44 with the connection portion 42b side as a fixed point. The valve body 45 is a valve made of a resin material or a rubber material, and is elastically deformed with a fixed point as a fulcrum when pressed, but is sized to cover the opening of the communication hole 44. Therefore, it is not elastically deformed by the pressure received from the supply communication passage P11 side. That is, the discontinuity between the supply communication path P11 and the recovery communication path P12 is maintained. On the other hand, when the valve body 45 is pressed from the recovery communication passage P12 side, the valve body 45 moves into a space constituting the supply communication passage P11 with the fixed point as a fulcrum, so that the recovery communication passage P12 is connected to the supply. Communicate with the passage P11.
For this reason, when the cleaning liquid is supplied from the recovery tube T2, the permeation of the cleaning liquid is blocked by the gas-liquid separation membrane 43, the pressure in the recovery communication passage P12 increases, the valve body 45 is pressed and released, and the communication hole 44 forms a short-circuit passage P13 communicating with the supply communication passage P11. Then, the cleaning liquid flows through the short-circuit passage P13 from the recovery communication passage P12 toward the supply communication passage P11. At this time, if the supply tube T1 is set to a negative pressure, the cleaning liquid can be easily moved from the recovery communication passage P12 to the supply communication passage P11. Since the cleaning liquid does not move from the gas-liquid separation membrane 43 to the recovery pipe 22 or the discharge pipe 21, the cleaning liquid is discharged from the discharge section 23 via the suction pipe 24 or the discharge pipe 21 via the recovery pipe 22 to the viewer. There is nothing that makes you feel uncomfortable.
That is, the switching device 40 is communicated with the communication hole 44 by the valve body 45 being passively operated according to the pressure in the recovery communication passage P12 or the supply communication passage P11. Then, the cleaning liquid supplied from the recovery communication passage P12 and flowing into the supply communication passage P11 flows through the supply tube T1 connected to the supply communication passage P11 to clean the remaining incense in the supply tube T1. It is like that.
In the present embodiment, by supplying the vaporized fragrance from the supply tube T1, the switching device 40 connects the supply tube T1 to the discharge tube 21 and connects the recovery tube T2 to the recovery tube 22 so-called first connection. Aspect will be implemented. On the other hand, by supplying the cleaning liquid to the recovery tube T2, the switching device 40 comes to implement the second connection mode in which the supply tube T1 is connected to the recovery tube T2.
As described above, according to the scent supply device of this embodiment, in addition to the effects (1) to (8) described in the first embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained. Become.
(13) The switching device 40 has a communication passage P11 for supplying the fragrance (vaporized fragrance) supplied from the supply tube T1 and the gas-liquid separation membrane 43 as a first connection mode by closing the communication hole 44 by the valve body 45. The gas recovered from the recovery pipe 22 is transported to the recovery tube T2 via the gas-liquid separation membrane 43 and the recovery communication path P12. On the other hand, the switching device 40, as a second connection mode by opening the communication hole 44 by the valve body 45, is configured to connect the communication passage P12 for recovery by the cleaning liquid (liquid) that cannot pass through the gas-liquid separation membrane 43 supplied to the recovery tube T2. The valve body 45 is opened by the increase in internal pressure, and the cleaning liquid is caused to flow from the recovery communication passage P12 to the supply communication passage P11. That is, the change of the first and second connection modes by the switching device 40 is performed by switching between supplying the vaporized fragrance (gas) to the supply tube T1 or supplying the cleaning liquid (liquid) to the recovery tube T2. Thereby, it becomes possible to easily switch between supply and collection of fragrance and cleaning of the tube.
(14) A cleaning solution is flowed from the recovery tube T2 toward the supply tube T1, and the recovery tube T2 and the supply tube T1 are cleaned. Thereby, by using this switching device 40, the recovery tube T2 and the supply tube T1 can be more easily cleaned.
(Other Embodiments) Each of the above embodiments can be carried out in the following manner, for example.
In the first embodiment, the spectacles 5 are the transmissive type, and in the second embodiment, the spectacles are the head mounted display 6. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the glasses may have a polarization function and a shutter function. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the right and left lenses (films) are attached to the left and right lenses (films) by separately providing glasses 7 as a support with lenses 7A and 7B (or films) on the right eye side and left eye side, respectively. It can be configured by a transmission type polarizing plate having polarization planes orthogonal to each other, or can be provided with a shutter function configured by liquid crystal or the like on each of the right eye side and the left eye side.
For example, when the left and right lenses (or films) are composed of polarizing plates, different images can be transmitted to the right eye and the left eye. That is, an image display device that displays images displays images to be presented to both the left and right eyes using mutually orthogonal polarized light, so that the viewing angle can be mutually viewed in combination with the above glasses. Different images can be displayed to provide stereoscopic (3D) images.
In addition, the shutter function provided separately for the right eye side and the left eye side can provide different images for the left and right eyes by switching between opening and closing so that only one of the shutters can be opened according to the timing of the television. Therefore, a stereoscopic image can be provided. In this case, the glasses 7 may be connected so that the reproduction system 10 can perform shutter control.
These light-transmitting glasses for stereoscopic viewing using the polarization function and the shutter function can be particularly defined as stereoscopic glasses for the purpose of providing different images to both eyes. That is, by applying the scent providing device to the stereoscopic glasses, it is possible to give the viewer a sense of realism with respect to the scent.
Further, as the spectacles, an image may be superimposed on the transmitted light such as a lens via a half mirror. In other words, the scent may be provided to spectacles that provide an image superimposed on a surrounding environment such as a landscape, or transmitted ambient light such as an image or video. In this way, a strong impression can be given to the user by adding a scent to the surrounding environment such as landscape, images, and video.
In the third embodiment, the case where the cleaning liquid supply unit 38 and the cleaning liquid recovery unit 39 are independent is illustrated. However, the cleaning liquid supply unit is not limited to this, and the used cleaning liquid recovered by the cleaning liquid recovery unit is used. May be returned to the cleaning liquid supply section and used repeatedly. Since the fragrance component taken into the cleaning liquid by the cleaning is extremely small, even if the same cleaning liquid is used a plurality of times, the cleaning performance of the cleaning liquid is not greatly reduced. Thereby, the design freedom and adoption possibility of a fragrance provision system come to improve.
-In the said 3rd Embodiment, although illustrated about the case where a washing | cleaning liquid is used, since not only this but a fragrance | flavor component is a volatile component, the air taken in from the air intake port of the fragrance generating part 14 is wash | cleaned. It may be allowed to flow as a working fluid. Also by this, it is possible to remove the fragrance component adhering to the inside of each of the supply tube and the collection tube. Thereby, the design freedom degree of a fragrance provision system comes to improve.
In the third embodiment, the case where the cleaning liquid is ozone water or alcohol is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cleaning liquid may be ordinary water or may contain a surfactant. Further, when the cleaning liquid is an odorless solvent in which the fragrance is dissolved, the cleaning effect is high, and the possibility that the viewer feels the scent of the cleaning liquid can be reduced. Thereby, the design freedom degree of a fragrance provision system comes to improve.
In the third embodiment, the case of cleaning with the cleaning liquid is illustrated. At this time, bubbles may be mixed in the cleaning liquid. By mixing the foam, the cleaning effect can be enhanced in the region of the boundary between the cleaning liquid and the foam on the inner surface of the supply tube, and the amount of the cleaning liquid to be used can be relatively reduced by including the foam. Can be small. In addition, if the amount of cleaning liquid is small, its mass decreases, so that the pressure required to move the cleaning liquid through the supply tube and recovery tube can be reduced, and the cleaning liquid can be moved easily and quickly in the tube. Can be made to As a result, the ability of the scent supply device not to mix a plurality of scents is further improved.
For example, supply tubes and recovery tubes formed of resin piping tend to bend so that the middle part of the tube is at the lowest position in the vertical direction. Movement to higher positions due to the action of gravity may not be easy with the pressure supplied in the tube. At this time, the cleaning liquid that includes bubbles and is reduced in weight can easily move in the tube, and can avoid the inconvenience that the movement is not easy.
Thereby, the convenience as a fragrance supply system comes to be improved.
-In each above-mentioned embodiment, although illustrated about the case where three fragrance containers C1, C2, and C3 were provided, not only this but more fragrance containers may be provided, and even if there are fewer than three Good. Thereby, it becomes possible to change the kind of odor to be generated, and the degree of freedom of design as a scent providing system is increased.
-In each above-mentioned embodiment, although illustrated about the case where one kind of fragrance | flavor was each stored in one fragrance | flavor container C1, C2, C3, not only this but the some fragrance | flavor is stored separately in one container. May be. Thereby, the design freedom of a fragrance provision system is raised.
In each of the above embodiments, the case where the liquid fragrance is stored in the fragrance container is illustrated, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fragrance may be a gas or an individual. At this time, if it is gas, the function of vaporizing can be omitted, and if it is an individual, the fragrance vaporized by providing a vaporizing device for each individual is supplied by the same method as in the above embodiments. be able to.
In the first to third embodiments, the case where the first connection passage P1 connects the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2 is illustrated in the second connection mode. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the connection may be made by the second communication path P2 as long as the supply tube T1 and the recovery tube T2 can be connected. Thereby, the design freedom degree of a scent provision apparatus is raised.
In each of the above embodiments, the case where it is desirable to perform the cleaning within 3 seconds, which is the breathing interval of the person, is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to this. It may take longer than a second. Thereby, the improvement of the convenience as a fragrance supply system and the improvement of a design freedom can be aimed at.
In the above embodiments, the case where the supply tube T1 and the collection tube T2 are tubes made of a fluororesin is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the supply tube and the recovery tube may be other resin tubes. Thereby, the freedom degree of a structure as a fragrance supply apparatus comes to be raised.
In each of the above embodiments, the case where the suction portions 24 and 25 are provided on the surface of the spectacles is illustrated, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the suction portion may be embedded in the frame of the spectacles or formed on the frame. Since the frame of the glasses is made of metal or resin, it is possible to form a tubular suction part in which a hole for sucking air is formed. As a result, it becomes easy to reduce the protrusion of the inhalation part to simplify the outer shape, and to provide the direction of the hole for inhaling air in a desired direction, for example, the face side, the outer side, and the lower side. Therefore, the convenience as a scent supply apparatus comes to improve.
In each of the above embodiments, the case where the suction portions 24 and 25 have holes for sucking air is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the suction surface may be a mesh-like surface as long as it can suck air. It may be a pipe having a hole or a mesh of holes or meshes. Thereby, since a desired inhalation function can be given to an inhalation part, the freedom degree of design as a scent supply device comes to improve.
In the above embodiments, the case where the scent providing device 20 is provided with the switching devices 30 and 40 is illustrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the scent providing device may not be provided with a switching device. The scent generating means includes a plurality of fragrance containers 103, a vaporizer 104 for vaporizing the fragrance sent from the fragrance container 103, and a scent flow rate adjusting valve 105 for adjusting the flow rate of the fragrance generated by the vaporizer 104. . A plurality of perfume containers 3 are provided, and two or more kinds of perfume are provided, and the scent generating means generates a scent consisting of one scent or a mixture of two or more scents. The scent control unit 114 controls at least one of the fragrance container 103, the vaporizer 104, and the flow rate control valve 105 in the scent generation unit, and adjusts the type and flow rate of the scent.
The scent that has passed through the flow control valve of the scent generating means is connected to the transport pipe 107 via the three-way valve 111. The transport pipe 107 includes a discharge port 106, which is installed in the vicinity of the nose of the viewer who is viewing the moving image display device (display) with sound 116, and provides the viewer with a scent. One of the three-way valves 111 is connected to the used cleaning liquid tank 113. The transport pipe 107 is connected to the cleaning liquid supply tank 108 via the cleaning liquid supply valve 110 on the way. A bubble generator 109 is provided between the cleaning liquid supply valve 110 and the cleaning liquid supply tank 110. The used cleaning liquid tank 113 discharges the cleaning liquid sent from the cleaning liquid supply tank 101 to the transport pipe 107 after cleaning the transport pipe, and is connected to the cleaning liquid moving and discharging air pump 112.
The cleaning liquid is prepared in the cleaning liquid tank 113. In this embodiment, the cleaning liquid is connected to the foam generator 109, and the cleaning liquid is fed into the transport pipe according to the instruction of the scent generation control means 114.
The sound-added moving image media with scent designation information in the sound-added moving image playback device 102 is, for example, a movie DVD, and “scent” is information on what scent is played back in which scene corresponding to the movie content. "Designated information". The moving image playback apparatus with sound 102 is further connected to the Internet 117.
The connected Internet enables the control of the scent provided by the scent control means 114 by reading the information on the scent stored in the scent container 103 from a predetermined database. Further, in some cases, it is possible to control the cleaning timing by reading timing information for performing the cleaning operation inside the transport pipe 107 that provides the scent during the reproduction of the moving image with sound. The scent control means 114 of the present invention can be a personal computer (PC). Moreover, it does not need to be connected to the Internet.
In the fragrance container 103 (three in this example), liquid fragrance is put, and necessary fragrance is sent to the vaporizer and vaporized along with the progress of the media with sound. The gas (fragrance) containing the vaporized fragrance is connected to the three-way valve according to the degree to which the fragrance flow control valve is opened. The fragrance container 103, the vaporizer 105, and the fragrance flow rate adjusting valve 106 are controlled by the scent control means 114.
The vaporizer 105 and the aroma flow control valve 106 operate according to the aroma reproduction information recorded in the moving image with sound, and in the case of FIG. 8, three types of aroma are provided. Whether or not one kind of fragrance is provided at a certain time is not particularly limited in the present invention. If the composition is changed using a plurality of fragrances, different scents are obtained, and the present invention does not exclude the use of the cleaning function in order to avoid scents of different scents from becoming turbid as noise.
The odor reproduction control means 114 analyzes the scent designation information attached to the moving image with sound by the scent provision schedule analysis means 115, and from which fragrance container, at what timing, how much fragrance is vaporized by the vaporization section and provided. Control what is good.
In this embodiment, liquid perfume is sent from the perfume container 103 to the vaporization unit 104 and the flow rate of the vaporized perfume is adjusted by the flow control valve 105. However, the perfume container 103 is described. When the fragrance is already vaporized from the fragrance, the vaporizer 104 is not necessary, and the absolute amount of the air flow including the fragrance supplied from the fragrance container 103 is controlled by the fragrance flow control valve. May be. Although not shown, the scent generated in the vaporizing unit is mixed with gas (atmosphere) by the blowing means and discharged from the discharge port 106 through the transport pipe 107.
In this embodiment, the vaporization unit 104 is configured by a heating and outside air intake mechanism. Although it heats temporarily, it dilutes with gas and avoids that a fragrance | flavor coagulate | solidifies by the fall of a saturated vapor pressure in the flow path to a discharge port. Moreover, although the vaporization part 104 is installed with respect to each fragrance | flavor container 103 in FIG. 8, after mixing the fragrance | flavor sent from each fragrance | flavor container, even if it is the structure which vaporizes a fragrance | flavor by one vaporization part. Good.
Also, the vaporization unit 103 can be performed by a discharge mechanism by droplet formation using a surface acoustic wave element utilizing an ultrasonic flow action. If a heating mechanism is used, there is a danger that many fragrances containing alcohol will ignite, but this danger is eliminated by adopting a release mechanism using droplets using surface acoustic wave elements. it can.
The scent that has passed through the three-way valve 111 passes through the cleaning liquid supply valve 110, passes through the aroma transport pipe, and is released to feel the human sense of smell. When providing the scent, the three-way valve 111 is closed on the used cleaning liquid tank 113 side, and the scent provided from the fragrance container is sent to the discharge port. Further, when the scent is provided, the cleaning liquid supply tank 108 side of the cleaning liquid supply valve 110 is similarly closed.
FIG. 9 shows a schematic diagram for explaining the cleaning operation in the scent providing apparatus of the present invention. FIGS. 9A to 9E are enlarged views of the vicinity of the cleaning liquid supply valve 110 in FIG. In FIG. 9A, A is connected to the cleaning liquid supply tank 108. B is connected to a bubble generator 109. C is connected to the discharge port 106, and the discharge port 106 emits a scent to the viewer. D is connected to the used cleaning liquid tank 113 and the vaporizer 106.
The cleaning work is performed when a certain scent is released from the outlet through the transport pipe to provide the viewer with the scent and another scent is released through the same transport pipe. In cleaning the transport pipe 107, first, the cleaning liquid 130 is supplied from the cleaning device supply tank 108 to A (FIG. 9B).
Next, by intermittently supplying air 131 from the bubble generator 109 to B, the cleaning liquid 130 becomes foamed (FIG. 9C). On the inner surface of the transport pipe, the cleaning effect is high in the boundary region between the cleaning liquid and the foam, and the amount of cleaning liquid to be used is relatively reduced by including the foam. Further, the cleaning liquid can be reduced in weight by making it foam. Therefore, the cleaning liquid can be moved at a high speed when the cleaning liquid is reciprocated between both ends of the transport pipe due to the pressure difference. Moreover, the inconvenience that the cleaning liquid cannot move in the transport pipe can be solved. The transport pipe is formed with a vaporizer installed on a table and a resin pipe of about 1 m to the vicinity of the person's nose, so the middle part of the transport pipe is bent to the lowest position in the vertical direction. In such a case, the cleaning liquid may not be able to move due to the difference in atmospheric pressure due to the action of gravity, and such a problem can be solved by making the cleaning liquid foam.
In the present invention, the bubble refers to a gas region that is sandwiched between liquid cleaning liquids inside the transport pipe. As shown in FIG. 9, the foam generator has an air inlet. By mixing the air in the process in which the cleaning liquid flows from the cleaning liquid tank and is transported to the transport pipe side, the cleaning liquid having at least one, preferably a plurality of bubbles can be sent into the transport pipe. The foam-like cleaning liquid increases the boundary interface between the cleaning liquid and the air, which is effective for removing the fragrance component adhering to the wall surface of the transport pipe, and makes it possible to obtain a cleaning effect.
Next, a foamy cleaning liquid is fed into the transport liquid through the flow control valve 110 (FIG. 9 (d)). The sent cleaning liquid can reciprocate in the transport pipe 107 by alternately applying a positive pressure or a negative pressure from D to which the used cleaning liquid tank 113 is connected. At this time, the cleaning liquid supply valve is connected by C and D, and A and B are closed. In the present invention, the cleaning liquid is moved by the pressure difference in the transport pipe. As shown in FIG. 8, the used cleaning liquid tank 113 is connected to an air pump 112 for moving and discharging the cleaning liquid. When the air pump for moving and discharging the cleaning liquid repeats intake and exhaust, positive pressure and negative pressure are generated in the transport pipe. Pressure can be applied to cause the foamy cleaning liquid 130 to reciprocate between the outlet of the transport tube and the three-way valve. By adjusting the absolute amount of the gas to be sucked and exhausted (atmosphere), the cleaning liquid does not come out from the discharge port, and at the same time, the cleaning liquid in the middle of cleaning is prevented from coming out to the used cleaning liquid container.
After cleaning the inside of the transport pipe with the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid is discharged from D toward the used cleaning liquid tank 113 (FIG. 9 (e)). After a predetermined number of times, the cleaning liquid moves back and forth inside the transport pipe and is cleaned, and the cleaning liquid moving and discharging air pump takes a long decompression time to discharge the cleaning liquid to the used cleaning liquid tank. Thus, a series of cleaning operations are completed, and another scent is newly fed into the transport pipe and discharged from the discharge port 106. During the cleaning operation, the fragrance container 3 side of the three-way valve 111 is closed.
In the scent providing device of the present invention, the transport pipe is made of, for example, a fluororesin so that the fragrance component is difficult to adhere. The inner diameter in this example is 1 mm. When it gets thicker, it is not desirable to alienate human movement. Furthermore, since the cleaning liquid becomes droplets and it becomes difficult to move the cleaning liquid depending on the air pressure in the cleaning operation, the cross-sectional area of the transport pipe preferably does not exceed 16 mm2. Moreover, it is preferable that the cross-sectional area of a transport pipe is 0.3 mm <2> or more. The resistance of the cleaning liquid to the inner wall of the transport pipe increases when the cross-sectional area of the transport pipe is small. When the cross-sectional area of the transport pipe is less than 0.3 mm2, it may be difficult to move the cleaning liquid in the transport pipe.
In the scent providing device of the present invention, the cleaning liquid may be normal water or may contain a surfactant. Moreover, if it is ozone water, the cleaning effect is high. Although the present invention does not limit the cleaning liquid, it is clear that it is difficult to use a cleaning liquid with a fragrance.
However, ozone water has an ozone odor. When using a cleaning liquid having such a scent, it is possible to flow the air in a reverse direction from the outlet near the human nose by depressurizing the cleaning liquid moving and discharging air pump shown in FIG. By washing the air from the discharge port to the cleaning liquid moving and discharging air pump 112 after cleaning, not only the remaining scent of the cleaning liquid but also the perfume components that could not be removed by the cleaning liquid can be cleaned.
The timing at which the cleaning liquid is fed into the transport pipe and cleaned is defined by the moving image media with audio or the scent providing time defined by the providing time. That is, it is carried out at the time after provision of the kind of fragrance that easily leaves the remaining scent in the transport pipe. Or it is implemented before the time which dislikes turbidity with other fragrance | flavors of a remaining incense. It is also desirable to analyze the time when no scent is provided and to execute within that time. These are controlled by the scent generation control means.
Desirably, a series of cleaning operations of transporting and discharging the cleaning liquid into the transport pipe is performed within a time of 3 seconds that is the breathing interval of the person. By performing the cleaning work within 3 seconds, it is possible to complete the cleaning at an optimal time that is not affected by the fragrance provision schedule, and it is effective when providing multiple scents continuously. .
In addition, the scent generating device of the present invention is a method for removing the remaining scent in the transport pipe or removing the cleaning liquid, by heating the vicinity of the discharge port or the transport pipe itself to pass the hot air through the transport pipe to vaporize and remove the fragrance components Methods are possible and the present invention does not preclude simultaneous execution with them. As a method for heating the transport pipe, it is also effective as a method for removing the remaining scent by having a heater near the discharge port, heating and sucking air taken in from the discharge port, and evaporating and removing the remaining scent component.
