Abstract
Filtration net washing method characterizes in that the medium passes through a filtration net (7), according to the filtration direction, and after cleaning it is directed to a clean medium outlet (9) and partially compressed, preferably with a pump (2), which is preferably integrated with a filter, and then after the compression it is reversed to the inside of the filter preferably with a lengthened rotary mechanism (5), driven rotary with an electric motor (2a) and/or an integrated pump (2), not touching the filtration net (7), the said mechanism being hollow inside, which through at least one washing ending (12) jets the medium on that net from inside to outside, the touch area of the medium stream with the filtration net (7) is small and is from 0,1 mm2 to 1 cm2, the net (7) washing medium pressure is higher than the filtration pressure in the filter, being up to several hundreds bars, preferably 3-20 bars, the rotary speed at washing medium application being from several rotations/min. up to 10000 rotations/min., preferably 3500 rotations/min., and the process of filtration net (7) washing is conducted without switching off the filter. Filter for using the filtration net washing method, comprising elements with a dirty medium inlet, a clean medium outlet, a sewage outlet and a washing medium inlet, characterizes in that the filter has a lengthened rotary mechanism (5) not touching a filtration net (7) and hollow inside, driven by a power source (2 and/or 2a), passing through a pressure chamber (1), a collecting chamber (3) and a filtration chamber (6), arranged in different order, which mechanism through at least one washing ending (12) jets the medium on that net from inside to outside, and the filtration net (7) length is smaller than the filtration chamber (6) length, the lengthened rotary mechanism (5) is a rotary shaft of a medium compressing pump (2) or of an electric motor (2a), the washing ending (12) is a small aperture, a jet nozzle or a nozzle with an aperture, through which aperture the medium passes at an angle to the shaft (5) rotation axis, and the size of the washing ending (12) is preferably 0,5mm to 1 cm, and the rotary shaft (5) on its length between the pressure chamber (I) and the filtration chamber (6) has a non-through axial hole (5a) and at least one washing ending (12).
Claims
1. A filtration net washing method, comprising using of a drive source and a washing element, wherein the medium passes through a filtration net (7), according to the filtration direction, and after cleaning it is directed to a clean medium outlet (9) and partially compressed, preferably with a pump (2), more preferably a pump integrated with a filter, and then after the compression it is reversed to the inside of the filter preferably with a lengthened rotary mechanism (5), driven rotary with an electric motor (2a) and/or an integrated pump (2), not touching the filtration net (7), the said mechanism having a non-through axial hole (5a), being an axial hole crossing most part of the entire rotary mechanism, for application of the washing medium through at least one washing element (12) on that net from inside to outside, the touch area of the medium stream with the filtration net (7) is small and is from 0,1 mm2 do 1 cm2, the net (7) washing medium pressure is higher than the filtration pressure in the filter, from 1 up to 1000 bars, preferably 3-20 bars, the rotary speed at washing medium application being from one rotation/min. up to 10000 rotations/min., preferably 3500 rotations/min., and the process of filtration net (7) washing is conducted without switching off the filter.

A method according to claim 1 , wherein the lengthened rotary mechanism (5) is a rotary shaft of the pump (2) or of the electric motor (2a), the medium for washing the net (7) is applied to the inside (5a) of the hollow shaft (5) in the center of that shaft or at the end of that shaft through an aperture leading to that hollow being in the pressure chamber (1), the washing medium stream is applied rotatably, vibratorily or pulsatorily, and the washing element (12) is small aperture, a jet nozzle, a nozzle with an aperture, a rotary nozzle or a rotor of the integrated pump (2), direction of which element allows the medium to flow at an angle between 0-360° to the rotation axis, the diameter of the washing element (12), being the length between its two edges, is preferably 0,5mm to 1cm, and the distance of the medium application, being the distance between washing elements and the filtration net, is preferably within range from 1mm to 10 cm.

A filter for using the filtration net washing method of claim 1 , comprising elements with a dirty medium inlet, a clean medium outlet, a sewage outlet and a washing medium inlet, power source in the form of an electric motor or a pump, and washing element not touching a filtration net, wherein the filter has a lengthened rotary mechanism (5) not touching a filtration net (7) and having inside a non-through axial hole (5a) being an axial hole crossing most part of the entire shaft, for application of the washing medium, driven by a power source (2 and/or 2a), which rotary mechanism (5) extends through a pressure chamber (1) having a washing medium inlet (8), a collecting chamber (3) having a clean medium outlet (9) and a filtration chamber (6) having a dirty medium inlet (10) and a sewage outlet (1 1 ), arranged successively in one of the following orders:
a) the power source (2 and/or 2a), the pressure chamber (1) with a both-side sealing (4), the collecting chamber (3), the filtration chamber (6), or
b) the pressure chamber (1) with a one-side sealing (4) the power source (2 and/or 2a), the collecting chamber (3), the filtration chamber (6), or
c) the power source (2 and/or 2a), the collecting chamber (3), the filtration chamber (6), the pressure chamber (1) with a one-side sealing (4) or
d) the pressure chamber (1) with a both-side sealing (4), the filtration chamber (6), the collecting chamber (3), the power source (2 and/or 2a),
which rotary mechanism (5) through at least one washing ending (12) jets the medium on that net from inside to outside, and the filtration net (7) length is smaller than the filtration chamber (6) length.

A filter according to claim 3, wherein the lengthened rotary mechanism (5) is a rotary shaft of a medium compressing pump (2) or of an electric motor (2a), the rotary shaft (5) on its length between the pressure chamber Q) and the filtration chamber (6) has a non-through axial hole (5a), being an axial hole crossing most part of the entire shaft, for application of the washing medium, and at least one washing element (12) being a small aperture, a jet nozzle or a nozzle with an aperture, direction of which element allows the medium to flow at an angle between 0-360° to the shaft rotation axis, and the diameter of the washing element (12), being the length between its two edges, is preferably 0,5mm to 1cm.

A filter for using the filtration net washing method of claim 1 , comprising elements with a dirty medium inlet, a clean medium outlet, a sewage outlet and a washing medium inlet, a pump and jetting elements, wherein the filter has one chamber divided by a flat filtration net (7) into a dirty medium chamber (7a) and a clean medium chamber (7b), the filtration net (7) has a both-side sealing, and the dirty medium chamber (7a) has an inlet QO) of that medium and a sewage outlet (1_1), and the clean medium chamber (7b) has a clean medium outlet (9) and inlets of at least one washing element (12), and a power source (2) is an impulse pump compressing the medium, and the washing element (12) is a small aperture, a jet nozzle or a nozzle with an aperture, direction of which element allows the medium to flow at an angle between 0-360° to the rotation axis, said washing elements Q2) are stationary or rotatable or their combination, and the diameter of the washing element (12), being the length between its two edges, is preferably 0,5mm to 1cm.

A filter for using the filtration net washing method of claim 1 , comprising elements with a dirty medium inlet, a clean medium outlet, a sewage outlet and a washing medium inlet, and a power source in the form of an electric motor or a pump, wherein the filter has two power sources (2 and 2a) with a shaft (5), connected with a filtration chamber (6), to which chamber the shaft (5) enters, on the shaft there is a rotary filtration net (7), with bearings and sealed with a sealing (4), whereas in the filtration chamber (6) casing there is at least one washing element (12), the first power source (2) is a pump, and the second power source (2a) is an electric motor and the pump (2) compresses the washing medium and rotates the filtration net (7), the washing element (12) is a small aperture, a jet nozzle or a nozzle with an aperture, direction of which element allows the medium to flow at an angle between 0-360° to the rotation axis, the diameter of the washing element (12), being the length between its two edges, is preferably 0,5mm to 1cm, and the filtration chamber (6) has a clean medium outlet (9) and inlets of the washing elements (12) applying the medium, as well as a dirty medium inlet (10) and a sewage outlet (H).

A filter for using the filtration net washing method of claim 1 , comprising elements with a dirty medium inlet, a clean medium outlet, a sewage outlet and a washing medium inlet, and a pump with vanes, wherein a power source (2a) drives at least one rotor of a pump {2), which pump compresses the washing medium, and the last rotor applies the washing medium on a filtration net (7), where the filtration chamber (6) with a dirty medium inlet (10) and a sewage outlet (11) comprises inside a collecting chamber (3) with a clean medium outlet (9) and the filtration net (7) opposite the dirty medium inlet (10) and a sewage outlet (1 1) of the filtration chamber (6), and the pump (2) is located inside the collecting chamber (3).

A filter according to claim 7, wherein application of the medium by the rotor of the pump (2) is through washing elements (12) on the filtration net (7) or directly on the filtration net (7), where the washing element (12) is a small aperture, a jet nozzle, a nozzle with an aperture or a rotary nozzle, direction of which element allows the medium to flow at an angle between 0-360° to the rotation axis, and the diameter of the washing element (12), being the length between its two edges, is preferably 0,5mm to 1 cm.
9. A filter according 3 or 4 or 6, wherein feeding the medium by a non-through axial hole (5a) of the rotary shaft (5) is through an aperture leading to that axial hole, the aperture being in the pressure chamber (1) and at the same time in the center or at the end of the shaft (5).
