如图 3所示,根据实施例一所述的方法,本发明实施例还提供一种 IMS 会议***, 该***包括会议 AS 301、 VIG 302和 MGCF 303:
会议 AS 301 ,设置为通过 VIG 302向被叫用户终端发送接入请求消息, 并接收被叫用户终端返回的确认消息, 从所述确认消息中获取被叫用户终 端的性能参数, 若根据所述性能参数确定所述被叫用户终端不支持视频通 话,则发起呼叫回落流程,通过 MGCF将被叫用户终端以音频方式接入 IMS 会议中;
VIG 302, 设置为接收和处理会议 AS 301发送的接入请求消息、 如视 频会议接入请求消息;
所述 VIG 302还设置为将 IMS会议中的 SIP消息转换为 ISUP消息并 实现 IMS会议中音视频的编解码转换, 并将将转换后的 ISUP消息发送到 MGCF 303。
MGCF 303 , 设置为接收和处理会议 AS 301发送的接入请求消息、 如 音频会议接入请求消息。
IMS会议业务的相关技术中, 在呼叫被叫用户终端参加会议时, 由于 无法获知被叫用户是否具备视频通话能力, 无法将信令和媒体正确路由至 MGCF/MGW或 VIG处理。 该***进一步包括:
CSCF 304: 设置为根据接入请求消息中携带的音视频会议呼叫标示确 定当前会议呼叫为视频会议呼叫, 则将所述接入请求消息通过 VIG路由至 MGCF。
本发明实施例提供的方法能够实现邀请 2G手机、 3G视频手机、 PSTN 终端等加入 IMS会议。 另外还可实现 2G手机、 3G视频手机、 PSTN终端 主动拨打接入码加入 IMS会议。
本发明实施例所提供的方案在接入请求消息中携带音视频会议呼叫标 示,解决了现有技术中如果 CSCF将所有 SIP消息转发至 MGCF ,由于 MGW 不具备视频编解码转换, 将无法实现视频接入功能。 如果 CSCF将所有 SIP 消息均转发给 VIG处理, 对于所有音频会议呼叫也占用 VIG的视频端口, 将是极大的资源浪费。 本发明实施例还提供一种 IMS会议***, 包括 MGCF和会议 AS, 其 中,
MGCF,设置为接收到用户终端发送来的多媒体会议接入请求后,根据 呼叫类型直接将所述接入请求发送至会议 AS 或者通过 VIG发送到会议 AS, 触发 IMS会议业务;
会议 AS, 设置为对所述多媒体会议接入请求进行验证, 并在验证通过 后, 将所述用户终端接入 IMS会议。
本发明实施例还提供一种会议 AS, 包括收发模块和会议处理模块, 其 中,
收发模块, 设置为通过 VIG 302向被叫用户终端发送接入请求消息, 并接收被叫用户终端返回的确认消息;
会议处理模块, 设置为从所述确认消息中获取被叫用户终端的性能参 数, 若根据所述性能参数确定所述被叫用户终端不支持视频通话, 则发起 呼叫回落流程, 通过 MGCF将被叫用户终端以音频方式接入 IMS会议中。
本发明实施例还提供一种 MGCF, 包括路由模块, 设置为根据呼叫类 型直接将所述多媒体会议接入请求发送至会议 AS或者通过 VIG发送到会 议 AS, 触发 IMS会议业务。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种 IP多媒体*** IMS会议接入的方法, 当 IMS会议呼叫域外用 户, 包括:
会议应用服务器 AS通过视频互通网关 VIG向被叫用户终端发送接入 请求消息, 并接收被叫用户终端返回的确认消息;
从所述确认消息中获取被叫用户终端的性能参数, 若根据所述性能参 数确定所述被叫用户终端不支持视频通话, 则发起呼叫回落流程, 通过媒 体网关控制功能 MGCF将被叫用户终端以音频方式接入 IMS会议中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述会议 AS通过 VIG向被叫用 户终端发送接入请求消息之前, 还包括:
会议 AS发送接入请求消息至 VIG或媒体网关控制功能 MGCF。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述会议 AS发送接入请求消息 至 VIG或媒体网关控制功能 MGCF之前, 还包括:
会议 AS 创建 IMS 会议, 并发送接入请求消息至呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF;
CSCF根据所述会议接入请求中携带的音视频会议呼叫标示确定当前 会议呼叫为视频会议呼叫, 则将所述接入请求消息发送至 VIG。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: VIG将 IMS会议中的会话启动协议 SIP消息转换为综合业务数字网用户部分 ISUP 消息并实现 IMS会议中音视频的编解码转换, 并将转换后的 ISUP消息发 送到 MGCF。
5、 一种 IMS会议接入的方法, 包括:
MGCF接收到用户终端发送来的多媒体会议接入请求后, 根据呼叫类 型直接将所述接入请求发送至会议 AS或者通过 VIG发送到会议 AS, 触发 IMS会议业务; 所述被叫用户终端在会议 AS对所述多媒体会议接入请求进行验证,并 在验证通过后, 由会议 AS接入 IMS会议。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据呼叫类型直接将所述接 入请求发送至会议 AS或者通过 VIG发送到会议 AS 包括:
MGCF根据多媒体会议接入请求中的用户业务信息 USI和传输媒介要 求 TMR信息确定所述多媒体接入请求是否为视频会议呼叫, 如果是, 则通 过 VIG将所述接入请求发送至会议 AS。
7、 如权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 所述 VIG将 IMS会议中的 SIP消息转换为 ISUP消息并实现音视频的编解码转换。
8、 一种 IMS会议***, 包括会议 AS、 VIG和 MGCF, 其中, 会议 AS,设置为通过 VIG向被叫用户终端发送接入请求消息, 并接收 被叫用户终端返回的确认消息, 从所述确认消息中获取被叫用户终端的性 能参数, 若根据所述性能参数确定所述被叫用户终端不支持视频通话, 则 发起呼叫回落流程,通过 MGCF将被叫用户终端以音频方式接入 IMS会议 中;
VIG, 设置为接收和处理会议 AS发送的接入请求消息;
MGCF, 设置为接收和处理会议 AS发送的接入请求消息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的***, 其中, 该***进一步包括:
CSCF , 设置为根据接入请求消息中携带的音视频会议呼叫标示确定当 前会议呼叫为视频会议呼叫, 则将所述接入请求消息通过 VIG 路由至 MGCF。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的***, 其中, 所述 VIG还设置为将 IMS 会议中的 SIP消息转换为 ISUP消息并实现 IMS会议中音视频的编解码转 换, 并将转换后的 ISUP消息发送到 MGCF。
11、 一种 IMS会议***, 包括 MGCF和会议 AS, 其中, MGCF,设置为接收到用户终端发送来的多媒体会议接入请求后,根据 呼叫类型直接将所述接入请求发送至会议 AS 或者通过 VIG发送到会议 AS, 触发 IMS会议业务;
会议 AS, 设置为对所述多媒体会议接入请求进行验证, 并在验证通过 后, 将所述用户终端接入 IMS会议。
12、 一种会议 AS, 包括收发模块和会议处理模块, 其中,
收发模块, 设置为通过 VIG 302向被叫用户终端发送接入请求消息, 并接收被叫用户终端返回的确认消息;
会议处理模块, 设置为从所述确认消息中获取被叫用户终端的性能参 数, 若根据所述性能参数确定所述被叫用户终端不支持视频通话, 则发起 呼叫回落流程, 通过 MGCF将被叫用户终端以音频方式接入 IMS会议中。
13、 一种 MGCF, 包括路由模块, 设置为根据呼叫类型直接将所述多 媒体会议接入请求发送至会议 AS或者通过 VIG发送到会议 AS,触发 IMS 会议业务。
