多媒体广播节目录制方法及数据卡设备 技术领域 本发明涉及数字移动多媒体广播领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种多媒体广播节目录制 方法及数据卡设备。 背景技术 近年来, 数字移动多媒体广播技术尤其是移动电视技术发展迅速, 各种标准为移 动多媒体广播终端用户提供了丰富多彩的内容, 譬如新闻、 体育节目、 综艺、 电视剧 以及电影等节目, 用户可以根据自己的爱好选择移动多媒体广播的服务节目。 目前带有广播信号接收芯片的数据卡得到了一定的应用, 当在该数据卡上增加 wifi功能后, 把数据卡接收到的广播信号再通过 wifi进行广播, 使更多的不同类型的 移动终端可以同时收看多媒体业务, 用户在收看多媒体业务时存在录制相应节目的需 求。 因此, 如何有效的响应多用户的录制需求成为了多媒体录制的难点。 针对相关技术中如何有效的响应多用户的录制需求的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的 解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种多媒体广播节目录制方法及数据卡设备, 以至少解决上述如何 有效的响应多用户的录制需求的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种多媒体广播节目录制方法, 包括: 数据卡设 备接收多媒体广播节目; 通过数据卡设备的 wifi信道将接收到的多媒体广播节目广播 至小区中的 wifi终端; 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目。 优选地, 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求之前, 还包括: wifi终端通过 web 网页登录数据卡设备,并选择需录制的多媒体广播节目; wifi终端将录制请求通过 wifi 发送至数据卡设备。 优选地, 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目, 包括: 数 据卡设备响应录制请求, 按 CPRM协议将多媒体广播节目加密并保存至数据卡设备的 SD卡中。 优选地,数据卡设备按 CPRM协议将多媒体广播节目加密并保存至数据卡设备的 SD卡中之后, 还包括: 数据卡设备记录多媒体广播节目的录制信息; 优选地, 录制信息至少包括以下之一: 用户名、 节目名、 录制的开始时间、 录制 的结束时间、 录制时长、 文件起始位置。 优选地,数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求,录制多媒体广播节目之后还包括: 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的播放已录制节目的请求, 根据 CPRM协议从 SD卡中解密 出相应的节目数据, 并通过 wifi信道将节目数据传输至 wifi终端。 优选地, 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目之前, 还包 括: 数据卡设备判断多媒体广播节目是否已经录制; 如果是, 则不录制多媒体广播节 目, 将多媒体广播节目的录制信息记录至 wifi终端的对应项中。 优选地, 录制多媒体广播节目之前, 还包括: 数据卡设备判断多媒体广播节目是 否允许录制。 优选地, 通过数据卡设备的 wifi信道把接收到的多媒体广播节目广播至小区中的 wifi 终端之前, 还包括: 将接收到的多媒体广播节目进行解调得到数据帧; 将数据帧 进行解复用得到加扰的媒体数据块, 并将媒体数据块按预定格式进行封装。 优选地, 在录制多媒体广播节目的过程中, 数据卡设备发送录制相关的提示信息 至 wifi终端, 提示信息至少包括以下之一: 录制开始、 录制结束、 录制时长。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种数据卡设备, 包括: 多媒体广播接收芯片, 设置为接收多媒体广播节目; Wifi模块, 设置为将接收到的多媒体广播节目通过 wifi 信道广播至小区中的 wifi终端; 用户录制管理和录制模块, 设置为响应 wifi终端的录 制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目。 优选地, 数据卡设备还包括: Web Server模块, 设置为 wifi终端通过 web网页登 录数据卡设备, 并选择需录制的多媒体广播节目; wifi模块, 还设置为 wifi终端将录 制请求通过 wifi发送至数据卡设备。 优选地, 用户录制管理和录制模块还设置为响应录制请求, 按 CPRM协议将多媒 体广播节目加密并保存至数据卡设备的 SD卡中。 优选地, 多媒体广播接收芯片还设置为将接收到的多媒体广播节目进行解调得到 数据帧。 优选地, 数据卡设备还包括: 数据处理模块, 设置为将数据帧进行解复用得到加 扰的媒体数据块, 并将媒体数据块按预定格式进行封装。 在本发明中, 利用数据卡设备接收多媒体广播数据, 再通过 wifi信道把接收到的 多媒体广播数据再次广播给小区中的 wifi终端, 当 wifi终端需要录制节目内容时, 把 录制内容保存在数据卡侧, 以达到同时响应多用户录制请求的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例一的多媒体广播节目录制方法流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例二的数据卡设备结构示意图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的用户终端接入多媒体业务的示意图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例三的数据卡***结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例四的开始录制节目内容流程图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例五停止录制节目内容流程图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例六录制节目内容再播放流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 实施例一 图 1是根据本发明实施例一的多媒体广播节目录制方法流程图。 如图 1所示, 包 括以下步骤: 步骤 S102, 数据卡设备接收多媒体广播节目。 步骤 S104,通过数据卡设备的 wifi信道将接收到的多媒体广播节目广播至小区中 的 wifi终端。 步骤 S106, 数据卡设备响应 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目。 在本实施例中, 利用数据卡设备接收多媒体广播数据, 再通过 wifi信道把接收到 的多媒体广播数据再次广播给小区中的 wifi终端, 当 wifi终端需要录制节目内容时, 把录制内容保存在数据卡侧, 以达到同时响应多用户录制请求的效果。 其中,在上述实施例中,可通过网页录制请求方式把录制内容利用 CPRM (Content Protection for Recordable Media) 技术保存在数据卡侧的 SD卡中, 并且把录制相关的 信息记录在录制信息数据库中, 从而达到响应多用户录制请求, 并节省 SD卡空间。 其过程是数据卡的广播信号接收芯片接收多媒体数据,再通过 wifi进行广播,带有 wifi 功能的移动终端都可以在一定范围内接收到多媒体业务, 移动终端在收看多媒体业务 时,可以通过网页请求录制相应的多媒体节目。数据卡侧收到录制请求后,根据 CPRM 协议要求, 把相应的节目码流保存到数据卡侧的 SD卡中, 此处仅数据卡及 SD卡为 CPRM设备, 这样一方面避免了要求用户终端是 CPRM设备, 另一方面集中管理和保 存节目码流, 提高其安全性。 CPRM技术也称为录制媒介内容保护技术, 它将媒介与 录制相联系。该技术的加密原理是,在每张空白的可录写光盘上预先存储一个 64比特 盘片 ID在***区。当受保护的内容被刻录到盘片上时, 它可由盘片 ID得到的 56位密 码进行加密。 需要访问光盘信息时, 则从***区中读取盘片 ID, 然后生成盘片内容解 密所需要的密钥。如果盘片内容被复制到其他媒介, 那么盘片 ID将会丢失或出错, 数 据将无法解密。 在上述实施例中, 可以同时响应多用户的录制需求, 并且把录制内容根据 CPRM 协议加密保存在数据卡侧 SD卡中, 从而达到对多媒体内容的有效保护。 通过用户名 的登录方式也保护录制节目内容不被其它用户观看,而符合 CPRM设备的数据卡及 SD 卡也可保护录制内容的再观看、 再拷贝。 实施例二 图 2是根据本发明实施例二的数据卡设备结构示意图。 如图 2所示, 该数据卡设 备 100包括:多媒体广播接收芯片 110、 Wifi模块 120和用户录制管理和录制模块 130。 其中, 多媒体广播接收芯片 110, 设置为接收多媒体广播节目; Wifi模块 120, 设 置为将接收到的多媒体广播节目通过 wifi信道广播至小区中的 wifi终端; 用户录制管 理和录制模块 130, 设置为响应 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制多媒体广播节目。 在本实施例中, 利用数据卡设备接收多媒体广播数据, 再通过 wifi信道把接收到 的多媒体广播数据再次广播给小区中的 wifi终端, 当 wifi终端需要录制节目内容时, 把录制内容保存在数据卡侧, 以达到同时响应多用户录制请求的效果。 其中, 在上述实施例中, 数据卡设备还可以包括一个 web server模块和 SD卡(图 中未示出), 该 web server模块提供 web网页接入功能, 完成用户登录、 电子业务指南 信息提供、 HTML网页式多媒体数据提供。 wifi模块分别与数据卡和移动终端相连。 用户录制管理和录制模块完成用户录制信息的管理 (如开始时间, 结束时间、 时长、 文件的起始位置等) 和根据 CPRM协议加密录制内容保存到数据卡侧 SD卡中。 移动终端利用 wifi与数据卡进行互联, 通过 web网页登录数据卡的 web server, 在登录时提供用户名和密码, 用户浏览相应的频道列表, 选择相应频道进行播放。 在 播放过程中用户想录制该节目时, 在频道列表的网页上点击相应录制按钮启动录制请 求, 该请求通过 wifi发送到数据卡侧, 数据卡开始根据 CPRM要求把相应的录制节目 数据加密保存到数据卡侧 SD卡中, 在录制过程中数据卡侧也可以通过 web server发 送录制相关的提示给用户, 比如录制开始、 录制结束、 录制内容时长等信息。 对于录制内容再播放时, 用户可以通过录制内容信息网页从数据卡侧获取到该用 户录制的内容列表。 点击列表中某项进行再播放, 则数据卡侧从 SD卡中根据 CPRM 要求解密读出相应数据, 然后通过 wifi把数据传输给用户终端进行再播放。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的用户终端接入多媒体业务的示意图。 如图 3所示, 计 算机、 电视机、手机、 以及各种类型的终端均可以通过数据卡接入到广播电视网络中。 以下的实施例以该场景为例 (但不限于此) 进行说明。 实施例三 图 4是根据本发明实施例三的数据卡***结构框图。 如图 4所示, 该***包括: 数据卡 100和终端 200 (例如, 移动终端)。 其中, 数据卡 100与终端 200通过 wifi 方式连接, 下面对此分别进行说明。 数据卡 100, 设置为接收运营商广播的多媒体业务数据, 并且通过 wifi再次广播 给小区内的移动终端 200。 该数据卡 100包括: 多媒体广播接收芯片 110、数据处理模 块 140、 Web Server模块 150、 用户录制管理和录制模块 130、 wifi模块 120和 SD卡 160, 其中: 多媒体广播接收芯片 110设置为接收广播信号, 还可以对广播信号进行解调得到 数据帧。 数据处理模块 140设置为对数据帧进行解复用, 以得到加扰的媒体数据块和电子 业务指南信息等, 并将媒体数据块按预定格式 (例如, RTP格式) 进行封装。 需要说 明的是,对数据帧进行复用然后进行封装是再次进行广播发送的一种优选的实施方式。
Web Server模块 150设置为提供网页发布管理。 用户录制管理和录制模块 130设置为管理用户接入和录制信息记录及码流加解密 存取过程。 wifi模块 120设置为移动终端 200与数据卡 100之间的 wifi连接。 移动终端 200, 利用网页形式通过 wifi与数据卡 100进行连接, 登录并接收多媒 体业务。 下面结合上述***进行操作流程说明: 在 Web Server模块 150接入一个新用户之后, 把该用户增加到用户录制管理信息 数据库中, 如果该用户点击电子业务指南中某多媒体业务播放并录制时, 先查找该多 媒体业务是否已经在录制, 如果已经在录制, 则把该节目名称、 开始时间、 录制文件 的名称及起始位置记录到该用户信息对应项中。 如果没有其它用户启动录制该节目内 容, 则开始使用 CPRM协议规定, 加密节目码流数据并保存到数据卡侧的 SD卡 160 中; 当用户停止录制时, 则查找该多媒体业务是否还有其它用户在录制, 如果有其它 用户还在录制, 则仅记录下录制结束时间、 计算录制时长、 文件的终止位置, 把这些 信息记录到数据库该用户名下的对应项。 如果没有其它用户在录制, 则停止向该录制 文件写入加密码流, 并同时也记录下录制结束时间、计算录制时长、文件的终止位置, 把这些信息记录到数据库该用户名下的对应项。 在本实施例中, 通过上述***, 终端用户在观看节目的同时可以进行节目内容录 制, 利用录制信息数据库可以同时响应多用户录制, 并且节省了 SD卡 160存储空间。 而且使用 CPRM协议对录制内容进行加密保护, 这仅仅要求该数据卡及 SD卡 160为 CPRM设备,并不要求录制请求终端为 CPRM设备。因此把录制内容保存在数据卡侧, 并且通过用户登录名及密码对该用户录制内容单保护。 另外, 如果运营商对节目内容 通过某些指示位来指示是否允许录制, 则在该数据卡录制时通过判断该指示位, 很容 易根据运营商需求来允许和禁止节目内容录制。 实施例四 图 5是根据本发明实施例四的开始录制节目内容流程图。 如图 5所示, 包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S502,移动终端用户使用用户名和密码登录 web server。 web server则反馈电 子业务指南信息给登录的用户, 用户根据电子业务指南信息点击播放某频道。 步骤 S504,在播放过程中用户点击网页中的录制按钮,请求录制该频道节目内容。 步骤 S506, 用户录制管理和录制模块则判断该节目是否已经存在其它用户在录 制, 如果存在其它用户已经在录制该节目, 则跳到步骤 S510, 如果不存在其它用户在 录制该节目, 则跳到步骤 S508。 步骤 S508, 根据 CPRM协议, 把该节目码流内容进行加密保存到 SD卡文件中。 步骤 S510, 把该节目名、 保存码流的文件名、 该用户录制的开始时间以及对应的 文件起始位置等信息记录到录制信息数据库该用户项中。 步骤 S512, 提示用户已经开始录制; 步骤 S514, 结束。 实施例五 图 6是根据本发明实施例五停止录制节目内容流程图。 如图 6所示, 包括以下步 骤: 步骤 S602, 用户点击网页中的录制停止按钮, 请求停卡录制。 步骤 S604, 用户录制管理和录制模块则判断该节目是否还存在其它用户在录制, 如果存在其它用户在录制该节目, 则跳到步骤 S608, 如果不存在其它用户在录制该节 目, 则跳到步骤 S606。 步骤 S606, 停止把加密码流数据写入到该节目文件中。 步骤 S608, 把该用户录制的结束时间、 录制时长以及对应的文件结束位置等信息 记录到录制信息数据库该用户项中 步骤 S610, 提示用户已经停止录制。 步骤 S612, 结束。 实施例六 图 7是根据本发明实施例六录制节目内容再播放流程图。 如图 7所示, 包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S702, 移动终端用户使用用户名和密码登录 web server, 申请打开用户录制 内容网页。 步骤 S704,用户录制管理和录制模块根据终端登录时的用户名查找录制信息数据 库, 提取所有该用户录制的内容列表, 动态形成网页发送给终端。 步骤 S706, 用户点击某录制内容进行再播放。 步骤 S708, 用户录制管理和录制模块从录制信息数据库中找到该节目的录制信 息, 如文件名、 文件开始位置及结束位置等。 步骤 S710, 根据 CPRM协议从对应文件中提取正确的媒体数据并解密。 步骤 S712, 通过 wifi把媒体数据发送给终端设备。 步骤 S714, 终端设备接收数据并且进行播放。 在本发明的上述各实施例中, 利用数据卡设备接收多媒体广播数据, 再通过 wifi 信道把接收到的多媒体广播数据再次广播给小区中的移动终端, 当移动终端需要录制 节目内容时, 把录制内容保存在具有 CPRM规范的数据卡侧 SD卡中, 同时把用户的 录制信息记录到录制信息数据库中, 以达到同时响应多用户录制请求。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多媒体广播节目录制方法, 包括:
数据卡设备接收多媒体广播节目;
通过所述数据卡设备的 wifi信道将接收到的所述多媒体广播节目广播至小 区中的 wifi终端; 所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的录制请求,录制所述多媒体广播节目。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的录制 请求之前, 还包括:
所述 wifi终端通过 web网页登录所述数据卡设备,并选择需录制的多媒体 广播节目;
所述 wifi终端将所述录制请求通过 wifi发送至所述数据卡设备。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的录制 请求, 录制所述多媒体广播节目, 包括:
所述数据卡设备响应所述录制请求,按 CPRM协议将所述多媒体广播节目 加密并保存至所述数据卡设备的 SD卡中。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据卡设备按 CPRM协议将所述多媒 体广播节目加密并保存至所述数据卡设备的 SD卡中之后, 还包括:
所述数据卡设备记录所述多媒体广播节目的录制信息, 其中, 所述录制信 息至少包括以下之一: 用户名、 节目名、 录制的开始时间、 录制的结束时间、 录制时长、 文件起始位置。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的录制 请求, 录制所述多媒体广播节目之后还包括:
所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的播放已录制节目的请求, 根据 CPRM 协议从所述 SD卡中解密出相应的节目数据, 并通过 wifi信道将所述节目数据 传输至所述 wifi终端。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据卡设备响应所述 wifi终端的录制 请求, 录制所述多媒体广播节目之前, 还包括: 所述数据卡设备判断所述多媒体广播节目是否已经录制; 如果是, 则不录制所述多媒体广播节目, 将所述多媒体广播节目的录制信 息记录至所述 wifi终端的对应项中。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 通过所述数据卡设备的 wifi信 道把接收到的所述多媒体广播节目广播至小区中的 wifi终端之前, 还包括: 将接收到的所述多媒体广播节目进行解调得到数据帧;
将所述数据帧进行解复用得到加扰的媒体数据块, 并将所述媒体数据块按 预定格式进行封装。
8. 一种数据卡设备, 包括:
多媒体广播接收芯片, 设置为接收多媒体广播节目;
Wifi模块, 设置为将接收到的所述多媒体广播节目通过 wifi信道广播至小 区中的 wifi终端;
用户录制管理和录制模块, 设置为响应所述 wifi终端的录制请求, 录制所 述多媒体广播节目。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的数据卡设备, 其中,
所述数据卡设备还包括: Web Server模块, 设置为所述 wifi终端通过 web 网页登录所述数据卡设备, 并选择需录制的多媒体广播节目;
所述 wifi模块,还设置为所述 wifi终端将所述录制请求通过 wifi发送至所 述数据卡设备。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的数据卡设备, 其中, 所述用户录制管理和录制模块还设 置为响应所述录制请求,按 CPRM协议将所述多媒体广播节目加密并保存至所 述数据卡设备的 SD卡中。
11. 根据权利要求 8所述的数据卡设备, 其中, 所述多媒体广播接收芯片还设置为 将接收到的所述多媒体广播节目进行解调得到数据帧。
12. 根据权利要求 8至 11任一项所述的数据卡设备, 其中, 还包括:
数据处理模块, 设置为将所述数据帧进行解复用得到加扰的媒体数据块, 并将所述媒体数据块按预定格式进行封装。
