Description

TISSUE BOX, MADE OF CARPET AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAID BOX
Description
Field of the Invention
This invention is related to the improved tissue box, which is light, flexible, and can be placed on every space, as well as having object holder system placed inside that prevents it from making any noise when there is shock on the area that supports it.
Background of the Invention
As what is used to be, tissue box serves as means or container for placing or covering the tissue which are used daily at homes, office, even in a vehicle. The tissue boxes are mostly made of hard plastic material, which are then layered by a cover. Generally, tissue box consists of two parts, those are the main body as the container of the tissue, and the other is a cover which is placed at the open part of the main body. To take out the tissue, a sufficient hole is placed at the central part of the cover to pull out and take out the tissue. The inner part of the box is made into a space that can. keep a certain amount of tissue, that can be pulled out through the hole on the cover. Usually, the cover part of the tissue is separated from the main body of the box, so that it is possible that the cover ,or/ the body of the box is separated or they may be lost" anywhere . The material used for making the box is a relatively firm and hard material that if it is placed on the dashboard, it can make out some noise and it will easily slip. To reduce the noise and to prevent it from slipping, as well as to do up the appearance of the box, then it has to be wrapped by using various wrapping materials formed in certain ways. To muffle the noise made on the dashboard, the wrap can be made of soft material. Besides, the making process of the previous types of boxes can be considered quite complicated, because it was conducted by way of injection mold using the tools or relatively expensive equipment and it needs specific skill in operating it. The tool used in the injection mold also requires regular maintenance to produce good result.
Therefore, the previous types of boxes can be said "as having no special characteristic to muffle noise, requiring wrap or cover to reduce the noise, as well as having complicated and expensive making process. Other than the limitation mentioned above, there are still some other weaknesses, that is its difficulty to place it in an uneven area and has to be held down in certain ways in order to keep it from moving if it is placed on the car dashboard, and it is impossible for other things to be placed on it because there will be some noise if the things move and shake, especially when the box is put it on the dashboard. Therefore, this type of tissue box is ineffective and inefficient and there are still some chances to improve and enhance it .
To overcome those limitations, here the inventor proposes a type of tissue box which has been improved and in which the making process is relatively easy and does not make any noise as well as can be put in uneven areas such as the vehicle dashboard.
Summary of the Invention
The invention is related to a light and flexible product, one of which is the tissue box made of carpet material with plastic as additional material used as a strengthener and fastener that can be made of plastic or other material that are suitable for the function.
The main purpose of this invention is to introduce a tissue box that can be placed on uneven / contoured areas and does not make any noise if it is shaken. This can be achieved by adding adhesive in the form of male magic tape + female magic tape + scotch tape in one part of the box (usually at the lower part) , which serve as adhesive to attach the product on the space that hold it in order to keep it still and keep it from slipping. The structure of the adhesive is following: male magic tape is sewn to the tissue box and then the female magic tape, on which the bottom side has been glued using the scotch tape, is attached to the male magic tape. If you want to clean this tissue box, just release the male magic tape from the female magic tape and the scotch tape. And then, if the adhesive is not used, the female magic tape and the scotch tape are released from the male magic tape which has been sewn with the box and then a cut of carpet material is attached to the male magic tape to remove the adhesive function .
The next purpose is to introduce a type of tissue box which has such an object holder system in the form of rod holder to keep the tissue or any objects inside from cluttering and making some noises when they are shaken. The rod holder is inserted to the holder hole which is on the side wall of the box. This system allows the box tissue to be loaded with other objects, such as perfume box or other things which will not move because they have been held by the rod holder of this system.
Further purpose of this invention is to introduce a type of tissue box of which the major material is carpet. The tissue box consists of:
Square-shaped body that makes a space for storing and the upper part is open which is used to put the tissue ;
- Cover which is placed on the upper part of the body to cover it.
A hole to take out the tissue from the storing space;
A brace which is placed at least on one of the inner sides of the box.
The brace is made of hard plastic material which can be placed horizontally in the inner side of the left, right, front, or back side of the fold of the cover and also vertically on the front or back side of the inner side of the body, either by way of gluing, stapling, or sewing it, as well as the combination of the three. The brace is in right-angle shaped with certain length and has certain numbers of holes through which the needle and thread pass.
For ease the mounting, assembling, or releasing, the tissue box is made of various materials which the usage depends on the chosen design, such as:
Male and female fasteners that can be connected or coupled each other so that they are buttoned up;
Male magic tape that can be sewn behind the carpet of one of the sides of the box and is attached to the carpet pelt or to the female magic tape which is on the other side of the box so that the parts are interrelated .
The making process of this tissue box is carried out in the following steps:
Cut the carpet in certain size;
Shape the carpet in certain forms using pattern cutter applied on the carpet;
Carry out one of heating processes below on the patterned carpet:
(1) Make lines on the back side of the carpet, but do not go through the surface, using heater tool, that is heater blade, or
(2) Make the carpet into harder material using heater tools such as heating plate which is rubbed on isolation material placed on the carpet (for 2- layered carpet, consist of upper carpet layer and muffler layer made of non-woven material at the bottom of the first layer) ;
After the heating process, the following process is carried out if necessary and depends on the chosen design:
Sew the hard plastic to the certain part of the carpet material after it has been folded, to become the upper end of the vertical areas, which is used to strengthen and firm the part; In case the hard plastic/stiffer plastic is mounted after the product is installed, the mounting process is carried out by way of stapling or manual sewing;
And then, since there are 2 models of the tissue box presented on this description, the explanation of the next processes is divided according to the each model.
For tissue box which the parts are removable (Figure
1) :
Mount the hard plastic on certain part of the carpet which has been patterned by using glue or sew or combination of the two and make a square knot on the end point of the sew using electric heater;
Arrange the fastener and adhesive on certain parts of the carpet that has been patterned;
Fold the left and right side of the carpet following the fold in the direction of the vertical line so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the base side, and then fold the shroud (continuation of the left and right side of the carpet which do not intersect with the base side) inward, so that the right and left side right-angle shaped on or form right-angle shaped on the base side;
Fold the front and back cover of the carpet following the vertical fold lines so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the base side, and bring together the male and female fasteners and then fasten them;
Fold the cover horizontally over the end of the left and right side as well as the ends of the upper ends of the front and back side;
Fold the ends of the cover that bring together the male and female fasteners and fasten them;
Check and make sure if the box is in proper design and if the parts make perfect right-angled.
For tissue box design which parts are not removable
(Figure 2) :
Mount the hard plastic on certain part of the carpet which has been patterned by using glue or sew or combination of the two and make a square knot on the end point of the sew using electric heater;
Arrange the fastener and adhesive on certain parts of the carpet that has been patterned;
Fold the carpet cut following the vertical and horizontal fold lines on the pattern that it forms a right- angle shaped on the base side;
Bring together the front end of the vertical side on the left and right side with left and right ends of the vertical side on the front part so that it forms a right- angle shaped, and then join them by way of manual sewing through the holes which have been made on the surface of the carpet and on the brace plastic which are put at the bottom of the right and left angles of the front part, and after it has been sewn, a square knot is made at the end of the thread using electric heater;
Fold the cover horizontally over the left and right side ends as well as the front and back side ends;

Detailed Description of the Invention
The following explanation refers to figures 1-7 that show a tissue box made of carpet material. Carpet tissue box is a tissue box, which the main material is made of carpet, equipped with brace (3) made of stiff plastic material and fasteners or button (4, 4') that can be made of plastic or other material. Besides, for certain designs, there is a brace from hard plastic material (14) which is sewn on certain part of the carpet, after which it is folded to become the upper end of the vertical area of the product which is used to strengthen and stiffen the part.
The tissue box following this invention is in square shape which has body (1) and cover (2) . At the front and back ends of the box, there is a couple of fasteners, that is male fastener (4) and female fastener (4' ) which are bound or joined by pressing the male fastener against the female fastener, so that it forms strong tie. A brace (3) (see figure 4) is in right-angle shaped, made of plastic or other material that is suitable for it, which is mounted on the inner front part of the box (Figure 7), which serves to strengthen the box and to make it stand firmly. The brace (3) is mounted by attaching it to the corner of the box, or it can be sewn, that is by sewing the brace (3) to the carpet material used as the main material of this box, or it can also be mounted by the combination of gluing and sewing. The brace (3), which is in right-angle shaped, has several numbers of binding holes (6) which are on the both right-angles. The function of the binding holes (6) is as a passing through for the needle and thread (are not shown in the figures) when the brace is joined or mounted to the certain sides of the body (1)
To improve the appearance of the box following the invention, on the front part or side of the box, even on the upper part of this tissue box, other accessories can be added according to the taste of the users
Other embodiment of this tissue box can be made by making several holder holes (8) on the wall or the vertical part of the box. The rod holders serve as the base of the holder (7) which is in the form of a rod. The way to mount it is by inserting the rod (7) to the holder holes (8) which are on the front and back side of the box, so that the rod (7) can hold the tissue and other objects inside the box to keep it from cluttering and slipping if the box is placed on uneven areas.
Move to the cover part (2), which can be made inseparable or hinged, or even separated from the body (1) in certain ways that will be easy to open and close the parts. The upper part of the cover (2), as in usual type, there is a hole (5) to take out the tissue, which is by pulling out the tissue of the box. The cover (2) is equipped with fasteners (4,4') on the right and left sides of the box to form a cover that is in mutual accord of the body (1) of the box. This part is also equipped with brace (3) which has several holes (6) , that can be mounted both vertically on the body (1) and also horizontally on the cover (2), that is on the inner part of the cover fold of all sides (left, right, front, back), unless the cover (2) is bound with the body (1), the brace (3) is not mounted at the back of the cover (2)
Now refers to the figure 5 and 6 that show the box in unassembled condition, which is in the form of pieces, but have been patterned in certain ways that we just have to fold and join the parts in certain ways that forms a tissue box following this invention. The necessary steps to make the tissue box consist of: preparing the carpet which is going to be patterned by measuring and cutting them using the cutter according to the necessary size to form a tissue box. The cut carpets are then cut according to the planned patterned. To form the pattern from the pieces of carpet, a pattern cutter is used. It is placed on the pieces of carpet and then is pressed using the pressing machine, with the result of the patterning is patterned pieces of carpet. The pattern here includes the hole for taking out the tissue (5), holder holes (8), and holes for mounting the male fastener (4) and the female fastener (4') according to the measurement. After the patterns are formed, we come to the heating process that is heating using the heating plate or heating blade, depending on the type of carpet being used and the preferred designs.
This tissue box can also be added by an adhesive (9) in the form of material structure comprises of male magic tape and female magic tape added by double tape on certain parts (usually for the bottom part) of the box in order to keep it from moving or slipping if it is placed on a dashboard .
Besides, for certain designs and depending on the type of the carpet used, this tissue box can also be added by hard/stiffer plastic material (Figure 7) that is sewn on the certain parts of the carpet pattern, after which is folded becomes the upper end of the vertical side, which serves to strengthen and firm the part. After the making of the pattern, as shown in Figure 5 and 6, we come to the mounting of the brace (3) and fasteners (4, 4') on the necessary position. For example the brace (3) is mounted on the curve line of the cover (2) which is in the form of dotted line or line made into the back side of the carpet which do not go through the carpet surface.
According to the figure 5, the next process is as follow:
Fold the central part (12) of the left and right of the carpet according to the vertical lines, and then fold the shroud (10) inward, so that the left and right side right- angle shaped on or make a right-angle shaped on the base (13) and form a right angle on the line between the shroud (10) and the central part (12);
Fold the cover of the front and back side (11) of the carpet following the vertical lines so that they form a right-angle shaped on the base (13), so that it will bring together the male fastener (4) and the female fastener (4' ) at the shroud and then fasten them.
Next is make the cover by fold the cover (2) horizontally above the left and right ends of central areas (12) as well as the front and back upper (11), and then fold the cover ends (2) so that it brings together the male fastener (4) with the female fastener (4' ) of the cover and fasten them, and next put the cover (2) at the upper part of the body (1) .
And then, according to figure 6, the next process is as follow:
Fold the front (15) and back (16) sides of the carpet pieces following the vertical lines curve so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the base (18) and then fold the back side (16) forward so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the back side (15') . After that, fold the side (17) to form a right-angle shaped on side (16) until it presses the base side (18) in such a way that make the side (16) forms a right-angle shaped on the base side, and thus make up a base / body part square (1);
Arrange the ends of the vertical sides on the left and right of the box /side (16) with the left and right ends of the vertical side on the front/ side (15) until it forms a right angle on the front left and right sides, and then join them by manually sew them through the holes in the carpet and brace plastic which is added at the back corner of the front left and right sides. After they have been sewn, make a square knot on the end of the thread using electric heater;
Fold the cover (2) horizontally above the left and right ends of the side (16) as well as upper ends of the front (15) and back (15' ), and then fold the ends of the cover (2) until it brings together the male fastener (4) and female fastener (4') of the cover and then fasten them, and next put the cover at the upper part of the body (1) .
Finally, add the plastic rod (7) which is tied with a thread (7') on the corner side of the box.
Please note that this explanation does not mean to limit the scope of this invention, but to present good understanding for the readers, because the skillful people can make some changes or improvement without leaving the scope of the early invention.

A tissue box according to claim 1, which is characterized by a plastic material harder than the carpet material which is mounted on the upper end of the vertical side of the box by way of gluing, sewing, stapling, or combination of the three.
A tissue box according to claim 1, which is characterized by a number of male magic tapes which are sewn at the back side of the carpet of one of the parts of the box and attached on the carpet pelt or on the female magic tapes on the other part of the box until the parts are interrelated.
10. A tissue box according to claim 1, which is characterized by adhesive (9) to put together the holding sides which is added on one of parts (especially at the bottom part) which the material structure consists of male magic tape + female magic tape + double tape, if the adhesive is not used, the female magic tape and the scotch tape are released from the male magic tape which has been sewn with the box and then a cut of carpet material is attached to the male magic tape to remove the adhesive function. The making method of the tissue box made of carpet consists of:
cut the carpet in certain size using the cutting tool
form the carpet in certain patterns using pattern cutter which is placed on the carpet and then press it; carry out the heating process in two ways:
(1) make lines on the back side of the carpet, but do not go through the surface, using the heating blade or
(2) make the carpet harder using heating plate rubbed on the isolation material placed on the carpet ;
mount the hard/stiffer plastic material by gluing or fastening by way of sewing or stapling, at certain parts of the carpet after it is folded into upper ends of the vertical side serves to strengthen and harden the parts;
next, according to the box model, the next process is as follow:
for tissue box which the parts are removable (Figure 1) :
mount the brace (3) on the certain parts of the carpet which has been patterned using glue, or sew, or combination of the two, and make a square know on the end of the sew using electric heater;
mount the fastener (4,4') and adhesive (9) on certain parts of the carpet which has been patterned; fold the central part (12) of the left and right of the carpet according to the vertical lines, and then fold the shroud (10) inward, so that the left and right side forms a right-angle shaped on or make a right- angle shaped on the base (13) and form a right angle on the line between the shroud (10) and the central part (12) ;
fold the cover of the front and back side (11) of the carpet following the vertical lines so that they form a right-angle shaped on the base (13), so that it will bring together the male fastener (4) and the female fastener (4' ) at the shroud and then fasten them .
fold the cover (2) horizontally above the left and right ends of central areas (12) as well as the upper ends of the front and back sides (11)
fold the cover ends (2) until it joins the male fastener (4) and female fastener (4') and fasten them; put the cover (2) at the upper part of the body
(1) ·
check the parts which forms a right-angle shaped of the body (1) and cover (2) and if it does not form a right-angle shaped, fix it by repeatedly rubbing the heating plate on the related part, sharpen the fold lines using punching knife or electric heater and fold it inward and outward repeatedly until the part reach a right angle .
for tissue box which designs are not removable (Figure 2) :
mount the brace (3) on certain parts of the patterned carpet using glue, sew, or combination of the two and then make a square knot at the end of the sew using electric heater;
put the fasteners (4,4') and adhesive (9) on certain parts of the patterned carpet;
fold the front (15) and back (15') sides of the carpet pieces following the vertical lines curve so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the base (18) and then fold the side (16) forward so that it forms a right-angle shaped on the back side (15'). After that, fold the side (17) to form a right-angle shaped on side (16) until it presses the base side (18) in such a way that makes the side (16) forms a right-angle shaped on the base side, and thus make up a base / body part square ( 1 ) ; arrange the ends of the vertical sides on the left and right of the box /side (16) with the left and right ends of the vertical side on the front/ side (15) until it forms a right angle on the front left and right sides, and then join them by manually sew them through the holes in the carpet and brace plastic which is added behind the corner of the front left and right sides. After they have been sewn, make a knot on the end of the thread using electric heater;
fold the cover (2) horizontally above the left and right ends of the side (16) as well as upper ends of the front (15) and back (15') sides, and then fold the ends of the cover (2) until it brings together the male fastener (4) and female fastener (4') of the cover and then fasten them, and next put the cover at the upper part of the body (1) .
put the plastic stick (7) which tied with thread (7' ) on the corner of the tissue box;
check the parts which forms a right-angle shaped of the body (1) and cover (2) and if it does not form a right-angle shaped, fix it by repeatedly rubbing the heating plate on the related part, sharpen the fold lines using punching knife or electric heater and fold it inward and outward repeatedly until the part reach a right angle.
Heating method using heating blade
it is the heating process by making a set of lines, which do not pass through the carpet surface, forming certain patterns by pressing the hot iron plate vertically that it is as if cutting the carpet from the back side of the carpet but do not pass through the carpet surface, the processes are as follow: early heating of the heating machine, mounting the material on the jig, pressing to make lines which do not pass through the carpet surface, removing, storing. Heating method using heating plate
it is the heating process of making the carpet material harder by using heater in the form of hot iron plate which is rubbed horizontally on the isolation material placed on the carpet. The steps of the process are: early heating of the heating machine, putting the material at the jig, placing the isolation material on the carpet material, rubbing the heating machine on the isolation material, removing the hard material, storing .
Making method of the hard/stiffer plastic material this method refers to the making of plastic to be put on the upper end of the vertical area which is made of hard PE plastic pieces through the following processes: cutting of the plastic into square using cutter, manual folding of the plastic cuts into two similar size, putting the folded plastic on the heating jig, heating using the heater blower, pressing using the plate, storing .
