本发明涉及一种用于将外纱和内纱加捻成线的直捻机及用于直捻机的外纱张力调节方法,属于纺织机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的直捻机包括一机架以及分别安装在所述机架上的电机、锭子、外纱张力器、内纱张力器、匀捻器、超喂装置以及卷取装置,电机用于驱动锭子使得外纱转动形成气圈,锭子包括锭杆、储纱盘等部件,外纱依次通过外纱张力器、锭子进入匀捻器。现有直捻机,外纱随锭子旋转形成气圈,在储纱盘上形成包缠角度α一般在180°-360°之间,维持稳定的气圈形态,但此状态下,设备能耗大,噪音大。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于将外纱和内纱加捻成线的直捻机及用于直捻机的外纱张力调节方法,通过调节外纱张力来控制气圈形态,从而达到节能和降噪的目的。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种用于将外纱和内纱加捻成纱线的直捻机,其包括:一机架以及分别安装在所述机架上的电机、锭子、外纱张力器、内纱张力器、匀捻器、超喂装置以及卷取装置,所述电机用于驱动所述锭子使得外纱转动形成气圈,所述锭子包括锭杆、储纱盘等部件,外纱依次通过所述外纱张力器、所述锭子进入所述匀捻器,所述外纱张力器包括固定在所述机架上的第一导纱辊、安装于所述机架上的电磁张力器以及与所述电磁张力器连接的第二导纱辊,所述电磁张力器与控制装置连接,在所述电机驱动所述锭子使得外纱转动形成气圈后,所述控制装置通过所述电磁张力器控制外纱张力大小,使得外纱包围所述储纱盘的包缠角α逐渐减小到0度。
一种用于将外纱和内纱捻线成纱线的直捻机,所述直捻机还包括与所述控制装置相连的外纱张力检测传感器,纱线依次通过所述外纱张力器、所述外纱张力检测传感器、所述锭子进入所述匀捻器,所述控制装置根据所述外纱张力检测传感器检测的外纱张力数值来控制所述电磁张力器,以调节外纱张力的大小。

具体实施例一,如图1、图2和图3所示,一种用于将外纱和内纱加捻成纱线的直捻机,直捻机的外纱张力器4包括固定在机架1上的第一导纱辊11、安装于机架1上的电磁张力器12以及与电磁张力器12连接的第二导纱辊13,电磁张力器12与控制装置14连接。外纱在第二导纱辊13和第一导纱辊11上缠绕后,依次穿过锭子3、位于锭子3上的储纱盘10,与内纱在匀捻器6汇合;启动电机2,电机2驱动锭子3带动外纱进行同步旋转,形成气圈,在电机2速度稳定的情况下,外纱产生的气圈形态达到稳定,此时,外纱包围储纱盘10的包缠角α为180°-360°,此时,控制装置14通过电磁张力器12调节外纱张力大小,使外纱包围储纱盘10的包缠角α逐渐减小到0度,形成较小的气圈。电磁张力器可以使用目前市场上获得的磁滞制动器。

上述技术方案,在工作条件相同的情况下,仅通过外纱张力器4改变外纱张力大小,调整气圈形态,以减小空气对气圈产生的阻力,从而降低生产时设备的能耗和产生的噪音,节能量可达到30~40%;降低了设备生产时产生的热量,改善了生产环境。
