Abstract
L'invention concerne des types d'impression spéciale qui permettent de produire une image originale constituée de monocristaux de métaux dans le corps d'un matériau en feuille non absorbant capable de protéger contre la contrefaçon. La production d'une telle image nécessite l'introduction de matériaux de formation de monocristaux provenant d'une solution à l'intérieur du matériau en feuille et l'action sur lesdits matériaux par des impulsions de rayonnement laser grâce à l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble de points sur la surface de la feuille de matériau. Pour introduire la solution dans une feuille de matériau en feuille non absorbant qui ne présente pas de pores ni de capillaires, un agent tensio-actif est ajouté à la solution. La solution est ensuite appliquée en une couche régulière à la surface de la feuille de matériau non absorbant, et le film qui se forme sur la surface de la solution durcit, ce qui permet de renfermer la solution entre la feuille et le film durci. Lorsque la solution située sous le film est soumise à des impulsions de rayonnement laser, dans chaque point d'application on assiste à la formation d'un un milieu gazeux sous film durci à l'intérieur de la région du point laser dans lequel on assiste à la réduction d'un milieu gazeux du métal en un métal pur, avec formation de grappes dans le matériau en feuille via un canal formé par le faisceau laser. A l'intérieur du canal on observe une concentration élevée de groupes dispersés à vitesse élevée sur les parois du canal et fondus pour donner un substrat liquide, produire des grains lors du refroidissement, assister à leur croissance et former des monocristaux qui forment bloc avec le matériau en feuille. L'originalité de l'image constituée de monocristaux produite dans le corps d'un matériau en feuille est améliorée si la surface de la matière à laquelle est appliquée la solution est nervurée plutôt que lisse et présente des lignes parallèles enfoncées dans celle-ci de manière à former collectivement une grille de diffraction.
