본 발명은 침대형 염부제의료기(정형 교정용 장치)에 관한 것으로 특히, 상체와 하체 혹은 골반과 다리간에 인장력을 제공하여 사용자의 척추 등을 교정할 수 있고 사용자의 뼈의 인대 및 근육의 근력강화, 성장판 자극운동은 물론 혈액순환을 개선할 수 있는 침대형 염부제의료기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 현대인들은 바쁜 일상생활에 쫓겨 운동이 매우 부족한 실정이며, 공부하는 학생의 경우 발육상태가 예전에 비하여 월등히 향상되었음에도 불구하고 학교나 학원 등의 학습공간에 비치되는 의자나 책상은 기존의 것이 사용됨에 따라 장시간의 학습활동이 반복되는 경우 척추가 굽어지는 현상과 같은 척추만곡증이 일반화되고 있다.
또한, 최근 정보통신기술이 눈부시게 발전됨과 더불어 인터넷망이 널리 보급됨에 따라 가정이나 사무실에서 컴퓨터를 이용하는 시간이 많아지면서 서서 활동하는 시간보다 앉아서 키보드를 조작하는 시간이 많아짐에 따라 요통이나 어깨결림 등의 골반, 허리, 등, 어깨, 목, 머리로 이어지는 선상의 신체부위에서 각종 질환이 많이 발생되고 있는 실정이다.
특히, 상기 골반, 허리, 등, 어깨, 목, 머리로 이어지는 부위에는 목뼈인 경추와 등부위의 흉추, 허리부위의 요추 및 골반부위의 천추로 이루어지며, 허리를 지지하고 척수신경을 보호하는 척추가 자리잡고 있는 바, 장기간 앉아서 근무하는 직장인이나 학생의 경우 척추가 좌우 "S"자로 휘는 척추측만증의 발병률이 높고, 이외에도 허리디스크나 척추분리증 등이 발병할수 있으며, 성장 저하에도 영향을 미치게 된다.
또한, 상기와 같이 공부할 때나 책상앞에서 근무할 때의 잘못된 자세, 고개를 앞으로 숙이고 걷는 동작, 높이가 맞지 않는 베개를 베고 자는 습관 등 잘못된 생활습관이 반복되는 경우에는 신체의 밸런스가 무너지면서 목디스크(경추 추간판 탈출증) 등이 쉽게 발병할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 경추, 흉추 및 요추에서 발생되는 질환을 예방하기 위해서는 바른 생활자세를 유지하고 규칙적으로 적절한 운동을 하는 것이 필요하나 여러가지 여건상 이를 제대로 지키기 어려운 실정이다.
한편, 운동선수나 작업자인 경우에도 운동이나 작업 도중 과도한 신체 움직임이나 충격 등으로 목, 허리, 다리 등의 뼈마디 부위가 급격히 틀어져 인대가 늘어나거나 골절되는 등 일종의 디스크 증상이 발생하게 되면, 과도한 경우 수술을 받을 수 밖에 없으며, 이에 차후 장시간 뼈 및 근육이 제자리를 잡을 수 있도록 물리치료 등의 재활운동을 하여야 한다.
이에 따라, 최근에는 척추교정을 위한 각종 척추교정기가 제안되었으나, 대부분의 선행기술이 별도의 장치를 이용하여 척추 또는 등근육을 잡아당겨 이완시켜주거나 의복처럼 착용하여 척추의 왜곡을 방지하는데 사용하는 것으로서, 의료기관이나 재활기관 등 전문기관에서 사용하는 것이어서 이를 사용하는데에는 시간적, 경제적 제약이 많이 따르는 곤란한 문제가 있다.
한편, 정형외과 및 한방병원에서는 허리디스크 환자 또는 관절환자에게 물리치료를 시행하게 되며, 물리 치료시에는 환자를 침대에 눕히거나 또는 앉도록 한 다음 치료부위에 다양한 치료기구 또는 지압기구를 이용하여 치료행위를 하게 된다.
이러한 치료는 환자가 병원이라는 특정장소에서만 행할 수 있는 치료로 가벼운 통증이나 부상이 심각하지 않는 경우에는 가정에서 약물이나 운동을 통하여 치료할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 운동전후의 피로감 회복 등을 위해서 또는 잦은 디스크 및 관절 질병을 앓고 있는 사람은 가정에 안마의자 또는 손으로 하는 다양한 지압기구를 구비하여 마사지 또는 지압을 함으로써 몸의 피로를 풀고 있는 실정이며, 이를 해결하기 위해 의자 또는 침대에 지압기구를 장착시켜 환자가 눕거나 앉게 되면 지압기구가 전원인가에 따라 마사지를 하면서 환자의 피로 또는 응혈진 부분을 풀게 하는 기구가 다수 출시된 바 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 치료기구 즉, 환자가 지압을 위해 눕게 되는 침대는 단순한 일반 가정용 침대 또는 쿠션력이 없는 바닥면으로 상기한 침대에서 지압을 하게 되면 척추가 휜 경우 또는 응혈부분이 있는 경우 급작스런 지압으로 미세한 조직의 파괴 또는 휜 척추가 제대로 본래의 상태를 유지하기 힘들게 되어 오히려 치료자에게 해를 끼치게 되는 문제점이 발생된다.
또한, 병원에서의 치료는 환자를 수평상태로 고정시킨 다음 다양한 기구와 함께 반드시 물리 치료사의 도움을 받아야만 가능한 견인방식을 채택하여 환자가 스스로 기구를 조작 또는 이용하지 못하는 문제점이 있게 된다.

상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 침대형 염부제의료기의 동작을 살펴보면, 사용자(혹은 환자)가 똑바로 누웠을 때 반원형 지압부재(210)가 사용자의 엉덩이 윗부분의 척추부를 좌우에서 대칭적으로 지압하게 되며, 고정용 압박밴드(220, 230)가 사용자의 허벅지 부분과 종아리 부분을 고정하게 된다.
따라서 제1구동부(310)가 구동하여, 첨부한 도 1에 도시되어진 바와 같이, 중단배드(120)를 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하도록 하면 실제적으로 중단배드(120)와 하단배드(130)가 함께 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하게 된다.
이와 같은 동작에 의해 사용자의 상체와 하체 간에는 길이방향으로 긴장과 이완 현상이 반복되어지며, 이를 통해 척추부위에 추나요법과 같은 효과를 볼 수 있게 된다.
또한, 제2구동부(320)가 구동하여, 첨부한 도 2에 도시되어진 바와 같이, 하단배드(130)를 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하도록 하면 실제적으로 중단배드(120)는 고정된 상태이므로 하단배드(130)만이 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하게 된다.
이와 같은 동작에 의해 사용자의 엉덩이와 다리 간에는 길이방향으로 긴장과 이완 현상이 반복되어지며, 이를 통해 대퇴부와 무릎관절에 추나요법과 같은 효과를 볼 수 있게 된다.
따라서 인체공학적인 설계로 침대에 누워서 편안하게 교정 등의 운동을 힘들이지 않고 장시간 할 수 있으므로 교정효과를 한층 높일 수 있으며, 경직된 근육을 풀어주고 약한 근력을 강화하는 운동을 통해 혈액순환을 개선할 수 있는 등 목 통증이나 허리 디스크 등을 예방 및 치유할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상의 설명에서 본 발명은 특정의 실시 예와 관련하여 도시 및 설명하였지만, 특허청구범위에 의해 나타난 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 개조 및 변화가 가능하다는 것을 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구나 쉽게 알 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 침대 베이스의 상부 일측에 고정되어 사용자가 똑바로 누웠을 때 상체를 편안하게 지지하는 상단배드와;
    상기 상단배드에 인접하며 침대 베이스의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩가능하게 구성되고 상기 사용자의 엉덩이 부분을 지지하는 중단배드와;
    상기 중단배드에 인접하며 침대 베이스의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩가능하게 구성되고 상기 사용자의 다리부부 부분을 지지하는 하단배드와;
    상기 중단배드의 상부 상단배드 방향 일측에 대칭 돌출되어진 한쌍의 반원형 지압부재와;
    상기 하단배드의 상부에 형성되어 사용자의 허벅지와 종아리 등을 고정시켜주기 위한 고정용 압박밴드와;
    상기 침대 베이스 내부에 위치하며 상기 중단배드를 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하도록 하는 제1구동부와;
    상기 침대 베이스 내부에 위치하며 상기 하단배드를 슬라이딩 왕복 동작하도록 하는 제2구동부; 및
    상기 제1, 제2구동부의 동작상태를 사용자의 상태에 따라 조정하고 구동할 수 있도록 하는 컨트롤부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침대형 염부제의료기.
