(2) 向新号码发送用于提示用户上述主叫呼叫过用户原号码的短信。 为了进一步确保具备新号码获知资格的主叫用户可以最终获得被叫用户的新号 码, 在向其播放了包含新号码的彩铃后, 还可以向其发送一条包含新号码的短信。 同 时, 也可以向被叫用户的新号码发送一条短信, 提示被叫用户该主叫呼叫过被叫用户 的原号码。 下面结合实例及图 2、 图 3对上述优选实施例进行详细说明。 本实例主要描述在 核心网双呼下, 通过彩铃业务, 实现新号码通知功能。 核心网双呼的含义是核心网在 呼叫被叫的同时, 发起一路呼叫到彩铃业务***, 让主叫听彩铃音。 这种组网下, 不 管核心网侧是否进行了前转, 彩铃业务***不需要负责接续, 只需要放音, 因此更具 灵活性。 根据本实例的新号码通知流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 1, 用户登录彩铃用户界面, 签订号码更新通知彩铃业务 (即实现上述新号 码通知方法的业务)。 步骤 2, 彩铃用户界面上设置时间段和前转号码 (新号码及原号码)。 在本实例中, 选用了固定的播放文本, 彩铃用户签订了号码更新通知业务后, 可 以在彩铃界面上选择两个时间段和填写更新后的号码, 分别在时间段 1 播放提示音 1"我即将更换号码, 请及时更新, 新号码为 XXXXXX", 在时间段 2播放提示音 2"我 已经更换号码, 新号码为 XXXXXX"。 步骤 3, 彩铃用户界面上设置白名单或黑名单。 白名单为播放换号通知的号码组, 黑名单为不播放换号通知的号码组, 只可选择 白名单和黑名单中的一组。 步骤 4, 主叫呼叫被叫, 核心网根据前转情况呼叫原被叫(原号码)或新被叫(新 号码), 并呼叫彩铃业务服务器要求播放号码更新通知彩铃 (即包含新号码的彩铃)。 步骤 5, 彩铃业务服务器触发彩铃业务。 步骤 6, 彩铃业务***判断该号码是否签约号码更新通知业务。 步骤 7, 签约号码通知业务, 根据设置给主叫播放号码更新通知彩铃提示音或普 通彩铃。 步骤 8, 被叫用户接听, 交换侧释放与彩铃业务服务器的连接, 彩铃平台根据设 置, 向主叫用户发送短信, 提示用户使用新号码, 并向被叫用户发送短信, 提示用户 某某用户拨打某某号码。 短信的设置和彩铃一致, 白名单和黑名单的设置对短信是否 发送也有影响。 步骤 9, 主被叫通话。 上述业务的实现要求用户将原号码签约彩铃业务,由彩铃平台来给主叫用户放音, 这时候彩铃平台才可以给用户播放该用户已经使用新号码的提示音, 同时会给主叫用 户下发新号码的提示短信, 从而实现新号码通知。 在上述实例中, 号码更新通知彩铃业务要求用户进行多项操作。 图 2是根据本发 明实例的用户需要进行的操作的流程图。 如图 2所示, 包括: 步骤 S202, 用户登录彩铃界面; 步骤 S204, 用户签约号码更新通知业务; 步骤 S206, 用户填写时间段; 步骤 S208, 用户填写更新后的号码; 步骤 S210, 用户填写白名单或黑名单。 只有用户完成了图 2所示的各项操作, 号码更新通知彩铃业务的所有功能才能顺 利的实现。 下面以 IMSCIP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多媒体子***)网络为例, 说明彩铃用户 实现号码更新通知业务的呼叫流程, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S302:主叫 UE1发起呼叫 UE2, UE1向 S-CSCF ( Serving-Call Session Control Function, 服务-呼叫会话控制功能)发起 INVITE消息, UE1处于源网络(Originating Network) 中。 步骤 S304: S-CSCF根据 IFC (Initial Filter Criteria, 初始过滤准则) 触发规则将 呼叫送给 PSS (Packet Switching System, 分组交换***), 查询 UE2是否存在补充业 务。 步骤 S306: HSS原路返回 INVITE消息。 步骤 S308: 查询 PSS, UE2签约呼叫转移业务, PSS向主叫返回 181消息, 指示 呼叫正在前转。 步骤 S310: 主叫响应 PRACK。 步骤 S312: S-CSCF返回 200 OK与主叫 UE1完成初步信息交互。 步骤 S314: S-CSCF根据 IFC触发规则, 一路 INVITE将呼叫发向终端 U2, 进行 呼叫转移, 准备接续。 步骤 S316: S-CSCF 根据 IFC 触发规则,同时将一路 INVITE 发向 MRBT AS (Multimedia Ring Back Tone Application Server, 多媒体回铃音应用服务器, 也称为彩 铃平台)。 步骤 S318:彩铃平台处理 INVITE后,呼叫到达 MRF ( Media Resource Function媒 体资源功能)。 步骤 S320: MRF收到 INVITE后, 发送 200 OK消息给彩铃平台, 直接带 MRF 的 SDP ( Session Description Protocol, 会话描述协议), 进行媒体协商处理。 步骤 S322: 彩铃平台反馈 ACK消息。 步骤 S324: 彩铃平台向主叫 UE1发送 180振铃消息, 并将 MRF的 SDP透传给 UEl o 步骤 S326: UE1终端响应 PRACK。 步骤 S328: 彩铃平台返回 200OK消息。 步骤 S330: 彩铃平台发 INFO指示 MRF开始播放号码更新通知彩铃或普通彩铃。 签约用户的彩铃平台检查用户是否有彩铃业务号码更新通知业务, 如果签约了号码更 新业务, 检查白名单和黑名单, 根据时间段设置, 可播放彩铃音 "我即将更换号码, 请 及时更新, 新号码为 XXXXXX"或彩铃音"我已经更换号码, 新号码为 XXXXXX"。 步骤 S332, MRF反馈 200 OK消息, 即播放彩铃成功通知。 步骤 S334: 终端 U3响应 180振铃消息。 步骤 S336: 终端 U1响应 PRACK消息。 步骤 S338 : 终端 U3响应 200 OK, 主被叫进行接续通话。 骤 S340: PSS发送 CANCEL消息给彩铃平台 (通过 S-CSCF转发), 停止播放
S342: 彩铃平台响应 200 OK消息 (通过 S-CSCF转发)。 S344: 彩铃平台恢复 487消息 (最终响应消息) 给 PSS。 S346: 彩铃平台向 MRF发送 BYE消息。

S348 : MRF响应 200 OK消息。 步骤 S350-步骤 S354: 主被叫挂机, 完成通话, 释放所有链路资源。 步骤 S356: 彩铃平台通过内部接口向 IMP ( Interface Management Platform, 接口 管理平台, 即彩铃接口机) 发送短信内容。 步骤 S358 : 彩铃接口机向短信中心推送短信消息, 应用 CMPP ( China Mobile Pee to Pee, ***点对点) 协议, 告知主叫 UE1所拨打号码已有新号码或更换为新号 码,新号码为 xxxxxxxx,请注意更新。 步骤 S360: 短信中心向主叫 UE1推送短信通知。 步骤 S362: 短信中心向被叫 UE3推送短信通知。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的新号码通知装置的结构框图。 如图 4所示, 根据本发 明实施例的新号码通知装置包括: 彩铃设置模块 40, 设置为将用户的新号码设置为该用户的原号码的彩铃的播放内 容; 更新通知模块 42, 连接至彩铃设置模块 40, 设置为在主叫呼叫该用户原号码时, 向主叫播放包含该用户新号码的彩铃。 上述装置在彩铃业务的基础上实现了新号码通知功能, 即将用户新号码设置为用 户原号码彩铃内容的一部分, 这样, 在主叫呼叫该用户的原号码时, 就可以通过彩铃 获知该用户的新号码, 使得用户可以快速方便的将新号码通知给亲朋好友, 大大的提 高了用户体验。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 根据本发明优选实施例的新号码通知装置还可以进一步包 括: 名单设置模块 44,连接至更新通知模块 42, 设置为设置用于判断是否向主叫播放 包含用户新号码的彩铃的主叫白名单或主叫黑名单。 名单设置模块 44 使得用户可以设置主叫白名单或主叫黑名单以保证用户号码信 息的安全性, 白名单为可以播放包含新号码的彩铃的主叫号码组, 黑名单为不可以播 放包含新号码的彩铃的主叫号码组。 一般来说, 设置主叫白名单和主叫黑名单中的一 种即可。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 更新通知模块 42可以进一步包括: 名单判断单元 422, 设置为在主叫呼叫用户原号码时, 判断主叫是否在主叫白名 单中或是否不在主叫黑名单中; 彩铃播放单元 424,连接至名单判断单元 422, 设置为在确定主叫在主叫白名单中 或不在主叫黑名单中后, 向主叫播放包含用户新号码的彩铃。 在用户设置了主叫白名单或主叫黑名单后, 在有主叫呼叫原号码时, 就需要先对 主叫号码进行判断, 当该主叫的号码在主叫白名单中或者不在主叫黑名单中时, 才可 以向该主叫播放包含用户新号码的彩铃, 通知主叫用户被叫用户的新号码。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 彩铃设置模块 40可以进一步包括: 文本设置单元 402, 设置为根据用户的操作确定用户新号码的播放文本; 时间设置单元 404,连接至文本设置单元 402,用设置为根据用户的操作确定在彩 铃中播放上述播放文本的播放时间。 文本设置单元 402及时间设置单元 404的设置, 提供了新号码通知彩铃的个性化 的处理功能, 使得用户可以编辑通知新号码时所用的语句, 即播放文本, 并选择在彩 铃中播放该文本的时间, 进一步提高了用户体验。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 根据本发明优选实施例的新号码通知装置还可以进一步包 括: 主叫提示模块 46,连接至更新通知模块 42, 设置为向主叫发送包含用户新号码的 短信; 被叫提示模块 48,连接至更新通知模块 42, 设置为向新号码发送用于提示用户上 述主叫呼叫过用户原号码的短信。 在向主叫播放了包含新号码的彩铃后,主叫提示模块 46可以向其发送一条包含用 户新号码的短信, 以进一步确保具备新号码获知资格的主叫用户可以最终获得被叫用 户的新号码。 同时, 被叫提示模块 48也可以向被叫用户的新号码发送一条短信, 提示 被叫用户该主叫呼叫过被叫用户的原号码。 下面结合实例及图 6对上述优选实施例进行说明。 在具体实施过程中, 上述新号码通知装置各项功能的实现需要基于现有的彩铃业 务***, 现有的彩铃业务***主要包括: 彩铃业务服务器、 彩铃 WEB服务器、 彩铃 接口机、 短信中心、 媒体服务器、 以及交换侧网络(核心网)。 上述装置可以作为一个 独立的装置或者说设备与上述的彩铃业务***的各个组成部分并行的存在, 通过设备 之间的交互来实现各项功能。 此种方式实现起来结构清晰、 明了, 但由于但加了新的 设备, 所以***整体上需要进行的改动较大。 为了减少对***的改动,也可以将上述新号码通知装置包括的各个模块拆分开来, 在不同的设备上实现,这样,尽管物理角度看上述新号码通知装置不存在统一的实体, 但是从功能和逻辑角度来看,上述新号码通知装置还是存在于整个彩铃业务***中的, 是彩铃业务***的一个组成部分。 图 6是根据本发明实例的作为新号码通知装置应用基础的彩信业务***的结构示 意图。 下面结合图 6对上述新号码通知装置的分散实现方式进行说明。 在如图 6所示 的彩信业务***中: 彩铃 WEB服务器是彩铃***以 WEB方式提供运营商或用户的接口,主要负责管 理对彩铃业务数据进行定制修改、彩铃文件上传; 并且还负责彩铃用户进行预览彩铃、 定购、 设置等操作。 彩铃设置模块、 名单设置模块可以基于彩铃 WEB服务器实现。 彩铃业务服务器主要负责完成 IMS域彩铃业务的业务逻辑控制, 完成业务数据的 保存和查询, 完成对媒体服务器的控制, 还需要提供与 WEB服务器的接口, 以允许 运营商或终端用户对彩铃业务服务器的业务数据进行授权的定制修改, 可以记录用户 是否登记号码通知业务, 并确定对应的提示通知语音。 更新通知模块可以基于彩铃业 务服务器实现。 媒体服务器主要负责完成与彩铃业务服务器控制信令交互, 完成按照预定模式对 音频 /视频文件的播放, 其带有的 FS (Network File Server, 网络文件服务器)完成对 上载的多媒体彩铃资源文件的存储。 更新通知模块中最终播放彩铃的功能需要媒体服 务器的协助才能实现。 彩铃接口机, 主要包括彩铃核心接口机、 彩铃文件上传接口机和短信接口机等部 分。 彩铃核心接口机主要负责将用户进行的试听、 定购、 设置等操作发送给彩铃管理 业务进行处理, 彩铃文件上传接口机主要负责将通过 WEB上传的彩铃文件发送到彩 铃资源服务器, 短信接口机主要负责将彩铃***接入短信中心。 主叫提示模块、 被叫 提示模块可以基于彩铃接口机实现。 核心网主要负责基本呼叫, 并呼叫彩铃业务服务器。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 通过本发明提供的技术方案, 使用户可以将其新号 码通过个性化的方式, 方便、 快捷、 可靠地通知给亲朋好友, 大大提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种新号码通知方法, 包括:
将用户的新号码设置为所述用户的原号码的彩铃的播放内容; 在主叫呼叫所述原号码时, 向所述主叫播放包含所述新号码的彩铃。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在将用户的新号码设置为所述用户的原号 码的彩铃的播放内容之后还包括:
设置用于判断是否向主叫播放包含所述新号码的彩铃的主叫白名单或主叫 黑名单。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 在主叫呼叫所述原号码时, 向所述主叫播 放包含所述新号码的彩铃包括:
在主叫呼叫所述原号码时, 判断所述主叫是否在所述主叫白名单中或是否 不在所述主叫黑名单中;
当确定所述主叫在所述主叫白名单中或不在所述主叫黑名单中后, 向所述 主叫播放包含所述新号码的彩铃。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 将用户的新号码设置为所述用 户的原号码的彩铃的播放内容包括:
根据用户的操作确定所述新号码的播放文本;
根据用户的操作确定在彩铃中播放所述播放文本的播放时间。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在向所述主叫播放包含所述新 号码的彩铃之后, 还包括:
向所述主叫发送包含所述新号码的短信;
向所述新号码发送用于提示用户所述主叫呼叫过所述原号码的短信。
6. 一种新号码通知装置, 包括:
彩铃设置模块, 设置为将用户的新号码设置为所述用户的原号码的彩铃的 播放内容; 更新通知模块, 设置为在主叫呼叫所述原号码时, 向所述主叫播放包含所 述新号码的彩铃。 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 还包括:
名单设置模块, 设置为设置用于判断是否向主叫播放包含所述新号码的彩 铃的主叫白名单或主叫黑名单。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述更新通知模块包括: 名单判断单元, 设置为在主叫呼叫所述原号码时, 判断所述主叫是否在所 述主叫白名单中或是否不在所述主叫黑名单中;
彩铃播放单元, 设置为在确定所述主叫在所述主叫白名单中或不在所述主 叫黑名单中后, 向所述主叫播放包含所述新号码的彩铃。 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述彩铃设置模块包括: 文本设置单元, 设置为根据用户的操作确定所述新号码的播放文本; 时间设置单元, 设置为根据用户的操作确定在彩铃中播放所述播放文本的 播放时间。 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 主叫提示模块, 设置为向所述主叫发送包含所述新号码的短信; 被叫提示模块, 设置为向所述新号码发送用于提示用户所述主叫呼叫过所 述原号码的短信。
