本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种 CSG信息的传输方法 和设备。 背景技术
HNB/HeNB ( Home Node B /Home evolved Node B , 家庭基站 /演 进的家庭基站)是一种低功率小型基站, 应用场景为家庭和企业, 可 以实现在较小的覆盖范围内为用户提供更高的速率,也可以为运营商 解决信号传播较差地点的覆盖问题。
如图 1所示, 为 LTE-A ( Long Term Evolution Advanced, 高级长 期演进 )***引入 HeNB后的网络架构, HeNB可以直接与核心网相 连,也可以通过代理节点 HeNB GW ( Home evolved Node B Gateway, 演进的家庭基站网关 )连接到核心网。
需要注意的是, HNB/HeNB 是实现 CSG ( Closed Subscriber Group, 闭合用户组)功能的基站, CSG功能可以实现使特定的签约 用户接入一个或多个 CSG小区, CSG小区可以为成员用户提供更高 的接入等级以及更快的业务速率, 还可以实现基于 CSG小区的特殊 计费模式。其中,每个 CSG小区有一个 CSG ID, UE( User Equipment, 用户设备)可以通过空口广播的***信息获得该小区支持的 CSG ID 以及工作模式。
支持 CSG功能的小区可以有 Closed (闭合)和 Hybrid (混合 ) 等工作模式, 闭合模式的 CSG小区只允许签约了该 CSG ID的用户 接入,混合模式的 CSG小区对于签约用户和非签约用户均允许接入, 但可以为签约用户提供更高的接入等级, 以及更快的业务速率。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在以下问 题:
当 UE在基站内部的不同 CSG小区间切换后, MME ( Mobility Management Entity, 移动性管理实体 )不能及时获知 UE所处最新小 区的 CSG信息, 如果核心网节点需要基于 CSG信息进行处理时, MME不能及时将 UE所处最新小区的 CSG信息通知给核心网节点。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种 CSG信息的传输方法和设备, 以使移动 性管理实体可以及时获得 UE所处最新小区的 CSG信息。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明实施例提供一种闭合用户组 CSG信 息的传输方法, 包括:

发明人在实现本发明的过程中注意到:
( 1 )如图 2所示的初始上下文建立过程示意图, 初始上下文建 立过程用来在 UE的服务基站中建立 UE的必要的上下文(包括承载 上下文、 安全密钥、 切换受限区域等), 当 UE发起附着、 业务请求、 跟踪区更新等过程时, 可以触发 MME和基站之间进行初始上下文建 立过程。
如图 3所示的 UE上下文修改过程示意图, UE上下文修改过程 用来修改已经为 UE建立的上下文(包括安全密钥、 CSG成员状态等), 当 MME启用了新的根密钥 KASME,或 UE的 CSG成员状态发生改变 等过程时, MME可以发起该 UE上下文修改过程。 ( 2 )如图 4所示的 UE进行 X2切换时流程示意图, 源基站根据 UE的测量结果进行切换判决, 选择合适的目标小区, 向目标基站发 送切换请求消息; 目标基站为 UE预留资源后, 向源基站返回确认消 息, 生成切换命令, 通过源基站发给 UE; UE收到切换命令后与目标 小区建立 RRC ( Radio Resource Control, 无线资源控制 )连接, 向目 标基站返回 RRC连接重配置完成消息; 目标基站向 MME发送路径 转换请求消息, 更新 UE的位置信息, 并转换下行数据传输路径; 目 标基站通知源基站释放 UE的空口资源。
如图 5所示的 UE进行 S1切换时流程示意图, 源基站根据 UE 的测量结果进行切换判决,选择合适的目标小区,向 UE的 MME (即 源 MME )发送切换请求消息; 源 MME根据目标小区的标识找到目 标 MME, 目标 MME向目标基站发送切换请求; 目标基站为 UE预 留资源后, 向目标 MME返回切换请求确认消息, 生成切换命令, 通 过源 MME和源基站发给 UE; UE收到切换命令后与目标小区建立 RRC连接, 向目标基站返回 RRC连接重配置完成消息; 目标基站向 MME发送切换通知消息, 更新 UE的位置信息, 并转换下行数据传 输路径; 目标 MME通知源侧释放 UE的资源。
( 3 )如图 6所示的 intra-eNB切换(基站内切换)过程示意图, 一个基站可以支持多个小区, 当 UE在同一个基站的不同小区之间切 换时, 基站向 UE发送 RRC Connection Reconfiguration ( RRC连接重 配置 )消息, UE按照该 RRC连接重配置消息中的指示信息接入目标 小区, 向基占返回 RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete ( RRC 连接重配置完成) 消息。
需要注意的是, 对于基站内切换, 在切换完成后, UE的服务基 站不需要通知 UE的 MME本次切换的发生。
( 4 ) HNB/HeNB是实现 CSG功能的基站, 而其他类型的基站, 如 eNB、 RN ( Relay Node, 中继节点)也可以实现 CSG功能; CSG 功能可以实现为成员用户提供更高的接入等级以及更快的业务速率, 还可以实现基于 CSG小区的特殊计费模式。 网络侧可以启动 CSG信息上报功能, 使得 MME收集用户设备 所在小区的 CSG信息,并通知给 PGW( Packet Data Network Gateway, 分组数据网关)等核心网节点。
当基站支持多个 CSG小区后, UE可能在不同的 CSG小区之间 进行切换, 如果 UE在同一个基站下的不同小区间进行切换, 则基站 不会将 UE所在的最新小区信息立即通知给 MME; 因此如果基站支 持多个 CSG ID, 则 UE发生 CSG小区间的切换后, MME不能及时 知道 UE所处最新小区的 CSG信息,继而不能及时将 UE所处最新小 区的 CSG信息通知给核心网节点 (如 PGW )。
针对上述问题, 本发明实施例提供一种 CSG信息的传输方法和 设备, 在基站支持多 CSG小区的场景下, 当 UE在同一个基站内更 换 CSG小区或 CSG成员状态时,核心网能够获得 UE当前最新的 CSG 信息。
下面将结合本发明中的附图, 对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员 在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发 明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提供一种 CSG信息的传输方法, 如图 7所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 701 , 基站设备获得 CSG上报配置信息。
基站设备可接收来自移动性管理实体(如 MME )的 CSG上报配 置信息; 或者, 基站设备和网络侧预先约定 CSG上报配置信息; 或 者, 基站设备通过其他方式获得 CSG上报配置信息。 本发明实施例 中以接收来自移动性管理实体的 CSG上报配置信息为例, 则移动性 管理实体需要将 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站设备。
具体的, 在网络侧启动 CSG信息上报功能(如 PGW激活 CSG 信息改变通知功能)后, 则移动性管理实体向基站设备发送 CSG上 报配置信息。
本发明实施例中, 移动性管理实体可通过现有的下行 S1AP ( S1 应用协议, 即基于 S1接口的应用协议) 消息 (包括但不限于如下过 程的消息: 初始上下文建立、 UE上下文修改、 路径转换请求确认、 切换请求等)将 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站设备; 或者, 移动性 管理实体通过用于传输 CSG上报配置信息的配置消息(即为 CSG上 报配置信息专门设置的配置消息)将 CSG上报配置信息发送基站设 备。 其中, 下行 S1AP消息指移动性管理实体发给基站设备的消息。
需要注意的是, 针对 UE发生基站间切换的场景(即对于切换导 致 UE服务基站改变的场景), UE切换前的服务基站为源基站, UE 切换后的服务基站为目标基站, 目标基站获得 CSG上报配置信息的 过程, 包括: 目标基站接收来自移动性管理实体的 CSG上报配置信 息; 或者, 目标基站接收来自源基站的 CSG上报配置信息, 该 CSG 上报配置信息为 UE切换前移动性管理实体发送给源基站的。
进一步的, 移动性管理实体将 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站设 备的过程, 包括: 当 UE发生基站间切换后, 移动性管理实体向目标 基站发送 CSG上报配置信息; 或者, 在 UE发生基站间切换前, 移 动性管理实体向源基站发送 CSG上报配置信息, 由源基站在 UE发 生基站间切换后, 将 CSG上报配置信息发送给目标基站(如通过切 换请求消息进行发送)。
步骤 702, 基站设备通过 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信息 的上报条件。其中, CSG上报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间 (如立即)上 报。
具体的, 如果 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG ID改变时上报, 则 当 UE (上述基站设备为该 UE的服务基站)发生了不同 CSG ID的小 区间切换时, 基站设备确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG成员状态改变时上报, 则当 UE发生了跨 CSG小区间切换导致成员状态改变时,基站设备确定满 足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果 CSG上报配置信息为按照指定时间上报, 则当到达该指定 时间时, 基站设备确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件。
步骤 703,基站设备将 UE所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管 理实体。其中,该小区的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区模式; CSG成员状态。
具体的, 基站设备通过现有的上行 S1AP 消息 (如扩展现有 Location Report (位置报告 )消息)将 UE所在小区的 CSG信息发送 给移动性管理实体; 或者, 基站设备通过用于传输 CSG信息的消息 (即专门为 CSG信息上 设置的消息)将 UE所在小区的 CSG信息 发送给移动性管理实体。 其中, 上行 S1AP消息指基站设备发给移动 性管理实体的消息。
需要注意的是, 本发明实施例中, CSG 上报配置信息还可包括 停止上报, 移动性管理实体可确定 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报, 并将停止上报的 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站设备, 指示基站设备 停止将 UE所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实体。 之后, 基 站设备在获得 CSG上报配置信息后,如果 CSG上报配置信息为停止 上报, 则基站设备将确定停止发送 UE所在小区的 CSG信息给移动 性管理实体。
步骤 704, 移动性管理实体接收来自基站设备的 UE所在小区的 CSG信息。本步骤之后,移动性管理实体还可将 UE所在小区的 CSG 信息通知给核心网节点 (如 PGW等)。
综上所述, 通过采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案: 在基站支持 多 CSG小区的场景下, 可以使 UE发生 CSG小区间切换后, 移动性 管理实体能够及时获得 UE所在小区的 CSG信息。
例如,当移动性管理实体将 CSG上报配置信息设置为 "当 CSG ID 改变时上报" 时, 每当 UE发生了不同 CSG ID的小区间切换, 则基 站会将 UE所在的新小区的 CSG ID通知给移动性管理实体。
当移动性管理实体将 CSG上报配置信息设置为 "当 CSG成员状 态改变时上报", 每当 UE发生了跨 CSG小区间切换导致成员状态改 变时, 则基站会将 UE当前 CSG成员状态通知给移动性管理实体, 移动性管理实体可以进一步通知给 PGW, 从而可以实现如基于成员 状态计费等功能。
实施例二
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例二提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 当 UE从空闲态进入连接态时, 在 PGW激活了 CSG信息改变 上报功能(如 PGW在 UE附着过程中激活 CSG信息改变上报功能 ) 后, MME根据 PGW的配置指示设置需要发送给 UE服务基站的 CSG 上报配置信息, 并通过初始上下文建立消息将 CSG上报配置信息发 送给 UE的服务基站。
优选的, MME可以在已经获知当前的服务基站支持 CSG功能 后, 将 CSG上报配置信息发送给该服务基站。 例如, 在建立 S1接口 时, 接收到该服务基站支持 CSG功能的消息; 或通过上行 S1AP消 息(如初始 UE消息)获知该服务基站支持 CSG功能。
需要注意的是, UE的服务基站包括但不限于 eNB、 HNB、 HeNB、 RN等类型。
实施例三
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例三提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 当 UE已经处于连接态时, 如果 PGW激活了 CSG信息改变上 报功能(如 PGW在建立专用承载的过程中激活 CSG信息改变上报功 能 ), 则 MME根据 PGW的配置指示设置 CSG上报配置信息, 并通 过 UE上下文修改消息将 CSG上报配置信息发送给 UE的服务基站。
实施例四
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例四提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 在 X2切换时, 如果源基站已经启动了 CSG改变上报过程, 则 源基站在 Handover Request (切换请求 )消息中将 CSG上报配置信息 发送给目标基站(即通过在图 4的第 4步 Handover Request消息中引 入 CSG上报配置信息)。 例如, 当 CSG上报配置信息设置为 CSG信 息改变时上报时, 则源基站需要将该 CSG上报配置信息传递给目标 基站。 在目标基站收到 CSG上报配置信息后, 按照 CSG上报配置信 息中的指示, 在满足条件时执行对应的上报功能。
实施例五
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例五提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 在 X2切换时, 如果源基站已经启动了 CSG改变上报过程, 则 MME在 Path Switch Request Acknowledge (路径转换请求确认 )消息 中将 CSG上报配置信息发送给目标基站 (即图 4中的第 14步 Path Switch Request Acknowledge消息中引入 CSG上报配置信息)。 在目 标基站收到 CSG上报配置信息后,按照 CSG上报配置信息中的指示, 在满足条件时执行对应的上报功能。
需要注意的是, 实施例四和实施例五的区别在于: 实施例四中 CSG上报配置信息由源基站传递给目标基站; 实施例五中 CSG上报 配置信息由 MME对基站进行配置。
实施例六
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例六提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法,在 S1切换时,如果源 MME给目标 MME的 Forward Relocation Request (前转重定向请求) 消息中携带了 CSG信息改变上报指示, 则目标 MME可在 Handover Request (切换请求 )消息中添加 CSG上 报配置信息 (即图 5中的第 4步 Handover Request消息中引入 CSG 信息上报配置信息)。
实施例七
基于上述实施例二至实施例六, 针对初始上下文建立消息、 UE 上下文修改消息、 X2切换请求消息、 路径转换请求确认消息、 S1切 换请求消息中引入的 CSG上报配置信息,可参考本实施例中 Request Type (请求类型) 的实现方式。
本实施例中,可扩展现有的位置上报控制消息 Location Reporting Control, 当前该位置上报控制消息实现了为获取小区的 ECGI和 TAI 而进行的上报配置,通过扩展上报配置内容可使位置上报控制消息能 够获得小区的 CSG信息; 新增的上报配置包括: 当 CSG ID改变时 上报、 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报、 立即上报、 停止上报等; MME 可以一次配置其中的一项或两项。 其中, 由 MME 至 eNB 的 LOCATION REPORTING CONTROL 中携带有 Request Type , 而 Request Type的内容中携带有 CSG ID改变时上报、 当 CSG成员状态 改变时上报、 立即上报、 停止上报等配置。
实施例八
基于上述实施例二至实施例六, 针对初始上下文建立消息、 UE 上下文修改消息、 X2切换请求消息、 路径转换请求确认消息、 S1切 换请求消息中引入的 CSG 上报配置信息, 可参考本实施例中 Reporting Action (行动艮告 ) 的实现方式。
本实施例中, 为了实现 CSG信息上报, 可定义单独的配置过程; CSG上报配置信息规定了基站的行为,可实现当 CSG ID改变时上报、 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报、 立即上报、 停止上报等功能; 上述功 能可以通过同一条消息实现, 也可以由不同的消息分别实现上述功 能, MME可以一次配置其中的一项或两项。
例如, CSG INFORMATION REPORTING CONTROL过程可实现 立即上报、 当 CSG ID改变时上报、 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报、 停止上报等几种功能。 该 CSG INFORMATION REPORTING CONTROL消息包括 eNB和 MME为该 UE在 S1接口上分配的 SI AP ID以及 MME设定的 CSG上报配置信息。
当 Reporting Action设置为 "Change of CSG ID"时, UE改变 CSG ID后(如从闭合 CSG小区切换另一个闭合 CSG小区,或从闭合 CSG 小区切换到 Hybrid小区 ), 基站将 UE所在最新小区的 CSG ID通知 给 MME。其中,由 MME至 eNB的 CSG INFORMATION REPORTING CONTROL消息中携带有 Reporting Action , 而 Reporting Action的内 容中携带有 CSG ID改变时上报、 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报、 立 即上报、 停止上报等配置。
实施例九 基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例九提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 通过扩展现有的 Location Report (位置报告)消息, 增加 CSG 标识、 小区接入模式和 CSG成员状态。 当满足上报条件时, 基站将 UE当前小区的 CSG信息通知给 MME。如果当前小区是 Hybrid小区, 则上报消息中还携带 Cell Access Mode (小区接入模式 )信元, 表示 当前小区为 Hybrid模式。 其中, 由 MME 至 eNB 的 LOCATION REPORT消息中携带有 CSG ID; 小区模式; CSG成员状态等 CSG信 实施例十
基于上述实施例一, 本发明实施例十提供一种 CSG信息的传输 方法, 通过定义单独的 CSG信息上报过程, 当满足上报条件时, 基 站将 UE当前小区的 CSG信息通知给 ΜΜΕ。该消息包括 eNB和 ΜΜΕ 为该 UE在 S1接口上分配的 S1AP ID、 CSG ID; 如果当前小区是 Hybrid小区, 该消息还携带 Cell Access Mode信元, 表示当前小区为 Hybrid模式。其中,由 MME至 eNB的 CSG INFORMATION REPORT (信息报告 ) 消息中携带有 Reporting Action。
实施例十一
基于与上述方法同样的发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种 基站设备, 如图 8所示, 该基站设备包括:
获得模块 11 , 用于获得 CSG上报配置信息;
确定模块 12,用于通过所述 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信 息的上报条件;
发送模块 13, 用于将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动 性管理实体。
所述获得模块 11 , 具体用于接收来自所述移动性管理实体的所 述 CSG上报配置信息。
当所述用户设备发生基站间切换后,所述用户设备切换前的服务 基站为源基站, 所述用户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站; 如果所 述基站设备为目标基站, 所述获得模块 11 , 具体用于接收来自所述 移动性管理实体的所述 CSG上报配置信息; 或者, 接收来自源基站 的所述 CSG上报配置信息, 所述 CSG上报配置信息为所述用户设备 发生基站间切换前所述移动性管理实体发送给所述源基站的;
如果所述基站设备为源基站, 所述获得模块 11 , 具体用于在所 述用户设备发生基站间切换前,接收来自所述移动性管理实体的所述 CSG上报配置信息; 所述发送模块 13, 还用于在所述用户设备发生 基站间切换后, 将所述 CSG上报配置信息发送给目标基站。
所述 CSG上报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
所述确定模块 12, 具体用于如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG ID改变时上 4艮, 则当所述用户设备发生了不同 CSG ID的小区 间切换时, 确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG成员状态改变时上报, 则 当所述用户设备发生了跨 CSG小区间切换导致成员状态改变时, 确 定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为按照指定时间上报, 则当到达该 指定时间时, 确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件。
所述发送模块 13,具体用于通过 S1AP消息将所述用户设备所在 小区的 CSG信息发送给所述移动性管理实体。
所述小区的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区 模式; CSG成员状态。
其中,本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
实施例十二
基于与上述方法同样的发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种 移动性管理实体, 如图 9所示, 该移动性管理实体包括:
接收模块 21 , 用于接收来自基站设备的通过 CSG上报配置信息 确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件时上报的用户设备所在小区的 CSG信 发送模块 22,用于向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息。 所述发送模块 22,具体用于在网络侧启动 CSG信息上报功能后, 向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息。
所述发送模块 22, 具体用于通过 SI AP消息将所述 CSG上报配 置信息发送给所述基站设备。
当所述用户设备发生基站间切换后,所述用户设备切换前的服务 基站为源基站, 所述用户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站, 所述基 站设备为目标基站; 所述发送模块 22, 具体用于当所述用户设备发 生基站间切换后, 向所述目标基站发送所述 CSG上报配置信息; 或 者,
在所述用户设备发生基站间切换前,向所述源基站发送所述 CSG 上报配置信息, 由所述源基站在所述用户设备发生基站间切换后, 将 所述 CSG上报配置信息发送给所述目标基站。
所述 CSG上报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
所述小区的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区 模式; CSG成员状态。
其中,本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
实施例十三
基于与上述方法同样的发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种 基站设备, 如图 10所示, 该基站设备包括:
获得模块 31 , 用于获得 CSG上报配置信息;
确定模块 32, 用于如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报, 则 确定停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实体。
其中,本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
实施例十四
基于与上述方法同样的发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种 移动性管理实体, 如图 11所示, 该移动性管理实体包括:
确定模块 41 , 用于确定 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报; 发送模块 42, 用于将停止上报的 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站 设备, 指示所述基站设备停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送 给所述移动性管理实体。
其中,本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。 上述模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种闭合用户组 CSG信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 基站设备获得 CSG上报配置信息;
所述基站设备通过所述 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信息的 上报条件时, 将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实 体。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站设备获得 CSG上报配置信息, 包括: 所述基站设备接收来自所述移动性管理 实体的所述 CSG上报配置信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户设备发 生基站间切换后, 所述用户设备切换前的服务基站为源基站, 所述用 户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站, 所述基站设备为目标基站; 所 述基站设备获得 CSG上报配置信息, 包括:
所述基站设备接收来自所述移动性管理实体的所述 CSG上报配 置信息; 或者,
所述基站设备接收来自源基站的所述 CSG上报配置信息, 所述 CSG上报配置信息为所述用户设备切换前所述移动性管理实体发送 给所述源基站的。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CSG上报配置 信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上^ ^艮; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改变时上 报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站设备通过 所述 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件, 包括: 如果所述 CSG上 4艮配置信息为当 CSG ID改变时上 4艮, 则当所 述用户设备发生了不同 CSG ID的小区间切换时, 所述基站设备确定 满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG成员状态改变时上报, 则 当所述用户设备发生了跨 CSG小区间切换导致成员状态改变时, 所 述基站设备确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为按照指定时间上报, 则当到达该 指定时间时, 所述基站设备确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站设备将用 户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实体, 包括:
所述基站设备通过 S1AP 消息将所述用户设备所在小区的 CSG 信息发送给所述移动性管理实体。
7、 如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述小区 的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区模式; CSG成 员状态。
8、 一种闭合用户组 CSG信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动性管理实体接收来自基站设备的通过 CSG上报配置信息确 定满足 CSG信息的上报条件时上报的用户设备所在小区的 CSG信
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理实 体接收来自基站设备的通过 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信息的 上报条件时上报的用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息, 之前还包括: 所 述移动性管理实体向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理实 体向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息, 包括:
在网络侧启动 CSG信息上报功能后, 所述移动性管理实体向所 述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息。
11、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性 管理实体向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息, 包括:
所述移动性管理实体通过 S1AP消息将所述 CSG上报配置信息 发送给所述基站设备。
12、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户 设备发生基站间切换后, 所述用户设备切换前的服务基站为源基站, 所述用户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站,所述基站设备为目标基 站; 所述移动性管理实体向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信 息, 包括:
当所述用户设备发生基站间切换后,所述移动性管理实体向所述 目标基站发送所述 CSG上报配置信息; 或者,
在所述用户设备发生基站间切换前,所述移动性管理实体向所述 源基站发送所述 CSG上报配置信息, 由所述源基站在所述用户设备 发生基站间切换后,将所述 CSG上报配置信息发送给所述目标基站。
13、如权利要求 8-10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述 CSG 上报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态 改变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
14、 如权利要求 8-10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述小 区的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区模式; CSG 成员状态。
15、 一种基站设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获得模块, 用于获得 CSG上报配置信息;
确定模块,用于通过所述 CSG上报配置信息确定满足 CSG信息 的上报条件;
发送模块, 用于将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性 管理实体。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的基站设备, 其特征在于,
所述获得模块, 具体用于接收来自所述移动性管理实体的所述 CSG上报配置信息。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的基站设备, 其特征在于, 当所述用户 设备发生基站间切换后, 所述用户设备切换前的服务基站为源基站, 所述用户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站;
如果所述基站设备为目标基站, 所述获得模块, 具体用于接收来 自所述移动性管理实体的所述 CSG上报配置信息; 或者, 接收来自 源基站的所述 CSG上报配置信息,所述 CSG上报配置信息为所述用 户设备发生基站间切换前所述移动性管理实体发送给所述源基站的; 如果所述基站设备为源基站, 所述获得模块, 具体用于在所述用 户设备发生基站间切换前,接收来自所述移动性管理实体的所述 CSG 上报配置信息; 所述发送模块, 还用于在所述用户设备发生基站间切 换后, 将所述 CSG上报配置信息发送给目标基站。
18、 如权利要求 15所述的基站设备, 其特征在于, 所述 CSG上 报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改 变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的基站设备, 其特征在于,
所述确定模块, 具体用于如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG ID改变时上报,则当所述用户设备发生了不同 CSG ID的小区间切换 时, 确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为当 CSG成员状态改变时上报, 则 当所述用户设备发生了跨 CSG小区间切换导致成员状态改变时, 确 定满足 CSG信息的上报条件;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为按照指定时间上报, 则当到达该 指定时间时, 确定满足 CSG信息的上报条件。
20、 如权利要求 15所述的基站设备, 其特征在于,
所述发送模块, 具体用于通过 SI AP消息将所述用户设备所在小 区的 CSG信息发送给所述移动性管理实体。

24、 如权利要求 23所述的移动性管理实体, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具体用于在网络侧启动 CSG信息上报功能后, 向所述基站设备发送所述 CSG上报配置信息。
25、 如权利要求 23或 24所述的移动性管理实体, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具体用于通过 S1AP消息将所述 CSG上报配置 信息发送给所述基站设备。
26、 如权利要求 23或 24所述的移动性管理实体, 其特征在于, 当所述用户设备发生基站间切换后,所述用户设备切换前的服务基站 为源基站, 所述用户设备切换后的服务基站为目标基站, 所述基站设 备为目标基站;
所述发送模块, 具体用于当所述用户设备发生基站间切换后, 向 所述目标基站发送所述 CSG上报配置信息; 或者,
在所述用户设备发生基站间切换前,向所述源基站发送所述 CSG 上报配置信息, 由所述源基站在所述用户设备发生基站间切换后, 将 所述 CSG上报配置信息发送给所述目标基站。
27、 如权利要求 22-24任一项所述的移动性管理实体, 其特征在 于, 所述 CSG上报配置信息包括: 当 CSG ID改变时上报; 或, 当 CSG成员状态改变时上报; 或, 按照指定时间上报。
28、 如权利要求 22-27任一项所述的移动性管理实体, 其特征在 于, 所述小区的 CSG信息包括以下之一或任意组合: CSG ID; 小区 模式; CSG成员状态。
29、 一种闭合用户组 CSG信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 基站设备获得 CSG上报配置信息;
如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报, 则所述基站设备确定 停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实体。
30、 一种基站设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获得模块, 用于获得 CSG上报配置信息;
确定模块, 用于如果所述 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报, 则确 定停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给移动性管理实体。
31、 一种闭合用户组 CSG信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动性管理实体确定 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报;
所述移动性管理实体将停止上报的 CSG上报配置信息发送给基 站设备, 指示所述基站设备停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发 送给所述移动性管理实体。
32、 一种移动性管理实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定 CSG上报配置信息为停止上报;
发送模块, 用于将停止上报的 CSG上报配置信息发送给基站设 备, 指示所述基站设备停止将用户设备所在小区的 CSG信息发送给 所述移动性管理实体。
