本发明涉及到通讯领域中手机终端中的电话本业务， 特别是涉及一种处 理电话本的方法及终端。
背景技术
电话本是手机终端非常重要， 使用十分频繁的用户数据管理模块。 在实 际的应用中， 由于人们工作和生活的需要而变更个人联系方式， 造成手机用 户的电话本中经常保存同一个联系人的多个记录。 电话本容量一般以记录个 数作为判断标准， 这样就造成电话本实际的使用容量降低， 并且在对同名联 系人进行操作的时候， 用户也容易被误导操作， 降低了用户有效使用电话本 的效率。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种处理电话本的方法及终端， 以避免 相关的记录在电话本中多次保存， 占用存储空间。
为了解决上述技术问题， 本发明提供了一种处理电话本的方法， 包括： 接收到整理电话本的指令后， 在电话本中查找满足预设的同类条件的记 录；

S201、 接收到整理电话本的指令后， 在电话本中查找满足预设的同类条 件的记录；
S202、 对查找到的满足所述同类条件的两条或两条以上的记录进行合并 处理。
本实施例中， 可以预先设置好同类条件， 例如， 名字相同、 电话号码相 同、 邮箱相同或者地址相同， 或者同时满足这几种中的两种或以上的条件。 可以以设置的同类条件为默认的条件来查找同类的记录， 然后直接对查找到 的记录自动进行合并处理。
在一优选实施例中， 也可以在接收到整理电话本的指令后， 显示多个预 设的同类条件的选项， 供用户选择以哪一条件来查找同类的记录； 然后， 在 接收到用户输入的选项信息后， 在电话本中查找满足该选项信息对应的预设 的同类条件的记录。
在一优选实施例中， 也可以在在电话本中查找满足预设的同类条件的记 录之后， 显示查找到的记录； 并可提示用户是否进行合并处理， 然后， 在接 收到用户输入的合并处理指令后， 对查找到的满足所述同类条件的两条或两 条以上的记录进行合并处理。 这样， 可以根据用户的意愿选择是否对查找到 的同类记录进行合并处理， 以进一步避免误操作。

内容相同规则， 即以记录的号码或 email相同作为同类记录
步骤 302: 用户操作选择进行同类记录检查。
该操作提示以菜单弹出框的方式列出预设的各种同类规则供用户进行选 择。
步骤 303 : 电话本模块执行同类记录检查， 并将检查结果输出给用户查 看， 输出结果将以对话框或 popwindows (弹出窗口 ) 的方式呈现。
例如， 有两条同名记录：
第一条记录， 姓名： A , 号码： 10086 , Email: [email protected]
第二条记录 姓名： A, 号码： 10000, Email: [email protected]
输出的结果例如为： 同类记录 1 ; 姓名： A; 重复记录： 2。
步骤 304: 提示用户选择是否执行同类整理操作。
步骤 305: 用户选择执行同类整理， 进行合并操作。
执行时选择最大化合并， 当一条记录无法包含所有信息时， 需要首先填 满第一条记录， 然后在新建的记录中填写剩余的记录信息。 例如：
情况一： 记录 A包含 1条号码， 一条 email; 另一条记录 A包含 1条号 码， 一条 email; 最大化合并后， 生成一条记录 A, 包含 2条号码， 2条 email。 使用时， 可以设置主号码来作为默认的联系方式。
例如， 合并后生成一条记录：
姓名 A
号码两个， 分别为 10086; 10000
Email两个, 分另 ll为 [email protected]; [email protected]。 情况二：记录 A包含 4条号码， 2条 email,另一条记录 A包含 3条号码， 2个 email。 最大化合并后， 将首先填满第一条记录 A, 剩余的信息填入第二 条记录 A。
当然， 记录的存储空间在不同的手机平台上要求不一样， 有手机对记录 空间做了限制， 因此， 当两条记录的总字段个数超过了记录是字段最大个数， 那么， 就釆取把字段信息首先填满第一条记录， 剩余的字段信息填充第二条 记录。 对于智能机， 记录的最大字段个数， 可以不受到限制， 可以合并为一 条记录。
这种方式的优点是， 以后为该姓名联系人添加信息的时候可以只往第二 条记录添加。在进行将号码或 email等字段添加到某一记录时，就可以只过滤 信息未满的记录， 如该姓名下的第二条记录。
情况三： 两条记录 A包含除了号码和 email外， 还包含地址信息。 如果 号码、 email可以在一条记录中合并则以一条记录的地址保持不变， 另一条记 录的地址以备注的形式出现。
比如两条记录如下：
姓名： A ； 地址： 成都
姓名： A ； 地址： 上海
合并后记录为： 姓名： A ； 地址： 成都； 备注： 上海
步骤 106: 执行完毕后， 回到电话本主界面将结果呈现给用户。
这样， 合并前界面显示两条记录， 合并后界面显示一条记录， 但是合并 前两条记录的所有信息都可以在合并的记录中查看到。
这样本实施例可以避免相关的记录在电话本中多次保存， 浪费了用户的 存储空间， 能够有效提升用户体验。
