本发明涉及通讯领域, 尤其涉及一种移动终端的定位服务实现方法及 ***。 背景技术
随着移动通信的发展, 移动终端设备已经非常普及, 给人们的工作和 生活带来了极大的方便, 人们可以随时随地使用移动终端与外界进行通信。
目前移动终端可以实现的功能越来越多, 例如随着定位技术的广泛应 用, 越来越多的移动终端具备定位功能。 尤其是针对老年人推出的定位手 机终端, 可以在紧急状态下发起定位并将定位结果的经纬度信息发送给预 先设定的服务器或者移动终端, 方便提供救助。 但是, 目前很多老人机硬 件配置比较低端, 只能完成简单的定位, 提供经纬度信息。 不能提供像路 线查询、 兴趣点提供等目前常见的 LBS ( Location Based Service, 基于位置 的服务)。 而现在大部分智能手机以及中高端的功能手机都可以提供这类 LBS。 但是市面上具备这些功能的移动终端又没有集成老人机的特色功能, 也不方便老年人操作。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种移动终端的定位服务实现方法, 能够实 现移动终端的 LBS, 并提高用户体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端的定位服务实现方法, 包括以下步 驟:
移动终端向服务终端发送基于位置的服务 LBS业务请求; 服务终端根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型, 进行相应的处理, 并将处理 结果返回至移动终端。
优选地, 所述移动终端向服务终端发送 LBS业务请求的步驟之前还包 括:
移动终端发送服务注册申请的短信至服务终端, 申请注册 LBS;
服务终端根据所述服务注册申请的短信, 将移动终端的号码添加至服 务号码列表, 并向移动终端发送服务注册成功的短信。
优选地, 所述 LBS业务请求为位置查询服务请求时, 所述服务终端根 据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的处理,并将处理结果返回移动终端 的步驟具体包括:
获取移动终端当前位置的经纬度信息;
将当前位置的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地图数据库服 务器中读取当前位置的经纬度信息对应的地址信息;
将所述地址信息发送给移动终端。
优选地, 所述 LBS业务请求为路线查询服务请求时, 所述服务终端根 据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的处理,并将处理结果返回移动终端 的步驟具体包括:
获取移动终端出发地的经纬度信息, 并将目的地的位置信息转换为经 纬度信息;
将出发地的经纬度信息及目的地的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服 务器从地图数据库服务器中读取从出发地至目的地的路线信息;
将所述路线信息发送给移动终端。
优选地, 所述 LBS业务请求为兴趣点查询服务请求时, 所述服务终端 根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的处理,并将处理结果返回移动终 端的步驟具体包括: 将参考点位置的经纬度信息及兴趣点发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地 图数据库服务器中读取参考点周围兴趣点的地理位置及基本信息;

图 1是本发明移动终端的定位服务实现方法一实施例的流程示意图。 本发明中移动终端是指无法实现 LBS业务的移动终端, 例如老人机及 其他低端机等。 本实施例仅以老人机为例, 其他移动终端均可参照该实施 例。
参照图 1 , 本发明移动终端定位服务的实现方法包括以下步驟: 步驟 S101、 老人机向服务终端发起 LBS业务请求;
LBS包含两层含义: 首先确定移动终端或用户所在地的地理位置; 其 次是提供与位置相关的各类信息服务。 例如, 查找移动终端或用户所在地 的周边地区的宾馆、 影院、 图书馆、 加油站等的名称和地址。 因此, 当老 人机需要使用某种 LBS时, 则可以向服务终端发起相应的 LBS业务请求。 该 LBS业务请求为老人机与服务终端之间互相约定的格式,可以通过短信或固 定服务号码发起 LBS业务请求。
步驟 S102、 服务终端根据 LBS业务请求进行相应地处理, 并将处理结 果返回至老人机。
服务终端根据与老人机互相约定的格式, 对 LBS业务请求进行解析, 以确定该 LBS业务请求的类型,从而可以根据 LBS业务请求的服务类型进行 相应地处理, 并将处理结果返回至老人机。 例如, 当 LBS业务的类型为位置 查询, 则对老人机所在地的地理位置进行搜索, 并将搜索结果返回至老人 机。
本发明通过手机之间的通信, 实现了辅助 LBS的功能, 因此, 对于关 爱手机业务的推广和使用, 提升了用户体验。

步驟 B、 服务终端解析该短信, 判断是否为服务注册短信, 是则执行 步驟 C; 否则执行步驟 D;
步驟 C、 将老人机的号码添加到服务号码列表中, 并向老人机发送服 务注册成功的短信;
步驟 D、 向老人机发送服务注册失败的短信。
图 2是本发明移动终端的定位服务实现方法中 LBS业务请求为位置查 询服务请求的流程示意图, 参照图 2, 其具体过程如下:
步驟 S201、老人机按照约定的格式发送位置查询服务请求给服务终端; 步驟 S202、 服务终端解析收到的短信, 判断该短信是否为服务注册短 信; 是则执行步驟 S203; 否则结束本流程;
步驟 S203、 判断短信的发送方是否为已注册的合法用户, 是则执行步 驟 S204; 否则结束本流程;
步驟 S204、 确定该 LBS业务请求的服务类型为当前位置查询服务; 步驟 S205、 判断短信是否包含老人机当前位置的经纬度信息, 是则执 行步驟 S207; 否则执行步驟 S206;
步驟 S206、 服务终端对老人机进行定位, 获取老人机当前位置的经纬 度信息;
步驟 S207、 服务终端将当前位置的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服 务器从地图数据库服务器中读取当前位置的经纬度信息对应的地址信息; 步驟 S208、 服务终端按照约定的格式, 通过短信将获得的具体地址信 息发送给老人机。

步驟 S301、老人机按照约定的格式发送路线查询服务请求给服务终端; 步驟 S302、 服务终端解析收到的短信, 判断该短信类型是否为服务注 册短信, 是则执行步驟 S303; 否则结束本流程;

步驟 S306、 服务终端对老人机进行定位, 获取老人机当前位置的经纬 度信息, 将目的地的位置信息转换为经纬度信息;
当 LBS业务请求的短信没有包含老人机出发地的经纬度信息, 则获取 老人机当前位置的经纬度信息, 并将其作为出发地的经纬度信息。
步驟 S307、 服务终端将出发地的经纬度信息、 目的地的经纬度信息发 送给服务器, 通过服务器从地图数据库服务器中读取从出发地到目的地的 路线信息;
步驟 S308、 服务终端按照约定的格式, 通过彩信将路线信息发送给老 人机; 或者服务终端按照约定的格式, 将路线信息转换成文字信息并通过 短信发送给老人机。
图 4是本发明移动终端的定位服务实现方法中 LBS业务请求为兴趣点 查询服务请求的流程示意图, 参照图 4, 其具体过程如下:
步驟 S401、 老人机按照约定的格式发送兴趣点查询服务请求给服务终 端;
步驟 S402、 服务终端解析收到的短信, 判断该短信类型是否为服务注 册短信, 是则执行步驟 S403; 否则结束本流程; 步驟 S403、 判断短信发送方是否为已注册的合法用户, 是则执行步驟 S404; 否则结束本流程;
步驟 S404、 确定 LBS业务请求的服务类型为兴趣点查询服务; 步驟 S405、 判断短信是否包含参考点位置的经纬度信息, 是则执行步 驟 S407; 否则执行步驟 S406;
步驟 S406、 服务终端对老人机进行定位, 获取老人机当前位置的经纬 度信息;
当 LBS业务请求的短信没有包含参考点位置的经纬度信息, 则获取老 人机当前位置的经纬度信息, 并将其作为参考点位置的经纬度信息。
步驟 S407、 服务终端将参考点位置的经纬度信息、 以及兴趣点发送给 服务器, 通过服务器从地图数据库服务器中读取参考点周围的兴趣点的地 理位置以及基本信息;
步驟 S408、 服务终端按照约定的格式, 通过短信将参考点周围的兴趣 点的地理位置以及基本信息发送给老人机。
上述服务器可以包括定位服务器、 地图服务器。 其中定位服务器主要 设置为接收各种状态下老人机、 服务终端的定位请求, 以及接收第三方定 位请求。 地图服务器主要设置为接收服务终端发送的老人机定位地址及查 询地址, 并根据这些信息生成包含查询的位置信息的地图, 发送给服务终 端。
综上所述, 本发明提供的移动终端的定位服务的实现方法, 利用移动 终端与服务终端之间的通信, 实现了辅助 LBS的功能。本发明提供的方法只 业务, 具有较好的通用性, 且可以减少类似业务的成本, 进一步推广移动 终端 LBS业务的使用, 提高移动终端的可以用性和用户体验。
图 5是本发明移动终端的定位服务实现***一实施例的结构示意图,参 照图 5, 本发明移动终端的定位服务实现***包括:
老人机 100, 设置为向服务终端发送 LBS业务请求;
服务终端 200, 设置为根据 LBS业务请求的类型, 进行相应的处理, 并 将处理结果返回至老人机。
LBS包含两层含义: 首先确定移动终端或用户所在地的地理位置; 其 次是提供与位置相关的各类信息服务。 例如, 查找移动终端或用户所在地 的周边地区的宾馆、 影院、 图书馆、 加油站等的名称和地址。 因此, 当老 人机需要使用某种 LBS , 则可以向服务终端发起相应的 LBS业务请求。 该 LBS业务请求为老人机与服务机之间互相约定的格式,可以通过短信或固定 服务号码发起 LBS业务请求。
服务终端根据与老人机互相约定的格式, 对 LBS业务请求进行解析, 以确定该 LBS业务请求的服务类型,从而可以根据 LBS业务请求的服务类型 进行相应地处理, 并将处理结果返回至老人机。 例如, 当 LBS业务请求的类 型为位置查询, 则对老人机所在地的地理位置进行搜索, 并将搜索结果返 回至老人机。
本发明通过手机之间的通信, 实现了辅助 LBS的功能, 因此对于关爱 手机业务的推广和使用, 提升了用户体验。
上述服务终端在对 LBS业务请求进行解析之前, 还可以先判断老人机 的合法性, 即该老人机是否已注册 LBS业务。 因此, 老人机必须先注册 LBS 业务。 其 LBS业务注册过程在前面已经描述, 在此就不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 老人机与服务终端的数量可以均为 1个, 即他们的连接 关系为一对一; 或者老人机的数量仅为 1个, 服务终端的数量为多个, 或者 老人机的数量为多个, 服务终端的数量仅为 1个, 即他们的连接关系为一对 多; 或者老人机的数量为多个, 服务终端的数量也为多个, 即他们的连接 关系为多对多。 上述 LBS业务请求可以包括位置查询服务请求、 路线查询服务请求、 兴趣点查询服务请求等。针对不同的 LBS业务请求,服务终端处理的过程也 不同, 其具体处理过程参照前面所述, 在此就不再赘述。
本发明提供的移动终端的定位服务***, 利用移动终端与服务终端之 间的通信, 实现了辅助 LBS的功能。本发明提供的方法只需要移动终端和服 用性, 且可以减少类似业务的成本, 进一步推广移动终端 LBS业务的使用, 提高移动终端的可以用性和用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制其专利范围, 凡是 利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 直接或间 接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims

1、 一种移动终端的定位服务实现方法, 其中, 该方法包括: 移动终端向服务终端发送基于位置的服务 LBS业务请求;
服务终端根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型, 进行相应的处理, 并将处理 结果返回至移动终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述移动终端向服务终端发送 LBS业务请求之前, 该方法还包括:
移动终端发送服务注册申请的短信至服务终端, 申请注册 LBS;
服务终端根据所述服务注册申请的短信, 将移动终端的号码添加至服 务号码列表, 并向移动终端发送服务注册成功的短信。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为位置查 询服务请求时,所述服务终端根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的处 理, 并将处理结果返回移动终端为:
获取移动终端当前位置的经纬度信息;
将当前位置的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地图数据库服 务器中读取当前位置的经纬度信息对应的地址信息;
将所述地址信息发送给移动终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为路线查 询服务请求时, 所述服务终端根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的处 理, 并将处理结果返回移动终端为:
获取移动终端出发地的经纬度信息, 并将目的地的位置信息转换为经 纬度信息;
将出发地的经纬度信息及目的地的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服 务器从地图数据库服务器中读取从出发地至目的地的路线信息;
将所述路线信息发送给移动终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为兴趣点 查询服务请求时,所述服务终端根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型,进行相应的 处理, 并将处理结果返回移动终端为:
获取参考点位置的经纬度信息;
将参考点位置的经纬度信息及兴趣点发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地 图数据库服务器中读取参考点周围兴趣点的地理位置及基本信息;
将所述地理位置及基本信息发送给移动终端。
6、 一种移动终端的定位服务实现***, 其中, 该***包括: 移动终端 和服务终端; 其中,
所述移动终端, 设置为向服务终端发送 LBS业务请求;
所述服务终端, 设置为根据所述 LBS业务请求的类型, 进行相应的处 理, 并将处理结果返回至移动终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的***, 其中,
所述移动终端, 还设置为在向服务终端发送 LBS业务请求之前, 发送 服务注册申请的短信至服务终端, 以向服务终端申请注册 LBS;
所述服务终端, 还设置为根据所述服务注册申请的短信, 将移动终端 的号码添加至服务号码列表, 并向移动终端发送服务注册成功的短信。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为位置查 询服务请求时, 所述服务终端具体设置为:
获取移动终端当前位置的经纬度信息;
将当前位置的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地图数据库服 务器中读取当前位置的经纬度信息对应的地址信息;
将所述地址信息发送给移动终端。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为路线查 询服务请求时, 所述服务终端具体设置为: 获取移动终端出发地的经纬度信息, 并将目的地的位置信息转换为经 纬度信息;
将出发地的经纬度信息及目的地的经纬度信息发送给服务器, 通过服 务器从地图数据库服务器中读取从出发地到目的地的路线信息;
将所述路线信息发送给移动终端。
10、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的***, 其中, 所述 LBS业务请求为兴趣 点查询服务请求时, 所述服务终端具体设置为:
获取参考点位置的经纬度信息;
将参考点位置的经纬度信息及兴趣点发送给服务器, 通过服务器从地 图数据库服务器中读取参考点周围兴趣点的地理位置及基本信息;
将所述地理位置及基本信息发送给移动终端。
