S202: 网络侧设备解析所述释放信令， 根据所述释放信令里的网络提示 音信息标识， 查找到对应的网络提示音， 然后为主叫方播放所述网络提示音。
在上述步骤中， 网络侧设备如果没有查找到对应的网络提示音， 则为主 叫方播放用于表示被叫用户拒接的网络提示音。
相应地， 本发明实施例还提供了一种确定网络提示音的***， 应用于移 动终端中， 包括：
第一装置， 其设置为接收到携带有主叫号码的呼叫；
第二装置， 其设置为若判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音， 则自 动结束呼叫， 并将释放信令发送到网络侧； 其中， 所述释放信令中携带有为 所述主叫号码预设的网络提示音的标识信息。
其中， 所述第二装置判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音， 可以是 指移动终端判断出所述主叫号码属于用户设置了网络提示音的号码组中的一 个； 该号码组中包括： 保存在所述移动终端的部分或全部联系人号码和 /或没 有保存在所述移动终端中的其他号码。 其中， 号码组中的部分号码对应的网 络提示音与其他号码对应的网络提示音可以不同； 其中， 所述第二装置发送到网络侧的所述释放信令中携带有为所述主叫 号码预设的网络提示音的标识信息， 在具体实施时， 可以在所述释放信令中 增设有网络提示音字段， 所述网络提示音字段的值被置为所述主叫号码对应 的网络提示音的标识信息。
此外， 在具体实施时， 所述第二装置在判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网 络提示音后， 若还判断出预设了将包含所述主叫号码的与本次呼叫有关的信 息保存在通话记录中， 则在自动结束呼叫后， 将包含所述主叫号码的与本次 呼叫有关的信息保存在通话记录中保存在通话记录中， 并且为了可以区分所 述主叫号码与其他普通的主叫号码， 在具体实施时， 还可以将所述主叫号码 用高亮方式或与其他普通主叫号码不同的字体或颜色显示。
相应地， 本发明实施例还提供了一种播放网络提示音的***， 应用于网 络侧设备， 包括：
第三装置， 其设置为接收如上述确定网络提示音的***发送的所述释放 信令；
第四装置， 其设置为根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络提示音标识信 息查找到对应的网络提示音， 然后为主叫方播放所述网络提示音。
在具体实施时 , 如果所述第四装置根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络 提示音标识信息没有查找到对应的网络提示音， 则为主叫方播放用于表示被 叫用户拒接的网络提示音。
在一个应用示例中， 如图 3所示， 用户选择网络提示音并播放给主叫方 的过程为：
S301 : 用户从电话本中查找联系人号码， 为部分或全部联系人号码选择 网络提示音， 并为没有保存在所述移动终端中的其他号码， 即为所有陌生号 码也设置网络提示音； 并设置将所有设置过网络提示音的主叫号码的与本次 呼叫有关的信息保存在通话记录中； 移动终端保存上述用户的设置。
移动终端为用户提供的选择网络提示音设置菜单可以如图 4所示， 该菜 单中提供的选择内容包括： 网络提示音选择， 图中只列出最基本的几种： 默 认（用户不设置提示音， 按网络默认的设置） /您拨打的用户已关机 /您拨打的 用户正在开会 /您拨打的用户现在无法接通 /您拨打的用户正忙 /您拨打的用户 正在休息 /您拨打的用户正在学习， 当然提供的提示音选项具体得由网络决 定。 网络侧设备中必须保存有上述网络提示音， 网络支持哪种提示音， 菜单 上可对应有该提示音的选项。 此外， 该菜单还提供了是否对所有用户使用该 网络提示音的选项； 以及查找电话本选项， 使用户可以从电话本中查找联系 人号码， 对某个联系人或多个联系人设置相应的网络提示音； 此外， 该菜单 还提供了是否将设置过网络提示音的主叫号码保存至通话记录的选项， 当然 该菜单还可以包括其他应用选项。
S302: 移动终端被呼叫， 根据网络侧给移动终端下发的 call id事件（针 对 CDMA制式）或者 incoming事件（GSM/WCDA制式） ， 得到主叫号码；
S303: 移动终端查询该主叫号码是否设置了网络提示音， 如果没有设置 则转至 S310; 否则继续 S304;
S304: 移动终端自动挂断电话， 结束本次呼叫， 并在待发送的释放信令 中增加一个网络提示音字段， 将该主叫号码的网络提示音标识信息填入该字 段中后将该释放信令发送给网络侧设备；
S305: 网络侧设备收到移动终端发来的释放信令之后， 根据所述释放信 令里的网络提示音标识信息查找对应的网络提示音， 如果查找到对应的网络 提示音， 则继续 S306, 否则转至 S311 ;
S306: 向主叫方播放该查找到的对应的网络提示音；
S307: 移动终端查询用户是否选择了将设置过网络提示音的主叫号码保 存至通话记录的选项， 若是则继续 S308; 否则转至 S309;
S308: 将该主叫号码与本次呼叫有关的信息保存至通话记录， 若有必要， 可以使用高亮或者其他字体颜色等效果， 以和普通通话记录做区分， 流程结 束；
S309: 不保存该主叫号码与本次呼叫有关的信息至通话记录中， 流程结 束。
S310: 用户并没有对该主叫号码做特殊设置， 按照普通来电进行处理， 流程结束。
S311： 网络侧设备为主叫方播放用于表示被叫用户拒接的网络提示音， 例如， 为主叫方播放： 您拨打的用户正忙请稍候再拨。 从上述实施例可以看出， 相对于现有技术， 本发明中的被叫用户可以将 预设的网络提示音通过网络侧设备为主叫方播放。 这样的话， 当被叫用户正 在参加一个重要会议时， 可以为所有主叫号码选择适合开会的网络提示音； 来电时， 移动终端会自动挂断电话， 网络侧设备会给主叫方播放类似于： 您 拨打的用户正在开会， 请稍候再拨这样的提示音。 这样主叫方就能知道被叫 方现在在做什么， 不至于因为对方迟迟不接电话或者拒接电话而产生一些不 必要的误解； 而被叫方也可以不被电话打扰安心开会。 与现有的短信拒接功 能相比， 本发明提供的方法和***又可以为用户节省短信费用， 也可以避免 在网络异常的情况下， 主叫方无法及时收到短信的情况。 而对于黑名单的情 况， 用户只要对不想接听电话的联系人号码选择关机的网络提示音， 这样只 要主叫方来电， 移动终端就会自动挂断电话， 网络侧设备给主叫方提供类似 于： 您拨打的用户已关机之类的提示音， 让主叫方认为用户已关机才导致无 法接听电话， 从而避免对方觉得用户故意不接听电话的情况发生， 而且被叫 用户还可以为不同的联系人设置不同的网络提示音， 比如， 学生正在看电影， 他可以为朋友的号码选择 "正在看电影" 的网络提示音， 为老师或家长的号 码则选择 "在图书馆不便接听电话" 的网络提示音等等。
综上所述， 本发明提供的确定及播放网络提示音的方法及***， 使被叫 用户可以将预设的网络提示音通过网络侧设备为主叫方播放， 当有来电时， 在不影响被叫用户的情况下， 移动终端自动挂断， 通过网络侧设备， 将预设 的网络提示音把被叫用户所处的情况更准确的通知给主叫方， 使移动终端更 加人性化， 满足了用户的特殊需求， 改善了用户体验， 同时也拓展了一种新 的网络提示音业务， 提供了一种新的网络侧设备为主叫方播放网络提示音的 方式。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成， 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中， 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地， 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地， 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现， 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已， 并非用于限定本发明的保护范 围。 根据本发明的发明内容， 还可有其他多种实施例， 在不背离本发明精神 改变和变形， 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种确定及播放网络提示音的方法及 ***， 将被叫用户预设的网络提示音播放给主叫方。 釆用本发明后， 当用户 被呼叫时， 移动终端在不影响被叫用户的情况下， 可以把被叫用户所处的情 况更准确的通知给主叫方， 使移动终端更加人性化， 满足了用户的特殊需求， 改善了用户体验， 同时也拓展了一种新的网络提示音业务， 提供了一种新的 网络侧设备为主叫方播放网络提示音的方式。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种确定网络提示音的方法， 应用于移动终端中， 包括：
接收到携带有主叫号码的呼叫；
若判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音， 则自动结束呼叫， 并将释 放信令发送到网络侧； 其中， 所述释放信令中携带有为所述主叫号码预设的 所述网络提示音的标识信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中：
所述判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音包括：
判断出所述主叫号码属于用户设置了网络提示音的号码组中的一个； 所述号码组中包括： 保存在所述移动终端的部分或全部联系人号码和 /或 没有保存在所述移动终端中的号码。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法， 其中： 当所述号码组中包括多个号码时， 所述号码组中部分号码对应的网络提 示音与所述号码组中其他号码对应的网络提示音不同。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中：
所述释放信令中携带有所述主叫号码对应的网络提示音的标识信息， 是 才 B：
所述释放信令中增设有网络提示音字段， 所述网络提示音字段的值被置 为所述主叫号码对应的网络提示音的标识信息。

在判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音后， 所述方法还包括： 若判断出为所述主叫号码预设了将包含所述主叫号码的与本次呼叫有关 的信息保存在通话记录中， 则在自动结束呼叫后， 将所述包含所述主叫号码 的与本次呼叫有关的信息保存在通话记录中。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法， 其还包括：
在将所述包含所述主叫号码的与本次呼叫有关的信息保存在通话记录中 将所述主叫号码用高亮方式或与其他普通主叫号码不同的字体或颜色显
8、 一种播放网络提示音的方法， 应用于网络侧设备， 包括：
接收如权利要求 1~7中任意一项所述的方法中移动终端发送的所述释放 信令；
根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络提示音标识信息查找到对应的网络 提示音， 然后为主叫方播放所述网络提示音。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法， 其还包括：
在接收到所述释放信令后， 如果根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络提 示音标识信息没有查找到对应的网络提示音， 则为主叫方播放用于表示被叫 用户拒接的网络提示音。
10、 一种选择网络提示音的***， 应用于移动终端中， 包括： 第一装置， 其设置为： 接收到携带有主叫号码的呼叫； 以及
第二装置， 其设置为： 若判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音， 则 自动结束呼叫， 并将释放信令发送到网络侧； 其中， 在所述释放信令中携带 为所述主叫号码预设的所述网络提示音的标识信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的***， 其中：
所述第二装置是设置为以如下方式判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提 示音： 判断出所述主叫号码属于用户设置了网络提示音的号码组中的一个； 所述号码组中包括： 保存在所述移动终端的部分或全部联系人号码和 /或 没有保存在所述移动终端中的号码。

当所述号码组中包括多个号码时， 所述号码组中部分号码对应的网络提 示音与所述号码组中其他号码对应的网络提示音不同。

所述第二装置是设置为以如下方式在所述释放信令中携带所述主叫号码 对应的网络提示音的标识信息：
在所述释放信令中增设网络提示音字段， 将所述网络提示音字段的值置 为所述主叫号码对应的网络提示音的标识信息。

所述第二装置还设置为：若判断出没有为所述主叫号码预设网络提示音， 则按照普通来电进行处理。

所述第二装置还设置为：在判断出为所述主叫号码预设了网络提示音后， 若判断出为所述主叫号码预设了将包含所述主叫号码的与本次呼叫有关的信 息保存在通话记录中， 则在自动结束呼叫后， 将所述包含所述主叫号码的与 本次呼叫有关的信息保存在通话记录中。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的***， 其中：
所述第二装置还设置为： 在将所述包含所述主叫号码的与本次呼叫有关 的信息保存在通话记录中时， 将所述主叫号码用高亮方式或与其他普通主叫 号码不同的字体或颜色显示。
17、 一种播放网络提示音的***， 应用于网络侧设备， 包括： 第三装置， 其设置为： 接收如权利要求 10~16中任意一项所述的***中 所述第二装置发送的所述释放信令； 以及 第四装置， 其设置为： 根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络提示音标识 信息查找到对应的网络提示音， 然后为主叫方播放所述网络提示音。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的***， 其中：
所述第四装置还设置为： 如果根据从所述释放信令中解析出的网络提示 音标识信息没有查找到对应的网络提示音， 则为主叫方播放用于表示被叫用 户拒接的网络提示音。
