Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態1にかかるコネクタ1の構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図2は、本実施の形態1にかかるコネクタの構成を模式的に示す側面図である。図1,2に示すコネクタ1は、接続対象物とそれぞれ連結した端子同士が接触することで接続対象物間の電気的導通を行なうものである。
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態2について、図12~14を参照して説明する。図12は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかるコネクタの構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図13は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかるコネクタの構成を模式的に示す側面図である。図14は、図13に示すコネクタのE-E線断面を示す断面図である。図12~14に示すコネクタ2は、接続対象物とそれぞれ連結した端子同士が接触して連結することで接続対象物間の電気的導通を行なうものである。なお、図1等で上述したコネクタと同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付してある。
図22は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかるコネクタを示す断面図である。図23は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかるコネクタの端子の構成を模式的に示す図である。図22,23に示すコネクタ3は、上述した実施の形態1,2にかかる端子において、基部を有さない構成となる。

Claims (9)
- 2つの接続対象物の間に介在して該2つの接続対象物間の電気的な導通を図るコネクタであって、
棒状をなして延び、該棒状の外周側面である第1外周部と、一方の接続対象物との連結側の端部と異なる端部側から該棒状に延びる方向に沿って一部または全体が切り欠かれた第1切欠き部とを有する導電性の第1端子と、
棒状をなして延び、該棒状の外周側面である第2外周部と、他方の接続対象物との連結側の端部と異なる端部側から該棒状に延びる方向に沿って一部または全体が切り欠かれ、前記棒状に延びる方向に垂直な方向の断面において前記第1切欠き部と同一の切り欠き形状をなす第2切欠き部とを有する導電性の第2端子と、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子を各々が棒状に延びる方向を揃えて該揃えた方向と垂直な方向に重ねた状態で、前記第1および第2端子の外周を覆って固定する固定部材と、
を備え、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、前記重ねた状態で、前記第1切欠き部と、前記第2外周部または前記第2切欠き部とが対向し、該対向する部分の前記棒状に延びる方向と垂直な方向の断面における外縁の少なくとも一部が同一形状をなすことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、前記重ねた状態で、前記第1切欠き部および前記第2切欠き部が接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1切欠き部は、前記棒状に延びる方向に垂直な方向の断面が直線状または凹凸状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記重ねた状態における前記対向する部分の前記第1端子と前記第2端子とがなす外周の断面形状は、回転角度θ(0°<θ<360°、θは定数)の回転対称性を有する図形であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記図形は、円であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1切欠き部の前記棒状に延びる方向と垂直な方向の断面における外縁の少なくとも一部は、前記第2外周部の前記断面における外縁と同一形状をなし、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、前記重ねた状態で、前記第1切欠き部および前記第2外周部が接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第1切欠き部または前記第1外周部は、表面において、前記棒状に延びる方向に沿って穿設される溝部を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記固定部材は、前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを重ねた方向において、少なくとも前記第1端子と前記第2端子との対向部分側に向けて付勢する弾性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1端子と前記第2端子とは、同一形状であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載のコネクタ。
