Abstract

A multi generator VAWT. The main purpose of this invention is to supply cheaper wind powered electricity from a safe, simple and versatile device. I will attempt to describe the VAWT with reference to the accompanying drawings. The generators should be secured equidistance around the outer periphery as in drawing 1 of 5 marked bottom. The turbine, as in drawing 2 marked central fan, should be placed on top of generators. Most drag type turbines could be used in this VAWT. The main body, as in drawing 3 marked outer ring, should be placed over the turbine and generators. The drawing 4 shows the VAWT assembled with doors open. The drawing marked 5 shows doors closed. For extra safety, mesh should be fitted across the wind access/exit ports (not shown).
