Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés dérivés de la triazine qui présentent la capacité de bloquer l'activité de TRPV1, et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques. Plus concrètement, les auteurs de la présente invention ont synthétisé des triazines trisubstituées qui sont capables d'inhiber spécifiquement le thermorécepteur TRPV1 à l'état activé.
