Abstract

본 발명은 복합 힌지장치 및 이의 복합 힌지장치를 구비한 휴대 단말기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 전면에 각각 터치형 디스플레이부를 갖는 하부 및 상부유닛과, 상기 하부 및 상부유닛을 복합 힌지수단을 매개로 서로 연결시키는 것에 의해 상부유닛이 하부유닛에 대하여 슬라이드 이동하면서 회동가능하도록 휴대 단말기를 구성함으로써, 사용자가 휴대 단말기를 사용하는 것에 대응되게 터치형 디스플레이부를 스마트폰 모드, 노트북 모드, 태블릿(tablet)PC 모드 상태로 사용할 수 있어 사용자의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 상부유닛이 하부유닛에 대하여 회동가능하도록 상기 하부유닛과 상부유닛의 양측면 일단에 각각 회동가능하게 연결 구비되는 이축 힌지수단과, 상기 이축 힌지수단의 타단을 타면 일단에 삽입 고정시켜 회동가능하게 구비되는 연결링크바와, 상기 연결링크바의 내측면 중앙부에 일단이 삽입 고정되고, 타단은 상부유닛의 양측면에 각각 형성된 제2수용홈에 타단이 삽입 고정되어 상부유닛이 연결링크바에 대하여 180도 회동시 상부유닛측으로 가압력을 제공가능하도록 구비되는 힌지수단을 포함하되, 상기 이축 힌지수단과 연결링크바와 힌지수단은 상부유닛과 하부유닛을 접속 연결시켜 전원공급 및 정보 유,출입을 위해 구비되는 케이블을 배선가능하도록 이루어진 복합 힌지장치와 이의 복합 힌지장치를 구비한 휴대 단말기에 의해 달성된다.
