可以看出,这种方法忽略了 CSG列表的限制,对于 MTC终端或其它终端 来说,都出现恶意终端不断尝试接入,从而对家庭基站的无线接入造成较大的 影响, 而遵守 CSG协议的终端并不会尝试接入网络, 因此该方法依然无法使 终端合理的接入网络资源并有效的利用网络资源。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种 CSG小区信息更新方法和设备, 以实现由终端 侧发起 CSG小区信息更新和同步。
本发明实施例提供的 CSG小区信息更新方法, 包括:
终端接收闭合用户组 CSG小区发送的小区信息,根据接收的所述小区信息 得到可以接入的 CSG小区信息,并将所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息发送给网络 侧;
所述终端接收所述网络侧返回的允许接入的 CSG 小区信息或者所述可以 接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息,并根据所述允许接入的 CSG小区信息或所述 确认信息, 更新所述终端的 CSG小区信息。 本发明实施例提供的终端, 包括:
获取单元, 用于接收闭合用户组 CSG小区发送的小区信息,根据接收的所 述小区信息得到可以接入的 CSG小区信息;
发送单元,用于将所述获取单元得到的所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息发送 给网络侧;

本发明的上述实施例中, 终端通过小区信息的接收得到可以接入的 CSG 小区信息, 并将 CSG小区信息发送给网络侧, 网络侧对终端发送的可以接入 的 CSG小区信息进行确认后更新该终端的 CSG小区信息,并将确认结果发送 给终端, 终端根据确认结果进行 CSG小区信息的更新, 从而实现了由终端侧 发起的 CSG小区信息更新流程, 从而保证了终端能够合理的接入网络资源, 提高了网络资源的利用效率。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种接入控制方法和设备,通过将允许接入指示 信息携带于***消息, 实现对终端的接入控制。
本发明实施例提供的一种接入控制方法, 包括:
终端接收基站发送的***信息, 所述***信息中携带有允许接入指示信 息;

本发明的上述实施例中,基站小区在发送***信息时,将允许接入指示信 息携带于***信息发送给终端,使终端可以根据该指示进行将该基站小区为该 终端的可以接入的基站小区, 或者接入该基站小区,从而实现了终端能够合理 的接入网络资源, 提高了网络资源的利用效率。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结合附图对 本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
本发明实施例中, MTC终端接收 CSG小区发送的小区信息, 根据接收的小 区信息得到可以接入的 CSG小区信息, 并上报给核心网,核心网对 MTC终端得 到的可以接入的 CSG小区信息进行确认并发送通过确认得到的允许接入的 CSG 小区信息或者可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息给 MTC终端, MTC终端根据 允许接入的 CSG小区信息或者可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息对 CSG小区 信息进行更新,从而解决了由于 MTC终端无法寻呼,造成网络侧和 MTC终端侧 CSG小区信息不一致的问题, 保证了 MTC终端 CSG小区信息的及时更新, 使得 MTC终端可以接入合适的网络设备, 合理的利用网络资源。 其中, MTC终端根 据接收到的小区信息所得到的可以接入的 CSG小区信息,以及核心网返回的允 许接入的 CSG小区信息, 通常可以用 CSG列表(如 Al lowed CSG L i s t )形式 表现。 本发明实施例中的 CSG列表可以用于记录该 MTC可接入的网络节点的 CSG标识, 还可以进一步包括其他信息, 如接入模式信息。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细描述。
实施例一 本发明实施例一以 LTE ( Long Term Evolut ion, 长期演进) ***架构为 例, 提出了一种 CSG列表的更新流程, 该流程可包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 , MTC终端接收 CSG小区发送的小区信息, 根据接收的小区信息 得到 CSG列表。
具体的, MTC终端可通过小区测量或探测过程接收 CSG小区发送的信息, 并可根据接收到的 CSG小区的信息生成可以接入的 CSG列表。 MTC终端可通过 预先设置的方式,例如在空闲状态时以一定周期对 MTC终端周围的网络接入节 点进行测量, 也可以通过设定特定事件来触发测量。 CSG列表中可包括 MTC终 端能够探测到的一个或多个小区的相关信息。该步骤中 MTC终端接收的小区信 息以及据此生成的可以接入的 CSG列表的具体实现可釆用现有方式。
步骤 202 , MTC终端将可以接入的 CSG列表发送给基站。
步骤 203 , 基站将该可以接入的 CSG列表发送给 MME。
步骤 204 ,丽 E通过与 HSS交互,根据 HSS存储的该 MTC终端相关信息 (如 签约信息), 对该 MTC终端发送的可以接入的 CSG列表进行确认, 并且通过确 认得到允许接入的 CSG列表或者终端发送的可以接入的 CSG列表的确认信息。
具体的, 丽 E对该 MTC终端发送的可以接入的 CSG列表进行确认时, 首先 发送获取 MTC终端相关信息(如签约信息)的请求给 HSS , 并在获取到 HSS返 回的相关信息后,根据获取的 HSS返回的相关信息对 MTC终端发送的可以接入 的 CSG列表进行确认。 比如, MTC终端的签约信息规定了该 MTC终端可接入的 小区的要求,若丽 E判断该 MTC终端上报的 CSG列表中的某个小区符合该签约 信息的要求时,对该 MTC终端上报的 CSG列表的该小区进行确认通过, 否则不 予确认通过。 MME与 H S S之间的消息可由 PGW ( PDN-Ga teway, 分组数据网关) 转发。
MME根据确认的结果, 可以生成允许接入的 CSG列表, 该 CSG列表可以记 录丽 E经过确认允许终端使用的 CSG小区的标识,还可以进一步包括终端接入 CSG小区相关的其他信息。 丽 E根据确认的结果, 也可以生成终端侧上报的可 以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息,该确认信息可以指示允许或者不允许终端 侧根据其上报的可以接入的 CSG列表进行更新。
步骤 205 , MME指示 HSS根据确认的结果更新其所存储的该 MTC终端的 CSG 列表。
具体的, 丽 E可以将允许接入的 CSG列表或者可以接入的 CSG列表的确认 信息发送给 HSS , HSS根据固 E发送的 CSG列表或确认信息, 更新其所存储的 该 MTC终端的 CSG列表。 丽 E可以通过 PGW转发 CSG列表或确认信息到 HSS。
步骤 206 , 固 E通过控制面 (即通过控制面信令)将允许接入的 CSG列表 或者可以接入的 CSG列表的确认信息发送给 MTC终端, MTC终端根据该确认信 息更新其上的 CSG列表,即根据步骤 204中确认的 CSG列表更新该 MTC终端原 有的 CSG列表。
步骤 206的一种替代方案是: 固 E将允许接入的 CSG列表或者确认信息发 送给 HSS , HSS通过用户面 (即通过用户面信令)发送给 MTC终端; 步骤 206 的又一种替代方案是: 由 HSS更新其所存储的 MTC终端的 CSG列表之后,根据 更新结果生成对应允许接入的 CSG列表或者确认信息,并通过用户面信令发送 给 MTC终端。
MTC终端接入 CSG小区时, 可以从更新后的 CSG列表中的 CSG小区进行接 入, 具体的, MTC终端可以从 CSG列表中选取一个 CSG小区进行接入, 也可以 从探测到的 CSG小区中选取一个,并查找选取的 CSG小区标识是否在更新后的
CSG列表中, 如果存在则接入该 CSG小区。
通过以上流程可以看出, MTC终端主动上报通过小区测量或探测等方式得 到的 CSG 列表到核心网侧进行确认, 一方面, 核心网在确认后更新网络侧该 MTC终端的 CSG列表, 另一方面使该 MTC终端在得到核心网的确认通知后进行 本地 CSG列表更新, 从而可以及时对 MTC终端和网络侧的 CSG列表进行更新, 解决了 MTC终端和家庭基站共同部署时的协同问题,保证了 MTC终端 CSG列表 的及时更新,使得 MTC终端可以接入合适的网络资源, 进而可合理利用网络资 源。
实施例二
本发明实施例二提出了一种接入控制方法,如图 3所示, 该方法的流程可 包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , MTC终端接收基站发送的***信息, 该***信息中携带有允许 接入指示信息。 具体的, 该基站可以是家庭基站, 或其他具备 CSG管理功能的通信基站, 可在基站的***信息中设置 MTC终端允许接入指示信息 (如 MTC Al l owed ), MTC终端允许接入指示信息用于指示允许 MTC终端接入该家庭基站。 该 MTC终 端允许接入指示信息可以为 1比特的标识信息, 其值可为 0或 1 , 当其为 0时 表示允许 MTC终端接入, 当其为 1时表示不允许 MTC终端接入, 反之亦然。 该 MTC终端允许接入指示信息可以携带于 S IB1—1 3***信息中的一种, 或其它类 型的***信息, 如 MIB/S IB2等。
图 4示出了一种 S IB1***信息格式, 其中设置有 MTC终端允许接入指示 信息选项。 如图 4所示, 在 S IB1***信息中增加了 MTC终端允许接入指示信 息( csg-MTC enab led )。 当 MTC终端允许接入指示的值设置为允许时, 该小区 允许 MTC终端接入。
步骤 302 , MTC终端根据接收到的***信息中携带的 MTC允许接入指示信 息判断被允许接入所述基站时, 接入该家庭基站或家庭基站小区, 或 /和, 将 该家庭基站或家庭基站小区加入自身的 CSG列表中。
家庭基站可以通过增加 MTC允许接入指示信息项来指示允许 MTC终端接 入, 并通过不在***信息中增加 MTC 允许接入指示信息项来指示不允许 MTC 终端接入。 或者, 家庭基站可以在***信息中增加 MTC允许接入指示信息, 通 过将其值设置为表明是否允许 MTC终端接入的参数值, 例如, 参数值为 1表示 允许 MTC终端接入, 参数值为 0表示不允许 MTC终端接入, MTC终端接收到该 家庭基站发送的***信息且参数值为 0后,不会接入该家庭基站或家庭基站小 区, 也不会将该家庭基站或家庭基站小区加入该 MTC终端的 CSG列表。
通过以上流程可以看出,通过在基站发送的***消息中设置 MTC终端允许 接入指示信息,在不违反现有流程的基础上,使得 MTC终端可以就近接入合适 的服务小区,合理的利用网络资源, 并可进一步避免 MTC终端直接接入时恶意 MTC终端攻击家庭基站的问题。
需要说明的是, 本发明的上述各实施例中, 家庭基站也可由基站代替。 另 夕卜, MTC终端也可以由其它类型的终端代替, 这种情况下, 与现有技术中由网 络侧发起 CSG列表更新的方法相比,解决了由网络侧发起的 CSG列表更新方式 中, 终端侧可能接收不到网络侧更新的 CSG 列表的问题; 与现有技术中忽略 CSG列表而直接进行接入的方法相比, 使终端可以根据***消息中携带的接入 指示信息而进行合理接入。
还需要说明的是,在上述本发明实施例中, 可接入家庭基站小区信息均以 CSG列表为例进行说明, 在实际应用中, 也可能是其他用于家庭基站接入控制 的信息。
基于与上述实施例一相同或相似的技术构思,本发明实施例还提出了一种 终端和网络侧设备, 分别如图 5和图 6。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的终端可以是 MTC终端, 该终端可包括: 获取单元 11 , 用于接收 CSG小区发送的小区信息, 根据接收的小区信息 得到可以接入的 CSG小区信息;
发送单元 12 , 用于将获取单元 11得到的可以接入的 CSG小区信息发送给 网络侧;
接收单元 13 , 用于接收网络侧返回的允许接入的 CSG小区信息或者对可 以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息;
更新单元 14 , 用于根据接收单元 13接收的网络侧返回的允许接入的 CSG 小区或者对可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息, 更新终端的 CSG小区信息。
其中, 所述接收单元 13具体用于, 接收网络侧通过用户面或者控制面返 回的允许接入的 CSG小区或者对可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息。
其中, 获取单元 11得到的 CSG小区信息为 CSG列表, CSG列表可以包括 CSG标识, 或者进一步还包括接入模式信息。
其中, 接收单元接收的 CSG小区信息为 CSG列表, CSG列表可以包括 CSG 标识, 或者进一步还包括接入模式信息或其他接入 CSG小区相关的信息。
其中, 终端为 MTC终端。
如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的网络设备可以是 LTE***中的丽 E, 在 2G/ 3G***中可以是 GGSN和 SGSN等核心网设备, 该网络设备可包括:
接收单元 21 , 用于接收终端发送的可以接入的 CSG小区信息, 所可以接 入的述 CSG小区信息由所述终端根据接收到的 CSG小区发送的小区信息得到; 确认单元 22 , 用于对接收单元 21接收的所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息进 行确认; 发送单元 23 , 用于在所述确认单元 22进行确认后发送通过确认得到的允 许接入的 CSG小区信息或者所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息;
更新指示单元 24 , 用于将通过确认得到的允许接入的 CSG小区信息或者 所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息发送给归属用户服务器,并指示归属 用户服务器进行所述终端的 CSG小区信息的更新。
其中, 所述确认单元 22 , 具体用于根据所述终端的签约信息对所述 CSG 小区信息进行确认。
其中, 所述发送单元 23 , 具体用于通过控制面发送通过确认得到的允许 接入的 CSG小区信息或者所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息给所述终 端。

本发明的上述实施例中, 终端通过接收携带允许接入指示信息的***信 息,根据该指示进行将网络设备作为可接入网络设备,从而实现了终端就近接 入网络的目的。
如图 8所示, 本发明实施例提供的网络设备, 可包括:
设置单元 41 , 用于在基站的小区的***信息中设置允许接入指示信息, 所述允许接入指示信息用于指示终端接入所述基站的小区;
发送单元 42 , 用于发送所述***信息。
其中, 所述设置单元 41具体用于, 将所述允许接入指示信息携带于 MIB、 S IB1—1 3之一或者新引入的***信息。
通过本发明实施例提供的网络设备,在发送***信息时,将允许接入指示 信息携带于***信息发送给终端,使终端可以根据该指示进行将网络设备作为 该终端的可接入网络设备, 从而实现了终端就近接入网络的目的。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的 CSG小区信息均以 CSG列表为例进行说 明, 在实际应用中, 也可能是其他用于 CSG小区接入控制的信息。 本发明实施 例中的对终端进行上报的 CSG列表进行确认的为核心网设备丽 E , 在实际使用 本发明装置的各个模块可以集成于一体,也可以分离部署。上述模块可以 合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

接收单元, 用于接收终端发送的可以接入的闭合用户组 CSG小区信息, 所 述可以接入的 CSG小区信息由所述终端根据接收到的 CSG小区发送的小区信息 得到;
确认单元,用于对所述接收单元接收的所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息进行 确认; 的 CSG小区信息或者所述可以接入的 CSG小区信息的确认信息至所述终端; 更新指示单元,用于将确认通过后得到的所述允许接入的 CSG小区信息发 送给归属用户服务器, 并指示所述归属用户服务器将存储的所述终端的 CSG 小区信息进行更新。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述确认单元, 具体用于 根据所述终端的签约信息对所述接收单元接收的可以接入的 CSG 小区信息进 行确认。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元, 具体用于 通过控制面发送所述允许接入的 CSG小区信息或者所述可以接入的 CSG小区信 息的确认信息给所述终端。
20、 如权利要求 17至 19任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端为机 器类型通信 MTC终端 , 所述 CSG小区信息为 CSG列表。
21、 一种接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端接收基站发送的***信息, 所述***信息中携带有允许接入指示信 息; 所述终端在根据所述***信息中的允许接入指示信息判断被允许接入所 述基站时, 将所述基站的小区加入所述终端的闭合用户组 CSG小区信息中, 或 /和接入所述基站的小区。
22、 如权利要求 21 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述***信息为: MIB、 S IB1—1 3之一或者新引入的***信息。
23、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端为机器类型 通信 MTC终端, 所述 CSG小区信息为 CSG小区列表。
24、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收基站发送的***信息, 所述***信息中携带有允许接 入指示信息;
处理单元,用于根据所述***信息中的所述允许接入指示信息判断被允许 接入所述基站时, 将所述基站的小区加入所述终端的 CSG小区信息中, 或 /和 接入所述基站的小区。
25、 如权利要求 24所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元, 包括更新 子单元或 /和接入处理子单元;
所述更新子单元, 用于将所述基站的小区加入所述终端的 CSG 小区信息 中;
所述接入处理子单元, 用于将所述终端接入所述基站的小区。
26、 如权利要求 24所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元获取到的所 述***信息为: MIB、 S IB1—1 3之一或者新引入的***信息。
27、 如权利要求 24至 26任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端为机 器类型通信 MTC终端 , 所述 CSG小区信息为 CSG列表。
28、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
设置单元, 用于在基站的***信息中设置允许接入指示信息, 所述允许接 入指示信息用于指示终端接入所述基站的小区;
发送单元, 用于发送所述***信息。
29、 如权利要求 28所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述设置单元具体用 于, 将所述允许接入指示信息携带于 MIB、 S IB1—1 3之一或者新引入的***信 息。
