Abstract
Verfahren, insbesondere kontinuierliches Verfahren, zur Herstellung eines mit einer Polymerschicht ummantelten Zugträgers (32), welches die nachfolgenden Schritte umfasst: a) Herstellen wenigstens eines Zugträgers durch Imprägnieren wenigstens einer Carbonfasern enthaltenden Faserstruktur (12) mit wenigstens einem Polymervorläufer sowie Pultrudieren der imprägnierten Faserstruktur und b) zumindest bereichsweises Ummanteln des wenigstens einen in dem Schritt a) hergestellten Zugträgers mit einer Schicht (30) aus einem Polymer mittels Extrusion. Zudem ist ein durch das Verfahren erhältlichen ummantelten Zugträger (32), dessen Verwendung und eine Vorrichtung (8) zur Herstellung, insbesondere kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines ummantelten Zugträgers (32) offenbart.
