Abstract

본 발명은 중공 파이프 형상의 스틸 소재로 형성되는 삽입부를 준비하는 단계와, 외주면에 치형이 형성되는 외측부를 사출 성형하는 단계와, 상기 외측부의 내측 중앙에 상기 삽입부를 배치하고 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이를 연결하도록 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이에 적어도 3지점에 수지를 사출하여 휠 형상의 연결부를 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 기어 휠의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 기어 휠의 제조방법은 연결부의 사출성형 시, 삽입부와 외측부 사이에 수지가 사출되어 필요 외적으로 사출된 부분을 제거하는 공정이 생략되며, 크랙에 의한 불량품을 감소시켜 생산성을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.
