具体实施方式 为使本实用新型的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本 实用新型作进一步地详细描述。 图 1是本实用新型一种新型指甲钳的第一实施例的立体结构示意图。 如图 1和图 2所示, 一种新型指甲钳, 包括上半钳体 1、 下半钳体 2以及压 柄 3 , 所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳体 2通过一贯穿的连接轴 4连接, 所述压柄 3设置在所述上半钳体 1一侧, 并与所述连接轴 4活动连接, 使所述压柄 3可围 绕所述连接轴 4旋转。 所述上半钳体 1前端两侧各设置有一上刃 11 , 所述下半 钳体 2前端与所述上半钳体 1前端相对应的两侧各设置有一下刃 21 , 所述同一 侧面的上刃 11和下刃 21组成一组刃口结构, 此处只画出一侧的刃口结构, 另 一侧的刃口结构由于被遮挡未画出。 在图 1中, 通过对所述压柄 3施力, 使所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳体 2 朝中间位置被夹紧, 可以使所述上刃 11和所述下刃 21闭合以修剪指甲。 需要说明的是, 为能较好地贴合指甲并进行修剪, 位于所述上半钳体 1和 所述下半钳体 2前端同一侧面的所述上刃 11和所述下刃 21均呈弧形, 其弧形 切线 PA与所述上半钳体 1中轴线 PB的夹角范围 a在 0 ~ 90度之间。 更佳地, 所述两组刃口结构呈八字形分别设置在所述指甲钳前端的两侧。 图 2给出了所述两组刃口结构呈对称八字形设置的例子。 在图 2中, 所述 上半钳体 1沿中轴线 PB左右对称,并经过所述连接轴 4的定位孔 41的一直径, 所述上刃 11的弧形切线 PA与所述中轴线 PB的夹角 a约为 15度。 所述两组刃 口结构的刃口长度相同, 在受到来自所述压柄 3的夹紧力时能同步闭合, 给使 用者提供了既可以使用所述左侧刃口结构修剪左指甲, 也可以使用所述右侧刃 口结构修剪右指甲的技术方案, 或者按照使用者习惯统一使用所述一侧刃口结 构操作, 故而更符合人体工学原理, 具有适用性强、 操作便利及舒适的特点。 需要说明的是, 所述两组刃口结构的刃口长度也可以设置为不相同, 即形 成一侧大一侧小非严格对称八字形分布的情形, 以获得在一把指甲钳上集成两 种规格的所述刃口结构的技术效果, 即设置长刃口的所述一侧刃口结构用以修 剪大指甲, 设置短刃口的所述一侧刃口结构用以修剪小指甲。 更佳地, 如图 1所示, 所述两个上刃 11之间沿所述上半钳体 1前端延伸设 置有上挡唇 12,所述两个下刃 21之间沿所述下半钳体 2前端延伸设置有下挡唇 22。 需要说明的是, 所述上挡唇 12和所述下挡唇 22可分别与所述上刃 11和所 述下刃 21同步闭合或开启, 增强所述刃口结构的强度, 并起限位保护的作用, 避免所述指甲钳在受夹紧力时所述上刃 11和所述下刃 21吻合过度, 两者相互 撞击使刃口钝化, 提高所述指甲钳的使用质量及寿命, 同时能够在前端形成一 个碎甲收集室, 避免修剪下的碎甲朝前飞溅, 具有使用安全和卫生的技术效果。 还需要说明的是, 所述上挡唇 12和所述下挡唇 22可以设置成多种造型, 如卡通人物形象或动物造型等各种款色, 以提高所述指甲钳的美观效果, 提升 使用体验。 更佳地, 所述上挡唇 12和所述下挡唇 22可以设置为齿形或鱼嘴形结构, 如图 1所示的前伸鱼嘴型, 如图 3或图 4所示的直角齿形等形状, 以及如图 5 所示的直角鱼嘴形等, 使在所述指甲钳前端形成一个小镊子, 具有用于去除皮 屑或其他夹取功能。 更佳地, 如图 1所示, 在所述上半钳体 1侧面沿所述上刃 11延伸设置有上 裙边 13, 在所述下半钳体 2侧面沿所述下刃 21设置有下裙边 23; 所述上裙边 13的高度小于或等于所述上刃 11的高度, 所述下裙边 23的高度小于或等于所 述下刃 21的高度。 需要说明的是, 在图 1中, 所述新型指甲钳受所述压柄 3压紧力作用时, 所述上裙边 13和所述下裙边 23也能够与所述上刃 11和所述下刃 21同步闭合, 既能增强所述刃口结构的结构强度, 防止受压时刃口过度吻合造成钝化, 另外 还起到从侧面收集碎甲的作用, 其通过与所述上刃 11、 所述下刃 21以及与所述 上裙边 13、 所述下裙边 23合围, 能全面地防止碎甲飞溅。 图 3是本实用新型一种新型指甲钳的第二实施例的立体结构示意图。 图 3所示的实施例与图 1所示的实施例主要区别在于, 所述上半钳体 1包 括一中空框架 14,所述下半钳体 2通过一穿设的连接轴 4与所述中空框架 14插 接; 所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳体 2之间设置有舌弹片 5。 可通过按压所述下 半钳体 2,再通过所述舌弹片 5使所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳体 2进行反复张 合。 需要说明的是, 通过将所述下半钳体 2插接于所述中空框架 14, 所述中空 框架 14还起到限位作用, 可用于限制所述上半钳体 1、 所述下半钳体 2的张开 角度。 图 4是本实用新型一种新型指甲钳的第三实施例的立体结构示意图。 图 4所示的实施例与图 1所示的实施例主要区别在于, 所述上半钳体 1前 端和所述下半钳体 2前端通过一 U形部 6连接。 所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳 体 2也可承担如图 1所示的所述压柄 3的作用。 通过按压所述上半钳体 1后端 或所述下半钳体 2后端, 设置在所述上半钳体 1前端两侧的所述上刃 11和设置 在所述下半钳体 2前端两侧的所述下刃 21可以在所述 U形部 6的作用下弹性闭 合, 使与指甲柔性贴合, 能进一步避免刃口撞击过大造成刃口钝化与锋利受损 的问题, 延长所述指甲钳的使用寿命。 图 5是本实用新型一种新型指甲钳的第四实施例的立体结构示意图。 图 5与图 4的主要区别在于, 所述上半钳体 1和所述下半钳体 2构成一 U 形体, 所述两组刃口结构分别设置在所述 U形体的开口处两侧面。 所述 U形体上下两侧分别设置有上压柄 31和下压柄 32, 所述上压柄 31和 所述下压柄 32与所述 U形体之间通过一贯穿于所述 U形体的连接轴 4连接。 综上所述, 实施本实用新型, 通过在所述上半钳体 1前端两侧和所述下半 钳体 2前端对应两侧分别设置所述上刃 11和所述下刃 12, 实现了在一把指甲钳 上设置两组刃口的目的, 不需要使用者做不舒适的转动, 符合人体工学原理, 同时通过在指甲钳前端设置所述上挡唇 12、所述下挡唇 22以及在侧面设置所述 上裙边 13和所述下裙边 23,不仅能对所述上刃 11和所述下刃 21的吻合程度进 行限位, 增强所述刃口结构的吻合强度, 以防止刃口钝化, 也可起全面收集碎 甲的作用, 避免碎甲弹屑朝四周飞溅的作用, 因此, 实施本实用新型的指甲钳, 具有结构筒单、 美观卫生, 适用性强且操作便利、 舒适的特点, 实现了结构与 功能的巧妙统一。 以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本 实用新型之权利范围, 因此依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属 本实用新型所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述新型指甲钳包括上半钳体以及与所述上 半钳体连接的下半钳体, 所述上半钳体前端两侧各设置有一上刃, 所述下半钳体前 端与所述上半钳体前端相对应的两侧各设置有一下刃, 所述同一侧的上刃和下刃组 成一组刃口结构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述两个上刃之间沿所述 上半钳体前端延伸设置有上挡唇, 所述两个下刃之间沿所述下半钳体前端延伸设置 有下挡唇。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述上档唇以及所述下挡 唇为齿形或鱼嘴形结构。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 在所述上半钳体侧面沿所 述上刃延伸设置有上裙边, 在所述下半钳体侧面沿所述下刃设置有下裙边;
所述上裙边的高度小于或等于所述上刃的高度, 所述下裙边的高度小于或等于 所述下刃的高度。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述两组刃口结构呈八字 形分别设置在所述指甲钳前端的两侧。
6. 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述新型指甲 钳还包括连接轴和压柄, 所述连接轴贯穿于所述上半钳体和所述下半钳体, 所述压 柄设置在所述上半钳体上, 并与所述连接轴活动连接。
7. 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述上半钳体 包括一中空框架, 所述下半钳体通过一穿设的连接轴与所述中空框架插接; 所述上 半钳体和所述下半钳体之间设置有舌弹片。
8. 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述上半钳体前 端和所述下半钳体前端通过一 U形部连接。
9. 根据权利要求 1 ~ 5任一项所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述上半钳体和 所述下半钳体构成一 U形体, 所述两组刃口结构分别设置在所述 U形体的开口处两 侧面。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的新型指甲钳, 其特征在于: 所述 U形体上下两侧分 别设置有上压柄和下压柄, 所述上压柄和所述下压柄与所述 U形体之间通过一贯穿 于所述 U形体的连接轴连接。
