具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直方法及调直机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑钢筋的调直设备,特别是一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋 调直方法及 调直机。
背景技术
根据我国最新审定修改的《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》5、3、2A条的规定,以盘卷形式供货的钢筋,调直后允许单位长度重量负偏差为≤8-10%。即:盘卷供货的HRB300以下强度级的钢筋调直后允许单位长度重量负偏差为≤10%;盘卷供货的HRB335以上强度级的钢筋调直后允许单位长度重量负偏差为≤8%。该规定的制订,是基于盘卷钢筋在调直加工时使之产生一定延伸的情况下,钢筋的强度会稍有提高,而其它物理指标没有多大变化,而且在国家标准的范围内。因此,盘卷钢筋在调直加工时使之产生一定延伸,不但可以提高建筑质量,还可大量节约建筑用钢材。
因盘卷要经钢筋调直机调直加工后才能用于建筑混凝土内,而目前钢筋调直机的结构有两种:
1、旋转框架式钢筋调直机。运行时,调直块或调直辊绕着被牵引经过的钢筋作螺旋运动。如果将调直块或调直辊在钢筋上压得过量,则调直出来的钢筋会成麻花形的扭曲,这种结构的调直机只能将钢筋调直而无法使之延伸。
2、压轮式钢筋调直机。其包括由相互错开的两排调直轮、两排调直轮轴和调直轮架组成的压轮式调直机构,相互错开的两排调直轮通过调直轮轴安装在调直轮架上,下面一排调直轮通过牵调直轴与原动机的动力输出组件相连,即下面一排调直轮全为主动轮,上面一排调直轮全为被动轮,被加工的钢筋在主动轮与被动轮中间,被动轮通过调整机构将搁在主动轮上的钢筋压弯。主动轮、被动轮均是沿钢筋轴向转动,运行时钢筋在主动轮的驱动下不停地前进,而众多的被动轮压在不断前进的钢筋上,使之多次反复弯曲消除应力实现调直。钢筋在每次弯曲时,本来略可伸长一些,即可与弯曲次数成正比地延伸。但由于下面一排全部为主动轮,又是同速转动,且它们的工作直径一样大,即工作面的线速度是一样,钢筋前进方向前面的主动轮制约着从后面过来的钢筋伸长而使之无法延伸。
现有对盘卷钢筋进行延伸、调直加工的机组,是在机组后面设有一个独立的延伸机,前面设有一个独立的调直机而组合起来的机组。延伸机是将钢筋缠绕在一个大力牵引机的牵引轮上和绕在数个被动延伸轮上。开动牵引机,缠绕在牵引轮上的钢筋通过被动延伸轮时,使之反复弯曲来实现延伸,再进入调直机实现调直。该机组的不足之处是:①经延伸调直的钢筋,尤其HRB335以上强度的螺纹钢筋,伤肋特别厉害;②制造成本高;③运行耗能大;④操作及进料很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服现有技术的上述不足,而提供一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直方法。
实现本发明上述目的的技术方案是:一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直方法,用相互错开的两排调直轮采用将钢筋反复压弯的方法将钢筋调直,两排调直轮位于调直机的后段,且均为被动的调直轮,由位于调直机前段的牵引轮牵引着钢筋不断前进,由钢筋带动位于调直机后段的调直轮转动,将钢筋反复弯曲而使钢筋被调直和延伸。
本发明的目的之二是克服现有技术的上述不足,而提供一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机。
实现本发明上述目的的技术方案是:一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,包括位于调直机前段的牵引机构和位于牵引机构后段的调直延伸机构;调直延伸机构由调直轮架、两排调直轮和调直轮调整组件组成,两排调直轮通过调直轮轴和轴承安装在调直轮架上,即均为被动,且相互错开压在被加工的钢筋上;牵引机构由牵引轮架、下牵引轮、上牵引轮和牵引轮调整组件组成,下牵引轮和上牵引轮通过牵引轮轴安装在牵引轮架上,牵引轮调整组件与牵引轮轴连接,下牵引轮和上牵引轮通过牵引轮轴与原动机的动力输出组件相连,即均为主动,且相互对齐,下牵引轮和上牵引轮在牵引轮调整组件的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:还包括位于调直延伸机构后端的送料机构,送料机构由送料轮架、下排送料轮、上排送料轮和送料轮调整组件组成,下排送料轮和上排送料轮通过送料轮轴安装在送料轮架上,送料轮调整组件与送料轮轴连接,送料轮轴通过离合器与原动机连接,且相互对齐,下排送料轮和上排送料轮在送料轮调整组件的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋,当离合器结合时为主动,当离合器分离时为被动,下排送料轮、上排送料轮的轴线均垂直于被加工钢筋的轴线。
本发明由于采用上述技术方案,取代了现有由一个延伸机和一个调直机组合起来对钢筋进行延伸和调直加工的机组,与现有技术相比,本发明有效地解决了钢筋调直机只能将钢筋调直而不能将钢筋延伸的难题,具有一机两能、操作简便等优点,大大地简化了设备的机构、节约了设备用钢材、降低了设备制造成本,同时还降低了设备运行能耗。
以下结合图和具体实施方式对本发明的详细内容作进一步描述。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,包括位于调直机前段的牵引机构、位于牵引机构后段的调直延伸机构和位于调直延伸机构后端的送料机构;牵引机构由牵引轮架1、下牵引轮2、上牵引轮3和牵引轮调整组件4组成,下牵引轮2和上牵引轮3通过牵引轮轴5安装在牵引轮架1上,牵引轮调整组件4与牵引轮轴5连接,下牵引轮2和上牵引轮3通过牵引轮轴5与原动机的动力输出组件相连,即均为主动,且相互对齐,下牵引轮2和上牵引轮在牵引轮调整组件4的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋6;调直延伸机构由调直轮架7、两排调直轮8和调直轮调整组件9组成,两排调直轮8垂直方向放置,并通过调直轮轴10和轴承11安装在调直轮架7上,即均为被动,且相互错开压在被加工的钢筋6上;送料机构由送料轮架12、下排送料轮13、上排送料轮14和送料轮调整组件15组成,下排送料轮13和上排送料轮14通过送料轮轴16安装在送料轮架12上,送料轮调整组件15与送料轮轴16连接,送料轮轴16通过离合器与原动机连接,且相互对齐,下排送料轮13和上排送料轮14在送料轮调整组件15的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋6,当离合器结合时为主动,当离合器分离时为被动;下排牵引轮2、上排牵引轮3以及两排调直轮8和下排送料轮13、上排送料轮14的轴线均垂直于被加工钢筋的轴线。
运行时,钢筋6被送料机构的下排送料轮13和上排送料轮14夹着,通过结合的离合器与原动机动力连接的送料轮轴16带动下排送料轮13和上排送料轮12不停地沿钢筋6轴向转动,牵引着的钢筋6不断前进。当钢筋通过调直机中端的调直延伸机构,前进到调直机前端的牵引机构位置后,分离离合器,使下排送料轮13和上排送料轮14成为被动;牵引机构的下排牵引轮2和上排牵引轮3牵引着的钢筋6不断前进,不断前进的钢筋6带动调直延伸机构的两排调直轮8将钢筋6反复弯曲,使之一方面消除了原有的弯曲应力而被调直,另一方面,因调直延伸机构的两排调直轮8均为被动,所以使钢筋6在前进时,多次弯曲并多次自由伸长而不受制约,同时,牵引机构对后端能自由伸长的钢筋6还具有一定的拉伸力,实现符合国家标准规定允许范围内的延伸,达到节约钢材的目的。
实施例2
如图2所示:一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,包括位于调直机前段的牵引机构、位于牵引机构后段的调直延伸机构和位于调直延伸机构后端的送料机构;调直延伸机构的两排调直轮8水平方向放置。其余结构与实施例1相同。
实施例3
如图3所示:一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,包括位于调直机前段的牵引机构、位于牵引机构后段的调直延伸机构和位于调直延伸机构后端的送料机构;调直延伸机构由水平调直延伸机构和垂直调直延伸机构组成,水平调直延伸机构水平放置,垂直调直延伸机构垂直放置;垂直调直延伸机构由调直轮架7、两排调直轮8和调直轮调整组件9组成,两排调直轮通过调直轮轴10和轴承11安装在调直轮架7上,即均为被动,且相互错开压在被加工的钢筋6上;水平调直延伸机构的结构与垂直调直延伸机构的结构相同。其余结构与实施例1相同。

1、 一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直方法,用相互错开的两排调直轮采用将钢筋反复压弯的方法将钢筋调直,其特征是两排调直轮位于调直机的后段,且均为被动的调直轮,由位于调直机前段的牵引轮牵引着钢筋不断前进,由钢筋带动位于调直机后段的调直轮转动,将钢筋反复弯曲而使钢筋被调直和延伸。
2、一种具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,其特征是包括位于调直机前段的牵引机构和位于牵引机构后段的调直延伸机构;调直延伸机构由调直轮架、两排调直轮和调直轮调整组件组成,两排调直轮通过调直轮轴和轴承安装在调直轮架上,即均为被动,且相互错开压在被加工的钢筋上;牵引机构由牵引轮架、下牵引轮、上牵引轮和牵引轮调整组件组成,下牵引轮和上牵引轮通过牵引轮轴安装在牵引轮架上,牵引轮调整组件与牵引轮轴连接,下牵引轮和上牵引轮通过牵引轮轴与原动机的动力输出组件相连,即均为主动,且相互对齐,下牵引轮和上牵引轮在牵引轮调整组件的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋。
3、根据权利要求2所述的具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,其特征是还包括位于调直延伸机构后端的送料机构,送料机构由送料轮架、下排送料轮、上排送料轮和送料轮调整组件组成,下排送料轮和上排送料轮通过送料轮轴安装在送料轮架上,送料轮调整组件与送料轮轴连接,送料轮轴通过离合器与原动机连接,且相互对齐,下排送料轮和上排送料轮在送料轮调整组件的作用下夹着被加工的钢筋,当离合器结合时为主动,当离合器分离时为被动,下排送料轮、上排送料轮的轴线均垂直于被加工钢筋的轴线。
4、根据权利要求2所述的具有延伸功能的全主动压轮式钢筋调直机,其特征是调直延伸机构的两排调直轮水平方向放置。
