- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 휴대용 전자기기의 배면에 부착되는 접착패드를 구비한 베이스판; 및사용자의 손가락에 삽입되는 고리와, 상기 고리의 하부에 상기 베이스판의 결합공에 삽입·결합되는 결합돌기를 구비한 고리형 파지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 결합공에 삽입된 결합돌기의 선단의 외주면에 'C'형 고정링이 억지끼움되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 결합돌기의 선단에 걸림턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 결합공은 상기 결합돌기의 걸림턱이 걸림 없이 삽입되는 직경을 가진 관통공과 상기 관통공으로부터 연장되는 슬라이드 공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 휴대용 전자기기의 배면에 부착되는 접착패드를 구비하고, 암컷 스냅단추를 구비한 베이스판; 및사용자의 손가락에 삽입되는 고리와, 상기 고리의 하부에 상기 암컷 스냅단추에 결합되는 수컷 스냅단추를 구비한 고리형 파지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고리형 파지부는 탄성재질의 끈에 의해 상기 전자기기에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 전자기기의 배면에 착탈 가능하게 부착되는 접착패드를 구비한 베이스판;상기 베이스판에 수평 회동 가능하게 결합되는 회전부와, 상기 회전부 외주연에 형성되며, 다각면의 관통체를 구비한 돌출편을 포함하는 결합부재; 및상기 관통체에 결합되는 일부구간이 상기 관통체 다각면과 동일한 다각면을 형성한 일체형 고리를 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 회전부는,회전축을 통해 상기 베이스판의 결합공에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 일부구간의 다각면은 3개 이상의 면인 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 돌출편은,고무재인 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 전자기기의 배면에 착탈 가능하게 부착되는 접착패드를 구비한 베이스판;상기 베이스판에 수평 회동 가능하게 결합되는 회전부와, 상기 회전부의 외주연에서 일측으로 연장 형성되면서, 중앙이 소정으로 절개된 공간부가 형성되고, 공간부 양측 내벽에는 다각면의 회동홈을 형성한 걸이단; 및상기 회동홈의 다각면과 동일한 다각면을 형성하여 수평하게 결합되는 회동바를 일체로 형성한 고리를 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 걸이단은,고무재인 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 회동바는,고리의 일측부에서 양측으로 돌출되며, 양측 단부는 회동홈에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 회동바의 다각면은 3개 이상의 면인 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 전자기기의 배면에 착탈 가능하게 부착되는 접착패드를 구비한 베이스판;상기 베이스판에 수평 회동 가능하게 결합되는 회전부와, 상기 회전부 외주연에 일체형으로 형성되며, 하방이 개구되어 관통하는 다각면 형상의 하방요홈부를 구성한 결합편;일부구간이 상기 하방요홈부의 다각면과 동일한 다각면을 형성한 일체형 고리;상기 고리의 일부구간을 내삽하는 결합이 이루어지도록 상부가 개방되어 관통하는 다각면 형상의 상방요홈부를 구성한 회동 슬리브;를 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 고리의 일부구간에 결합된 회동 슬리브가 결합편의 하방요홈부에 내삽 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제15항에 있어서.상기 회전부는,상하 체결구조를 가지는 체결부재에 의해 베이스판의 결합공에 결합되고,상기 체결부재와 결합을 이룬 회전부를 중심으로 결합편이 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 고리는,회동 슬리브를 중심으로 임의의 각도로 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 휴대용 전자기기의 파지기구에 있어서,하부에 상기 전자기기의 배면에 착탈 가능하게 부착되는 접착패드를 구비하며, 중앙에 소정의 크기를 가지는 결합공을 형성한 베이스판;다각면을 갖는 일부구간을 형성한 일체형 고리;상기 일부구간에 삽입되는 슬리브;결합공과 동일한 직경을 가지며, 하부 내면 양측에 체결공을 형성하면서 중앙으로 관통하는 다각면 형상의 하방요홈부를 구성한 회전캡;상기 베이스판을 중심으로 회전캡의 하부에 결합되는 고정부재;를 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 고리는,슬리브를 중심으로 임의의 각도로 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 고정부재를 회전캡의 체결공에 체결하는 체결부재를 더 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 슬리브는,고리의 일부구간을 내삽하는 결합이 이루어지도록 상부가 개방되어 관통하는 다각면 형상의 상방요홈부를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 고리의 일부구간 둘레를 감싸는 형태로 구성된 고정슬리브를 더 포함하는 파지기구.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 고리의 일부구간에 다수의 돌기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파지기구.
