3 , 终端预置图片, 根据短信 (如天气预报信息) 内容自动切换墙纸。 以上的方式都是使用预置的墙纸,对于用户来说, 虽然墙纸可以自动更换, 但是更换后的墙纸仍然是用户本人设定的, 这从一定程度上缺乏新鲜感, 更新 的方式不够灵活, 用户的体验较差, 这种问题不仅存在于墙纸的设定过程中, 还存在于终端的其他的图片的显示过程中。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种终端显示图片的自动更新方法及终端, 以 至少解决上述问题。 本发明的一个方面提供了一种终端显示图片的自动更新方法, 包括: 终端 接收到实时信息; 所述终端在更新周期到达时或者在确定接收到的所述实时信 息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收 到的所述实时信息中下载的图片。 在所述更新周期到达时, 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收到 的实时信息中下载的图片包括: 从所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下载的所述 图片中选择一幅不同于当前显示图片的图片进行显示; 在确定接收到的所述实 时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从 接收到的实时信息中下载的图片包括: 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述更新 的图片。 所述实时信息包括以下至少之一: DCD、 彩信、 电子邮件、 EMS。 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下载的图 片包括: 所述终端将显示图片更新为满足预定条件的所述下载的图片, 其中, 在所述实时信息包括所述 DCD的情况下, 所述预定条件包括: 所述下载的图 片是从所述实时消息的指定频道和 /或指定位置下载的;在所述实时信息包括所 述彩信、 所述电子邮件、 所述 EMS 中的至少之一的情况下, 所述预定条件包 括: 所述下载的图片是从具有指定发件人和 /或指定标题和 /或指定内容的所述 实时信息中下载的。 在所述实时信息包括所述 DCD的情况下, 在将所述终端的显示图片更新 为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下载的图片之前, 还包括: 所述终端将接收 到的实时信息中的图片提取并存储到对应于所述实时信息所处的频道和 /或位 置的目录下的图片下载文件夹中; 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接 收到的实时信息中下载的图片包括:所述终端从对应于所述指定频道和 /或所述 指定位置的目录下的图片下载文件夹中获取一幅图片并显示。 在所述实时信息包括所述彩信、 所述电子邮件、 所述 EMS 中的至少之一 的情况下, 在将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下 载的图片之前, 还包括: 所述终端判断接收到的所述实时信息是否具有所述指 定发件人和 /或所述指定标题和 /或所述指定内容, 若是, 则从所述实时信息中 下载图片并保存, 否则, 结束处理。 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 还包括: 所述终端询问用户是否下载所述实 时信息中的图片, 若是, 所述终端从所述实时信息中下载所述图片。 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 还包括: 所述终端判断接收到的所述实时信 息中是否存在更新的图片, 若是, 则下载所述更新的图片, 否则, 结束处理。 该方法还包括: 所述终端提供界面, 接受对显示控制的设置信息, 其中所 述显示控制的设置信息包括以下至少之一: 所述指定频道、 所述指定位置、 所 述指定发件人、 所述指定标题、 所述指定内容、 所述更新周期。 所述终端的显示图片包括以下至少之一: 所述终端的墙纸图片、 所述终端 的主题图片、 所述终端的屏保图片、 所述终端的来电图片、 所述终端的图片签 名。 本发明的另一个方面提供了一种终端, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收实时 信息; 下载模块, 设置为从接收到的所述实时信息中下载图片; 监测模块, 设 置为监测更新周期是否到达或者监测接收到的所述实时信息中是否存在更新 的图片; 控制模块, 设置为在所述监测模块监测到所述更新周期到达或者接收 到的所述实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示图片更新为 下载的所述图片。 所述控制模块设置为在所述监测模块监测到所述更新周期到达时, 从下载 的所述图片中选择一幅不同于当前显示图片的图片进行显示; 在所述监测模块 监测到接收到的所述实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示 图片更新为所述更新的图片。 通过本发明, 釆用终端将从实时信息中下载的图片作为显示图片的备选 库, 在满足特定条件的情况下, 将终端的显示图片更新为下载的图片, 解决了 相关技术中图片显示的都是预设的图片, 在更新时不够灵活导致用户体验较差 的问题, 利用了动态业务分发 (Dynamic Content Delivery, 简称为 DCD )、 彩 信等实时信息中经常携带有图片且实时的特性, 通过自动下载图片并将其作为 墙纸等显示图片的方法, 使得终端更具趣味性, 提高了用户体验度。 此外, 该 方法只需要对终端做较小的改动就可以达到预期的效果, 不需要做大规模的软 件和硬件变更。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不 当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是 居本发明实施例的终端显示图片的自动更新方法的流程图; 图 2是 居本发明实施例的一种终端的结构框图; 图 3是 居本发明实施例的终端的优选结构框图; 图 4是 居实施例 2的周期性自动更新墙纸过程的流程图; 图 5是根据实施例 3的由数据更新触发自动更新墙纸的过程的流程图; 图 6是根据实施例 4的周期性地从指定频道(目录) 下获取图片作为墙纸 的过程的流程图; 图 7是根据实施例 5的指定频道( 目录) 下有数据更新时从中获取图片作 为墙纸的过程的流程图; 图 8是根据实施例 6的终端中各个功能模块的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不 冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1是 居本发明实施例的终端显示图片的自动更新方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括: 步 4聚 S 102, 终端接收到实时信息; 步骤 S 104,终端在更新周期到达时或者在确定接收到的实时信息中存在更 新的图片的情况下, 将终端的显示图片更新为终端从接收到的实时信息中下载 的图片。 以上方法中, 终端自动从接收到的实时信息中下载图片, 自动将下载的图 片设置为当前的显示图片, 无需用户手动提取及设置过程, 使得显示图片对于 用户来说完全是新鲜的。该方法利用了 DCD、彩信等实时信息中经常携带有图 片且实时的特性, 通过自动下载图片并将其作为墙纸等显示图片的方法, 使得 终端更具趣味性, 提高了用户体-险度。 此外, 该方法只需要对终端故较小的改 动就可以达到预期的效果, 不需要做大规模的软件和硬件变更。 需要说明的是, 用于对显示图片进行更新的目的图片的选择可以根据用户 的喜好进行设置, 从而满足用户的个性化需求, 提高用户的体验, 例如: ( 1 ) 在更新周期到达时, 从下载的图片中选择一幅不同于当前显示图片 的图片进行显示。在具体实施中,可以在每次更新后,将原有图片文件夹( picture 文件夹) 中的所有图片, 标记为 "已处理"图片, 即都重置为"已处理"状态, 在 此次更新后从实时信息中下载的图片, 都标记为"未处理,,图片。 下一次更新到 来时, 监测模块将读取图片文件夹, 并判断是否有 "未处理"的图片, 若有则选 择其中之一作为更新图片。
( 2 ) 在确定接收到的实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将终端的显 示图片更新为上述更新的图片。为了方便终端的处理,只要有新到的实时信息, 就先判断实时信息中是否有图片, 如果有图片, 即可以认为有更新的图片, 并 将该图片 (在多幅的情况下, 可以选择其中之一) 用作图片进行更新。 以上的实时信息的种类可以包括但不限于以下至少之一: DCD、 彩信、 电 子邮件、 增强型短信 ( Enhanced Message, 简称为 EMS )。 利用多种类实时信 息中的图片作为墙纸, 将使得终端墙纸更具多样性和趣味性。 作为一种优选的实施方式, 为了提供更加精细的更新控制, 终端可以将显 示图片更新为满足预定条件的下载的图片, 预定条件可以按照用户的喜好或根 据实际的应用场景来设定, 例如, 在实时信息包括 DCD的情况下, 预定条件 包括: 下载的图片是从实时消息的指定频道和 /或指定位置下载的; 在实时信息 包括彩信、 电子邮件、 EMS中的至少之一的情况下, 预定条件包括: 下载的图 片是从具有指定发件人和 /或指定标题和 /或指定内容的实时信息中下载的。 具 体的实现过程可以包括:
( 1 )在实时信息包括 DCD的情况下, 终端将接收到的实时信息中的图片 提取并存储到对应于该实时信息所处的频道和 /或位置的目录下的图片下载文 件夹中;终端从对应于指定频道和 /或指定位置的目录下的图片下载文件夹中获 取一幅图片并显示。 ( 2 ) 在实时信息包括彩信、 电子邮件、 EMS 中的至少之一的情况下, 终 端判断接收到的实时信息是否具有指定发件人和 /或指定标题和 /或指定内容, 若是, 则从实时信息中下载图片并保存, 否则, 结束处理。 这样, 终端的更新 后的显示图片自然满足预定条件的要求。 为了便于用户对更新的策略进行配置, 终端还可以提供界面, 接受对显示 控制的设置信息,其中显示控制的设置信息可以包括以下至少之一: 指定频道、 指定位置、 指定发件人、 指定标题、 指定内容、 更新周期。 另外, 为了为用户提供更高的下载可控性, 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 终端可以询问用户是否下载实时信息中的图片, 若是, 则终端从实时信息中下 载图片。 为了避免下载的图片占用过多的存储空间, 可以在下载之前进行需要下载 图片的筛选, 例如, 对于更新的图片而言, 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 终端 可以判断接收到的实时信息中是否存在更新的图片, 若是, 则下载该更新的图 片, 否则, 结束处理。 需要说明的是, 以上的方法可以应用于多种显示图片的类型, 例如, 终端 的显示图片可以包括以下至少之一: 终端的墙纸图片、 终端的主题图片、 终端 的屏保图片、 终端的来电图片、 终端的图片签名。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的一种终端的结构框图, 该终端包括: 接收模块 22 , 设置为接收实时信息; 下载模块 24 , 设置为从接收到的实时信息中下载图 片; 监测模块 26 , 设置为监测更新周期是否到达或者监测接收到的实时信息中 是否存在更新的图片; 控制模块 28 , 设置为在监测模块 26监测到更新周期到 达或者接收到的实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将终端的显示图片更新 为下载的图片。 优选地, 下载模块 24可以在监测模块 26监测到接收到的实时信息中存在 更新的图片的情况下, 进行图片的下载。 优选地, 控制模块 28可以设置为在监测模块 26监测到更新周期到达时, 从下载的图片中选择一幅不同于当前显示图片的图片进行显示;在监测模块 26 监测到接收到的实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将终端的显示图片更新 为更新的图片。 在实际应用中, 以上的实时信息可以包括以下至少之一: DCD、 彩信、 电 子邮件、 EMS。 控制模块 28设置为将显示图片更新为满足预定条件的下载的 图片, 其中, 在实时信息包括 DCD 的情况下, 预定条件包括: 下载的图片是 从实时消息的指定频道和 /或指定位置下载的;在实时信息包括彩信、电子邮件、 EMS中的至少之一的情况下, 预定条件包括: 下载的图片是从具有指定发件人 和 /或指定标题和 /或指定内容的实时信息中下载的。 在实时信息包括 DCD的情况下, 下载模块 24设置为将接收到的实时信息 中的图片提取并存储到对应于该实时信息所处的频道和 /或位置的目录下的图 片下载文件夹中; 控制模块 28设置为从对应于指定频道和 /或指定位置的目录 下的图片下载文件夹中获取一幅图片并显示。 在实时信息包括彩信、 电子邮件、 EMS中的至少之一的情况下, 下载模块 24设置为判断接收到的实时信息是否具有指定发件人和 /或指定标题和 /或指定 内容, 若是, 则从实时信息中下载图片并保存, 否则, 结束处理。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的终端的优选结构框图, 为了便于用户进行更新 策略的设置, 该终端还可以包括: 设置模块 32 , 设置为提供界面, 接受对显示 控制的设置信息, 其中显示控制的设置信息包括以下至少之一: 指定频道、 指 定位置、 指定发件人、 指定标题、 指定内容、 更新周期。 需要说明的是,终端的显示图片可以包括以下至少之一: 终端的墙纸图片、 终端的主题图片、 终端的屏保图片、 终端的来电图片、 终端的图片签名。 以下描述的实施例 1-6, 综合了上述多个优选实施例的技术方案。 实施例 1 本实施例以更新墙纸为例, 描述了釆用以上实施例的方法进行墙纸自动更 新的过程, 该过程包括: 终端定时从实时信息中下载图片, 并自动设置为墙纸; 此处的实时信息可 以包括: DCD, 彩信, Email, EMS等, 用户可以才艮据终端和用户使用情况进 行设定。 其中, DCD中下载的图片可以是所有频道中的任意图片, 也可以是指 定频道指定位置中的图片; 彩信, Email, EMS 中下载的图片可以为所有信息 中的任意图片, 也可以是指定标题(内容)或指定发件人发送的彩信中包含的 图片。 在 DCD 中, 每次有更新时, 需要将该目录对应的所有数据都下载到本地 后再更新显示的内容。 其中, 图片文件下载至 picture_DCD文件夹中, 且各图 片的 ID号唯一。 一旦该目录有更新, picture_DCD中对应的图片自动清除。 墙 纸从该目录中获取。 如果用户指定下载的频道和位置, 墙纸仅从指定频道下的 指定目录中的 picture_DCD文件夹中获取。 在彩信或 Email中, 每次有新到信息且信息全部成功下载时, 将自动下载 其中的图片并保存。 这里定义图片下载至 picture_MM文件夹中。 如果用户指 定了彩信或 Email标题或发件人时, 仅对带有该关键字的信息进行图片下载操 作。 在 EMS 中, 每次有新到信息且信息中有图片文件时, 将下载其中的图片 并保存。 这里定义图片文件下载至 picture_EM。 如果用户指定 EMS 内容或发 件人时, 仅对带有该关键字的信息进行图片下载操作。 在实际应用中, 终端可以周期性地发起墙纸更新请求, 也可以在信息有更 新时立即更新墙纸。 进行更新时, 当 picture_DCD, picture_MM和 picture_EM 中有多个图片文件, 可选择任意与墙纸不一致的图片进行更新; 如果信息中无 符合的图片时, 墙纸不做更新。 终端墙纸选择的对象可以是 DCD, 彩信, Email 和 EMS之中的任意一个, 或者是这些模块的任意组合; 上述的 picture_DCD, picture MM和 picture EM也可以统合并为一个 picture文件夹, 所有图片啫下 载至这一文件夹中。 为了实现以上的功能, 本实施例还提供了一种终端 (可以是移动终端, 也 可以是固定终端), 包括: 设置模块, 设置为设置墙纸更新方式, 更新频率, 指定频道( 目录) 等; DCD模块、 彩信模块, 短信模块, Email模块 (或其中 之一), 设置为提供实时信息; 监测模块, 设置为判断更新时间是否到达和是 否有新信息; 存储模块, 设置为存储下载的图片文件; 控制模块, 设置为根据 监测模块的情况, 启动切换; 显示模块, 设置为显示更新后的墙纸。 以下实施例中, 描述了从 DCD和彩信等实时信息中下载图片并自动更新 墙纸的过程。 为了便于描述, 以下的实施例均为以从 DCD 中获取图片为例, 从彩信, Email和 EMS中获取图片的过程与之类似, 不再赞述。 实施例 2 图 4是 居实施例 2的周期性自动更新墙纸过程的流程图, 该过程包括以 下步骤: 步骤 401: 监测模块判断墙纸更新时间到, 通知控制模块进行切换操作; 步骤 402: 控制模块根据检测模块的情况, 从存储模块中读取 picture文件 夹, 并判断其中是否有图片, 如有则执行步骤 403; 如无则返回步骤 401 , 等 待下一个周期再进行切换。 步骤 403: 终端从 picture文件夹中任意选择一图片; 步骤 404: 控制模块判断选择的图片格式是否可以设置为墙纸, 若是执行 步骤 405 , 否则返回 picture文件夹中重新选择; 反复进行步骤 404和步骤 405 , 直到选择到符合要求的墙纸为止。 若文件夹中的所有图片都不能满足要求, 则 墙纸不故更新。 步骤 405 : 将选择的图片设定为墙纸并显示; 返回步骤 401等待下一个周 期的到来。 实施例 3 图 5是根据实施例 3的由数据更新触发自动更新墙纸的过程的流程图, 该 过程包括以下步骤: 步骤 501 : 监测模块检测到 DCD模块有数据更新,通知控制模块进行切换 操作; 步骤 502: 控制模块根据检测模块的情况, 从存储模块中读取 picture文件 夹, 并判断其中是否有图片更新(即更新的 DCD数据中是否有图片), 如有则 执行步 4聚 503; 如无则返回步 4聚 501 , 等待下一次有数据更新时再进行切换。 步骤 503 : 终端从 picture文件夹中, 选择新图片中的任一图片; 步骤 504: 控制模块判断选择的图片格式是否可以设置为墙纸, 若是执行 步骤 505 , 否则返回 picture文件夹的新图片中重新选择; 反复进行步骤 504和 步骤 505 , 直到选择到符合要求的墙纸为止。 若文件夹中的所有图片都不能满 足要求, 则墙纸不做更新。 步 4聚 505 : 将选择的图片设定为墙纸并显示; 返回步 4聚 501等待下一次更 新的到来。 实施例 4 图 6是根据实施例 4的周期性地从指定频道(目录) 下获取图片作为墙纸 的过程的流程图, 该过程包括以下步骤: 步骤 601: 监测模块判断墙纸更新时间到, 通知控制模块进行切换操作; 步骤 602: 控制模块根据检测模块的情况, 从存储模块中读取 picture文件 夹, 并判断其中是否有指定频道 ( 目录) 的图片, 如有则执行步骤 603; 如无 则返回步骤 601 , 等待下一个周期再进行切换。 步骤 603 : 终端从 picture文件夹中选择该频道( 目录)对应的图片, 如有 多个图片任选其一; 步骤 604: 控制模块判断选择的图片格式是否可以设置为墙纸, 若是执行 步骤 605 , 否则返回 picture文件夹中重新选择; 反复进行步骤 604和步骤 605 , 直到选择到符合要求的墙纸为止。 若文件夹中的所有图片都不能满足要求, 则 墙纸不故更新。 步骤 605 : 将选择的图片设定为墙纸并显示; 返回步骤 601等待下一个周 期的到来。 实施例 5 图 7是根据实施例 5的指定频道( 目录) 下有数据更新时从中获取图片作 为墙纸的过程的流程图, 该过程包括以下步骤: 步骤 701 : 监测模块检测到 DCD指定频道(目录)有数据更新, 通知控制 模块进行切换操作; 步骤 702: 控制模块根据检测模块的情况, 从存储模块中读取 picture文件 夹, 并判断更新的数据中是否包括图片, 如有则执行步骤 703; 如无则返回步 骤 701 , 等待下一次该频道 (目录) 下有数据更新时再进行切换。 步骤 703 : 终端从 picture文件夹中, 选择更新的图片, 如有多个图片, 选 择其中任意一个。 步骤 704: 控制模块判断选择的图片格式是否可以设置为墙纸, 若是执行 步骤 705 , 否则返回 picture文件夹的新图片中重新选择; 反复进行步骤 704和 步骤 705 , 直到选择到符合要求的墙纸为止。 若文件夹中的所有图片都不能满 足要求, 则墙纸不故更新。 步骤 705 : 将选择的图片设定为墙纸并显示; 返回步骤 701等待下一次更 新的到来。 实施例 6 图 8是根据实施例 6的终端中各个功能模块的结构框图, 该终端包括: 设置模块 802, 其功能如下: 第一, 设置墙纸更新方式, 如周期性还是有 数据更新时切换墙纸; 第二: 如果是周期性更新, 设定频率; 第三: 墙纸使用 的对象是所有频道, 还是指定频道( 目录); 第四, 如果是指定频道指定目录, 设定该频道名称和目录序号。
DCD模块 804, 其功能如下: 获取数据, 并实时地为墙纸提供新图片。 监测模块 806, 其功能如下: 第一: 对于周期性更新方式, 居频率和终 端的计时模块, 判断是否到达更新的时间; 第二: 对于有数据更新就切换的方 式, 检测是否有新数据下发。 存储模块 808, 其功能如下: 存储下载的图片至 picture文件夹中; 控制模块 810, 其功能如下: 根据监测模块的情况, 读取 picture文件夹中 的图片并判断是否符合(如格式是否可设置为墙纸或是否为指定位置的图片), 如有合适的图片则通知显示模块发起切换。 显示模块 812, 其功能如下: 根据控制模块情况, 切换墙纸并显示。 综上所述, 以上实施例提供的方案利用了 DCD、彩信等实时信息中经常携 带有图片且实时的特性, 通过自动下载图片并将其作为墙纸等显示图片的方 法, 使得终端更具趣味性, 提高了用户体验度。 此外, 该方法只需要对终端做 较小的改动就可以达到预期的效果, 不需要做大规模的软件和硬件变更。 需要 说明是, 除上述的 DCD, 彩信, Email和 EMS以外, 其他带有图片的实时信 息也可以按照该方法进行操作; 且更新的对象不仅限于墙纸, 主题、 屏保、 来 电图片、 图片签名等, 都可以按照以上的方法进行自动更新。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多 个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码 来实现, 从而可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分 别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成 电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

在将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下 载的图片之前, 还包括: 所述终端将接收到的实时信息中的图片提取并 存储到对应于所述实时信息所处的频道和 /或位置的目录下的图片下载 文件夹中;
将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下载 的图片包括: 所述终端从对应于所述指定频道和 /或所述指定位置的目录 下的图片下载文件夹中获取一幅图片并显示。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 在所述实时信息包括所述彩信、 所 述电子邮件、 所述 EMS中的至少之一的情况下, 在将所述终端的显示图 片更新为所述终端从接收到的实时信息中下载的图片之前, 还包括: 所述终端判断接收到的所述实时信息是否具有所述指定发件人和 / 或所述指定标题和 /或所述指定内容, 若是, 则从所述实时信息中下载图 片并保存, 否则, 结束处理。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 还包 括:
所述终端询问用户是否下载所述实时信息中的图片, 若是, 所述终 端从所述实时信息中下载所述图片。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在终端接收到实时信息之后, 还包 括:
所述终端判断接收到的所述实时信息中是否存在更新的图片,若是, 则下载所述更新的图片, 否则, 结束处理。
9. 根据权利要求 4-6中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
所述终端提供界面, 接受对显示控制的设置信息, 其中所述显示控 制的设置信息包括以下至少之一: 所述指定频道、 所述指定位置、 所述 指定发件人、 所述指定标题、 所述指定内容、 所述更新周期。
10. 根据权利要求 1-8 中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端的显示图片包 括以下至少之一:
所述终端的墙纸图片、 所述终端的主题图片、 所述终端的屏保图片、 所述终端的来电图片、 所述终端的图片签名。
11. 一种终端, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收实时信息; 下载模块, 设置为从接收到的所述实时信息中下载图片; 监测模块, 设置为监测更新周期是否到达或者监测接收到的所述实 时信息中是否存在更新的图片;
控制模块, 设置为在所述监测模块监测到所述更新周期到达或者接 收到的所述实时信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示图 片更新为下载的所述图片。 根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其中, 所述控制模块设置为在所述监测模 块监测到所述更新周期到达时, 从下载的所述图片中选择一幅不同于当 前显示图片的图片进行显示; 在所述监测模块监测到接收到的所述实时 信息中存在更新的图片的情况下, 将所述终端的显示图片更新为所述更 新的图片。
