背景技术
为解决空闲模式下的用户设备 ( UE )在无线接入网 / UMTS 陆地无线接 入网 (GERAN/UTRAN )和演进的 UMTS陆地无线接入网 (E-UTRAN )之间 频繁切换而导致发生大量的移动性管理流程,造成信令资源风暴, 网络引入了 ISR功能。 ISR是在 UE发起的路由区更新流程 ( RAU Procedure )或者跟踪区 更新流程( TAU Procedure ) 中, 由服务 GPRS支持节点 (SGSN)或者移动管理 实体( MME )选择激活并通知给 UE。 一旦 ISR激活, UE在注册的 RA区域 和注册的 TA区域移动, 不会因为接入***改变而发生 RAU或者 TAU流程, 起到了节约信令的效果。
为了在 E-UTRAN网络中重用现有的电路交换域(CS )业务, 引入了一种 通过 E-UTRAN网络连接到 CS网络的架构, 其中 E-UTRAN网络中的移动管 理实体(MME )通过 SGs接口与 CS网络中的移动交换中心(MSC )相连接, 实现在 E-UTRAN网络中向用户设备 ( UE )提供 CS业务。
MME与 MSC为 UE创建 SGs关联, 实现 E-UTRAN网络中 UE的 CS业 务回传统网络(CSFB, CS fallback ), 也可以实现 E-UTRAN网络中基于 SGs 接口的短信 ( SMS over SGs )传输。
去激活 E-UTRAN能力意味着将 E-UTRAN能力设置为无效值 (例如, 该 能力的有效取值为 1 , 无效值为 0,去激活 E-UTRAN能力意味着将 E-UTRAN 能力取值设置为 0 )。 一旦去激活 E-UTRAN 能力, 则可以阻止 UE发生从 GERAN/UTRAN网络到 E-TRAN网络的切换 ( Handover )或者小区重选 ( cell reselection )。 对于未去激活 E-UTRAN能力, 也就是将 E-UTRAN能力设置为 有效值, 即可以保证 UE实现从 GERAN/UTRAN网络到 E-TRAN网络的切换 ( Handover )或者小区重选 ( cell reselection )。
现有技术中, 配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs 的 UE , 在 GERAN/UTRAN网络执行位置区更新流程时, 如果确认注册的 E-UTRAN网 络无法向其提供 CS业务且未去激活 E-UTRAN能力, 可以维持 ISR, 避免了 ISR性能受损。但如果 UE发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程, 且 SGSN确认 UE支持 EMM联合流程( EMM Combined procedures capability, 其中 EMM为 EPS移动性管理(EPS Mobility Management ), 其中 EPS为演进的分组*** ( Evolved Packet System ) ), 即使 UE确认注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向其提 供 CS业务且未去激活 E-UTRAN能力也无法避免 ISR被去激活, 影响了 ISR 性能的提升。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种应用 ISR机制的处理方法及用户设备, 当 UE在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程时, 仍能使用 ISR 机制。
本发明实施例提供了一种应用节约信令 ISR机制的处理方法,所述方法包 括:
用户设备 UE获知注册的演进的 UMTS陆地无线接入网 E-UTRAN网络无 法向其提供电路交换域 CS业务, 且所述 UE未去激活 E-UTRAN能力时; 所述 UE去激活 UE的移动管理实体 EMM联合流程能力;或者去激活 UE 配置使用 CS业务回传统网络 CSFB和 /或基于 SGs接口的短信 SMS over SGs。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备, 所述终端设备包括:
获知单元, 用于 UE获知注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向提供 CS业务, 且 未去去激活 E-UTRAN能力;
处理单元, 用于去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置 使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
应用本发明实施例提供的方法及终端设备, 通过去激活 UE的 EMM联合 流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 使得 UE在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程, 也可以继续维持 或者激活 ISR, 而不是去激活或者不激活 ISR, 减少了空闲模式下的 UE在不 同接入网络之间的移动性管理流程, 节省了信令资源。 附图说明

UE的网络能力 ( MS network capability ) 中有一表项为 EMM联合流程能 力, 该表项用于指示 UE是否支持 EPS联合的移动性管理流程的能力, 如果 UE支持所述联合流程 , 那么 "EMM Combined procedures capability"表项的赋 值为 1 , 即 UE支持 EMM联合流程; 反之, 赋值为 0, 即, UE不支持 EMM 联合流程。 去激活 E-UTRAN能力意味着将 E-UTRAN能力设置为无效值 (例 如, 该能力的有效取值为 1, 无效值为 0。 UE向 MME发起联合请求消息, 也就意味着 UE支持 EMM联合流程, 既 , "EMM Combined procedures capability"贼值为 1。

CS/PS mode 1: UE注册到 EPS和 non-EPS业务中 , "UE's usage setting"设 置为 "voice centric"。这种模式意味着当前 UE是要求享受 EPS业务和 non-EPS 业务(也就是 CS业务) 的语音类型终端。 CS/PS mode 2: UE注册到 EPS和 non-EPS业务中 , "UE's usage setting"设 置为 "data centric "。这种模式意味着当前 UE是要求享受 EPS业务和 non-EPS 业务(也就是 CS业务) 的数据类型终端。

对于 UE 而言, 可以通过下一次更新使用的临时标识(TIN, Temporary Identity used in Next update- )来维持或激活 ISR的状态。 其中, TIN是 UE上 下文的一个参数, 用来确定下一次 UE发起的消息中所需要携带的 UE标识信 息。 TIN的取值可以是,全球唯一临时标识(GUTI, Globally Unique Temporary Identity ), 或者, 分组临时移动用户身份标识 ( P-TMSI , IPacket Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity ), 或者, 无线接入技术相关的临时移动用户识身份 标识 ( RAT-related TMSI , radio acess technology-related Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity )0其中, ISR激活的场景下, UE将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI";另外的,若 ISR未激活或去激活, UE将 TIN设置为 GUTI或 P-TMSL 使得 UE维持或者激活 ISR的步骤可以具体包括: UE根据收到的 ISR激 活指示信息, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者, UE继续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"。 具体的, UE根据收到的 ISR激活指示 信息, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 可以包括以下步骤:
配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE向 SGSN发送联合的路由器 / 位置区更新请求消息,消息中携带的 EMM联合流程能力指示 UE不支持 EMM 联合流程;
SGSN获知 UE不支持 EMM联合流程, 可以选择维持或者激活 ISR; SGSN向 UE返回联合的路由更新接受消息, 消息中携带 ISR激活指示信
UE接受到 ISR激活指示信息, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI";

未配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE向 SGSN发送联合的路由器 / 位置区更新请求消息 , 消息中不携带的 EMM联合流程能力信息;
SGSN未获知 UE的 EMM联合流程能力信息,可以选择维持或者激活 ISR; SGSN向 UE返回联合的路由更新接受消息, 消息中携带 ISR激活指示信 UE接受到 ISR激活指示信息, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI";
或者,
配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE发起位置区更新流程;
UE获知其不支持 EMM联合流程,则可以接受网络发送的 ISR激活指示, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI";
或者,
未配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE发起位置区更新流程; UE获知未配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 则可以接受网络发送的 ISR激活指示或者维持激活 ISR;
基于步骤 102去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力的处理,当配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE执行 Combined RAU/LAU流程 ,将不支持 EMM联 合流程的信息 (即 "EMM Combined procedures capability"赋值为 0 )提供给 SGSN。 SGSN获知 UE不支持 EMM联合流程,则可以选择维持或者激活 ISR。 具体的, SGSN 向 UE返回联合的路由更新接受消息 ( Combined RAU/LAU Accept ), 消息中携带 ISR激活指示信息。 对于 UE而言, 接受到 ISR激活指 示信息, 则获知 ISR激活, 即将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者 UE继 续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" .
上述去激活 UE 的 EMM 联合流程能力的处理实现了 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN 网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程, 维持或者激活 ISR 的目的, 提升了 ISR 的性能。 另外, 该处理也可以用于实现 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN网络执行位置区更新流程(LAU Procedure ), 维持或者激活 ISR的目的, 提升了 ISR的性能。 具体的, 当 UE在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中 发起位置区更新流程, 如果 UE获知其不支持 EMM联合流程(即 "EMM Combined procedures capability"赋值为 0 ), 则可以接受网络发送的 ISR激活指 示或者维持激活 ISR, 也就是将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者 UE继 续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 0
基于步骤 102去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的处理, 未 配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE, 执行 Combined RAU/LAU流程将 不需要向 SGSN提供 EMM联合流程能力。 SGSN未接收到 UE的 EMM联合 流程能力信息, 可以选择继续维持或者激活 ISR。 具体的, SGSN向 UE返回 联合的路由更新接受消息( Combined RAU/LAU Accept ) , 消息中携带 ISR激 活指示信息。 对于 UE而言, 接受到 ISR激活指示信息, 则获知 ISR激活, 即 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者 UE继续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 0

需要说明的是, 本发明实施例并不限定去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力 或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的具体时间点, 例如, 可 以是 UE获知 E-UTRAN网络中 CS业务不可用, 但未去激活 E-UTRAN能力 后立即执行; 或者 UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络后立即执行; 或者 UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由区 /位置区更 新流程或者位置更新流程时执行。
至此, 应用本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程 能力; 或者去激活 UE 配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs, 使得 UE在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程, 也可以继续维持 或者激活 ISR, 而不是去激活或者不激活 ISR, 减少了空闲模式下的 UE在不 同接入网络之间的移动性管理流程, 节省了信令资源,从而提升了***的整体 性能。
参见图 2, 其是 ^居本发明一具体实例的流程图, 本实施例中, 当配置使 用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE获知 E-UTRAN网络无法向其提供 CS业务, 在未去激活 E-UTRAN能力的前提下可以去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力或 者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。这样, UE在 GERAN/UTRAN 网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程时, 也可以继续维持或者激活 ISR。 本实施例具体流程如下:
步骤 1、 UE向 MME发送联合请求消息; 具体的 ,
该联合请求消息可以是, UE向 MME发送附着请求( Attach Request ) 消 息, 该消息中 EPS附着类型信元(EPS Attach Type )中的附着类型指示为联合 附着, 如 "combined EPS/IMSI attach"; 或者,
该联合请求消息可以是, UE向 MME发送跟踪区更新请求( TAU Request ) 消息, 该消息中 EPS更新类型信元(EPS update type )中的更新类型指示为联 合的跟踪区 /位置区更新, 如 "combined TA/LA updating"。
UE向 MME发起联合请求消息, 也就意味着 UE支持 EMM联合流程, 既 , "EMM Combined procedures capability"贼值为 1。
步骤 2、 MME无法为 UE提供 CS业务。 也就意味着, MME无法为 UE 建立与 MSC之间的 SGs关联。
这里, 当前 E-UTRAN网络无法为 UE提供 CS业务原因可以是, MME 不支持(未配置) SGs接口功能, 无法与 MSC进行通信等。
步骤 3、 MME向 UE返回响应消息, 并告知 UE当前 CS业务不可用。 例如 , MME向 UE返回附着接受消息( Attach Accept )或者 MME向 UE 返回跟踪区更新接受消息 (TAU Accept ), 消息中携带指示 CS业务不可用的 原因 , 该原因可以表征为: EMM #18(CS domain not available)-CS域不可用。 UE根据该 "EMM #18(CS domain not available)-CS域不可用,,原因值可以获知 E-UTRAN网络无法向其提供 CS业务。
步骤 4-5 ,在未去激活 UE的 E-UTRAN能力的前提下 ,去激活 UE的 EMM 联合流程能力或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。 当 UE获知当前注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向其提供 CS业务, 本发明实 施例的一个前提是未去激活 UE的 E-UTRAN能力。未去激活 UE的 E-UTRAN 能力, 也就意味着 UE可以保持在 E-UTRAN网络中, 而不是执行网络重选, 返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络。可能的原因是, UE和 E-UTRAN网络都支持 IMS 语音, UE虽然无法在当前 E-UTRAN网络享受 CS语音, 但可以享受 IMS语 音。
去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力的描述如下:
UE的网络能力中有一表项为 EMM Combined procedures capability , 该表 项用于指示 UE是否支持 EPS联合的移动性管理流程的能力 ,如果 UE支持所 述联合流程, 那么 "EMM Combined procedures capability"表项的赋值为 1 , 即 UE支持 EMM联合流程; 反之, 赋值为 0, 即, UE不支持 EMM联合流程。 去激活 UE 的 EMM联合流程能力也就是将 "EMM Combined procedures capability" 的赋值从 1更改为 0,即将 UE的 EMM联合流程能力从支持 EMM 联合流程更改为不支持 EMM联合流程。
基于以上处理, 当 UE从 E-UTRAN 网络返回 GERAN/UTRAN 网络向 SGSN发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新请求(例如,进入到一个新的路由区 -RA, 即不在之前注册的 RA ), 该请求中携带 EMM联合流程能力 EMM Combined procedures capability表项;其中,所述 EMM联合流程能力表项赋值为 0。 SGSN 获知 UE不支持 EMM联合流程, 可以选择继续维持或者激活 ISR。 具体的, SGSN向 UE返回联合的路由更新接受消息(Combined RAU/LAU Accept ), 消息中携带 ISR激活指示信息。 对于 UE而言, 接受到 ISR激活指示信息, 则 获知 ISR激活, 即将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI";或者 UE继续维持 ISR, 维持頂设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 0
上述处理实现了 UE在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中发起联合的路由区 /位置区 更新流程, 维持或者激活 ISR的目的, 提升了 ISR的性能。 另外, 该处理也可 以用于实现 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN 网络执行位置区更新流程 ( LAU Procedure ), 维持或者激活 ISR的目的, 提升了 ISR的性能。 具体的, 当 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN网络中发起位置区更新流程 , 如果 UE获知其不支持 EMM 联合流程( "EMM Combined procedures capability"赋值为 0 ), 则可以接受网络 发送的 ISR激活指示, 也就是将 TIN设置 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者 UE继 续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 0
去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的描述如下:
去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的效果是未配置 UE使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。也就是将 UE从配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs 的属性更改为使用非 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 该使用非 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs可以是配置使用 IMS PS voice only等。该过程可以包括将原配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs更改为未配置 UE使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
与该行为对等的,可以理解为将 UE的操作模式从 CS/PS mode(例如 CS/PS mode 1或者 CS/PS mode 2 )转移到非 CS/PS mode(例如 , PS mode(例如 PS mode 1 或者 PS mode 2 ) ); 和 /或, 将 E-UTRAN语音域优先选择 ( Voice domain preference for E-UTRAN )" 的值从 "仅 CS语音( CS Voice only ),, 更改为 "仅 IMS PS语音( IMS PS Voice only ),或者,将 "优先选择 CS语音其次选择 IMS PS域语音( CS voice preferred, IMS PS Voice as secondary )" 更改为 "优先选 择 IMS PS域语音其次选择 CS语音(IMS PS voice preferred, CS Voice as secondary )"。 这里不限制 UE从配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs更改为其 它属性的具体方式。
基于以上处理, 当 UE从 E-UTRAN 网络返回 GERAN/UTRAN 网络向 SGSN发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新请求(例如,进入到一个新的路由区 -RA, 即不在之前注册的 RA ), 由于未配置 UE使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs或者 工作模式为非 CS/PS mode (例如, PS mode ), 那么 UE将不需要向 SGSN提 供 EMM联合流程能力。 SGSN没有接收到支持 EMM联合流程相关的信息, SGSN可以选择继续维持或者激活 ISR。 具体的, SGSN向 UE返回联合的路 由更新接受消息( Combined RAU/LAU Accept ), 消息中携带 ISR激活指示信 息。 对于 UE而言, 接受到 ISR激活指示信息, 则获知 ISR激活, 即将 TIN 设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" ; 或者 UE 继续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" 0 更新流程, 维持或者激活 ISR的目的, 提升了 ISR的性能。 另外, 该处理也可 以用于实现 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN 网络执行位置区更新流程 ( LAU Procedure ), 维持或者激活 ISR的目的, 提升了 ISR的性能。 具体的, 当 UE 在 GERAN/UTRAN 网络中发起位置区更新流程, 如果 UE获知未配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 则可以接受网络发送的 ISR激活指示, 也就是将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI"; 或者 UE继续维持 ISR, 维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI'O
基于上述思路, 以 UE去激活支持 EMM联合流程的属性为例, 说明其具 体流程:
一种可能的实现方式是, 该联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程所应用的消息 可以是, UE 向 SGSN发送联合路由区 /位置区更新请求消息 (Combined RAU/LAU Request ), 该消息中更新类型信元( Update type )所述指示的更新 类型为联合的路由区 /位置区更新 ( combined RA/LA updating )。
如果去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力,那么上述该联合路由区 /位置区更 新请求消息中, UE将表项 "EMM Combined procedures capability"的赋值为 0, 这样表示 UE不支持 EMM联合流程 ( Mobile station does not support EMM combined procedures )。 SGSN获知 "EMM Combined procedures capability"的贼 值为 0, 那么 SGSN在选择是否激活 ISR 时将不受表项 "EMM Combined procedures capability,,的影响。 这样, SGSN可以选择激活或者维持 ISR。 从 而,在后续的 SGSN向 UE返回联合的路由区 /位置区更新接收消息( Combined RAU/LAU Accept ) 中才有可能指示 UE激活 ISR。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中并不限定去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能 力或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的具体时间点, 例如, 可以是 UE获知 E-UTRAN网络中 CS业务不可用, 但未去激活 E-UTRAN能 力后立即执行;或者 UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络后立即执行; 或者 UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由区 /位置区更 新流程或者位置更新流程时执行。
需要说明的是, 针对本实施例去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力或去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, UE还可以在满足一些触发条件的情 况下,重选激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力或激活配置 UE使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。 例如, 从 "EMM Combined procedures capability"贼值为 0转移到 "EMM Combined procedures capability"赋值为 1。 或者^ 1操作模式从 PS mode 转移到 CS/PS mode。 这样, 触发条件可以包括但不限于以下情况: 1 ) UE关机以后重新开机;
2 ) UE执行 PLMN 选择(PLMN selection )相关流程。 例如, UE 从 GERAN/UTRAN网络返回 E-UTRAN网络, 重选 PLMN, 所选 PLMN与之前 CS业务不可用所对应的 PLMN不一样。
当然本实施例不排斥其它一些触发条件。
基于以上描述可知, 配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs 的 UE获知 E-UTRAN网络 CS业务不可用 , 例如 UE接收到 "EMM #18(CS domain not available)" ,在未去激活 E-UTRAN能力的前提下,可以去激活 UE的 EMM联 合流程能力或去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 从而当 UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程或者 位置更新流程可以继续激活或者维持 ISR, 而不是不激活或者去激活 ISR, 减 少了空闲模式下的 UE在不同接入网络之间的移动性管理流程, 节省了信令资 源, 从而提升了***的整体性能。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备, 参见图 3, 该用户设备包括: 获知单元 301 , 用于 UE获知注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向提供 CS业务, 且未去去激活 E-UTRAN能力;
处理单元 302, 用于去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE 配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
上述处理单元可以具体包括,
第一执行单元, 用于去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者,
第二执行单元, 用于去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
上述处理单元执行的时机包括, 获知 E-UTRAN网络中 CS业务不可用且 未去激活 E-UTRAN能力后;或者 ,从所述 E-UTRAN网络返回 GERAN/UTRAN 网络后; 或者, UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由 区 /位置区更新流程或者位置更新流程时。
应用本发明实施例提供的用户设备, 在 UE获知 E-UTRAN网络 CS业务 不可用, 例如 UE接收到 "EMM #18(CS domain not available)" , 在未去激活 E-UTRAN能力的前提下,可以去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力或去激活 UE 配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs , 从而当 UE 从 E-UTRAN 返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程或者位置更新流程可 以继续激活或者维持 ISR, 而不是不激活或者去激活 ISR, 减少了空闲模式下 的 UE在不同接入网络之间的移动性管理流程, 节省了信令资源, 从而提升了 ***的整体性能。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种应用节约信令 ISR机制的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 用户设备 UE获知注册的演进的 UMTS陆地无线接入网 E-UTRAN网络无 法向其提供电路交换域 CS业务, 且所述 UE未去激活 E-UTRAN能力时; 所述 UE去激活 UE的演进的分组***移动性管理 EMM联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置使用 CS业务回传统网络 CSFB和 /或基于 SGs接口的短信 SMS over SGs。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备获知注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向其提供 CS业务的步骤包括:
所述 UE向 MME发起联合请求消息;
接收 MME返回的响应消息 , 所述返回的消息中包括原因值 EMM #18; UE根据所述原因值 EMM #18,获知当前提供注册的 E-UTRAN无法向其 提供 CS业务。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述去激活 UE的 EMM 联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs, 包括: 获知 E-UTRAN网络中 CS业务不可用且未去激活 E-UTRAN能力后; 或 者, 从所述 E-UTRAN 网络返回无线接入网 / UMTS 陆地无线接入网 GERAN/UTRAN网络后; 或者 , UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络 发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程或者位置更新流程时,
去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 / 或 SMS over SGs。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述去激活 UE 的 EMM联合流程能力的步骤包括:
将 UE的 EMM联合流程能力从支持 EMM联合流程能力更改为不支持 EMM联合流程。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述去激活 UE 配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的步骤包括:
将 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs更改为 UE非配置使用 CSFB 和 /或 SMS over SGs; 或者,
配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的 UE为工作在操作模式 CS/PS mode 下的 UE, 则所述去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs的步骤包括: 将 UE的当前的 CS/PS mode操作模式转移为非 CS/PS mode操作模式;和
/或,
将 E-UTRAN语音域优先选择 Voice domain preference for E-UTRAN" 的 值从 "仅 CS语音 CS Voice only" 更改为 "仅 IMS PS语音 IMS PS Voice only, 或者, 将 "优先选择 CS语音其次选择 IMS PS域语音 CS voice preferred, IMS PS Voice as secondary"更改为 "优先选择 IMS PS域语音其次选择 CS语音 IMS PS voice preferred, CS Voice as secondary"。
6、根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: UE根据收到的 ISR激活指示信息, 将 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI" , 以激活 ISR;或者, UE维持 TIN设置为 "RAT-related TMSI", 以继续维持 ISR。
7、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括:
获知单元, 用于 UE获知注册的 E-UTRAN网络无法向提供 CS业务, 且 未去去激活 E-UTRAN能力;
处理单元, 用于去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者去激活 UE配置 使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包括, 第一执行单元, 用于去激活 UE的 EMM联合流程能力; 或者,
第二执行单元, 用于去激活 UE配置使用 CSFB和 /或 SMS over SGs。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元执行的时机 包括, 获知 E-UTRAN网络中 CS业务不可用且未去激活 E-UTRAN能力后; 或者, 从所述 E-UTRAN 网络返回 GERAN/UTRAN 网络后; 或者, UE从 E-UTRAN返回 GERAN/UTRAN网络发起联合的路由区 /位置区更新流程或者 位置更新流程时。
