Abstract

본 발명은 자바라(Zabara)구조를 가지는 변형부재가 실린더의 개구부를 차폐하도록 구성되는 댐퍼어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 댐퍼어셈블리는, 내부에는 유체가 충진되는 공간이 형성되며, 일방이 개구되는 실린더(100)와; 상기 실린더(100)의 내측에 구비되어, 슬라이딩 유동하는 피스톤(110)과; 상기 실린더(100)의 일단에 구비되어 실린더(100)의 개구된 일단을 차폐하며, 내부의 체적 크기가 증감 가능하도록 하는 변형부재(120)와; 상기 피스톤(110)에 관통 형성되어, 상기 피스톤(110)을 통과하여 유체가 유동 가능하도록 안내하는 유동홀(130)과; 상기 유동홀(130)을 선택적으로 개폐하는 개폐구(140)와; 상기 피스톤(110)의 일측에 구비되어, 상기 개폐구(140)가 유동홀(130)을 차폐하도록 힘을 강제하는 개폐부재(150) 등으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 콤팩트한 댐퍼 구성이 가능하며, 작업능률이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
