  1.  水素含有燃料を用いてセルスタックにより発電するとともに熱媒体を用いて前記セルスタックの排熱を回収する燃料電池システムに用いられる脱硫装置であって、
     脱硫触媒を収容した脱硫流路を有し、前記水素含有燃料を前記脱硫流路に流通させて脱硫する脱硫部と、
     前記脱硫部の側方を覆うように配置され、前記セルスタックの排熱を回収した後の前記熱媒体を流通させて前記熱媒体と前記脱硫部とを熱交換させる熱媒体流路を有する熱交換部と、を備え、
     前記熱媒体流路の流体流通方向及び前記脱硫流路の流体流通方向が対向流となるように形成されていること、を特徴とする脱硫装置。
