Abstract

L'invention concerne des composites renforcés dans la direction z à base de fibres ayant une résistance inter-laminaire améliorée, une ténacité au choc améliorée, des propriétés améliorées de transmission d'énergie (conduction électrique et thermique) et un coefficient amélioré de dilatation thermique. Au moins une partie, et, dans un mode de réalisation, une majorité, des fibres sont orientées de façon à être sensiblement perpendiculaires aux substrats. Des composites multi-couches ayant plus de deux couches de substrat peuvent également être formés. L'invention concerne également des procédés de formation de tels composites.
