【背景技术】 现有技术水族养殖箱所用 LED照明结构, 一般是根据养殖箱大小定制所需规格 的 LED灯电路板或釆用家用照明灯封装形式的 LED灯, 安装在箱盖上, 用透明塑料 罩隔离防护, 以防箱内凝结水造成漏电伤害或短路损坏。 这种 LED照明结构因为需 要用透明塑料罩隔离防水, 所以存在安装复杂, 用料多, 体积大, 成本高, 不利于 节能环保等缺点, 而且防水效果差, 容易产生电路故障。
【实用新型内容】 本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种 多联管防水 LED灯组, 该灯组具有低能耗、 环保、 安装方便的特点, 同时还兼具非 常好的防水效果。 本实用新型解决所述技术问题釆用的技术方案是-. 提供一种适用于水族养殖的多联管防水 LED灯组, 包括多联管灯头、 LED灯管 和馈电缆线, 所述多联管灯头设置有至少两处供***灯管端头的穴位; 所述 LED灯 管包括玻璃管外壳和其内长条形 LED电路板, 各 LED发光器件焊装于该电路板上; 多根 LED灯管并列安装于同一平面上, 各灯管两端头分别***与之适配的多联管灯 头的各穴位内, 各穴位也即各灯管端头之间的电连接导线藏于所述多联管灯头内, 并且所述每一 LED灯组只有一端的灯头引出馈电缆线; 各灯管端头***灯头对应穴 位的部位以及灯头引出缆线的部位和灯头内其余空位, 均灌注填满非水溶性的无毒 树脂胶, 从而所述 LED灯组可以浸入水中使用。 本实用新型灯组所用馈电缆线是外裹水密绝缘护套、 内中至少是双芯软绞线的 防水电缆。 所述多联管灯头还设置有至少一处供安装固定用的平台, 该平台中央有通孔。 同现有技术相比较, 本实用新型多联管防水 LED灯组之有益效果在于:
1、 釆用多联灯头结构, 使多根灯管形成一个整体, 结构紧凑, 密封防水; 不 用透明塑料防水罩, 简化了水族养殖箱制造工艺, 减少了材料用量, 降低了成本、 低耗、 环保;
2、 釆用低电压供电, 多根灯管只用单根缆线引出, 安装容易, 布线简洁、 美 观、 安全;
3、 使用玻璃灯管, 透明度好, 透光损失少; LED灯发光效率高, 低功耗, 并且 色彩多, 功率分配灵活, 容易实现调光、 调色及自动控制、 节能、 时尚;
4、 专为水族养殖箱设计, 密封防水, 既可用于水面照明, 也可装在水中使用; 生产上只要选配灯管的联数和长度、改变 LED的组合,就可以满足不同产品的需要。 通用性好, 方便、 实用。
【附图说明】 图 1是本实用新型多联管防水 LED灯组的轴测投影示意图; 图 2是所述灯组之灯头***灯管部位的正投影主视示意图; 图 3是本实用新型多联管防水 LED灯组的正投影主视示意图; 图 4是所述灯组之灯头引出馈电缆线部位的正投影主视示意图; 图 5是本实用新型优选实施例之三联管防水 LED灯组的轴测投影示意图; 图 6是所述优选实施例的正投影右视示意图; 图 7是所述优选实施例的正投影主视示意图。 【具体实施方式】 下面结合各附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 参见图 1至图 7,—种适用于水族养殖的三联管防水 LED灯组, 包括灯头 10、 三根 LED灯管 20和馈电缆线 30 , 所述灯头 10设置有三处供***灯管 20端头的穴 位 11 ; 所述 LED灯管 20包括玻璃管外壳 21和其内长条形 LED电路板 22 , 各 LED 发光器件焊装于该电路板 22上, 电路板 22装于玻璃管外壳 21 内, 两端用定位件 固定; 三根 LED灯管 20并列安装于同一平面上, 各灯管 20两端头分别***与之适 配的灯头 10的各穴位 11内, 各穴位 1 1也即各灯管 20端头之间的电连接导线藏于 所述多联管灯头 10内,并且所述每一 LED灯组只有一端的灯头 10引出馈电缆线 30; 各灯管 20端头***灯头 10对应穴位 11的部位以及灯头 10引出缆线 30的部位和 灯头 10 内部其余空位, 均灌注、 填满非水溶性的无毒树脂胶, 从而所述 LED灯组 可以浸入水中使用。 所述馈电缆线 30是外裹水密绝缘护套、 内中至少是双芯软绞线的防水电缆。 所述多联管灯头 10还设置有至少一处供安装固定用的平台 12 ,该平台 12中央 有通孔。 以上所述实施方式仅表达了本实用新型的优选实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详 细, 但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领 域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形 和改进, 这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围;因此,凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所 做的等同变换与修饰, 均应属于本实用新型权利要求的涵盖范围。

1. 一种适用于水族养殖的多联管防水 LED灯组, 包括多联管灯头(10)、 LED灯 管(20)和馈电缆线(30) , 其特征在于: 所述多联管灯头(10)设置有至少两处供*** 灯管(20)端头的穴位(11) ;所述 LED灯管(20)包括玻璃管外壳(21)和其内长条形 LED 电路板 (22) , 各 LED发光器件焊装于该电路板 (22)上; 多根 LED灯管(20)并列安装 于同一平面上, 各灯管(20)两端头分别***与之适配的多联管灯头(10)的各穴位 (11)内, 各穴位(11)也即各灯管(20)端头之间的电连接导线藏于所述多联管灯头 (10)内,并且所述每一 LED灯组只有一端的灯头(10)引出馈电缆线(30) ;各灯管 (20) 端头***灯头(10)对应穴位(11)的部位以及灯头(10)引出缆线(30)的部位和灯头
