Abstract
본 발명의 실시예는 움직임정보 병합을 이용한 부호움직임정보생성/움직임정보복원 방법 및 장치와 그를 이용한 영상 부호화/복호화 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예는, 이미 부호화된 정보를 기반으로 움직임정보를 병합에 의해 부호화할 것인가를 판단하여 움직임 정보를 효율적으로 병합하여 부호화하는 움직임정보 병합을 이용한 부호움직임정보생성/움직임정보복원 방법 및 장치와 그를 이용한 영상 부호화/복호화 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
