Abstract

Cette invention concerne un vitrage sous vide comportant des trous de montage, qui est formé par combinaison de deux, ou d'une pluralité de plaques de verre, jointes les unes aux autres de manière étanche à l'air par des bords étanches périphériques, puis formation d'un vide à l'aide d'une pompe à vide entre des plaques de verre adjacentes côté intérieur du bord étanche. Le vitrage sous vide selon l'invention est, en outre, pourvu de trous de montage, qui traversent les deux ou la pluralité de plaques de verre et sont isolés de l'espace sous vide sur le vitrage sous vide. Après que les trous de montage sont formés sur le vitrage sous vide, en utilisation, le vitrage sous vide peut être fixé par insertion d'éléments de fixation dans les trous de montage, ce qui non seulement élimine un châssis coûteux et facilite l'installation du vitrage sous vide qui est ainsi plus simple à fixer, mais aussi réduit considérablement la section de la pièce métallique qui traverse le vitrage sous vide et réduit efficacement l'effet de pont thermique grâce à l'utilisation de moins d'éléments de fixation pour l'installation. Les effets d'isolation thermique et d'isolation phonique du vitrage sous vide sont ainsi garantis. De plus, les éléments de fixation ayant une structure d'isolation à rupture de pont thermique sont plus faciles à utiliser, et de coût moins élevé.
