Description

引擎燃烧室清洗工具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 特别涉及一种可有效快速清洗引 擎燃烧室内的积碳, 且清洗作业过程顺畅稳定, 能彻底清除引擎燃烧室内积 碳的清洗工具。
背景技术
当引擎运转时就需要使用汽油, 而汽油又是一种液态碳氢化合物的混合 物, 而且汽油中的碳常常无法完全燃烧, 导致未完全燃烧的碳沾附空气中的 杂质而慢慢累积产生积碳, 如果引擎燃烧室内的积碳太严重就会因燃烧积碳 而引发爆震, 不但产生异常燥音, 更会影响引擊的排气量的不足, 并且流失 马力, 严重时甚至会导致引擎内部机件的磨损。
因此, 本发明发明人在研发过程中精心钻研、 探究, 创作出更优异的方 案, 而不断再行创新、 突破传统, 加以研发, 具体说明存在的问题如下: 传 统清洗引擎燃烧室的方法, 有些保养厂会在发动引擎同时, 用喷雾型的罐装 清洁剂由进气口喷入清洗, 但此种方式无法完全有效清洗所有的积碳, 若是 将火星塞拆掉, 直接把清洗液喷入引擎燃烧室内, 等清洗液将引擎燃烧室内 的积碳软化溶解后, 再通过高压气体直接朝火星塞孔喷气, 将引聳燃烧室内 软化的积碳及沾附有积碳的清洗液吹出, 但此清洗方式却容易使软化的积碳 及沾附积碳的清洗液四处飞溅而污染周边的零件, 同时, 喷入的清洗液也不 能有效填满整个引擎燃烧室,导致引擎燃烧室内的积碳无法被完全浸透软化, 而使积碳无法有效清除干净, 这些问题是清洗引擎燃烧室的积碳无法突破的 长期缺弊; 因此, 如何在清洗作业过程中, 不但能够操作简便, 而且清洗液 或高压气体排入时可以更加顺畅, 各相互连接的零组件不会因为通过注入的 清洗液或高压气体、 以及排出沾附有积碳的清洗液的压力而轻易相互脱落, 避免造成引擎燃烧室的二次溅污, 并且能够在省时又节省成本的前提下有效 清洗引擎燃烧室, 这是当前相关行业从业人员所亟欲突破及研发的技术。 发明内容 本发明发明人针对前述引擎燃烧室积碳清洗的各项缺点, 而进行精心研 究, 再积极的研发、 创作, 根据多年从事该行业的专业经验与心得, 进而创 作出本申请。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种引擊燃烧室清洗工具, 其于排液管上端 或侧端穿设有排液口及进液口, 该排液口对应承接排液连接头的对接端, 进 液口对应承接进液连接头的对接端, 且进液管的连接部穿入连接于进液连接 头的对接端内, 使进液管并排穿设于排液管内, 且进液管外壁与排液管内壁 之间形成有间距, 该进液管的连接部稳固地固定于进液连接头的对接端, 完 全不会因为清洗液或高压气体的排入而与输出管脱离, 以顺畅稳定地将清洁 液、 高压气体排入引擎燃烧室内; 该排液连接头的连接可使排液管更加密闭, 从而顺利将积碳彻底完全排出引擊燃烧室外, 达到清洗作业过程简易、 方便、 稳定, 且在清洗过程中不会溅污周边零件, 有效清洗引擎燃烧室内的积碳的 效果。
本发明的次要目的在于, 排液管顶端穿设有一螺孔, 以供固定杆的螺接 部合适地对应螺接固定, 且其底端延伸出排液管的底端, 不但可将该螺孔紧 密封闭,防止沾附有积碳的清洗液及软化的积碳由排液管顶端的螺孔渗漏出, 可将固定杆并排插设螺接固定于排液管内, 不须操作人员按压固定杆, 即可 固定地往下按压住引擊燃烧室内的活塞, 达到防止活塞往上浮动而导致清洗 液流入汽缸内的特殊效果, 提高产品的实用性。
本发明的另一次要目的在于, 排液管的排液口以及进液口皆穿设于排液 管上端, 以分别对应连接排液连接头及进液连接头, 提高清洗操作人员作业 的便利性, 并增进产品的实用性。
本发明的再一次要目的在于, 排液管可由多段相互连接固定而成, 提高 制造组装的便利性, 而该排液管下段的上端形成有接合端以对应螺接排液管 上段或排液管中管, 不但可提高相互螺接固定的便利性及紧密度, 更可轻易 拆卸替换排液管下段, 以变换排液管下段的对接部的规格, 从而符合不同车 款的引擊燃烧室的对接口, 达到节省成本、 使用便利的优越性及实用性, 提 高产业的利用价值。 为达成上述目的, 本发明提供一种引擊燃烧室清洗工具, 该引擎燃烧室 清洗工具主要包含有排液管以及进液管, 该排液管下端形成有对接部; 其中, 排液管穿设有至少一个排液口以及至少一个进液口; 该排液口对应承接排液 连接头的对接端, 使该排液连接头固定连接于排液口上, 且排液连接头的另 一端形成有套接端, 该套接端与输入管相连接, 排液连接头的对接端与套接 端之间形成有环状螺帽; 其中, 进液管并排穿设于排液管内且进液管的一端 形成有连接部, 进液管另一端形成有至少一个喷嘴; 其中, 排液口可穿设于 排液管的上端或侧端, 进液口可穿设于排液管的上端或侧端或上侧端; 排液 管顶端穿设有一螺孔, 该螺孔可供一固定杆的螺接部合适地对应螺接固定, 从而将固定杆加以固定并紧密封闭该螺孔, 该固定杆延伸进入排液管内且其 底端延伸出排液管底端, 来按压活塞, 防止活塞往上浮动, 该固定杆与进液 管并排穿设于排液管内; 其中, 排液口形成有螺紋, 排液连接头的对接端形 成有与之相对应的螺紋, 从而对应螺接排液口的螺紋, 使该排液连接头固定 连接于排液口上; 其中, 进液口对应承接进液连接头的对接端, 使该进液连 接头固定连接于进液口上, 以供进液管一端的连接部对应***该进液连接头 的对接端内, 进而使进液管与进液连接头相互连接, 进液连接头的另一端形 成有套接端, 该套接端与输出管相互连接, 且进液连接头的套接端与对接端 之间形成有环状螺帽; 其中, 进液口形成有螺紋, 进液连接头的对接端形成 有与之相对应的螺紋, 从而对应螺接进液口的螺紋, 使该进液连接头固定连 接于进液口上; 其中, 排液管顶端或排液管顶端的排液连接头可供插设有至 少一个固定杆, 该固定杆延伸进入排液管内且其底端延伸出排液管底端, 来 按压活塞, 防止活塞往上浮动, 而固定杆与进液管并排穿设于排液管内; 其 中, 排液连接头侧端穿设有螺孔, 以供螺接组件对应螺进该螺孔, 从而推压 固定排液管内的固定杆, 该螺接组件套设有至少一具备防水功能的垫圈及至 少一个螺栓; 排液管分别由排液管上段与排液管下段, 或由排液管上段、 排 液管中管及排液管下段相互对应连接而成, 该排液管上段的末端形成有固接 端, 排液管中管或下段的上端形成有接合端, 该固接端设有螺紋, 接合端设 有与之相对应的螺紋, 使排液管上段或排液管中管与排液管下段相互对应连 接固定; 其中, 进液管分设为多段, 该进液管及进液管之间的外壁环套有至 少一个管状体, 使多段的进液管相互连接; 排液管的内壁或排液管的对接部 的内壁设置有至少一个固定环, 该固定环的两侧分别延伸有固定柱, 从而通 过抵顶固定设置于排液管或排液管的对接部的内壁, 且固定环的轴心穿设有 轴心孔, 供进液管或进液管的喷嘴对应穿过该轴心孔内; 其中, 排液管的对 接部外环上套设有至少一具备防水功能的垫圏, 喷嘴具有多个喷孔, 以快速 有效浸透引擎燃烧室内的积碳。

以下为所提出的本发明的技术结构:
请参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 本发明的较佳实施例的引輋燃烧室清洗工 具 1主要包含有: 排液管 11以及进液管 12, 该排液管 11上端穿设有进液口 116, 侧端穿设有排液口 110; 进液连接头 125前端形成有套接端 1251 , 后端 形成有对接端 1253, 该对接端 1253与进液口 116相互对应连接, 使进液连 接头 125固定连接于排液管 11的进液口 116上,该进液口 116可形成有螺紋 以对应螺接进液连接头 125的对接端 1253上相对应的螺紋, 而套接端 1251 与对接端 1253之间形成有环状螺帽 1252, 通过辅助工具进而将进液连接头 125更加稳固地旋入固定连接于排液管 11 的上端, 且进液管 12—端形成有 连接部 121, 该连接部 121相匹配地***进液连接头 125后端的对接端 1253 内, 进而与该进液连接头 125相互连接, 使进液管 12并排穿设于排液管 11 内, 且进液管 12外壁与排液管 11内壁之间形成有间距, 而排液管 11下端形 成有对接部 1131 ,且进液管 12另一端延伸出排液管 11的对接部 1131的底端 并形成有喷嘴 122, 以顺畅稳定地将清洁液或高压气体通过进液连接头 125 及进液管 12 排入引擊燃烧室内, 从而浸透引擎燃烧室内的积碳, 该进液管 12可分设为多段, 每段进液管 12之间通过一管状体 120加以相互套接固定; 排液连接头 115, 前端形成有套接端 1151 , 后端形成有对接端 1153 , 该对接 端 1153与排液口 110相互对应连接,使排液连接头 115固定连接于排液管 11 的排液口 110上, 该排液口 110也可形成有螺紋以对应螺接排液连接头 115 的对接端 1153上相对应的螺紋, 且套接端 1151与对接端 1153之间形成有环 状螺帽 1152, 通过辅助工具进而将排液连接头 115更加稳固地固定连接于排 液管 11的侧端; 该排液管 11可分设为排液管上段 111、排液管中管 112与排 液管下段 113, 从而相互连接固定为一排液管 11 ; 其中, 排液管上段 111穿 设有进液口 116以及排液口 110, 排液管上段 111的末端形成有固接端 1115, 排液管中管 112的上端形成有接合端 1127, 该固接端 1115与接合端 1127可 对应连接,使排液管上段 111与排液管中管 112连接固定,该排液管上段 111 的固接端 1115可依据需要设有螺紋, 以对应螺接排液管中管 112上端的接合 端 1127的螺紋, 从而相互连接固定, 而排液管中管 112另外可再分设为中管 上段 1120以及中管下段 1122,该中管上段 1120与中管下段 1122相互连接固 定为排液管中管 112, 另外可在排液管中管 112末端形成有固接端 1125 , 排 液管下段 113的上端形成有接合端 1135, 该固接端 1125与接合端 1135可对 应连接,使排液管中管 112与排液管下段 113连接固定, 以构成一排液管 11, 该排液管中管 112的固接端 1125可依据需要设有螺紋, 以对应螺接排液管下 段 113上端之的接合端 1135的螺紋, 从而相互连接固定, 且排液管下段 113 的下端形成有对接部 1131 ; 本发明的排液管上段 111、 排液管中管 112与排 液管下段 113 的对应连接方式, 也可依据需要使用相对应的螺紋来加以螺接 固定, 都可相互连接以构成排液管 11 ; 轴心穿设有轴心孔 62的固定环 60, 该固定环 60的两侧分别延伸有固定柱 61, 以通过抵顶而固定设置于排液管 11的对接部 1131的内壁并供进液管 12之的喷嘴 122对应穿过固定环 60的轴 心孔 62内, 以避免进液管 12弯折、 偏移而影响清洗液或高压气体的排入, 且进液管 12的喷嘴 122可更加稳固地朝向引擊燃烧室内; 请参阅图 3所示, 当清洗引擎燃烧室的工具 1在使用时, 将排液管 11的对接部 1131慢慢旋入 并固定连接于引擎燃烧室 2的对接口 21, 该对接口 21可为火星塞的螺孔, 进而使排液管 11以及延伸出排液管 11底端的进液管 12的喷嘴 122正对于引 擎燃烧室 2内, 再将清洗装置 3的输出管 32对应连接于排液管 11上端的进 液连接头 125的套接端 1251, 而清洗装置 3的输入管 31对应连接于排液管 11侧端的排液连接头 115的套接端 1151, 此时, 将清洗装置 3内的清洗液通 过输出管 32排出, 通过进液连接头 125并注入进液管 12, 使清洗液通过进 液管 12另一端的喷嘴 122注入引擎燃烧室 2内,从而有效浸透溶解分布附着 于引擎燃烧室 2内的积碳, 当清洗液软化溶解附着于引擎燃烧室 2内的积碳 后, 即可通过输出管 32再排入高压气体, 使高压气体经过进液连接头 125及 进液管 12再由进液管 12的喷嘴 122排入引擎燃烧室 2内, 此时, 由于排液 管 11的内壁与进液管 12的外壁形成有间隙, 当高压气体由进液管 12的喷嘴 122排入引擎燃烧室 2内时, 排液管 11与进液管 12之间会产生压力差, 使 引擎燃烧室 2内被软化的积碳或沾附有积碳的清洗液, 能有效受到进液管 12 的喷嘴 122所喷出的高压气体的推挤, 而顺利由排液管 11的排液口 110及排 液连接头 115排出至输入管 31, 再经输入管 31排出回收至清洗装置 3 内, 达到操作简易快速、 清洗过程稳定顺畅、 并可有效地清洗引擎燃烧室 2 内各 个角落的积碳的效果, 不但可恢复引擎的马力, 减少耗油, 更可使引擎保持 在最佳的状态; 本发明的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具 1可有效清洗各种引擎燃烧 室 2内的积碳, 特别是清洗汽车或机车的引擎燃烧室 2内的积碳; 本发明另 外可在排液管 11的对接部 1131外环上套设有一具备防水功能的垫圈 50, 使 该对接部 1131固定连接于引擎燃烧室 2的对接口 21时更加闭合, 而不会使 注入引擎燃烧室内 2的清洗液、 高压气体或已沾附积碳的清洗液由引擎燃烧 室 2的对接口 21溅出或排出, 提高清洗工具产品的优点。
请参阅图 4、 图 5、 图 6所示, 本发明的较佳实施例的引擎燃烧室清洗工 具 1也可将排液口 110穿设于排液管 11上端, 且排液口 110对应承接排液连 接头 115后端的对接端 1153 , 该排液连接头 115前端也形成有套接端 1151, 其中,套接端 1151与对接端 1153之间形成有环状螺帽 1152; 排液管 11侧上 端穿设有进液口 116, 进液口 116也对应承接进液连接头 125后端的对接端 1253 ,使进液管 12—端的连接部 121合适地***进液连接头 125后端的对接 端 1253内, 进而与该进液连接头 125相互连接, 也都可顺畅稳定地将清洁液 或高压气体通过侧上端的进液口 116进入进液连接头 125及进液管 12内,再 由进液管 12排入引擎燃烧室内, 均可有效浸透引擎燃烧室内的积碳, 而进液 管 12前端形成有套接端 1251, 该套接端 1251与对接端 1253之间形成有环 状螺帽 1252;本发明的排液管 11可分别由排液管上段 111的下端与排液管中 管 112上端相互连接, 而排液管下段 113的上端与排液管中管 112下端相互 连接固定构成排液管 11,该排液管上段 111穿设有排液口 110以及进液口 116, 排液管下段 113的下端形成有对接部 1131 ; 其中, 排液管上段 111与排液管 中管 112及排液管下段 113相互连接固定后, 可依据需要以黏固或焊固等各 种常用的固设方式加以相互固定; 本发明另外可在排液管中管 112的末端形 成有固接端 1125, 排液管下段 113的上端形成有接合端 1135,该固接端 1125 与接合端 1135可对应连接, 使排液管中管 112与排液管下段 113相互连接, 而排液管中管 112 的固接端 1125 可依据需要设有螺紋, 以对应螺接接合端 1135的螺紋, 不但可提高相互螺接固定的便利性及紧密度, 同时, 由于每一 种车款的引擎燃烧室的火星塞的规格不同, 导致引擎燃烧室的对接口规格也 相对不同, 若需要清洗不同车款的引擎燃烧室, 只要轻易拆卸替换排液管下 段 113 , 即可变换排液管下段 113 的对接部 1131 的规格, 使该对接部 1131 合适地对应旋入该种车款的引擎燃烧室的对接口内, 达到使用上的便利性及 实用性; 固定杆 70可于使用时由排液管 11的排液连接头 125的顶端插设进 入排液管 11内, 且其底端延伸出排液管 11的底端, 该固定杆 70为并排插设 于排液管 11内并与进液管 12并排设置, 其中, 固定杆 70的底端往下按压住 引擎燃烧室内的活塞 80, 使得通过进液管 12注入清洗液后, 当清洗液充满 引擎燃烧室 2时, 活塞 80不会往上浮动, 达到防止活塞 80往上浮动而导致 清洗液流入汽缸内的效果; 螺接组件 1156可依据需要套设有螺栓 1157,再套 入具备防水功能的垫圏 1158后,该螺接组件 1156对应螺进排液管 11上端的 排液连接头 115的环状螺帽 1152的一侧端的螺孔 1154内, 进而推压排液管 11内的固定杆 70,使固定杆 70可固定于排液管 11内并稳固直立的往下压住 活塞 80而不会摇动或晃动; 其中, 垫圈 1158的设置可防止沾附有积碳的清 洗液及软化的积碳受到高压气体的推挤由排液管 11上端排出时,不会由排液 连接头 115的一侧端的螺孔 1154漏出,而螺栓 1157的设置,使螺接组件 1156 更加紧密螺进螺孔 1154内; 请同时再参阅图 6, 本发明的较佳实施例的进液 口 116可与排液口 110同时穿设于排液管 11的最上端, 也可分别固定连接进 液连接头 125与排液连接头 115, 不但可提高清洗作业过程的操作的便利性, 更可以有效顺畅地将清洗液或高压气体排入引擎燃烧室内, 再彻底的将软化 的积碳或沾附有积碳的清洗液完全排出, 达到清洗引擊燃烧室内的积碳的效 果; 其中, 排液管上段 111也可依据需要另外分设由两段相互连接固定而成。
请参阅图 7、 图 8、 图 9、 图 10所示, 本发明的较佳实施例的引擎燃烧 室清洗工具 1将进液口 116与排液口 110分别穿设于排液管 11侧端, 该进液 口 116对应承接进液连接头 125后端的对接端 1253 ,使并排穿设于排液管 11 内的进液管 12—端的连接部 121相匹配地***进液连接头 125后端的对接端 1253内, 进而与进液连接头 125相互连接, 该进液连接头 125前端形成有套 接端 1251, 以供清洗装置的输出管 32对应连接, 以顺畅稳定地将清洁液通 过侧端的进液口 116及进液连接头 125排入进液管 12,再注入引攀燃烧室内, 以有效浸透引擎燃烧室内的积碳, 当清洗液软化溶解附着于引擊燃烧室内的 积碳后, 即可通过输出管 32再排入高压气体, 通过进液连接头 125进入进液 管 12, 使高压气体由进液管 12的喷嘴 122排入引擎燃烧室内, 此时, 由于 排液管 11的内壁与进液管 12的外壁形成有间隙, 当高压气体由进液管 12的 喷嘴 122排入引擎燃烧室内时, 排液管 11与进液管 12之间会产生压力差, 使引擎燃烧室内被软化的积碳或沾附有积碳的清洗液, 能有效受到进液管 12 的喷嘴 122所喷出的高压气体的推挤, 而顺利由排液管 11的排液连接头 115 排出至输入管 31, 再经输入管 31 排出回收至清洗装置内, 达到简易、 快速 有效地清洗引擎燃烧室内各个角落的积碳的效果;该输入管 31连接于排液连 接头 115的套接端 1151, 且套接端 1151与对接端 1153之间形成有环状螺帽 1152; 本发明的排液管 11 顶端穿设有螺孔 118, 该螺孔 118可供固定杆 70 的螺接部 71合适地对应螺接固定, 不但可将该螺孔 118紧密封闭, 防止沾附 有积碳的清洗液及软化的积碳受到高压气体的推挤由排液管 11 侧端的排液 口 110排出时,不会由排液管 11顶端的螺孔 118渗漏出,更可以将固定杆 70 并排插设螺接固定于排液管 11 内并与进液管 12并排设置, 此时, 操作人员 不需要按压固定杆 70, 该固定杆 70即可因其螺接部 71与螺孔 118的螺接固 定而使固定杆 70的底端往下按压住引擎燃烧室内的活塞 80, 当清洗液充满 引擊燃烧室时, 活塞 80 因固定杆的按压而不会往上浮动, 达到防止活塞 80 往上浮动而导致清洗液流入汽缸内的效果; 本发明的较佳实施例可将排液管 11的排液管上段 111往下延伸并于其末端形成有固接端 1115,排液管下段 113 的上端形成有接合端 1135, 该固接端 1115与接合端 1135可对应连接, 使排 液管上段 111与排液管下段 113相互连接为一排液管 11, 本发明排液管上段 111的固接端 1115可依据需要设有螺紋, 以对应螺接接合端 1135的螺紋, 从 而相互连接螺接固定; 请参阅图 7, 本发明的较佳实施例在排液管 11的排液 管上段 111的内壁及排液管 11的对接部 1131的内壁分别设置有固定环 60, 以供进液管 12的喷嘴 122对应穿过固定环 60的轴心孔 62内, 避免进液管 12弯折、 偏移而影响清洗液或高压气体的排入, 且进液管 12的喷嘴可更加 稳固地朝向引擎燃烧室内; 请再参阅图 10, 本发明的较佳实施例的进液管 12 的喷嘴 122可设为具有五个喷孔 1221 , 使清洗液通过进液连接头 125及进液 管 12注入进液管 12内时,能由另一端的喷嘴 122的五个喷孔 1221分别朝不 同方向及角度喷出, 从而将清洗液快速均匀扩散于引擎燃烧室内, 增进本清 洗工具产品的优点;本发明进液管 12的另一端具有五个喷孔 1221的喷嘴 122 可依据需要形成各种不同的形状, 达到更有效地清除引擊燃烧室内的积碳的 效果。
综合上述发明结构说明得知, 本发明结构的新颖性及进步性有: 一、 可 轻易方便地有效清洗引輋燃烧室内的积碳, 利用简易的结构将清洗液或高压 气体通过排液管上端或侧端的进液连接头排入进液管, 并使清洗液通过进液 管另一端的至少一个喷嘴朝不同方向均匀扩散于引擊燃烧室内, 从而有效浸 透软化分布于引擊燃烧室内各个角落的积碳, 并通过排液管的内壁与进液管 的外壁所形成的间距, 使高压气体由进液管的喷嘴进入引擎燃烧室时, 该排 液管与进液管之间所产生的压力差, 使引擎燃烧室内被软化的积碳或沾附有 积碳的清洗液, 能有效受到进液管喷嘴所喷出的高压气体的推挤, 而顺利由 排液管的排液连接头排出至输入管, 进而排出回收至清洗装置内, 达到有效 彻底清洗引擎燃烧室内积碳的效果; 二、 该进液管的连接部稳固地固定连接 于进液连接头的对接端, 完全不会因为清洗液或高压气体的排入而与输出管 脱离; 同时, 排液连接头的连接也可使排液管更加密闭, 从而顺利将积碳彻 底完全排出引擊燃烧室外, 达到清洗作业过程简易、 方便稳定, 且于清洗过 程中不会溅污周边零件, 轻易清洗引擎燃烧室内的积碳的效果; 三、 排液管 的排液管上段的内壁及排液管的对接部的内壁分别设置有一固定环, 以供进 液管的喷嘴对应穿过固定环的轴心孔内, 避免进液管弯折、 偏移而影响清洗 液或高压气体的排入, 且进液管的喷嘴可更加稳固地朝向引擊燃烧室内; 四、 排液管的排液口以及进液口均穿设于排液管上端, 以分别再对应连接排液连 接头及进液连接头, 提高清洗操作人员作业的便利性; 五、 排液管顶端穿设 有一螺孔, 以供固定杆的螺接部合适地对应螺接固定, 不但可将该螺孔紧密 封闭, 防止沾附有积碳的清洗液及软化的积碳由排液管顶端的螺孔渗漏出, 更可以将固定杆并排插设螺接固定于排液管内, 不须操作人员按压, 即可固 定地往下按压住引擊燃烧室内的活塞; 六、 排液管可由末端形成有固接端的 排液管上段及上端形成有接合端的排液管下段对应螺接固定而成, 不但可提 高相互螺接固定的便利性及紧密度, 更可轻易拆卸替换排液管下段, 以变换 排液管下段的对接部, 使该对接部合适地对应旋入不同车款的引擎燃烧室的 对接口内, 不需重复购买不同尺寸规格的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 达到节省 成本、 使用便利的优越性及实用性, 以快速简便有效清洗引搫燃烧室内的积 碳, 提高产业的利用价值。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用来限定本发明的实施 范围, 其它任何根据本发明技术方案以及权利要求保护范围所做的任何变化 与修饰或均等性的方案, 均为本发明的技术方案以及权利要求保护范围所涵 盖。
本发明基于以上特点, 为一个相当杰出且优异的技术方案; 其未见于刊 物或公开使用, 作为发明专利的申请文件, 依法撰文以提出申请。
工业实用性
本发明所提供的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其清洗作业过程简易、 方便、 稳 定, 且在清洗过程中, 可轻易方便地有效清洗引擎燃烧室内的积碳, 有效浸 透软化分布于引擎燃烧室内各个角落的积碳, 不会溅污周边零件, 可达到有 效彻底清洗引擎燃烧室内的积碳的效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 该引擎燃烧室清洗工具包 含有排液管以及进液管, 该排液管下端形成有对接部;
其中, 排液管上穿设有至少一个排液口以及至少一个进液口;
其中, 进液管并排穿设于排液管内, 且进液管的一端形成有连接部, 进 液管另一端形成有至少一个喷嘴。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液口对应承接排液连接头的对接端, 使该排液连接头固定连接于排液 口上, 且排液连接头的另一端形成有套接端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 该进液口对应承接进液连接头的对接端, 使该进液连接头固定连接于进 液口上, 以供进液管一端的连接部对应***该进液连接头的对接端内, 进而 使进液管与进液连接头相互连接; 其中, 进液连接头的另一端形成有套接端。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液口为穿设于排液管的侧端; 进液口穿设于排液管的上端。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液口以及进液口为穿设于排液管的上端。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的引擊燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液口为穿设于排液管的上端; 进液口穿设于排液管的侧上端。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液口以及进液口为穿设于排液管的侧端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的引擎燃烧室清洗工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液 管顶端穿设有螺孔, 该螺孔供固定杆的螺接部合适地对应螺接固定, 从而将 固定杆加以固定并紧密封闭该螺孔。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 固 定杆延伸进入排液管内且其底端延伸出排液管底端, 来按压活塞, 防止活塞 往上浮动。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的清洗引擊燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排 液口形成有螺紋, 排液连接头的对接端形成有与之相对应的螺紋, 从而对应 螺接排液口的螺紋, 使该排液连接头固定连接于排液口上。
11、 如权利要求 3所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 进 液连接头的套接端与对接端之间形成有环状螺帽。
12、 如权利要求 3所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 进 液口形成有螺紋, 进液连接头的对接端形成有与之相对应的螺紋, 从而对应 螺接进液口的螺紋, 使该进液连接头固定连接于进液口上。
13、 如权利要求 3所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 进 液连接头的套接端与输出管相互连接。
14、 如权利要求 1所述的清洗引擊燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排 液管顶端插设有至少一个固定杆, 该固定杆延伸进入排液管内且其底端延伸 出排液管底端, 来按压活塞, 防止活塞往上浮动。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 固定杆与进液管并排穿设于排液管内。
16、 如权利要求 2所述的清洗引擊燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排 液管之排液连接头插设有至少一个固定杆, 该固定杆延伸进入排液管内且其 底端延伸出排液管底端, 来按压活塞, 防止活塞往上浮动。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液连接头侧端穿设有螺孔, 以供螺接组件对应螺进该螺孔, 从而推压固定 排液管内的固定杆。
18、 如权利要求 1所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排 液管分别由排液管上段、 排液管中管及排液管下段相互对应连接而成。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的清洗引擊燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排液管中管由中管上段与中管下段相互连接而成。
20、 如杈利要求 1所述的清洗引擎燃烧室的工具, 其特征在于: 其中, 排 液管的内壁设置有至少一个固定环。
