Abstract
본 발명은 특정 크기의 입자를 필터링할 수 있도록 탄소나노튜브의 밀도를 조절할 수 있고, 유체 내에서도 네트워크 구조를 유지할 수 있는 탄소나노튜브 3차원 네트워크를 이용한 미세유체 필터 시스템 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
