弹性缓冲装置 技术领域
发明一种用于家具配件活动部分的弹性缓冲装置。
技术背景
传统的家具五金, 在配合家具进行运动时, 无论是五金之间、 五金与塑料件之间、 以及 五金与木质材之间。 其运动过程中由于没有特殊的缓冲装置, 在运动受力时会直接撞击, 一 方面在很大程度上会缩短家具五金配件的使用寿命, 另一方面, 会产生很严重的噪声污染。 发明内容
说
本发明的目的是, 创造一种前言所述类型的弹性缓冲装置, 从而实现增强家具配件使用 寿命、 减少噪音污染的目的。
为了实现以上效果, 本发明采用以下技术方案书
一种用于家具配件的弹性缓冲装置, 在家具部件的运动过程中, 当弹性缓冲装置受到自 弹性可变体到缓冲垫底座的力时, 缓冲垫弹性体中的弹性可变体发生压缩形变产生一种由小 到大的反作用力, 在作用力撤销时, 形变的弹性体恢复到原态。
其特征在于: 由弹性可变体和缓冲垫底座形成, 它可以是独立存在的, 通过缓冲垫底座 连接在其它配件上, 也可以是与其它配件成一体。

具体实施方法
下边结合图 1、 图 2以及图 3对发明作进一步阐述:
图 1 所示: 一种用于家具五金活动部件的弹性缓冲装置, 该缓冲装置在常态下显示如下 图。
图 2所示: 该弹性缓冲装置受到向下的压力时所示, 压力将会导致弹性蛇形弯 (4) 发生 形变。
图 3所示: 在压力到达一定阈值时弹性可变体 (1 ) 与缓冲垫底座 (2) 接触最后到达力_ 平衡, 在压力减小时弹性可变体将逐渐恢复原态直至压力为零。
Claims
1.一种用于家具五金部件在拉出或关闭活动的弹性缓冲装置, 该弹性缓冲装置由弹性可 变体(4) 以及和弹性缓冲装置成一体的缓冲垫底座(2)组成。 弹性缓冲装置技术特征在于: 以中心线为对称, 且至少存在一组弹性可变体.
2. 按照技术特征所述的弹性可变体, 其特征为: 该部件材质为为 TPU, TPE或其他热塑 性弹性材料。
3. 按照权利要求 2所述弹性可变体, 其特征为: 其左右两端为两对称并相连接的蛇型弯 (4)。
4. 按照权利要求 3所述蛇型弯, 其特征为: 变体蛇型弯至少存在一组对称,
5. 按照权利要求 4所述蛇型弯对称, 其特征为并可发生压缩变形的弹性机构。
6. 按照权利要求 2至 4所述弹性可变体, 其特征亦可为: 对称并相封闭连接的 'U' 型 弯。
7.按照技术特征所述的缓冲装置底座, 其特征为: 该弹性可变体可以是与能滑动部件通 过装配相连接的单独部件。
8. 按照技术特征所述的缓冲装置底座, 其特征为: 该弹性可变体亦可是与滑动部件同一 整体作为产品特征而存在的部件。
