However, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when an impact load is applied to the console door, after the impact load is transmitted to the console body, the impact load is absorbed (relaxed) in the fragile portion or the load absorbing structure portion. It is configured.
For this reason, it is assumed that a failure in transmission of the impact load from the console door to the box body side occurs, and therefore there is room for improvement in efficiently absorbing the impact load.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle console box device capable of efficiently absorbing the impact load by the console door itself when an impact load is applied to the console door.

In order to solve the above problems, a console box device for a vehicle according to claim 1 of the present invention covers a box body having an article storage chamber that opens upward, and an upper opening of the article storage chamber so as to be openable and closable. A console box device for a vehicle having a console door,
The console door is formed into an inner / outer double structure by an outer member and an inner member,
The inner member includes a lower plate portion that covers a lower portion of the outer member, and a protruding portion that protrudes from a central portion of the lower plate portion toward the lower surface of the outer member,
The protrusions are front, rear, left and right side wall portions that rise from the lower plate portion toward the lower surface of the outer member, and a top plate portion that is continuously formed on the upper edge of these side wall portions and approaches the lower surface of the outer member. Have
The plate thickness dimensions of the front, rear, left and right side wall portions are set smaller than the plate thickness size of the top plate portion,
When an impact load is applied to the outer member, the impact load is transmitted to the front, rear, left and right side wall portions via the top plate portion, and the front, rear, left and right side wall portions are configured to be deformed or damaged. It is characterized by.

Moreover, in this Example 1, the front-and-rear and right-and-left standing wall part 22 and the baseplate part 23 which comprise the box body 20 are formed in the inner and outer wall structure (hollow wall structure) by the double blow molding of the synthetic resin material, The internal space is filled with a foam insulation such as urethane foam. Thereby, the box body 20 functions as a cool box.
Further, a cooling device (including a heat exchanger, a motor, etc.) 39 for sending cold air to the article storage chamber 21 of the box body 20 is provided in a space portion (for example, a rear space portion) between the console body 10 and the box body 20. Is arranged.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the console door 50 that covers the upper opening of the article storage chamber 21 of the box body 20 so as to be openable and closable has an outer member 51 and an appropriate coupling structure on the lower side of the outer member 51. The inner member 60 is integrally formed by the inner member 60 to form an inner / outer double structure.
Then, the console door 50 is rotated at the rear part about the hinge shaft 32 of the opening / closing hinge mechanism 30 to open / close the upper opening of the article storage chamber 21 of the box body 20. .
In the first embodiment, a hinge bracket 31 constituting the open / close hinge mechanism 30 is disposed on the rear wall upper portion of the rear case portion 12 of the console body 10 (see FIG. 3).
As shown in FIG. 5, the outer member 51 of the console door 50 is formed of a synthetic resin material, and is gently inclined downward from the periphery of the upper plate portion 52 and the upper plate portion 52 so as to have a curved longitudinal section. A peripheral wall portion 53 formed, and the planar shape is formed in a quadrangular shape.
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the inner member 60 is formed of a synthetic resin material, and covers a lower plate portion 61 that covers the lower portion of the peripheral wall portion 53 of the outer member 51, and a central portion of the lower plate portion 61. The lower plate portion 61 has a protrusion 62 on the lower surface side and a protrusion 62 on the upper surface side.
That is, the projecting portion 62 is continuous with the upper and lower side wall portions 64a to 64d projecting from the lower plate portion 61 toward the lower surface of the upper plate portion 52 of the outer member 51, and the upper edges of these side wall portions 64a to 64d. It has a top plate portion 63 that approaches the lower surface of the upper plate portion 52 of the member 51 so as to be contactable.
In the first embodiment, of the front, rear, left and right side wall parts 64a to 64d, the front side wall part 64a is formed to have a gentler inclined surface than the rear side wall part 64b.
Further, the left and right side wall portions 64c and 64d have inclined surfaces that are wide at the lower end side and gradually narrow toward the upper end on the opposing surfaces thereof.
In addition, the lower end opening of the recess formed on the lower surface side of the lower plate portion 61 by the protrusion of the protrusion 62 is formed in a size that matches the upper end opening of the box body 20, and is equivalent to the volume of the recess. The article storage chamber 21 is expanded.
Furthermore, an annular convex portion 68 that can bite into the annular sealing member 26 on the upper surface of the door receiving portion 25 of the box body 20 is formed on the lower surface of the lower plate portion 61 (see FIG. 4).
As shown in FIG. 7, in the inner member 60, the plate thickness dimension t1 of the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d is set smaller than the plate thickness dimension t2 of the top plate portion 63.
In the first embodiment, the plate thickness dimension t1 of the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d is set to 1.5 mm, and the plate thickness dimension t2 of the top plate portion 63 is set to 2.3 mm.
As a result, when an impact load is applied to the outer member 51 of the console door 50 while maintaining the overall rigidity of the console door 50 at a desired rigidity, the impact load is forward, backward, left and right via the top plate portion 63 of the inner member 60. The side wall portions 64a to 64d are deformed or broken.
Further, in the first embodiment, the boundary portions between the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d and the top plate portion 63 that form the projecting portion 62 of the inner member 60 are formed between the side wall portions 64a to 64d and the top plate portion 63. A stepped portion 65 corresponding to the difference in thickness is formed.
In the first embodiment, the plate thickness dimension t3 in the vicinity of the root portions of the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d is set larger than the plate thickness dimension t1 of the general portion of the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d. A step portion 66 corresponding to the difference in thickness is formed at the boundary portion.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, between the free end of the console door 50 (the end opposite to the opening / closing hinge mechanism 30) and the upper end of the front side wall of the rear case 12 of the console body 10. Is provided with a door lock mechanism 40 having a door lock member 42 that removably locks the console door 50 in the closed state.
That is, by operating the unlocking operation portion 44 of the door lock member 42, the door lock member 42 is provided on the closing portion 43 of the door lock member 42 and on the console main body 10 side (the front end portion of the door receiving portion 25 in this embodiment 1). The engagement with the locking portion 45 is released. When the console door 50 is closed, the closing portion 43 and the locking portion 45 are engaged, and the console door 50 is locked in the closed state by the engaging force.
The vehicle console box device according to the first embodiment is configured as described above.
Therefore, normally, when a static load is applied to the upper plate portion 52 of the outer member 51 of the console door 50, the static load is applied to the side wall portions 64a to the front, rear, left and right via the top plate portion 63 of the inner member 60. You can get a good balance with d. Therefore, for example, when the console door 50 is used as an armrest, the outer member 51 of the console door 50 can be prevented from being excessively deformed (bent).
Further, when an impact load acts on the upper plate portion 52 of the outer member 51 of the console door 50, mainly the rear half portion of the upper plate portion 52 from the oblique rear side downward (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5), the impact load is reduced. The light is transmitted to the front, rear, left and right side wall portions 64a to 64d through the top plate portion 63 of the inner member 60. The front and rear, left and right side wall portions 64a to 64d are deformed or broken, so that the impact load can be favorably absorbed.
That is, the impact load acting on the upper plate portion 52 of the outer member 51 of the console door 50 can be satisfactorily absorbed by the console door 50 itself.
Further, in the first embodiment, the difference between the thicknesses of the side wall portions 64a to 64d and the top plate portion 63 is present at the boundary between the front and rear side wall portions 64a to 64d and the top plate portion 63 of the inner member 60. A step portion 65 corresponding to is formed.
For this reason, when the impact load is transmitted to the front, rear, left and right side wall portions 64a to 64d through the protruding portion 62 of the inner member 60, the stress based on the impact load is concentrated on the step portion 65. For this reason, the stepped portion 65 is easily damaged, and the absorbability of the impact load can be increased.
Further, in the first embodiment, since the step portion 66 is also formed in the vicinity of the root portions of the front, rear, left and right side wall portions 64a to 64d of the inner member 60, the step portion 66 is easily damaged and absorbs an impact load. The sex can be further enhanced.
A comparative product (prototype) in which the thickness t1 of the side wall portions 64a to 64d on the front, rear, left and right of the inner member 60 is set to 2.3 mm, which is the same as the thickness t2 of the top plate portion 63, and the inner of the first embodiment. As a result of a comparative test with the console door 50 having the member 60, the result shown in the characteristic diagram of FIG. 8 was obtained.
That is, as apparent from FIG. 8 in which the deceleration (G) is represented by the vertical axis and the stroke (mm) is represented by the horizontal axis, the console door 50 of Example 1 has a deceleration (G ) Was kept low and the impact load could be reduced by increasing the stroke (mm).
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example 1, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can also be implemented with a various form.
For example, in the first embodiment, the case where the console door 50 that covers the upper opening of the article storage chamber 21 of the box body 20 is configured to be openable / closable around the hinge shaft 32 of the open / close hinge mechanism 30 is illustrated. The present invention can be implemented even when the console door 50 is assembled so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction.
