Claims (10)
- 용기의 내용물 배출방향인 용기구부를 중심으로 결합되는 별도 분리되어 보관되는 저장공간이 있는 밀폐된 수용부와,상기 수용부가 조립된 용기구부를 중심으로 본체를 결합하면 상기 수용부의 내부 저장공간이 본체가 조립되는 과정에 열리 면서 용기내부저장공간으로 낙하 혼합되는 것을 특징으로한 본 체를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 저장공간이 있고 저장공간 내부에는 액체나 분말 등의 이종물질이 들어 있으며, 상기한 수용부의 상부는 밀폐부로서 밀폐되어 있음과, 상기 수용부의 내부는 별도 조립되는 본체의 천공부에 의해 상기 수용부의 밀 폐면이 일부 천공되거나 하부로 밀리며, 동시에 개방부가 하향 되어 수용부의 저부 개폐공이나 수용부하부밀폐부를 열리게 하 고, 또한 상기 수용부의 저장공간에 든 이종물질이 상기 개폐 공이나 수용부하부밀폐부가 열린 공간을 통해 용기저장공간부 로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수용 부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용부를 중심으로 본체를 결합하면 본체의 상면부 저부가 상기 수용부의 내부로부터 연장된 개방 부의 상단부를 하방으로 밀어 수용부의 내부 저장공간을 막고 있는 개폐공이나 수용부하부밀폐면을 개방하도록 구성된 본체 를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용부의 저장공간 내부에는 액체에 의해 녹는 형태의 과립 등의 고체 결정체 등으로 구성되고, 상 기한 내용물은 수용부의 개폐공을 막고 있는 개방부에 의해서 수용부의 내부 저장공간이 기밀을 유지하다가, 본체가 상기 수 용부를 중심으로 결합되면 본체의 천공핀이나 천공부에 의해 개방부가 하방으로 열리며, 상기한 상태에서 용기를 일측으로 개방하면 용기 내부의 액체가 상기 개방부가 하방으로 내려가 면서 열린 개폐공과 하나 이상으로 된 수용부하부구멍을 통해 저장공간으로 이동하여 저장공간에 든 내용물을 녹이고, 동시 에 녹은 내용물은 개방부의 상측 방향에 형성된 개방부측면배 출공 등을 통해 배출되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통 해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 상면부 저부에는 수용부의 개방부 및 밀폐부를 하방으로 이동하게 하는 일정 돌 출된 형태의 천공부나 천공핀을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 본체 를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 용기의 내용물 배출 방향인 용기구부를 중심으로 하여 접착 되거나 결합되는 이종물질이 든 수용부와, 상기한 수용부가 형 성된 용기구부를 중심으로 본체를 결합하거나 또는 터치하면 상기 수용부의 내부 저장공간에 든 이종물질이 용기저장공간으 로 낙하 혼합 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수 용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 내부에 저장공간이 형성되 어 있고, 상기한 저장공간에는 밀폐된 방식으로 액체나 분말 등의 이종물질이 들어 있으며, 상기한 수용부가 형성된 용기구 부를 중심으로 마개 형태 등의 본체를 결합하거나 압박하면 상 기 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물이 마개 형태에 형성된 천공 부에 의해 수용부의 일부 이상이 열리고, 동시에 저장공간에 든 이종물질이 용기저장공간에 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 저장공간 형태의 수용부하 부밀폐부가 형성되고, 상기한 수용부하부밀폐부의 상방에는 상 기 저장공간을 밀폐시키는 형태의 밀폐부를 통해 봉합하고, 상 기한 수용부는 용기구부의 상단부를 중심으로 접착하거나 결합 한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종 물질 수용장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수용부의 밀폐부와 수용부하부밀폐부 는 연질의 필름 형태인 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물질 수용장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수용부가 형성된 용기는 다수가 함 께 하나의 포장에 의해 위생 포장되고, 상기 포장의 일 공간에 는 상기 수용부를 개방하는 것이 가능한 본체를 함께 포장한 것을 특징으로한 본체를 통해 수용부를 개방하도록 된 이종물 질 수용장치.
