Abstract

The cradle (1) with a motor swinging element (2), which is designed optionally with the bottom part designed as a mean of swinging (3), namely a calotte-shaped shell which is laid directly onto the base. The cradle (1) integrates a rack (4), preferentially in the shape of an arc with a swinging element (2) deriving from a housing (6) with two electric motors (7), each of which rocks the swinging element (2) in right-angled directions thus moving, spinning or swinging a weight (8), which is a component part of the swinging element (2).

Description

CRADLE WITH A MOTOR SWINGING ELEMENT
The subject of the invention
[001] The subject matter of the invention is a baby's cradle with a motor swinging element.
Technical problem
[002] Technical problem solved by this invention is how to design such a cradle with a motor swinging element which would be at the same time also a toy for the baby lying in the cradle.
The state of the art
[003] These sorts of cradles are known, for example pursuant to US7669927
(ZAID ZAKIYA), the common characteristic of which is that the motor drive for rocking a cradle is always installed under the baby's bed. Some implementations have their swinging profile designed in a way that it is laid onto the base directly, other implementations include special base on which a cradle swings forcefully with an electromotor drive.
[004] There is a need for an improved electric motor cradle that together with the cradling a baby's attention is drawn with some dynamic object in the area of a cradle and which a baby can keep watching continually. The growth of baby's attention is thus directly encouraged.
The solution to the technical problem
[005] Described technical problem is solved with the cradle pursuant to the invention of which characteristic is that the bottom part is calotte-shaped so that it rocks on the base in many directions, namely by preferentially installing onto the cradle above its mass centre a swinging electric motor element on an arc, which thus with its own swinging rocks the entire cradle in one direction. The swinging of said element is controlled with a microprocessor which uses batteries or an accumulator as a source of energy. The particularity of this swinging element is that it is designed as a child's toy, e.g. an animal, whereat it may additionally be equipped with a sound sensor to detect baby's sound reactions, crying, call, laugh and suchlike and responds to such reactions pursuant to envisaged programmes in the microprocessor.
[006] The basis of the invention shall be explained in more details with the description of implementing example as to the drawing enclosed, which reveals
Picture 1 perspective view of the cradle pursuant to the invention.
[007] The cradle 1 with a motor swinging element 2 is designed optionally whereby the mean of swinging 3 is executed on the bottom part, namely a calotte-shaped shell which is laid directly onto the base. In simplified implementation the mean of swinging 3 may be designed as two parallel arcs, known in traditional cradles and which enable swinging only to the left and right.
[008] The rack 4 on the cradle 1 is preferentially in the shape of an arc, namely for the swinging element 2. The swinging element 2 derives from the housing 6, in which two electric motors 7 are installed, each of which rocks the swinging element 2 in right-angled directions. The housing 6 is mounted onto the rack 4 in an oscillating way. Each of the electric motors 7 moves, spins or swings the weight 8 in one direction. Due to the moving of a total mass centre of the cradle 1 and the swinging element 2 the cradle 1 rocks, namely on the basis of controlled rotation of electric motors 7, which move, spin or swing the weight 8. In its appearance the entire swinging element 2 is designed as a child's toy, e.g. clown, animal and suchlike. [009] The control of the swinging element 2 is to be integrated with a microprocessor 9, onto which a sensor 10 for setting the angle is connected. The computer algorithm in microprocessor controls the speed of rotation of the electric motors 7 according to the currently detected value of the cradle's inclination 1. Computer programmes, available to the user, enable a selection of different amplitudes and directions of swinging.
[0010] Electrical energy from a battery 11, accumulator or network electric power, implemented in an already known manner, is envisaged for the supply of energy to operate the swinging element 2.
[0011] Furthermore, it is envisaged that a microprocessor 9 receives different sounds of a baby through a microphone 12, which it then recognises on the basis of prerecorded patterns and responds to such sounds with adjusted type of cradling. It may also add acoustic information, e.g. music over a speaker 13.
[0012] It is understood that the subject matter of the invention may be implemented in different ways as regards the industrial design without circumventing the characteristics of the invention as indicated in the following patent claims.
