随着通信技术的不断发展,利用移动终端登录小说网站来浏览小说内容逐渐成为一种趋势。为了对小说网站上发表的小说进行版权保护,许多小说网站通常采用图片格式显示小说内容,尤其是小说的一些VIP章节,从而防止这些内容被阅读者复制。
技术问题

有益效果
利用上述方法和装置,可以根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸,在尽量保持网页图片的排版风格的情况下,对切分出的单个字符进行段落重排,以适合于在移动终端的屏幕上显示,从而增强用户体验。
为了实现上述以及相关目的,本发明的一个或多个方面包括后面将详细说明并在权利要求中特别指出的特征。下面的说明以及附图详细说明了本发明的某些示例性方面。然而,这些方面指示的仅仅是可使用本发明的原理的各种方式中的一些方式。此外,本发明旨在包括所有这些方面以及它们的等同物。

本发明的实施方式
在下面的描述中,出于说明的目的,为了提供对一个或多个实施例的全面理解,阐述了许多具体细节。然而,很明显,也可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实现这些实施例。在其它例子中,为了便于描述一个或多个实施例,公知的结构和设备以方框图的形式示出。
下面将参照附图来对根据本发明的各个实施例进行详细描述。
图1示出了根据本发明实施例的对根据网页图片切分出的单个字符进行段落重排以在移动终端上显示的方法的流程图。
如图1所示,首先,在步骤S110中,针对正在处理的网页图片中的一行文字,根据该行文字的行首空白,确定该行文字是否是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行。例如,可以先计算出网页图片中的所有行的行首空白的平均值。然后,判断该行文字的行首空白是否大于所计算出的平均值。如果一行文字的行首空白大于平均值,则认为该行文字是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行。否则,就认为该行文字是原段落的下一行文字。对于确定该行文字是否是新段落的开始行还可以利用其他方式进行,例如预先由用户指定阈值范围,当行首空白的大小落于其间的就认为是新段落的开始行。
在确定为该行文字是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,流程进行到步骤S120。在步骤S120中,将该行文字作为重排后的新段落的开始行并保留原来的行首空白,然后,利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸对该行文字进行段落重排。
在确定为该行文字不是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,在步骤S130中,利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,紧接已经重排的前一行文字的结尾字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸来对该行文字进行段落重排。
在利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行段落重排时,还需要按照下述方式对重排后的相邻字符以及相邻行进行间距设置。
对于重排之后处于同一行的相邻位置的两个字符,根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距。具体地,如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于同一行且相邻,则在重排时将该两个字符的间距保持为原来的间距。如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于不同行,则在重排时将该两个字符的间距设置为预定间距。例如,所述预定间距可以是网页图片的相邻字符的平均间距,或者是重排后的平均字符间距。很显然,所述预定间距也可以是根据用户的需要而设置的任意间距。
此外,在利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行重排时,对于在网页图片上处于同一行且相邻的两个文字,如果重排之后不再处于同一行的相邻位置,则将前一文字作为行尾文字,以及将后一文字作为新行的行首文字。
另外,在根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸对切分出的所有单个字符进行重排时,还需要根据重排后的相邻行是否位于同一段落,将相邻行之间的间距设置为具有不同间距。例如,如果重排后的两个相邻行位于同一段路,则将该两个相邻行的间距设置为平均行高的1/6。如果重排后的两个相邻行位于两个不同的段落,则将该两个相邻行的间距设置为平均行高的1/2。
这里要说明的是,上述方法可以利用移动终端的浏览器来实现,也可以在服务器端实现。
在利用移动终端的浏览器实现时,该浏览器一般具有较强大的性能。在利用服务器实现时,移动终端中的浏览器客户端将需要浏览的网址URL发送给服务器,并且将移动终端的屏幕大小(以像素为单位)信息发送给服务器,然后由服务器从该网址获取网页数据并进行解析重排。在完成重排后,服务器将重排结果发送给浏览器客户端。
如上参照图1描述了根据本发明的对根据网页图片切分出的单个字符进行段落重排以在移动终端上显示的方法。本发明的上述对根据网页图片切分出的单个字符进行段落重排以在移动终端上显示的方法,可以采用软件实现,也可以采用硬件实现,或采用软件和硬件组合的方式实现。
图2示出了根据本发明实施例的对根据网页图片切分出的单个字符进行段落重排以在移动终端上显示的段落重排装置200的方框示意图。如图2所示,段落重排装置200包括段落开始行确定单元210和段落重排单元220。所述段落重排单元还包括新段落处理单元221。
段落开始行确定单元210根据正在处理的网页图片中的一行文字的行首空白,确定该行文字是否是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行。
根据段落开始行确定单元的确定结果,段落重排单元220决定是否利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸,紧接已经重排的前一行文字的结尾字符对该行文字进行段落重排。
在确定为该行文字是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,所述段落重排单元220中的新段落处理单元221将该行文字作为重排后的新段落的开始行并保留原来的行首空白,并且利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸对该行文字进行段落重排。
在确定为该行文字不是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,所述段落重排单元220紧接已经重排的前一行文字的结尾字符对该行文字进行段落重排。
此外,所述段落重排单元220还可以包括字符间距设置单元222和相邻行间距设置单元223。所述字符间距设置单元222用于对于重排之后处于同一行的相邻位置的两个字符,根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距。所述相邻行间距设置单元223用于根据重排后的相邻行是否位于同一段落,将相邻行之间的间距设置为具有不同的间距。
如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于同一行且相邻,则所述字符间距设置单元222将该两个字符的间距设置为原来的间距。如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于不同行,则所述字符间距设置单元222将该两个字符的间距设置为预定间距。
此外,对于网页图片上处于同一行且相邻的两个文字,如果重排之后不再处于同一行的相邻位置,则所述段落重排单元220将前一文字作为行尾文字,以及将后一文字作为新行的行首文字,该行尾文字和行首文字的间距采用预先设置的同一段落内的行首空白和行尾空白。
此外,在根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸对切分出的所有单个字符进行重排时,所述相邻行间距设置单元223根据重排后的相邻行是否位于同一段落,将相邻行之间的间距设置为具有不同间距。例如,如果重排后的两个相邻行位于同一段路,则将该两个相邻行的间距设置为平均行高的1/6。如果重排后的两个相邻行位于两个不同的段落,则将该两个相邻行的间距设置为平均行高的1/2。
这里要说明的是,所述装置可以设置在移动终端的浏览器中,也可以设置在服务器端。图3示出了包括根据本发明的段落重排装置200的移动终端10。图4示出了包括根据本发明的段落重排装置400的服务器20。
本发明所述的移动终端典型的可为各种可能进行网页浏览的终端设备,例如手机、个人数字助理等,因此本发明的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的移动终端。
此外,根据本发明的方法还可以被实现为由CPU执行的计算机程序。在该计算机程序被CPU执行时,执行本发明的方法中限定的上述功能。
此外,上述方法步骤以及***单元也可以利用控制器或处理器以及用于存储使得控制器或处理器实现上述步骤或单元功能的计算机程序的计算机可读存储设备实现。
此外,应该明白的是,本文所述的计算机可读存储设备(例如,存储器)可以是易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或者可以包括易失性存储器和非易失性存储器两者。作为例子而非限制性的,非易失性存储器可以包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦写可编程ROM(EEPROM)或快闪存储器。易失性存储器可以包括随机存取存储器(RAM),该RAM可以充当外部高速缓存存储器。作为例子而非限制性的,RAM可以以多种形式获得,比如同步RAM(DRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据速率SDRAM(DDR SDRAM)、增强SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路DRAM(SLDRAM)以及直接Rambus RAM(DRRAM)。所公开的方面的存储设备意在包括但不限于这些和其它合适类型的存储器。

结合这里的公开所描述的方法或算法的步骤可以直接包含在硬件中、由处理器执行的软件模块中或这两者的组合中。软件模块可以驻留在RAM存储器、快闪存储器、ROM存储器、EPROM存储器、EEPROM存储器、寄存器、硬盘、可移动盘、CD-ROM、或本领域已知的任何其它形式的存储介质中。示例性的存储介质被耦合到处理器,使得处理器能够从该存储介质中读取信息或向该存储介质写入信息。在一个替换方案中,所述存储介质可以与处理器集成在一起。处理器和存储介质可以驻留在ASIC中。ASIC可以驻留在用户终端中。在一个替换方案中,处理器和存储介质可以作为分立组件驻留在用户终端中。
尽管前面公开的内容示出了本发明的示例性实施例,但是应当注意,在不背离权利要求限定的本发明的范围的前提下,可以进行多种改变和修改。根据这里描述的发明实施例的方法权利要求的功能、步骤和/或动作不需以任何特定顺序执行。此外,尽管本发明的元素可以以个体形式描述或要求,但是也可以设想多个,除非明确限制为单数。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种对根据网页图片内容切分出的单个字符进行段落重排的方法,包括:
    在根据正在处理的网页图片中的一行文字的行首空白,确定出该行文字是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,将该行文字作为重排后的新段落的开始行并保留原来的行首空白,利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行段落重排;以及
    确定出该行文字不是新段落的开始行时,利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,紧接已经重排的前一行文字的结尾字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行段落重排。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,在利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行重排时,还包括:
    对于重排之后处于同一行的相邻位置的两个字符,根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距;以及
    根据重排后的相邻行是否位于同一段落,将相邻行之间的间距设置为具有不同间距。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距包括:
    如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于同一行且相邻,则在重排时将该两个字符的间距保持为原来的间距。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距包括:
    如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于不同行,则在重排时将该两个字符的间距设置为预定间距。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,在利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸进行重排时,还包括:
    对于网页图片上处于同一行且相邻的两个文字,如果重排之后不再处于同一行的相邻位置,则将前一文字作为行尾文字,以及将后一文字作为新行的行首文字。
  6. 一种对根据网页图片切分出的单个字符进行段落重排以在移动终端上显示的装置,包括:
    段落开始行确定单元,用于根据正在处理的网页图片中的一行文字的行首空白,确定该行文字是否是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行;
    段落重排单元,用于根据段落开始行确定单元的确定结果,决定是否利用根据该行文字切分出的所有单个字符,根据移动终端的屏幕尺寸,紧接已经重排的前一行文字的结尾字符对该行文字进行段落重排;
    其中,所述段落重排单元还包括新段落处理单元,用于在确定为该行文字是该网页图片中的新段落的开始行时,将该行文字作为重排后的新段落的开始行并保留原来的行首空白来对该行文字进行段落重排。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述段落重排单元还包括:
    字符间距设置单元,用于对于重排之后处于同一行的相邻位置的两个字符,根据该两个字符在网页图片中的位置关系,设置该两个字符重排时的间距;以及
    相邻行间距设置单元,用于根据重排后的相邻行是否位于同一段落,将相邻行之间的间距设置为具有不同的间距。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述字符间距设置单元还用于如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于同一行且相邻,则将该两个字符的间距设置为原来的间距。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,如果该两个字符在网页图片上处于不同行,则所述字符间距设置单元将该两个字符的间距设置为预定间距。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,对于网页图片上处于同一行且相邻的两个文字,如果重排之后不再处于同一行的相邻位置,则所述段落重排单元将前一文字作为行尾文字,以及将后一文字作为新行的行首文字。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括如权利要求6到10中任何一个所述的装置。
  12. 一种服务器,包括如权利要求6到10中任何一个所述的装置。
