本实用新型的工作原理如下所述: 非使用状态时, 多控开关 2T打到空挡, 此时闭合回路断开, 整个喷雾***停止供电; 使用状态时, 根据实际温度需求, 将多控开关 2T打到相应的档位以对应不同温度值的温控开关 2Κ1〜2Κη, 当温 度上升到选定温度值时, 对应的温控开关 2Κ1〜2Κη 闭合, 闭合回路通电, 电 动泵 11运转, 容器瓶 12内的液体 (冷却水、 果汁或红酒等) 在电动泵 11作用 下将从喷嘴 14以雾状形式喷出洒落于食品表面或周围空气中, 从而达到冷却、 调味或避免干燥的目的, 当温度下降至选定温度值以下时,对应温控开关 2Κ1〜 2Κη将自动断开, 电动泵 11停止运转, 整个喷雾***停止工作, 如此循环。 实施例 2
