图 1A至图 1C示意性地示出了包括根据本发明的独立配药单 元的中药配药*** 100, 图 1D为图 1C中细节 E的放大视图。 该 中药配药*** 100由多个单元或模块组成,在图示的实施方式中, 这些单元或模块可以包括立式拉拒 Bl、 独立配药单元 K2, 洗碗 机及垃圾拒模块 Β3、 抽湿机模块 Β4、 包装机模块 Β5等。 所述模 块还可以包括未示出的其他模块, 例如收方 /发药拒台。 这些模块 可以根据实际情况进行最佳的布局, 以实现最佳的工作效率。 图 2Α至图 2G分别 出了若干示例性布局的效果图。
下面特别说明根据本发明的独立配药单元 Β2。
图 3 示出了根据本发明示例性独立配药单元的示意性透视 图。 该独立配药单元 Β2 包括用于摆放药瓶的药瓶摆放架 1 以及 供操作人员在其上进行配药操作的操作台 2。
如图 3以及图 1C所示, 所述药瓶摆放架 1具有: 背板 12, 所述背板 12具有竖直取向的同心的半圆柱形内表面 121和外表面 122;以及与所述背板的所述半圆柱形内表面 121形成为一体的用 于摆放药瓶的多个水平孤形搁板 11 , 每个水平弧形搁板 11具有 与所述背板的半圆柱形内表面和外表面所对应的中心轴线 C12同 心的径向内边缘 111和径向外边缘 112 (参见图 1D )。 可选地, 所 述药瓶摆放架 1还包括连接至背板 12的例如板状的支撑件 13, 用于提供支撑。
所述操作台 2具有供操作人员在其上进行配药操作的大致大 半圆形的水平的板状件 21。所述板状件 21位于所述药瓶摆放架 1 的下方, 在俯视图 (例如图 1B )中观察时其大致半圆形的外轮廓 与所述背板的圆柱形外表面的竖直投影大致重合, 且所述板状件 21的圆心 C21基本位于与所述背板 12的圆柱形外表面 122对应 的所述中心轴线 C12上; 如图 3和图 1B所示。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述操作台 2的所述板状件 21可以 由钢化玻璃制成。 所述搁板 11 也可以由钢化玻璃或者金属板制 成。
根据本发明的独立配药单元的一个重要特征在于, 所述搁板 11设计成距所述操作台的板状件 21的竖直距离 h (如图 3所示) 大于等于预定值 H的各隔板的内边缘 111随着隔板的高度的增加 (例如沿箭头 A 的方向) 而逐渐地向着所述背板 21 的中心轴线 C21靠拢。 所述预定值 H可以根据操作人员的身高、 臂长以及操 作姿势 (坐姿还是站姿) 而定, 例如从 0cm至 50cm取值。
通过如上设置隔板, 操作人员无需移动远的距离或借助工具 就可以轻易地够到较高隔板上的药瓶, 从而能够极大地提高操作 效率。
在优选的实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 距所述操作台的板状件 21的竖直距离 h大于等于预定值 H的各隔板的内边缘距离所述 中心轴线 C21上的预定点 P的距离 D基本相同(也就是说,在经 过中心轴线 C21的剖视图上看, 各隔板的内边缘位于如 L1所示 的圆弧上)或者呈斜线 (也就是说, 在经过中心轴线 C21的剖视 图上看, 各隔板的内边缘位于如 L2所示的斜线上)或抛物线(也 就是说, 在经过中心轴线 C21的剖视图上看, 各隔板的内边缘位 于如 L3所示的抛物线上) 式增加, 其中所述预定点 P与所述板 状件 21的距离等于所述预定值 H。 在所述距离 D基本相同的情 况下, 也即相关隔板的内边缘基本处于一球面上时, 即如曲线 L1 的情形所示,在够取较高隔板上的药瓶时就距离 D而言更有优势, 但是此时就取药仰角 α而言可能不够理想。 而当所述距离成斜线 (即如 L2所示) 或抛物线 (如 L3所示) 式增加时, 在够取较高 隔板上的药瓶时就距离 D而言可能不如前一种情况有利, 但是此 时就取药仰角 α而言可能更佳。 因此, 在实际实施本发明时, 可 以根据实际需要在取药距离和取药仰角两者之间进行折衷。
在一个实施方式中, 根据操作人员的身高、 臂长以及操作姿 势 (坐或站), 各隔板的内边缘距离所述中心轴线上的预定点 Ρ 的所述距离 D为 0.4m至 1.2m。 在另一个实施方式中, 考虑到操 作人员的身高及臂长, 最上部的搁板至地面的距离不超过 l.9m。 在一个实施方式中, 考虑到操作人员的身高以及操作姿势 (坐或 站), 所述操作台的板状件 21距离地面的距离为 0.6m至 1.2m。
在一个实施方式中, 为了避免搁置于隔板上的药瓶的偶然掉 落, 每个搁板的内边缘处形成有向上突起预定高度的台阶部。 在 另一个实施方式中, 每个搁板上设有多个凹部, 以将药瓶放置于 其中。
根据本发明, 所述隔板可以通过任意适当的手段(例如焊接、 螺纹连接、 粘接或者卡接) 与所述背板形成为一体。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述操作台的板状件 21上还设置有 嵌入其中的具有称量面的称量组件 3, 如图 5所示。 在图 5所示 的实施方式中, 所述称量面为大致以所述操作台的所述板状件 21 的中心为中心的新月形。 图 6示出了称量组件 3的分解视图。 如 图 6所示, 所述称量组件 3包括: 限定了称量面的蜂巢状隔网 31 (图 5中也有示出); 可选的盖板 32, 位于所述蜂巢状隔网 31下 方的隔网支架 33, 具有用于将所述隔网 31支撑于其上的镂空主 体; 位于所述隔网支架 33下方的电子称量元件 35。 整个称量组 件嵌入板状件 21中,且可选地, 所述称量组件的称量面略低于所 述操作台的所述板状件 21的顶面,从而可以最大化操作台的板状 件上的操作空间, 并且便于将称量容器放置于称量面上及从其上 移走。
根据本发明的进一步的实施例, 在所述称量组件的隔网支架 33下方还设置有收集部件 37, 所述收集部件 37提供例如用于收 集灰尘、 中药颗粒等的收集室。
根据本发明的进一步的实施例, 所述收集室与一除尘***操 作性地连接, 从而将收集的物质从收集室移除。 所述除尘***可 以设置在操作台的板状件 21的下方以节省空间。
图 7示例性地示出了一种除尘*** 10, 该除尘***在图 6中 也有示出。 如图 7所示, 该除尘*** 10包括: 壳体 101, 所述壳 体具有可以打开和闭合的侧壁 102、 设置于任一侧壁上的出气口 111、 以及设置于任一侧壁上的用于通过吸尘管的开口 109; 吸尘 管 105, 其位于所述壳体内, 一端穿过所述开口 109连接至收集 室 (例如由收集部件 37提供); 吸尘泵 106, 其位于所述壳体内, 具有与吸尘管的另一端相连的第一端; 多孔或者透气的具有过滤 功能的吸尘袋 108, 具有单个开口部, 所述单个开口部连接至所 述吸尘泵 106的与第一端相对的第二端。
在该除尘***操作时,吸尘泵 106在吸尘管 105中产生负压, 从而移除收集室中的物质, 所述物质被下游的吸尘袋 108收集, 空气穿过吸尘袋 108从出气口 111排出。
图 8示出了另一种除尘***。 该除尘***包括: 壳体 101 , 所述壳体具有可以打开和闭合的側壁 102以及设置于任一侧壁上 的出气口 111, 所述壳体的顶面内凹, 形成所述的收集室 103; 所 述壳体的顶面在所述收集室中形成有入口 104; 吸尘管 105, 其位 于所述壳体内, 一端连接至所述入口 104; 吸尘泵 106, 其位于所 述壳体内, 具有与吸尘管的另一端相连的第一端; 多孔或者透气 的具有过滤功能的吸尘袋 108, 具有单个开口部, 所述单个开口 部连接至所述吸尘泵 105的与第一端相对的笫二端。
该除尘***的操作方式与前述除尘***大致相同, 不再重复 说明。
根据本发明的优选方案, 所述壳体的内表面上设置有隔音材 料 116以减少除尘***运行时的噪音。
根据本发明, 所述除尘***可以优选地设置成与所述称量组 件联动, 从而在称量组件被供电以进行称量时将自动启动以进行 除尘操作。 换句话说, 一旦称量组件开始工作, 则除尘***也自 动开始工作, 从而避免因为操作人员忘记启动除尘***而导致的 尘埃飞扬的问题。
根据本发明的一个方面, 所述立式拉柜 B2的侧面具有抽屉, 在使用时抽屉可以拉出, 不使用时抽屉可以合拢, 从而最大化空 间利用。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述中药配药***包括 独立配药单元, 所述独立配药单元包括用于摆放药瓶的药瓶摆放 架(1)以及供操作人员在其上进行配药操作的操作台(2), 其中, 所述药瓶摆放架(1)具有: 背板(12), 所述背板具有竖直 取向的同心的半圆柱形内表面(121)和外表面(122); 以及与所 述背板的所述半圆柱形内表面( 121 )形成为一体的用于摆放药瓶 的多个水平弧形搁板(11), 每个水平弧形搁板(11)具有与所述 背板的半圆柱形内表面和外表面所对应的中心轴线 (C21) 同心 的径向内边缘 ( 111 )和径向外边缘 ( 112 ),
所述操作台(2)具有供操作人员在其上进行配药操作的大致 大半圆形的水平的板状件( 21 ), 所述板状件位于所述药瓶摆放架 (1) 的下方, 在俯视图中观察时其大致半圆形的外轮廓与所述背 板的圆柱形外表面的竖直投影大致重合且所述板状件的圆心基本 位于与所述圆柱形外表面对应的所述中心轴线 (C21) 上;
其中, 所述搁板设计成距所述操作台的板状件 ( 21 ) 的竖直 距离大于等于预定值 (H) 的各隔板的内边缘随着隔板的高度的 增加而逐渐地向着所述背板(21) 的中心轴线 (C21) 靠拢。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述预 定值为 0cm至 50cm。
3. 。如权利要求 2所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述距 所述操作台的板状件 (21) 的竖直距离大于等于预定值的各隔板 的内边缘距离所述中心轴线上的预定点的距离基本相同或者呈斜 线或抛物线式增加, 其中所述预定点与所述板状件 (21) 的距离 等于所述预定值。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 各隔板 的内边缘距离所述中心轴线上的预定点的所述距离为 0.4m 至
I.2m。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 最上部 的搁板至地面的距离小于等于 1.9m。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述操 作台的板状件 (21 )距离地面的距离为 0.6m至 1.2m。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 每个搁 板的内边缘处形成有向上突起预定高度的台阶部, 以避免药瓶的 偶然掉落。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 每个搁 板上设有多个凹部, 以将药瓶放置于其中。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述隔 板是通过焊接、螺纹连接、粘接或者卡接与所述背板形成为一体。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述操 作台的板状件 (21 ) 上还设置有嵌入其中的具有称量面的称量组 件 ( 3 )。
II. 如权利要求 10所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 称量面为以所述操作台的所述板状件 (21 ) 的中心为中心的新月 形。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 称量组件 (3 ) 包括: 限定了称量面的蜂巢状隔网 (31 ); 位于所 迷蜂巢状隔网 (31 )下方的隔网支架(33 ), 具有用于将所述隔网 ( 31 )支撑于其上的镂空主体; 位于所述隔网支架(33 )下方的电 子称量元件 ( 35 )。
13. 如权利要求 10所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 称量組件的称量面略低于所述操作台的所述板状件的顶面。
14. 如权利要求 12所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 在所 述隔网支架( 33 )下方还设置有收集部件( 37 ),所述收集部件( 37 ) 提供收集室。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 收集室与一除尘***操作性地连接。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 除尘***设置成与所述称量组件联动, 从而在称量組件被供电以 进行称量时将自动启动以进行除尘操作。
17. 如权利要求 15所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 除尘***包括: 壳体 (101), 所述壳体具有可以打开和闭合的侧 壁(102)以及设置于任一侧壁上的出气口 (111), 所述壳体的顶 面内回, 形成所述的收集室 (103); 所述壳体的顶面在所述收集 室中形成有入口 (104); 吸尘管 (105), 其位于所述壳体内, 一 端连接至所述入口 (104); 吸尘泵(106), 其位于所述壳体内, 具有与吸尘管的另一端相连的笫一端; 吸尘袋(108), 具有单个 开口部, 所述单个开口部连接至所述吸尘泵(105)的与第一端相 对的第二端。
18. 如权利要求 15所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述 除尘*** (10) 包括: 壳体 (101), 所述壳体具有可以打开和闭 合的侧壁 (102)、 设置于任一侧壁上的出气口 (111)、 以及设置 于侧边上的用于通过吸尘管的开口 (109); 吸尘管 (105), 其位 于所述壳体内, 一端穿过所述开口 (109)连接至所述收集室; 吸 尘泵 (106), 其位于所述壳体内, 具有与吸尘管的另一端相连的 第一端; 吸尘袋(108), 具有单个开口部, 所述单个开口部连接 至所迷吸尘泵 (105) 的与第一端相对的笫二端。
19. 如权利要求 17或 18所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述壳体的内表面上设置有隔音材料。
20. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述操 作台的所述板状件由钢化玻璃制成。
21. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 所述搁 板由金属板制成。
22. 如权利要求 1所迷的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 还包括 侧面具有抽屉的立式拉柜, 在使用时抽屉可以拉出, 不使用时抽 屉可以合拢, 从而最大化空间利用。
23. 如权利要求 1所述的中药配药***, 其特征在于, 还包括 下述模块中的任一模块: 洗碗机模块、 垃圾柜模块、 包装机模块、 收方 /发药拒台。
