Abstract

본 발명은 일회용 용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 일회용 용기의 뚜껑을 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실 수 있는 보조용기로 사용할 수 있는 일회용 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 몸체 내부의 공간부에 음식물을 넣어 포장제품으로 구현되는 일회용 용기에 있어서, 몸체의 상부 테두리 부분에 결합부를 이루며 상부가 개방된 공간부를 이룬 내부에 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 용기와, 상기 용기의 공간부 상부에 안착되어 결합부에 접착되게 상부의 외측 테두리 부분에 접착부와 상부가 개방된 개방부를 이루며 몸체가 상,하로 신축되게 주름부가 형성된 보조용기가 결합되고, 상기 보조용기는 상측은 넓고 하측은 좁게 형성된 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부가 형성되어 상기 보조용기의 높이를 가변시키도록 구성되고, 상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기는 개방부 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기가 용기로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
