본 발명은 광고관리서버가, 퍼블리셔단말기로 퍼블리셔의 식별정보가 포함된 광고스크립트를 송신하는 단계, 광고관리서버가, 퍼블리셔단말기로부터 광고대상 웹페이지의 URL 및, 적어도 하나 이상의 광고레이어를 포함하는 광고레이아웃을 수신하여, 퍼블리셔의 식별정보와 연관하여 광고데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계, 광고추출서버가, 사용자단말기로부터의 html요청을 받은 퍼블리셔 서버로부터 상기 광고스크립트가 포함된 웹페이지를 수신하는 단계, 광고추출서버가, 상기 광고스크립트가 포함된 웹페이지를 시맨틱 분석하여, 키워드를 추출하는 단계 및 광고추출서버가, 광고스크립트에 포함된 퍼블리셔의 식별정보와 연관되어 저장된 광고레이아웃 및 상기 키워드와 연관되어 저장된 광고데이터를, 상기 광고데이터베이스에서 추출하여, 상기 퍼블리셔 서버로 송신하는 단계를 포함한다.
