Abstract

3D 디스플레이 장치가 개시된다. 본 장치는, 다시점 영상을 출력하는 디스플레이 패널부, 디스플레이 패널부의 일 측에 배치되는 배리어부, 배리어부에서 광 투과 영역 및 광 차단 영역이 교번적으로 형성되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 그리고, 배리어부는, 액정층, 액정층의 상부면에서 서로 이격되면서 연속적으로 배치되는 복수의 상부 전극 및 액정층의 하부면에서 서로 이격되면서 연속적으로 배치되는 복수의 하부 전극을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 사용자가 효과적으로 3D 컨텐츠를 시청할 수 있도록 한다.
