通过本发明实施例的便携式电子设备和用于便携式电子设备的内容发 布方法, 能够方便快速地创建或提取要发布的内容数据, 例如, 用户能够将 创建例如文本、 图片、 视频、 音频多种媒体文件, 并分享这些内容数据到 例如信息、 邮件、微博、社交网站、 即时通讯工具(IM )之类的多个目的地, 实现发布内容的统一创建和统一发布。

发送单元 1300根据目标地址发送内容数据。 从而, 例如用户的好友或 其他人可从外部访问用户发布的内容。选择单元 1200可选择单个目标地址 , 也可选择多个目标地址。 发送单元 1300可将内容数据同时发送到所选择的 一个或多个目标地址。 除了存储内容数据的以供外部访问的目标地址以外, 选择单元 1200还可用于选择便携式电子设备 1000中所存储的联系人的电话 号码, 并通过发送单元 1300发送所获取的内容数据。

在可替换的实施例中,便携式电子设备还可包括处理单元。 处理单元可 根据选择单元选择的目标地址的发布要求处理内容数据。 例如, 当获取单元 获取了内容数据时, 可同时获取这些内容数据的格式信息。 根据用户通过选 择单元选择的目标地址所对应的格式限制, 处理单元对内容数据进行处理, 并且发送单元将处理后的内容数据发送到对应的目标地址。 具体地说, 处理 单元可分别判断文本是否超出限制, 如果超出则去掉超出部分的文字, 用省 略号代替; 判断目标地址是否不支持视频格式, 如果不支持则自动提取视频 首、尾和 /或中间时间段的截图作为发布的图像数据;判断图片或视频是否超 出限制,如果超出则压缩图片或视频;以及判断是否仍存在超出格式的内容, 如果存在则去掉超出部分内容。

本实施例中的获取单元 3100还可包括内容提取模块 3110。 内容提取模 块 3110可从所显示的至少两部分内容中提取内容数据。 当用户如上所述通 过便携式电子设备 3000执行浏览网页、 观看图像、 视频等操作, 并且希望 将当前观看到的全部或部分内容作为内容数据发布时, 用户可通过内容提取 模块 3110提取希望的部分作为要发布的内容数据, 然后通过选择单元 3200 选择发布内容数据的目标地址, 并通过发送单元 3300将所提取的内容数据 发送到目标地址。

具体地说, 当内容提取模块 3110识别出在显示单元 3400显示的画面 中存在可被提取的可提取内容时, 显示单元 3400可根据内容提取模块 3110 的识别结果以例如高亮边框或者动态提示之类的第二效果显示可提取内容, 同时以例如通过透明图遮盖之类的第三效果显示不可被提取的不可提取内 容。 从而, 用户可以清楚地知晓当前显示的画面中哪些内容可被提取, 以方 便选择。 可替换地, 第二和第三效果之一可与第一显示效果相同。

具体地说, 当用户通过显示单元浏览网页或观看图像 /视频并且发现希 望发布的内容时, 可通过操控单元开启发布板单元, 例如单击操控单元中的 控制按键以开启发布板单元。 接下来, 识别单元可识别当前用户浏览的网页 或观看图像 /视频中是否存在可被提取的可提取内容。当识别单元识别出当前 用户浏览的网页或观看图像 /视频中存在可提取内容时,发布板单元进入第一 工作状态。 在第一工作状态下, 显示单元以第二效果显示可提取的内容并且 以第三显示效果显示当前页面中不可提取的内容, 以便于用户通过内容提取 模块从可提取内容中提取内容数据。 此外, 如果可提取内容中没有用户希望 提取的内容数据, 则用户可再次单击操控单元中的控制按键, 以关闭发布板 单元。
另一方面, 当识别单元识别出至少两部分内容中不存在可提取内容时, 如果在预定时间内用户再次单击操控单元中的控制按键, 则发布板单元进入 第二工作状态。 在第二工作状态下, 用户可通过内容创建模块中的至少一个 创建内容数据。 而如果在预定时间内用户没有再次单击操控单元中的控制按 键, 则显示单元显示的页面不改变, 并且关闭发布板单元。 可替换地, 发布 板单元也可当识别单元识别出至少两部分内容中不存在可提取内容时直接 进入第二工作状态。
在根据本发明的另一实施例中, 便携式电子设备可包括: 获取单元、 识 别单元和显示单元。 获取单元可获得至少两部分内容。 识别单元可识别所述 获取单元获得的至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容。显示单元可以第 二效果显示所述可提取内容, 并且以第三显示效果显示在所述至少两部分内 容中不可被提取的不可提取内容。本实施例中的识别单元和识别单元与上述 实施例中的识别单元和显示单元类似, 在此为了筒洁不再详述。
通过根据以上本发明实施例的便携式电子设备,用户能够方便快速地创 建或提取要发布的内容数据, 并分享这些内容到例如信息、 邮件、 微博、 社 交网站、 即时通讯工具(IM )之类的多个目的地, 实现发布内容的统一创建 和统一发布。 此外, 当用户进行内容数据的选择时, 通过识别至少两部分内 容中可被提取的可提取内容并向用户进行提示, 为用户进一步进行选择操作 提供了便利。
下面, 参照图 7说明本发明的实施例的内容发布方法。 图 7是描述了根 据本发明实施例的内容发布方法 700的流程图。 内容发布方法 700可用于便 携式电子设备, 并且内容发布方法 700中的各个步骤可分别被上述图 1至图 4以及图 6中的便携式电子设备中的相应模块执行, 因此, 为了筒洁, 不再 具体描述。
在图 7的步骤 S710中, 获取内容数据。 可由用户创建至少一种类型的 内容数据, 可替换地, 也可从显示画面中提取内容数据。 为了方便用户的提 取操作,还可在从显示画面中提取内容数据之前识别在显示画面中可被提取 的可提取内容, 并且以不同的效果显示在显示画面中可被提取的可提取内容 和不可被提取的不可提取内容。 可通过接收关于显示画面的描述信息, 并根 据描述信息识别在显示画面中的可提取内容。此外,还可对提取和 /或创建的 内容数据进行编辑。
在步骤 S720中, 选择发布内容数据的至少一个目标地址。 可由用户选 择希望发布所创建和 /或提取的内容数据的目标地址。可替换地,还可由便携 式电子设备根据内容数据选择至少一个能够发布该内容数据的目标地址。具 体地说, 可预先存储多个候选目标地址。 在创建或提取内容数据后, 获取该 内容数据的格式信息 (例如内容数据的格式及大小), 然后依次读取候选目 标地址的格式限制, 并与所获得的内容数据进行比对, 从而判断所获得的内 容数据是否超出格式限制。 并且根据判断结果, 向用户显示所获取的内容符 合发布要求的候选目标地址。 可替换地, 可以通过不同的显示效果显示符合 发布要求的候选目标地址和不符合发布要求的候选目标地址。 例如, 以第一 亮度显示符合发布要求的候选目标地址, 而以第二亮度显示不符合发布要求 的候选目标地址, 以便于用户进行选择。
此外, 还可根据目标地址的发布要求处理所述内容数据。 具体地说, 在 用户选择了发布内容数据的至少一个目标地址后, 获取创建或提取内容数据 的格式信息(例如内容数据的格式及大小)以依次判断发布板中内容是否超 出目标地址的格式限制。 更具体地说, 分别判断文本是否超出限制, 如果超 出则去掉超出部分的文字, 用省略号代替; 判断目标地址是否不支持视频格 式,如果不支持则自动提取视频首、尾和 /或中间时间段的截图作为发布的图 像数据; 判断图片或视频是否超出限制, 如果超出则压缩图片或视频; 以及 判断是否仍存在超出格式的内容, 如果存在则去掉超出部分内容。
最后在步骤 S730中, 根据目标地址发送内容数据。 目标地址存储内容 数据, 以供外部访问。
通过本发明实施例的内容发布方法,能够用户能够通过便携式电子设备 中方便地获得要发布的内容数据并分享这些内容数据到例如信息、 邮件、 微 博、 社交网站、 即时通讯工具(IM )之类的多个目的地, 实现发布内容的统 一创建和统一发布。 此外, 通过本发明实施例的内容发布方法, 当用户进行 内容选择时, 可清楚的辨识可识别的内容和不可识别的内容, 而当用户进行 目标地址选择时可清楚的辨识符合其发布要求的候选目标地址和不合其发 布要求的目标地址, 从而为用户进一步进行选择操作提供了便利。
下面, 参照图 8说明本发明的实施例的用于内容选择的提示方法。 图 8 方法 800可用于便携式电子设备, 并且提示方法 800中的各个步骤可分别被 上述图 3和图 6中的便携式电子设备中的相应模块执行, 因此, 为了筒洁, 不再具体描述。
在图 8的步骤 S810中, 以获得至少两部分内容。 所述至少两部分内容 可为包括多个文字、 图像和 /或视频部分内容的网页、 包括多个图像文件的文 件夹等。 在步骤 S820中, 识别至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容。 可通过接收到的关于至少两部分内容的描述信息来识别在至少两部分内容 中可被提取的可提取内容。 接下来, 在步骤 S830中在便携式电子设备的显 示单元上以第二效果显示可提取内容, 并且以第三显示效果显示在至少两部 分内容中不可被提取的不可提取内容, 以便向用户提示可供选择的内容。 例 如第二效果可为以第一透明度显示可提取内容; 以及第三效果可为以第二透 明度显示不可提取内容。 或者第二效果可为以第一亮度显示可提取内容; 以 及第三效果可为以第二亮度显示不可提取内容。 此外, 在获得至少两部分内 容后, 可首先以普通显示效果在显示单元上显示所获得的内容, 然后再进行 识别, 并且第二效果和第三效果中的一个可与普通显示效果相同。
下面, 参照图 9说明本发明的另一实施例的用于内容选择的提示方法。 图 9的步骤 S910至步骤 S930分别类似于上面图 8中提示方法 800的步骤 S810至步骤 S830。 具体地, 在步骤 S910中, 获得至少两部分内容。 在步骤 S920 中, 识别至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容。 接下来, 在步骤 S930 中在便携式电子设备的显示单元上以第二效果显示可提取内容, 并且 以第三显示效果显示在至少两部分内容中不可被提取的不可提取内容, 以便 向用户提示可供选择的内容。
此外, 当至少两部分内容中存在可提取内容的情况下, 本实施例中的提 示方法 900在步骤 S940中从可提取内容中选择内容数据。接下来在步骤 S950 中选择发布内容数据的至少一个目标地址, 并且在步骤 S960中根据目标地 址发送内容数据。 所述目标地址可存储内容数据, 以供外部访问。 此外, 可 禁止对不可提取内容进行的操作。
与内容发布方法 700类似地,可根据内容数据选择至少一个能够发布该 内容数据的目标地址。 或者可根据目标地址的发布要求处理内容数据。 为了 筒洁, 在此不再详述。
通过本发明实施例的提示方法,当用户进行内容选择时可清楚的辨识可 识别的内容和不可识别的内容, 为用户进一步进行选择操作提供了便利。
应注意,图 7至图 9中所示的方法的各个步骤不必按照所示的顺序执行。 可以颠倒、 并行或重复地执行某些步骤。 例如, 可多次执行获取内容数据的 步骤 (S710 ), 然后再执行选择发布内容数据的至少一个目标地址的步骤 ( S720 )。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合来实 现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性, 在上述说明中已经按照功能一 般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执 行, 取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个 特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超 出本发明的范围。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以用硬件、处理 器执行的软件模块, 或者二者的结合来实施。 软件模块可以置于随机存储器 ( RAM ), 内存、 只读存储器 (ROM )、 电可编程 ROM、 电可擦除可编程 ROM, 寄存器、 硬盘、 可移动磁盘、 CD-ROM, 或技术领域内所公知的任意 其它形式的存储介质中。
尽管已示出和描述了本发明的一些实施例, 但本领域技术人员应理解, 在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下, 可对这些实施例进行各种修改, 这 样的修改应落入本发明的范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种便携式电子设备, 包括:
显示单元, 用于向用户进行显示;
获取单元, 用于获取内容数据;
选择单元, 用于选择发布所述内容数据的至少一个目标地址; 发送单元, 用于根据所述目标地址发送所述内容数据,
其中所述目标地址存储所述内容数据, 以供外部访问。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电子设备, 其中
所述获取单元包括: 至少一个内容创建模块, 用于创建至少一种类型的 所述内容数据以及编辑所述内容数据。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的电子设备, 其中
所述显示单元以第一效果显示至少两部分内容;
所述获取单元包括: 内容提取模块, 用于从所显示的所述至少两部分内 容中提取所述内容数据。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电子设备, 其中
所述内容提取模块识别所述至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容, 或者
所述内容提取模块接收关于所述至少两部分内容的描述信息,并且根据 所述描述信息识别在至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容。
其中,所述显示单元以第二效果显示所述可提取内容并且以第三显示效 果显示在所述至少两部分内容中不可被提取的不可提取内容。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的电子设备, 其中:
所述选择单元还用于根据所述内容数据选择至少一个能够发布该内容 数据的目标地址。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的电子设备, 还包括:
处理单元,用于根据所述选择单元选择的目标地址的发布要求处理所述 内容数据。
7、 一种便携式电子设备, 包括:
发布板单元, 包含:
至少一个内容创建模块, 用于创建至少一种类型的内容数据; 选择模块, 用于选择发布所述内容数据的至少一个目标地址, 其中 所述目标地址存储所述内容数据, 以供外部访问;
显示单元, 用于向用户进行显示; 以及
发送单元, 用于根据所述选择模块选择的目标地址发送所述内容数据。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电子设备, 其中
所述显示单元以第一效果显示至少两部分内容;
所述发布板单元还包括: 内容提取模块, 用于从所显示的至少两部分内 容中提取所述内容数据。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的电子设备, 还包括:
操控单元, 用于控制所述发布板单元开启、 关闭。
10、 如权利 7所述的电子设备, 其中
所述内容创建模块还用于编辑所述内容数据。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的电子设备, 其中
所述内容提取模块识别所述至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容, 或者,
所述内容提取模块接收关于所述至少两部分内容的描述信息,并且根据 所述描述信息识别在至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容,
其中, 所述显示单元以第二效果显示所述可提取内容并且以第三显示 效果显示在所述至少两部分内容中不可被提取的不可提取内容。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的电子设备, 其中:
所述选择单元还用于根据所述内容数据选择至少一个能够发布该内容 数据的目标地址。
1 3、 如权利要求 11所述的电子设备, 还包括:
处理单元,用于根据所述选择模块选择的目标地址的发布要求处理所述 内容数据。
14、一种用于内容选择的提示方法,所述方法应用于便携式电子设备中, 所述便携式电子设备具有显示单元, 所述方法包括:
获得至少两部分内容;
识别所述至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内容; 以及
在所述显示单元上以第二效果显示所述可提取内容,并且以第三显示效 果显示在所述至少两部分内容中不可被提取的不可提取内容。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其中所述识别所述至少两部分内容中 可被提取的可提取内容包括:
接收关于所述至少两部分内容的描述信息; 以及
根据所述描述信息识别在所述至少两部分内容中可被提取的可提取内 谷。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 还包括:
禁止对所述不可提取内容进行的操作。
17、 一种便携式电子设备, 包括:
显示单元, 用于以第一效果显示至少两部分内容;
识别单元,用于识别所述至少两部分内容中是否存在可被提取的可提取 内容; 以及
发布板单元, 包含:
至少一个内容创建模块, 用于创建至少一种类型的内容数据; 以及 内容提取模块,用于从所显示的所述至少两部分内容中提取所述内容数 据;
其中,当所述识别单元识别出所述至少两部分内容中存在所述可提取内 容时, 所述发布板单元进入第一工作状态; 以及
当所述识别单元识别出所述至少两部分内容中不存在所述可提取内容 时, 所述发布板单元进入第二工作状态。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的电子设备, 其中
在所述第一工作状态下,所述显示单元以第二效果显示所述可提取的内 容并且以第三显示效果显示当前页面中不可提取的内容, 并且通过所述内容 提取模块从所述可提取内容中提取所述内容数据。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的电子设备, 其中
在所述第二工作状态下,所述内容创建模块中的至少一个创建所述内容 数据。
20、 如权利要求 17所述的电子设备, 还包括:
操控单元, 用于控制所述发布板单元开启、 关闭、 进入所述第一工作状 态和 /或进入所述第二工作状态。
