LTE和 UMTS***中家庭基站都基于 TR-069协议栈接入家庭基站管理 ***( H(e)NB Management System , 简称 HMS ) , 并由后者负责家庭基站的 管理及配置。 家庭基站覆盖的多个小区组成家庭基站覆盖区域。 家庭基站的接入模式 包括三种: 封闭接入模式、 混合接入模式和开放接入模式。 封闭接入模式的 家庭基站只允许经过授权的用户接入, 如家庭成员、 以及团体成员等用户。 混合接入模式的家庭基站允许所有的用户接入, 但对于该家庭基站的授权用 户享有优先或优惠的条件。 开放接入模式的家庭基站允许所有的用户接入。 对于封闭成员组(Closed Subscriber Group, 简称 CSG )小区, 不仅有一 个全局的小区标识( Cell Global Identifier, 简称 CGI ) , 还有 CSG小区标 识 (CSG ID)。拥有不同全局的小区标识的 CSG小区可以对应同一个 CSG ID。 连接家庭基站的家庭基站网关或核心网网元可以在家庭基站的初始化阶段获 得家庭基站的 CSG标识、 接入模式以及家庭基站所建小区的全局小区标识。 非家庭基站一般称为基站或宏基站, 所属小区称为宏小区。 随着技术讨论的 不断推进, CSG概念不仅仅应用于家庭基站,对于宏基站同样可以应用 CSG 的方式对用户进行接入控制。 为了实现上述三种不同接入模式要求的接入控制, 标准组织引入了 CSG 的概念。通过用户加入特定 CSG, 以及为家庭基站所建小区赋予逻辑的 CSG 属性(包括 CSG小区标识), 核心网和家庭基站及家庭基站网关共同完成对 接入用户的控制。 当用户设备 ( User Equipment , 简称 UE )希望驻留在封 闭或混合模式的 CSG小区时, 家庭基站将小区所属的 CSG标识以及接入模 式上报给网络侧, 由网络侧根据 UE的通信上下文及签约数据检查 UE是否 为该 CSG的成员。 对于封闭模式的 CSG小区, 只允许授权用户 (UE成为 CSG组成员便成为授权用户)接入, 非授权用户禁止接入; 对于混合模式的 CSG小区, 网络侧会允许所申请用户接入, 但同时将用户是否为该 CSG成 员的信息通知家庭基站。 而家庭基站会对成员用户进行优先或优惠的接纳管 理。开放模式的家庭基站表现和普通的宏基站一样,可以不作基于 CSG的接 入控制, 直接接入。
UE 进入一个小区有两种途径, 一种是直接接入目标小区, 另一种是通 过切换方式由其它小区切入目标小区。 UE 的切换流程可以通过无线网络控 制器( Radio Network Controller, RNC ) /基站与核心网之间的接口信令交互, 也可以通过 RNC之间或基站之间的直接接***互。 但是, UE通过源接入网 元和目标接入网元之间的直接接口进行切换时, 现有技术中没有执行接入控 制的实施方式。
发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供对终端进行接入控制的方法、 ***及接 入设备, 为终端通过直接接口进行切换时接入控制过程提供可实施方案。 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种对终端进行接入控制的方法, 所述方法应用于在终端切换过程中对终端进行接入控制, 所述方法包括: 源接入网元通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目标接 入网元, 以及所述目标接入网元根据目标小区的封闭成员组配置信息和所述 源小区的封闭成员组配置信息判断是否将所述终端接入至所述目标小区。 其中,封闭成员组配置信息包括封闭成员组标识和封闭成员组接入模式。 所述方法还包括, 所述源小区的接入模式为混合接入模式的情况下, 所述源接入网元向所 述目标接入网元发起切换请求时, 通过直接接口切换流程将所述终端是否是 所述源小区封闭成员组成员的信息通知至所述目标接入网元。 其中, 所述目标接入网元判断是否将所述终端接入至所述目标小区的步 骤中, 所述目标小区的接入模式为封闭接入模式时, 所述目标接入网元在以下 情况下允许终端接入: 源小区是与目标小区具有相同封闭成员组小区标识的 封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区; 或者, 源小区是与目标小区具有相同封闭成 员组小区标识的混合接入模式封闭成员组小区并且终端是源小区中的封闭成 员组成员; 所述目标小区为混合接入模式封闭成员组小区时, 所述目标接入网元允 许终端接入, 并根据以下条件决定终端在目标小区的成员身份: 源小区是与 目标小区具有相同封闭成员组标识的封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区, 目标接 入网元以封闭成员组成员身份接入所述终端; 或者, 源小区是与目标小区具 有相同封闭成员组标识的混合封闭成员组小区, 终端在目标小区中的成员身 份与在源小区中相同; 或者, 源小区是开放接入模式小区或普通宏小区或具 有其他封闭成员组标识的封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区或混合接入模式封闭 成员组小区, 以非封闭成员组成员身份接入所述终端; 所述目标小区为开放接入模式小区或普通宏小区时, 所述目标接入网元 允许终端接入。

如图 1所示, 在终端切换过程中对终端进行接入控制的方法包括: 步骤 101 , 源接入网元通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通 知至目标接入网元。 其中,封闭成员组配置信息包括封闭成员组标识和封闭成员组接入模式。 源接入网元将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目标接入网元的方式 可以是以下方式中的一种: 一 , 源接入网元和目标接入网元建立直接接口之前 , 源接入网元和目标 接入网元通过操作维护管理网元的静态配置信息获知对方小区的封闭成员组 配置信息。 具体的, 接入网元初始上电后, 从后台的操作维护管理网元的静态配置 信息获知基站所需配置参数,其中包括小区所配置的 CSG信息。此接入网元 进入运行状态, 按照配置参数建立小区 X, 在空口广播小区参数, 其中包括 所配置的 CSG信息。接入网元从操作维护管理网元的静态配置信息中获知需 要与对方建立直接接口, 静态配置信息中还包括承载该直接接口对端的传输 层连接地址及端口信息, 还可以包括对端的 CSG信息。 二, 源接入网元和目标接入网元在获知对方的直接接口信息过程中, 通 过直接接口传输地址发现流程 (例如, 此流程被包含在 LTE***的演进基站 配置流程( eNB Configuration Transfer )或 MME配置流程( MME Configuration Transfer ) 中 )进行封闭成员组配置信息的交互。 具体的, 源接入网元通过核心网向目标接入网元发送直接接口信息请求 ( e.g. eNB/MME Configuration Transfer ) , 该请求中携带源接入网元用于该 直接接口的传输层地址及端口信息,还可以包括源小区的 CSG信息。 目标接 入网元响应该请求( e.g. eNB/MME Configuration Transfer ) , 该响应中携带 目标接入网元用于该直接接口的传输层地址及端口信息, 还可以包括目标小 区的 CSG信息。 源接入网元和目标接入网元建立直接接口之前需要获知对端的 CSG 配 置信息从而判断是否需要建立直接接口, 通过上述方式一和方式二中的交互 过程可完成通知封闭成员组配置信息的操作。 源接入网元和目标接入网元在 源小区和目标小区的 CSG 配置信息相同时或者对端的小区为开放接入模式 小区或普通宏小区时判定需要建立直接接口。 三, 源接入网元通过直接接口建立流程(例如 LTE ***中 Χ2 Setup

5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述源接入网元通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目 标接入网元的步骤包括: 所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元建立所述直接接口之前, 所述源接 入网元和所述目标接入网元通过操作维护管理网元的静态配置信息获知对方 小区的封闭成员组配置信息; 或者, 所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元在 获知对方的直接接口信息过程中, 通过直接接口传输地址发现流程进行封闭 成员组配置信息的交互。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述源接入网元通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目 标接入网元的步骤包括: 所述源接入网元通过直接接口建立流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置 信息发送至所述目标接入网元。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述源接入网元通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目 标接入网元的步骤包括: 所述源接入网元通过基站配置更新流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置 信息更新至所述目标接入网元。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在长期演进***中, 所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元指宏基站或家 庭基站或具有基站功能的接入节点; 在通用无线通信***中, 所述源接入网 元和所述目标接入网元指无线网络控制器或宏基站或家庭基站或具有基站功 能的接入节点。
9、一种对终端进行接入控制的***, 其特征在于, 所述***应用于在终 端切换过程中对终端进行接入控制, 所述***包括终端所属源接入网元, 终 端待切入的目标接入网元, 其中, 所述源接入网元设置为: 通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息 通知至目标接入网元; 所述目标接入网元设置为: 根据目标小区的封闭成员组配置信息和所述 源小区的封闭成员组配置信息判断是否将所述终端接入至所述目标小区。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的***, 其中, 所述源接入网元是设置为按如下方式通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员 组配置信息通知至目标接入网元: 在所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元建立所述直接接口之前, 通过操 作维护管理网元的静态配置信息与所述目标接入网元进行封闭成员组配置信 息交互; 或者
在所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元获知对方的直接接口信息过程 中, 通过直接接口传输地址发现流程与所述目标接入网元进行封闭成员组配 置信息的交互; 或者 通过直接接口建立流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置信息发送至所述 目标接入网元; 或者 通过基站配置更新流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置信息更新至所述 目标接入网元。
11、 一种接入设备, 其特征在于, 所述接入设备应用于在终端切换过程 中对终端进行接入控制, 所述接入设备设置为: 当所述接入设备为源接入网元时, 通过直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组 配置信息通知至目标接入网元, 以及 当所述接入设备为目标接入网元时, 根据目标小区的封闭成员组配置信 息和所述源小区的封闭成员组配置信息判断是否将所述终端接入至所述目标 小区。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述封闭成员组配置信息包括封闭成员组标识和封闭成员组接入模式; 所述接入设备为源接入网元时, 所述接入设备还设置为: 所述源小区的 接入模式为混合接入模式的情况下, 向目标接入网元发起切换请求时, 通过 直接接口切换流程将所述终端是否是所述源小区封闭成员组成员的信息通知 至所述目标接入网元。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述封闭成员组配置信息包括封闭成员组标识和封闭成员组接入模式; 所述接入设备为目标接入网元时, 所述接入设备是设置为按如下方式判 断是否将所述终端接入至所述目标小区: 所述目标小区的接入模式为封闭接入模式时, 所述目标接入网元在以下 情况下允许终端接入: 源小区是与目标小区具有相同封闭成员组小区标识的 封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区; 或者, 源小区是与目标小区具有相同封闭成 员组小区标识的混合接入模式封闭成员组小区并且终端是源小区中的封闭成 员组成员; 所述目标小区为混合接入模式封闭成员组小区时, 所述目标接入网元允 许终端接入, 并根据以下条件决定终端在目标小区的成员身份: 源小区是与 目标小区具有相同封闭成员组标识的封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区, 目标接 入网元以封闭成员组成员身份接入所述终端; 或者, 源小区是与目标小区具 有相同封闭成员组标识的混合封闭成员组小区, 终端在目标小区中的成员身 份与在源小区中相同; 或者, 源小区是开放接入模式小区或普通宏小区或具 有其他封闭成员组标识的封闭接入模式封闭成员组小区或混合接入模式封闭 成员组小区, 以非封闭成员组成员身份接入所述终端; 所述目标小区为开放接入模式小区或普通宏小区时, 所述目标接入网元 允许终端接入。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的接入设备, 其中, 所述封闭成员组配置信息包括封闭成员组标识和封闭成员组接入模式; 所述接入设备为源接入网元时, 所述接入设备是设置为按如下方式通过 直接接口将源小区的封闭成员组配置信息通知至目标接入网元: 所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元建立所述直接接口之前, 所述源接 入网元和所述目标接入网元通过操作维护管理网元的静态配置信息获知对方 小区的封闭成员组配置信息; 或者, 所述源接入网元和所述目标接入网元在 获知对方的直接接口信息过程中, 通过直接接口传输地址发现流程进行封闭 成员组配置信息的交互; 或者 所述源接入网元通过直接接口建立流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置 信息发送至所述目标接入网元; 或者 所述源接入网元通过基站配置更新流程将所述源小区的封闭成员组配置 信息更新至所述目标接入网元。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的接入设备, 其中, 在长期演进***中, 所述接入设备为宏基站或家庭基站或具有基站功能 的接入节点; 在通用无线通信***中, 所述接入设备为无线网络控制器或宏 基站或家庭基站或具有基站功能的接入节点。
