Abstract

다중 안테나와 빔 포밍을 이용한 데이터 전송장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은 입력비트를 성상맵핑하여 변조심벌을 생성하는 변조부, 상기 변조심벌에 프리코딩 행렬을 곱하여 프리코딩된 심벌을 생성하는 프리코딩부, 및 상기 프리코딩된 심벌을 전송하는 복수의 송신 안테나를 개시한다. 방사각에 관계없이 일정한 빔 폭을 지원하여 각도퍼짐에 의한 전력손실을 막고, 큰 방사각에서의 음영지역 발생을 해결할 수 있다.
