背景技术
割灌机主要用于割公路两旁杂草、 果园、 山坡或是不平整地灌木野草 等, 现在市售的割灌机刀片常用的有棱形、 长方形等, 由于其刀刃为如图 1 中所示为单面刃 1, 使得割灌机费油, 割灌的速度慢, 效率低。 另外, 这 种刀刃遇到硬物后刀刃处较易向无刃方向卷边、 变形, 阻力大时刀体固定 处易断裂、 损坏, 特别是刀体固定处断裂后容易造成机杆反弹、 震动力大, 极易给割灌机使用者带来伤害, 同时割灌机也易损坏, 因此给割灌机使用者 带来很大的不便和烦恼。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题提出来的,目的是提供一种割灌安全、高效、 速度快, 割灌时遇硬物刀刃不易卷边、 变形, 刀体无损坏的割灌机刀片。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案是: 一种割灌机 刀片, 包括刀体, 其在于刀体横向两端至少分别设有一个旋转刀刃体, 所述的 刀体与旋转刀刃体为铰接, 旋转刀刃体外端的刀刃为双面刀刃。
所述的旋转刀刃体为棱形、 方形、 长方形、 圆形、 半圆形中的任意一种。 所述的旋转刀刃体的非刀刃端设有斜面。
所述的刀体为棱形、 方形、 长方形中的一种。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果- 本实用新型由于采用在刀体横向两端设置旋转刀刃体,旋转刀刃体既可与 刀体同时旋转, 旋转刀刃体遇到硬物时又可反向收回, 此时刀体继续旋转, 无 震动, 又由于刀体与旋转刀刃体为铰接, 旋转刀刃体在刀体的惯性带动下可自 行打开, 继续工作, 因此在割灌过程中不仅对人体无伤害, 而且还减少了人体 的疲劳程度。另外, 由于旋转刀刃体采用了双面刀刃受力均匀,用于割灌直径
35mm时也不易卷边、 变形, 且刀体无断裂和震动, 本实用新型结果简单合 理, 既安全、 可靠, 又灵活方便, 割灌机采用本实用新型的割灌机刀片后, 噪 音小, 耗油少,切割效果平整, 且工作寿命长, 大幅度提高了工作效率, 降低 了使用成本, 最大限度地保障了使用者的人身安全。

实施例 1
如图 2、 3所示的本实用新型一种割灌机刀片, 其棱形的刀体 2横向两端 分别设有一个长方形的旋转刀刃体 4, 所述的刀体 2与旋转刀刃体 4通过销轴 铰接, 旋转刀刃体 4外端的刀刃 3为双面刀刃, 旋转刀刃体 4非刀刃端设有斜 面。
实施例 2
本实用新型一种割灌机刀片,其长方形的刀体 2横向两端分别设有一个圆 形的旋转刀刃体 4, 其它同实施例 1, 不再赘述。

1、 一种割灌机刀片, 包括刀体(2), 其特征在于: 刀体(2)横向两端至 少分别设有一个旋转刀刃体(4), 所述的刀体(2)与旋转刀刃体(4)为铰接, 旋转刀刃体 (4) 外端的刀刃 (3 ) 为双面刀刃。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种割灌机刀片, 其特征在于所述的旋转刀刃 体 (4) 为棱形、 方形、 长方形、 圆形、 半圆形中的任意一种。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种割灌机刀片, 其特征在于所述的旋转 刀刃体 (4) 的非刀刃端设有斜面。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种割灌机刀片, 其特征在于所述的刀体(2) 为棱形、 方形、 长方形中的一种。
