一种能调节流量花洒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种能调节流量花洒。
背景技术
传统花洒不具有流量调节功能,用户如要调节流量则需在花洒软管源头的龙头上调节,调节不便。
针对上述不足,有人提出解决方案,如中国专利数据库公告的二项发明,第一项专利号为CN200920153386.4,发明名称为《一种改进型可调节水流花洒装置》,第二项专利号为CN200820101276.9,发明名称为《可控流量的花洒》。该解决方案,它包括一花洒主体、一流量调节阀芯和一控制件。所述花洒主体具有一流水通道,所述流水通道设置有第一通孔。所述流量调节阀芯转动设置在花洒主体之内,所述流量调节阀芯设置有第二通孔。所述控制件一端固接流量调节阀芯,另一端伸出于花洒主体之外。流水通道的流水面积为第一通孔和第二通孔之间的交集,用户通过控制件能带动流量调节阀芯转动,进而改变流水面积。虽然上述解决方案能解决传统花洒所存在的不足,但存在如下不足:1.由于流量调节阀芯的转动轴线和流水通道的流水截面垂直,因此流量调节阀芯无法实现360度旋转,则流量调节不便,流量调节量受限;2.由于通过改变第一通孔和第二通孔之间的交集实现流量调节,因此流量调节量受限,结构十分复杂,占用空间大,增加花洒体积。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能调节流量花洒,其克服了背景技术中的花洒所存在的流量调节不便、流量调节量受限的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种能调节流量花洒,它包括:
一花洒主体,它具有一流水通道;
一流量调节板,它包括一设在流水通道之内的蝶阀片和一固接蝶阀片的连接轴,所述连接轴自流水通道之内伸出花洒主体之外并枢接花洒主体,所述枢接轴线平行流水通道的流水截面;及
一滚轮,它固接在连接轴的伸出花洒主体之外的伸出部分。
一较佳实施例之中:所述流量调节板还包括一垂直连接轴轴线的定位板;所述蝶阀片成板状,而且,所述蝶阀片垂直固接在定位板之上。
一较佳实施例之中:所述流量调节板设在花洒主体的手握部。
一较佳实施例之中:所述连接轴包括一固接定位板的圆轴和一固接圆轴末端的非圆轴,所述圆轴枢接花洒主体,所述滚轮固接非圆轴。
一较佳实施例之中:所述定位板为圆形板,所述连接轴固接在定位板的中心位置。
一较佳实施例之中:所述花洒主体凹设有一装配槽,所述滚轮位于装配槽而且部分伸出花洒主体之外。
一较佳实施例之中:所述流水通道具有一对应流量调节阀的能供蝶阀片自由转动的控制腔。
一较佳实施例之中:所述花洒主体开设有一贯穿流水通道内外的贯穿孔;另配设有一盖板密封固接在贯穿孔;所述连接轴枢接穿过盖板。
一较佳实施例之中:
所述花洒主体凹设有一装配槽,所述滚轮位于装配槽而且部分伸出花洒主体之外;
另配设有一装饰盖盖接装配槽开口,所述装饰盖之上开设有一开口,所述滚轮部分穿过开口伸出装饰盖之外。
一较佳实施例之中:所述盖板之上设置有一环形凸圈,环形凸圈内回转面和连接轴之间设置有小O型密封圈,环形凸圈外回转面和贯穿孔之间设置有O型密封圈。
一较佳实施例之中:所述盖板的环形凸圈上顶端为一小于环形凸圈壁厚的半圆形凸缘。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.流量调节板的枢接轴线平行流水通道的流水截面,则流量调节板能实现360度自由转动,用户调节时无需复位,能顺着单一方向滚动操作,就可实现流量大小调节,调节方便快速,流量调节量大,能够实现单手操作流量调节;转动过程中蝶阀片直接改变流水通道的流水面积,以实现流量调节,流量调节量大,占用空间小,结构简单;装配方便,结构简单,制造成本低,大水压下操作轻便,手感好;
2.蝶阀片成板状,流量调节范围大;
3.流量调节板设在花洒主体的手握部,便于用户单手操作;
4.定位板为圆形板,配合花洒主体能实现流量调节板转动导向,能增加密封性能。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图5,一种能调节流量花洒,它包括一花洒主体100、一流量调节板200和一滚轮300。
所述花洒主体100依前后分为一出水部A、一手握部B、一进水段C,该划分主要是依据用户手握位置前后定义的。所述花洒主体100具有一流水通道110,所述流水通道110将供水源的水源供至给出水部。所述出水部具有出水功能,根据需要,可设置多个出水功能和切换件,通过切换件能够切换出水功能接通流水通道110,能够实现多个出水功能之间的切换。
所述花洒主体100手握部B处开设有一贯穿流水通道110内外的贯穿孔120,所述贯穿孔120的轴线垂直流水通道110的流水方向,所述贯穿孔120的轴线平行流水通道110的流水截面。所述花洒主体100手握部B处凹设有一装配槽130,所述装配槽130位置对应贯穿孔120。所述贯穿孔120处密封固接有一盖板140,所述盖板140上开设有一枢孔141。为了保证盖板140和贯穿孔120之间的密封,最好增设有一大O型密封圈142。所述装配槽130的开口处固设有一装饰盖150,所述装饰盖150包括一面盖和一固接在面盖周缘的围壁,所述周壁之上开设有一开口151。
根据需要,所述流水通道110的对准贯穿孔120处设置为控制腔160,所述控制腔160成轴线重合贯穿孔的轴线的圆柱腔。根据需要,所述控制腔160也可设为立方腔。设置圆柱腔和立方腔能够保证流量调节板360度转动。
所述流量调节板200包括一设在流水通道110之内的蝶阀片210、一定位板220、一连接轴230。所述定位板220为圆形板,所述蝶阀片210成长条板状,而且,所述蝶阀片210垂直固接在定位板220之上。所述定位板220和蝶阀片210适配设置在控制腔160之内,所述定位板220直径和控制腔160直径相适配,所述蝶阀片210长度和控制腔160直径相适配,所述定位板220和蝶阀片210的轴向长度之和与控制腔160的轴向长度相适配。所述连接轴230包括一固接定位板中心的圆轴和一固接圆轴末端的非圆轴,所述圆轴枢接盖板140的枢孔141,使得所述流量调节板200和花洒主体100之间构成枢接结构,使得所述非圆轴伸出于盖板140之外。为了保证连接轴230和盖板140之间的密封性能,最好增设有一小O型密封圈231。
所述滚轮300固接在连接轴230的伸出花洒主体之外的非圆轴。所述滚轮300位于装配槽130而且滚轮300部分穿过开口151伸出装饰盖150之外以供用户手指调节。最好,所述滚轮之外回转面设置有间隔凸起,以增加摩擦力。
根据需要,所述盖板140之上可设置有一环形凸圈143,所述小O型密封圈231定位设置在环形凸圈143内回转面和连接轴之间,所述大O型密封圈142定位设置在环形凸圈143外回转面和贯穿孔之间;环形凸圈143上顶端为一小于环形凸圈143壁厚的半圆形凸缘144,以减小蝶阀片210转动时的摩擦。
根据需要,所述非圆轴末端还设置有一枢轴段,所述装饰盖端面设置有一连接孔,所述枢轴段转动连接在连接孔,保证流量调节板的转动准确性。
使用时,用户手握手握部B,此时,手指位于滚轮300位置;用户手指活动并使滚轮300转动,则能实现单手流量调节操作;滚轮300带动蝶阀片210转动,由于蝶阀片210为板状,因此转动过程中,蝶阀片210能直接改变流水通道110的流水面积。

  1. 一种能调节流量花洒,它包括:
    一花洒主体,它具有一流水通道;
    其特征在于:它还包括:
    一流量调节板,它包括一设在流水通道之内的蝶阀片和一固接蝶阀片的连接轴,所述连接轴自流水通道之内伸出花洒主体之外并枢接花洒主体,所述枢接轴线平行流水通道的流水截面;及
    一滚轮,它固接在连接轴的伸出花洒主体之外的伸出部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述流量调节板还包括一垂直连接轴轴线的定位板;所述蝶阀片成板状,而且,所述蝶阀片垂直固接在定位板之上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述流量调节板设在花洒主体的手握部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述连接轴包括一固接定位板的圆轴和一固接圆轴末端的非圆轴,所述圆轴枢接花洒主体,所述滚轮固接非圆轴。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述定位板为圆形板,所述连接轴固接在定位板的中心位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述花洒主体凹设有一装配槽,所述滚轮位于装配槽而且部分伸出花洒主体之外。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述花洒主体开设有一贯穿流水通道内外的贯穿孔;另配设有一盖板密封固接在贯穿孔;所述连接轴枢接穿过盖板。

    所述花洒主体凹设有一装配槽,所述滚轮位于装配槽而且部分伸出花洒主体之外;
    另配设有一装饰盖盖接装配槽开口,所述装饰盖之上开设有一开口,所述滚轮部分穿过开口伸出装饰盖之外。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板之上设置有一环形凸圈,环形凸圈内回转面和连接轴之间设置有小O型密封圈,环形凸圈外回转面和贯穿孔之间设置有O型密封圈。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种能调节流量花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板的环形凸圈上顶端为一小于环形凸圈壁厚的半圆形凸缘。
